Hmm... I'm iffy on the Co-Ordinate Field... I'll need to discuss about it. Unless you add in that if the user takes... say... C Rank or above damage then the field will be broken. Or maybe B rank or above damage. I'm mostly iffy because if you are in it then there is no way to break free...

I'm iffy on the distance with the final two... But I'll Approve Co-Ordinate Thread Handle for now.

As for Scyhe Twirl. A Scythe is a single object. It can't cover every area at one time. And of course solid objects like shields can be capable of blocking. So... Adjust it. Of course with Co-Ordinate Thread Handle she can adjust her range, and since its a kejutsu she can move it up. But the thing about this is the weapon wouldn't be intangible, so if something was in its way that could withstand its power, it wouldn't be able to go through it. Of course, I may be reading this wrong. In any case, if someone wishes they can feel free to override my decision.

So, to recap. Leaving someone else to check Co-Ordinate Field, unless what I suggested is put in.

Co-Ordinate Thread is approved, for now.

Scythe Twirl, make some slight tweaks to it or explain why I should let it pass. Or wait for someone else to check it.

Hmm.. I'll allow Scythe Encirclement, but Scythe Energy Ring I'll leave up for others. I am horrible with D ranks, so don't expect Encirclement to be fully approved. Someone may have something else to say about it.

Make Co-ordinate Reversal have an additional chakra cost equal to each creature that is attempting to trigger this effect.

And Co-ordinate skill is a no, the only method of increasing the speed of the co-ordinate tech is through rank up it's done that way to prevent them from becoming broken.
