Mission Name: A Greater Offensive Rank: B-Rank DoM: Some-Full Type: Any Location: Village Outskirts Description: Damn it! Some of the bandit groups have teamed up and they're now forming raiding gangs that are striking village stores and taking whatever they can get their dirty hands on! It's even said that some of them are lead by low level Missing Nin. Deal with them before they ruin the rebuilding efforts. Boss: C-Rank Missing Nin
Indra stood at the exit to the village, waiting for the other two Genin who had been assigned this mission to arrive. Apparently they would be from other villages within the Republic, at least that's what the desk Jonin had said when handing him the scroll. It was all hands on deck after the Bijuu crisis and more than ever the villages had been mixing and intermingling. Kohai had been lucky compared to most, but that didn't mean they had gotten away scot free either. While the damage to the village hadn't been too great, Kohai had scattered their forces to the other villages to aid in rebuilding, leaving their patrols taxed and lean. Thus, bandits and other ruffians had been emboldened over the months and raids were far more frequent among the settlements outside the village walls. Indra checked his gear, patting down his kunai and shuriken holders while playing with the fraying hilt of his Katana. He was anxious, but not scared. The mission information read clearly enough to anticipate a fight and while he was eager to test his abilities somewhere other than the training fields with his mother, a knot was forming in the pit of his stomach. This could truly end up being a life or death situation. The genin had been forced to grow up quickly due to the Bijuu Invasion, Indra had seen more corpses in the weeks after than he had in all his years before that. It was sobering, but this was the world now and it was time to experience it first hand. - Indra's Reserves:

| Sid skated up to the gate of Kohai, lamenting the condition of her skates after traveling such a long way through the desert. She had just replaced one of her wheels with the Sonia Sub-Regalia as well, making it even more of a sad occasion. It was mostly her fault for picking up this mission, she supposed. The lady at the mission obvious made sure to tell her that the mission was issued by Kohai, but Sid hadn't really thought too deeply about it in her haste to get these missions completed so she could move onto her T. Jonin Exams. She hadn't had this much motivation to get stronger in...well ever, but a Bijuu attack had a way of lighting a fire in your belly. Sid was dressed in tights and a compression top, a light jacket thrown over her shoulders so that her arms wouldn't be too cold. Her hair was pulled into a high ponytail, being a luxurious golden blonde today. Her Air Treks were colored a black with gold soles to match her whole color scheme. Even with the very light gold accents she wore, it was lucky this wasn't a stealth mission. As she came upon the gate, her eyes landed on a blonde kid with red eyes who was apparently waiting for someone. She skated easily up to him, raising her hand in a peace sign "Sup. You're Indra, right? I'm Sid, here for the mission."- Sid's Info:

Description: "Movement Taught, Conserve Momentum"- The Kukinorite have been around for a very long time, since the Chakra Beasts roamed the planet, however they are rather stuck in their ways when it comes to how to utilize their Run. The last person to innovate within the clan didn't really improve upon their methods of Riding, which Sid found she could rectify. She combined the capabilities of her fighting style with her Trick Speed and Dash, resulting in her combining acrobatic movements into her Run. This D-Rank Speed+Strength Tier Chain changes how she builds up momentum, causing her speed to increase gradually yet constantly rather than in sudden bursts after a specified period of time as well as allowing her to utilize flips and spins to conserve her momentum while halting, whether voluntarily or forcibly, allowing her to continue moving at previous speeds. This method of utilizing her Trick Speed results in her starting at D-Rank- Speed when first building up her run, though she gathers 1 Tier Level in speed each post (total) she continues to move. Her flips/spins also occur at D-Rank+ Speeds and result in a tier level drop in speed rather than a complete loss of it when being halted.

| Kohai was a whole new place for Iolana, and one that had quite well survived the Bijuu attack. Or close as. One of the best to come out of it any way. But with the reconstructions going on across the continent it made sense that foul sources would take advantage. And... it had been some time since Lana had really gotten to stretch her legs. So taking on some bandit group? It got her blood pumping. She knew she was meeting two other shinobi though, so finding two conversing outside the gates as she headed out, easy, right? Well... if you could converse at least. She met up with someone she had met during the exams, bonding over baked goods, so when she knew she was visiting, she had to visit the friend. Coming up to the gate, she managed to overhear a name she was set to meet, so if the tall girl on skates was wrong, she still at least found... well, the tall girl on skates. She pulled up with a slight yawn and wave, the scent of fresh bread wafting from her. Fingers crossed they could understand sign language. <"Hi, my name's Iolana Fushicho. I'm here for the mission? ... Want a snack? Fresh made?"> She flipped off the catch of her bag, taking out a little bag and producing two chocolate chip coated bread rolls, offering one each. - Reserves:

| They had been given bare basic information about the other squad members, just enough to identify them at the meeting point. Although the Republic prided itself on the unity it had sowed, especially when compared to the history of the Origin Continent, secrets and information were still invaluable assets and not easily distributed amongst one another. So, when Indra saw an older, blonde girl approaching on skates he assumed that was most likely the one who went by Sidonie. Sid? Indra, nice to meet you. He said with a respectful nod of his head. I was just going over the mission details while I waited, hopefully the journey wasn't too- He paused as their third member approached and began weaving hand signs. Reflexively, he placed a hand on the hilt of his katana, trying to anticipate why this younger girl would approach while weaving a jutsu. When nothing happened, and instead the girl smiled and showed a bag full of chocolate chip bread rolls, Indra frowned in mild confusion.
It took him a moment to piece together what exactly just happened before a small, extremely small, lightbulb went off in his brain. Oh, that was sign language, not handseals. Huh. Um, thanks, but I'm all set. Maybe I can take mine after we complete the mission, to celebrate? He politely declined before adding, So you must be Iolana, right? I'm Indra, nice to meet you. He took his copy of the mission scroll back out and flipped it over to reveal a crudely drawn, but effective map of the surrounding area and where they were to intercept the bandits, Based on some intel the village collected, there's a smaller civilian settlement nearby and it's believed a bandit attack is planned to occur sometime in the early afternoon. It's not too far, but if you two are ready to go, we should probably start heading that way. Indra said and would pack the scroll away before moving in the direction of the map, unless otherwise stopped by Lana or Sid. Being the only one from the area, he took lead on the walk, but was in no way interested in trying to assert himself in a leadership position. | Sid watched Lana as she walked up and began signing, picking up what the girl was doing quickly. Sid had gone through a phase when she was younger, after she had learned that some people were born deaf or became so later on in life, where she learned sign language in order to convey her lyrics to them. It had been years since she had actually had to use it, there was only one deaf boy in the academy and she didn't really keep up with him afterwards, but being a Kukinorite came with some benefits, mostly in the form of being able to recall things easily. She watched Indra's reaction with amusement before beginning to sign to the young Weaponkin herself.
<"Nice to meet you, Iolana. I'd love a cookie."> She took one and balanced it between her teeth before beginning to sign again <"I think I remember the mission office mentioning you were mute, but don't worry I can translate between you two if necessary."> Sid took a bit out of her treat and chewed a bit before swallowing so she could speak "More than ready, lead on lil man." She would prefer to take point, seeing as she felt that she was probably the most durable of the trio, but she was a stranger to Anguish so she'd let Indra lead them to their destination without much fuss. *********************** ~~~~~~~~~~~~ | |

| Understanding her sign language, that wasn't too uncommon, but to sign back to fluently, that was definitely something she was visibly surprised by. Still, it caused her to smile. She put the baked goods back safely in her bag. Then realising it would probably help to add a very simple sign; two fingers to her throat, then an x over her mouth. If Sid could understand and speak back so well, she wanted to at least share that she wasn't deaf or the like. Just mute.
With Indra talking she turned and gave her full attention. It was simply in her natural style that she wasn't a leader, her whole deal was running support afterall. Even if she were a local, she'd feel more comfortable letting someone else lead. As they were about to leave though, Lana held up a hand and stopped them both, making a show of looking to each of them and holding her hand out, palm up, then remembering Sid at least could understand. <"Copy."> She said briefly and repeated the sign. Once the two of them did, Lana grinned and in a whirl shifted in to a pair of twin daggers, one in each of their hands. From there, both could hear an ethereal voice, clearly not belonging to the other, but monotonous and without a real source. <"New bonds. That and I'm split so... haven't really had the chance to work on that. In this state I can communicate and I can basically feel through your senses. But what I can do, is monitor your vitals, and also mask our numbers. Surprise any bandits. If one of you is in trouble, the other tosses the dagger close. I can reform, and... do what I gotta do. Ain't it fuckin' handy having a girl like me."> What they would notice, was the faint feelings of Lana's continued signings inside their own heads, yet simultaneously also emanating from the daggers they now held. <"Now let's go get some bandit fucks!"> And yes, her signs were just as colourful as the language she used. | |

| The civilian settlement wasn't too far away and normally would have fallen under the protective sphere of the nearby Village but there had been a lot going on and manpower was low. It would take the trio about half an hour to make it to the settlement and all in all it seemed like a nice place. There were a few large buildings, a pub, a post office and even a smithy seemingly although the smithy was currently cold and empty.
They also weren't the only ones who were visiting the village as sitting around nearby on a series of obviously looted crates were a group of people. The majority of them seemed like the rough and ready types that characterised your typical bandit, scars were aplenty and all of them were heavily armed. In total there were twelve bandits, one carried a longbow, two had several bandoliers of throwing knives, seven of them carried swords of some variety and the last two had heavy, barbed chains wrapped around their fists and forearms.
Then there was the last individual, a short woman standing in around 5'2. A loose yukata was draped across her body almost haphazardly, showing off more than it covered. Her sleek silver hair was brushed and pinned back away from her face and she had her legs crossed, playing a small pipe. Any sharp eyes would also be able to pick out the ex-Kohai headband that was wrapped around her left thigh, the symbol of the village slashed through twice in an 'X' shape. As the trio became visible, the woman stopped her playing and called out with a surprisingly husky, deep voice. "You there... No one likes heroes. We've already resolved our issue with this settlement... Peacefully... I'm sure we can do the same with you, perhaps a share of our compensation and you can just leave us alone, neh?" *********************** ~A message to all~ I am always available to help if you need it! | Huh, okay that's pretty cool. Indra thought as Lana became a dagger, or rather two daggers in his hand. He inspected the weapon, both confused and impressed that a person could simply change into a weapon with such little effort. Sure he had heard of Weaponkin before, but never actually seen one in action. Couldn't have said it better myself. He said out loud in response to Lana's colorful take on the current mission. A small smile graced his lips as they walked towards the settlement and he placed Lana in a spare sheathe on his back. About half an hour later, they'd arrive on its outskirts, a small but quaint looking area. Indra always wondered why people settled outside of the protection of the village, though it was his father who explained that people often sought out quieter lives for while the village offered protection it also offered a level of noise and crowding that many would rather do without. As Indra and Sid neared the entrance to the settlement, he would fall back to walk in line with Sid. Traveling complete, he had no need to take point anymore. He'd also activate both his Raidengan and Kyougan, so his already heterochromatic eyes would still remain heterochromatic, but with some different colors to show activation. He'd scan the area as the two walked towards the center of town, searching for the electro-impulse outlines of people hiding from view. The last thing they needed was to be surrounded. I find that hard to believe. Indra said in response to the short woman. He'd let Sid take the lead on negotiating for the time being, content to simply survey the area and look for anything worth noting. - Spoiler:
Raidengan - 2 D-rank activation. First Stage - In this stage the eyes gain two jagged patterns as more chakra courses into them further improving one's clarity of vision preventing motion blur from those moving at C-rank speed. The user's eyes are now capable of picking up electrical impulses as well as electrical fields produced through electrolocation allowing them to analyze and recreate D-rank Lightning Release techniques upon seeing them in battle after which the Denkou can train them after the topic. In order to activate the user must possess 5 D-ranks, 3 C-ranks & 1 B-rank Lightning Release technique.
Kyougan - 1 D-rank activation Activation - In this stage their eyes change into the blue form. No tomoe have formed and they are able to predict the jutsu the user is going to use allowing them to react before the jutsu is activated. This is acquired from birth.

| Sid hadn't come into direct contact with Weaponkin before now either, leading to a bit of shock as Iolana changed her shape so readily. She only raised her eyebrow a bit, taking the whole thing in stride "You're pretty cool, Miss Lana." She was referring to the girl's speech as well as her transformation. Sid was content that they all would make a good team, at least for the time being, as their personalities seemed to mesh well so far "Sorry in advance for where I'm about to shove you." In a rather remarkable feat of balance, Sid raised her left foot while continuing on skating, sliding the dagger into her skate before lowering it and continuing to press forward. When they came up to the village, Sid stared down the woman who seemed to be in charge for a long moment, saying nothing at all. Then, she stretched her arms up above her head, then out to the sides, before sliding off her jacket and tying it around her waist. Throughout all of these motions, she gently ran her hands across her body so as to send ripples of pleasure through her form "I think you're a woman of action more than a negotiator, and I am as well. Let's make this simple: we fight, and whomever gets their asses kicked gets to keep the supplies while the other leave town and never come back? Deal?" As she talked, she slid into a loose fighting stance, focusing to make sure that her feet remained in motion as she did so. - Spoiler:

| Now the Raidengan, that Iolana was used to, but the other was a whole new experience for her. And it... kind of hurt? She couldn't recall what it felt like when she first bonded with Kirai, maybe it stung a little then? But then there was the feelings on the other side. Sid's getting ready for battle was... interesting. At first she thought of bringing herself back together, fighting as a clear three-some, but perhaps staying hidden like this would be better. So for now she remained in her position, watching and observing from a distance behind the other two shinobi's eyes.
... But why was a certain Erlang coming to mind so easily? Only on one side though did she feel that tug at something she was unaware of. Kirai just wouldn't leave her mind! And that time she walked out of the shower after coming home from a long mission... Well now Iolana was getting flustered. And only Sid might notice that without her specific mindscape Iolana was partially residing in. <"Erm... oh fuck... I need... deep breaths Lana."> Just as she said, both she was fighting with would feel a calm set over the projection they would feel of Lana. <"The villagers. | For a few long moments the woman seemed to contemplate the offer before shrugging and sighing. "Sure, fine, we'll have it your way. So uncouth." She muttered before getting to her feet and stretching out herself, adjusting the obi of her yukata. She then twirled the flute in her hand and the moment it disappeared from view a burst of golden petals exploded outwards and the woman grinned. "Blessed by golden winds, Sing Shimakaze!" Her hand swung out and as it arced a sheath of white came into view marked with golden vines and leaves running up it. A tsuba the shape of a lotus bloom in gold appeared next and lastly the hilt wrapped in pink cloth and the katana dropped into the woman's hand. She slid the scabbarded sword into her obi and drew the blade. Although it had the shape of a normal katana, there were strange channels and holes carved into the blunt side of the blade but their purpose was obvious. She swung the blade twice in front of her in a cross shape and the blade shivered and whistled as it was swung, the wind dancing through the channels so that the blade actually sung as it moved. With that done she entered a rather strange stance. She was crouched low and forward, her left arm holding her blade horizontally at her side and behind her, her right hand reaching around, fingers resting about three quarters of the way up the blade. "My name is Shurui, so you know for when I kick you into the dirt. What's yours Kunoichi? Oh and do get this started quickly, I've got a lot of wine to get to drinking. Oh and boys, go deal with the other one for me, will ya?" She said with a grin, eyes narrowing. - Shurui:

Description: This is a technique created by ancient Samurai in order to protect their Swords from theft or other underhanded methods of disarming and weakening them. This technique applies a transformation to the user's Samurai Sword, concealing the true nature of the weapon from others around them, before applying a seal through their own blood that makes this transformation not only semi-permanent but more capable of concealing the sword's power. This transformation requires a Blood Price to establish, but once established it this price does not need to be paid again unless the seal is undone by an Unsealing Technique equal to the user's Rank. When in its sealed state, the Samurai loses access to their sword's ability but its new form isn't recognizable as a Samurai Sword unless an individual possesses a Counter-Sealing Technique revolving around discerning the nature of sealed objects. The user can revert the seal at will by touching their weapon and uttering a command unique to the Sword in question, reverting it to its true form. -- The rest of the bandits got up and in double file jogged past Sid, most of them gave her a nod as they passed, they could respect a duel, none of them seemed like they'd interfere. Once they were passed the kunoichi though they all broke into a sprint. One of the swordsmen and one of the brawlers with the barbed chains waited back though. The archer hopped up onto a nearby rock, knocked an arrow and immediately fired it at Indra with D-Rank strength. The arrow had a wickedly barbed tip and it was unlikely to be pleasant if it hit. The two with the throwing knives split up and started to run in wide circles around Indra aiming to get behind him. The rest of them just bum-rushed the poor Erlang. While all of the sword wielders just swung at him with D-Rank speed to get a test for how the boy would react, the brawler had something else in mind as he dashed in with C-Rank strength and immediately dropped to the ground and into a low spin-kick, aiming to take Indra's legs out from under him. - Bandits:

1 Brawler + 1 Swordsman: Staying back, they look tougher than the rest.
2 Knife Wielders: Running with D-Rank speed in a wide circle to get behind Indra.

1 Brawler: Using Leaf Gale with C-Rank strength.
Name: Strong Fist: Leaf Gale Classification: Taijutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Short
Description: This technique is a good example of how even simple taijutsu can become a pre-eminently destructive, lethal technique. The attack is a simple rear spinning low kick, but a strong enough user can send a large adult flying as if they weighed nothing. The goal is to throw the enemy off balance, and deal damage to the lower half of their body. This technique deals damage utilizing the user's strength tiers the higher the damage the farther the knock back and eventual fall damage. Strength Tier - Knockback Distance D-rank - 5 feet C-rank - 10 feet

| Ah, perfect, you gentlemen and...ladies? Indra asked, unsure of some of the more androgynous looking bandits. He shifted his body out of the way, letting the arrow pass by harmlessly in nearly slow-motion, I'm looking for the villagers that live here. We need to make sure they're unharmed and provide help to any that you roughed up. The more cooperative you are, Indra said as one of the bolder bandits lunged in, dropping low to sweep Indra's legs out from under him. Watching him approach, Indra jumped just as the leg swept beneath him and kicked forward with his right toe, aiming to hit the bandit between the eyes with his foot. As he did so, he would bite his thumb, drawing a small amount of blood. | Sid let the bandits walk past her without a fuss, but she thought to Iolana as they did so "Let me know if Indra is in any trouble so I can toss you to him if need be. Oh and could you tell him to send me a sword if possible? Thanks." Sid then returned her laser focus to the woman and her blade. She examined the stance and movements closely, noting that by the way she moved she was a Tenmetsu Samurai. She'd faced a few of them in her academy days, and remembered how they fought. But the techniques she used...they usually followed an attack, but there was none. Shurui had simply slipped into her stance after, which was definitely a warning sign. Unfortunately, Sid wasn't much for caution. If danger would arise, then it would do so whether or not she decided to face the woman head-on "I'm Sid. And don't worry, I never waste time." She made her decision, skating forward at the woman with speed even greater than just moments before. Sid was an anomaly among Kukinorite, capable of gathering speed much faster than even those of greater ranks were able to. It was a point of pride for her, truly, but in this moment she was hyper focused on the Samurai before her and taking her down. Sid decided to keep it simple for now, leaping forward so that they were within striking distance of each other before raising her foot above her head and bringing it down with a simple sharp motion, aiming to slam her heel into the Samurai's shoulder. - Spoiler:

Description: The Boxer jumps either forward or back to put additional force onto a strike or to put distance between him and an opponent to likewise deliver additional force to opponents moving towards him. This all relies on distance with the damage multiplier for his strike increasing relative to the distance between him and his opponent. When he leaps forward if the opponent is within 3 feet of him as he throws the punch they sustain normal damage, if they are in between 1-2 feet they sustain double the damage (2x) while if they are in within a foot they sustain triple damage (3x) from the strike. Likewise when he jumps back opponents moving towards him to bridge that gap likewise suffer the same predicament with the follow up strike. Leap's distance and speed increases with the user's tiers, each speed tier allows him to dodge strikes with a leap back equal to the speed he is moving while each strength tier increases the distance of the leap by five feet starting at 5 at D-rank strength.

Description: The second offensive strike of Wáṣerotapa, Stomp acts like a finisher which can be preformed in two ways the first is by using it on an opponent essentially stomping on their head or shoulder dealing C-rank physical damage in order to propel oneself upward into a backflip while simultaneously planting the opponent 2 feet into the ground unless they tense their body upon impact with C-rank strength. The second way is by stomping on a prone opponent who is laying on the ground dealing C-rank physical damage to them while causing them to essentially bounce off the ground into the air unless they tense their body right before impact with C-rank strength. In the case of the former if they opponent tenses their body the distance the user is propelled is double while when stomping on prone opponents they are dealt additional physical elemental damage due to smacking into the surface they are laying on (I.e the ground would deal D-rank physical earth release damage while a C-rank block of ice would deal C-rank physical ice release damage etc). Increased tiers only increases the lethality and use of this technique as it makes use of the user's tiers to increase the distance the user is propeled into the air after stomping on an opponent.. | Shurui's stance didn't change as Sid moved towards her, her eyes locked directly onto Sid's midriff to keep her awareness of the woman's entire body in check, she'd also fought long enough and hard enough to know that staring into someone's eyes was a good way to get your ass handed to you. As Sid leaped however, Shurui tapped two fingers against the blade of her sword. A loud clear chime echoed out and then Sid would find herself in a bit of a sticky situation as midway through her leap, two golden lines appeared in the air exactly where she was passing through and she'd suddenly find herself rapidly attacked by what felt like dozens of invisible blades that drew her backwards through the air, slicing her body before letting her go and dropping her to the ground. The golden lines then disappeared shortly afterwards. With that Shurui then immediately moved into an attack, taking a step forward and swinging her blade in an underhand arc, slicing through the ground under her as the blade snapped out, seemingly flying short. However near-invisibly a spiraling vortex of wind had surrounded the blade and it was aimed directly to slam Sid in the chest and chin to send her flying into the air with the blow, however even as she moved strange afterimages and echoes moved before and after her, likely making it a bit harder to see her blow. - Shurui:

Sword Name: Shimakaze Sword Appearance: Simple katana carved with holes and channels to sound like a flute when swung, lotus blossom tsuba in gold and a hilt wrapped in pink cloth. Sword Chakra Nature: Wind Sword Description: Shimakaze's ability is known as the 'Wind Scar'. By slashing the air she is capable of creating invisible cuts that linger for a period of time, only detectable via Wind Displacement Sensory or Kinetic Sensory. By tapping the blade of Shimakaze, the user can activate a chime that triggers any number of Wind Scars that the user wishes. Each Wind Scar then opens up into a slicing vortex in a small area around the scar, dealing Wind Release Hybrid Damage. The speed, damage and area(ft radius) of these vortices are determined by a weekly training done by the user(750 Words). If the Scar is noticed via the right sensory beforehand then it's a simple thing to use speed to avoid the whirlwind, however if unseen then it requires reaction tiers one rank higher than the whirlwind speed to notice and if the victim possesses no reaction tiers at all they will have no idea what just happened to them.

Description: Through practice and repeated usage, Shimakaze learned that the Wind Scars she produced actually held and reproduced echoes of her physical movements, now while this wasn't yet enough to completely alter how the Wind Scar worked it let her work in certain abilities. The first thing she done was learn how to apply her Tenmetsu style speed alterations to the Wind Scar, granting the Scars the same properties as her own swinging blade. This however does have a limit as she is only capable of applying a certain max to her Wind Scars dependent on her rank.

The user simply thrusts forward with their blade, however the speed with which this technique is executed causes the weapon to be sheathed in a vacuum of slicing winds that extend the reach of the weapon dependent on the speed used, as well as converts the damage to Wind Release Slicing due to this. This technique is unique in that it is an add-on to other Tenmetsu techniques in order to convert their damage and increase their range. Description: This technique is only capable of being used as a follow up to any of the other Tenmetsu-ko techniques, but shines when used as a follow up to Mortal Steel or Heel Kick. This technique requires the user to continue the momentum of their previous attack and transfer all the force of their movement into an upward strike with their sword. This strike deals damage equal to the user's Speed, but the true nature of this technique lay in the effect of the strike. When it lands, it knocks a target up to 10ft into the air. When following Mortal Steel, this technique can reach forward 5ft in order to still land on a target that attempts to dodge this technique. When paired with Heel Kick, this technique requires a Mid-Air movement technique equal to the user's Speed to dodge accurately.

With it learned, the user is capable of overpowering Physical Techniques with their Kenjutsu, so long as said techniques aren't backed by Strength equal to the user's Speed. When used against weaponry, this can also act as a Disarming Technique.
-- As for the bandits, the moment the Salamander popped up the two Bandits standing in the back reacted. One of them nudged the other and laughed. "Hey, isn't that a cousin of yours?" She said while the other seemed to set their stance and shake their head, a low huff leaving his lips. "Not a chance." His body was wrapped in bandages to hide his skin and thus his actual nature as he raised one foot and slammed it down into the ground. The ground around and under Indra suddenly rumbled and started to drop down into a pit with the syrup capture field starting to rapidly fill it. Admittedly it did pull in the brawler and all but two of the swordsmen as well but Indra was also liable to drown in there if he didn't do something. The Archer for their part shrugged and crouched, pulling their arrow back and seemingly holding it, closing one eye and focusing. The two rougher looking bandits started to stroll forwards getting ready to get stuck in if Indra jumped out of the hole, the bandage wrapped one in particular had fairly heavy and solid movements, the ground seeming to shift and groan under them as they moved. - Bandits:

The size of this area of effect, how deep it goes and the speed that it starts to sink at is based on the Tribe member's rank, however it's especially useful as the ground sinks into a funnel like shape with barbed walls, causing anyone that climbs the pit or walks up it to take 3 D-Ranks of Earth Release Hybrid damage each PT they spend moving on the wall.

| Hearing Lana, Indra pulled the dagger from behind his back and tossed it high in the air in the direction of Sid. Hopefully this would give the Kunoichi enough time to do the same so Lana could combine herself, but keep the two daggers out of the read of the bandits before him. The ground beneath him began to quake and soften, which was more than enough for Indra to get going. He dashed forward as the space he was in began to crumble and suck in the bandits he had snared. They screamed and cried out and if Indra had the time he'd cringe at the thought of the brutal death they were about to endure. Durga clung to Indra's shoulder as he stepped towards the two rougher looking bandits who had moved forward. Not much for talking then? Indra asked as he weaved hand seals, creating a bright flash of lightning that would encompass the two with blinding, burning light. As he did this, he'd change direction, moving to his right and around the flash. Although the archer was most likely too far away to be affected by the light like the rougher bandits hopefully would be, Indra had intended to use the flash to momentarily conceal his movements to the archer. Reaching for a kunai from his holster, he'd chuck the knife towards the crouched archer. If not for a kill shot, he was at least aiming to inhibit the archer's shooting capabilities. - Spoiler:

Description: The user performs hand seals before spreading their hands in a fanned out gesture. A high voltage shower of blindingly bright electrical sparks sprays out from their hands, moving and striking out at C- speeds and inflicting C-rank Lighting Release chakra based damage on opponents within 5 ft (3 D at 10 ft & 1 D at 15 ft). As a result it's effects make this technique useful as both a 'keep away' and small scale area of effect (15 ft radius) blinding attack as well as a distraction from the user's movements. The user is unaffected by this technique's brightness, as it is directed outwards (conical) however those utilizing C-rank & below Electrolocation or Time-slowing dojuitsu have a loss of sight for 2 posts (total), those with both (Raidengan) suffer for double the amount of time being blinded for 4 posts (total). Description: The user throws the Shuriken putting a unique spin on it so that it makes a wide arc before returning back to the user. Shuriken thrown using this technique move at Bullet release speeds. In addition if used on large opponents it is possible to do twice the damage to them if the first hit lands as the second one will land as well.
Using B-rank Tsuyo Strength for the throw, if that supercedes the Bullet Release speeds mentioned in the text and bumps it to B-rank speeds. If it doesn't, then ignore this and I'm maintaining my C+ Strength from last post.

| Sid hissed as she felt the cuts biting into her skin, really regretting having let up on her bodily conditioning right about now. Luckily the cuts seemed to mainly be superficial, if that, so she wouldn't have to worry about them to much. The follow up, however, was another story. The bandit charged at her, blade at the ready, but her eyes were trained specifically to be able to handle high speeds, even that of others. While the Samurai would be a blur to everyone else, Sid would be able to follow her movements. As Shurui came in to strike at her physically, Sid performed a cartwheel to her left in order to dodge, subtly moving her hand to her skate where Lana was held and throwing the Weaponkin back towards Indra like she had asked "Have a nice flight" Now was probably not the time for jokes, but it was still funny. Once she was upright again Sid drew up her leg and kicked outwards with all her strength and speed, figuring that if this woman wanted to fight with blades of wind she could do just the same. Maybe not with a similar level of finesse, but with a level of danger all her own. Without letting up, Sidonie performed another cartwheel, this time moving behind the samurai, sending out another of the previous kicks as she moved, before jumping into the air and sending another down from above. - Spoiler:

It can deliver a considerable amount of power while moving at crashing ground speeds and the force behind the strike allow for inflicting B-rank physical slicing damage up to 15ft away (in a 45° radius) from the user's actual foot. It is mainly used to cover distance or to attack larger targets than the user however if used along with elemental techniques it can be used to cut through chakra based techniques B-rank or below parting them into two and sending the halves diagonally away from the user preventing them from being harmed by the technique. | The gradually growing focus as the two halves of her soared together gave so much clarity, and as the two daggers whizzed by each other, that clattered together and in a whirl of ash, Iolana herself reappeared, kunai in hand. She figured giving Sid an opening was the best idea, and chose that woman with the sword as her target. Still in the air, she flicked the kunai up and watched it rotates once... twice... four ti- now! In one swift motion Lana swung her hips, colliding with the hilt of the weapon just right, sending it flying at Shurui with B+ tier speed, and using that momentum to throw herself the rest of the way back to besides Indra still showering ash as she went, and slamming her chest against a bandit getting in to melee with Indra to at the very least throw them off. Breaking out both the Stinger Shot and Rotary Slam, Lana felt good to have perfected them for actual combat use. - Techs:
Name: Vitality Impact Style: Faerie Dancer Classification: Fighting Style Rank: B Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Self
Description: The pinnacle fighting style for Iolana, combining her manipulation of Ash in her AshWraith line, and the unorthodox methods of the Vitality Impact Style, in to the style she labels herself as a Faerie Dancer. As a branch of Vitality Impact Style, the strengths and weaknesses that of the specialities of the parent fighting style carry over in to the Faerie Dancer branch. Like ViS, Iolana is able to use the unusual portion of her body to channel the Strong Fist style of taijutsu through her medium of her behind and her breasts. Just like ViS, the concussive impacts of the taijutsu almost entirely negating the use of defense tiers against this style, and knocking back the opponent upon collision for all Strong Fist, Vitality Impact Style, and Faerie Dance techniques. When the Faerie Fist style is added, the already dangerous taijutsu style is empowered further through the manipulation of Ash materia. Carrying forward the Faerie Fist style, when using the Faerie Dancer style Iolana sheds and surrounds herself in ash materia that cloak her movements, with this empowered version taking it one step further through the ViS' 'body whipping' motions to 'shake' more ash from her body. This greater density of ash pushes the requirements to see through Iolana's movements further, requiring reaction tiers along side time-slowing dojutsu, or a rank+ reaction and speed tiers to see through the ash clouds to see where the blows come from. All taijutsu used within this style require an additional ash materia cost of one rank below the taijutsu.

Description: Utilising the power that is the Vitality Impact Style, and the level of control over the body, the user can develop a way to enable their use of kunai to be thrown not by hand, but by hip thrusts. Once target has been taken, the user can 'drop' a kunai besides them, and with the power and speed of their hips, can launch kunai, or similar shaped objects, at the target at speed+ tiers that they strike the object with. Due to this unorthodox nature of 'throwing', it cause those even with muscle-tension perception to be unable to identify where said strike is coming from, unless they too possess Vitality Impact Style to have the experience.

| The moment her strike was avoided, Shurui knew she'd have to kick it up a notch to keep up with this one. She might've landed a good hit with the Wind Scars but that trick only worked so many times. Shurui spun her blade and crouched lower, her awareness expanding and flickering through the air aorund her, making her even more aware of her surroundings. Thus as the first vertical kick was launched and the kunai came in from behind her, the mix of her wind-reading and her enhanced speed let her duck the kunai and swing her blade around, the swirling blade of wind around it and the force allowing her to part the energy around her body. She then spun and done the same to the second vertical kick but the third she could feel had more power behind it and she instead dashed to the side, letting it slam into the ground and shred the earth instead of her body. "Nice moves! Now let's ramp it up a bit!" She grinned and moved in a low, arcing crouch. As she did so a second version of herself appeared, seemingly faint and flickering as though it was made of wind. The moment it was formed, both of them started moving in opposite directions around Sid and both swung their blades. Invisible to the naked eye, darts of compressed air fired up to Sid from both the Bunshin and Shurui herself. - Shurui:
Mortal Steel + Crashing Ground means B-Rank slicing damage over an extended range, can deflect the Vertical Kicks without damaging the sword.
B-Rank+ Speed + B-Rank Wind Displacement Sensory acting as B-Rank Reaction means can react to and dodge various attacks, even the one from behind.
Bushin created, both it and Shurui use Raining Bullets with Crashing Ground speed, each launches 4 needles invisible to naked eye, requiring Wind Displacement to notice.
Each needle deals 2 D-Ranks of damage with B-Rank defense piercing = 16 D-Ranks in total which is 2 C + 4 D

Description: Drawing on their chakra, the user expands their awareness to their surroundings, specifically targeting the winds around them and giving them the ability to see and feel the winds around them. While active this counts as B-Rank Wind Displacement sensory in an area around the user determined by their rank. This is a simple but useful technique enabling the user to fight foes they might otherwise be unable to. This lasts for a flat amount of time per rank before the cost needs to be repaid.

Description: This is a unique technique formulated by Tenmetsu-ko Samurai in order to make the greatest use of their ability to create Afterimages. Bushin are more powerful versions of regular Afterimages, infused with small amounts of the user's chakra in order to make them more along the lines of Illusory Clones than anything. Bushin are created as offshoots of the user's own actions, often summoned in positions that mimic their movements, however are fully capable of independent movement after their creation. Bushin possess their user's Speed and are Semi-Tangible, enabling them to damage the Physical while also being resistant to Physical Damage. Bushin are extremely realistic, however will be dispersed by Physical Damage B-Rank or Above, or any amount of damage from another Damage Type. Finally, due to being created through chakra, Bushin are also capable of being used as decoys for Mental Techniques that the Samurai is capable of tracking, enabling them to have a Bushin take their place in a Genjutsu trap so long as they are able to outspeed the Genjutsu. Description: Req. Tenmetsu Style: Stray Bullets to Learn. This technique is an advancement on another, but is no less deadly for its simplicity. With this, the user is capable of releasing multiple needles of wind with the same motion and a single price, these needles capable of traveling up to 30ft from the user. This technique is empowered if the user is capable of performing it in mid-air, as height allows the needles to gather momentum and increase their base damage from D-Rank, while also allowing them to reach up to 60ft away from the user. These needle move at the speed of the user's swing, and require Wind Displacement Sensory equal to their rank in order to notice them. The amount of needles created per use of this technique is determined by the user's rank, while their damage is determined by the height they are launched from, though they still possess Defense Piercing equal to the user's Speed. The swordswomen shrugged before there was a sudden flash of light. She hissed and covered her eyes with one hand, drawing her blade with the other and entering a defensive stance to make sure Indra wasn't trying to go for her but it seemed she was safe for now. The two bandits with swords nearby Indra tried to rush him but one of them was immediately stopped as a pair of breasts slammed into his cheek and rocked his entire skull. He stopped and started to sway, his eyes unfocused from the force of the blow. The other one decided that he wasn't going to let his friend get killed in such an embarrassing manner and ran in to swing his sword at Iolana at C-Rank speeds to try and cut her up. It was true that the blinding flash didn't reach the archer and he was getting ready to loose his arrow when the kunai was launched at him. With a sigh he fired off his arrow, letting it impact the arrow, deflecting both of them. He then drew a second arrow and began to aim again, pulling back the string and setting his stance, usually he would have attacked instantly but... Indra had another problem to deal with. The second tougher looking bandit wasn't even phased by the blinding light. He dashed forward and straight into Indra's path, shifting some of the bandages around his face before, with a fairly awful retching noise, he spat a massive glob of mucus onto the ground in front of Indra. He'd need to stop or end up stuck in the mucus. The Faunus then landed, stepped in closer and swung a massive straight kick out at Indra's chest aiming to either break his ribs or send him flying back into the pit of syrupy water. - Bandits:
Archer uses C-Rank strength to deflect kunai with arrow.
Two remaining swordsmen mooks, one is stunned, the other is attempting to hit Lana for C-Rank slashing damage.
Elite Swordswomen is blinded currently.
Toad Faunus has C-Rank Reaction, ignores the Blind, uses 6 Stamina for Sticky Spit, covers 10 foot area requiring movement distance greater than that to avoid. If stuck, requires B-Rank or higher strength to get out.
Ribcracker deals C-Rank damage however if stuck in Sticky Mucus, Indra cannot take the knockback activating the secondary effect. If hit but able to take the knockback, Indra is knocked back 20 feet into the pit of syrup.
Name: Toad Style: Sticky Spit Classification: Beast Art Rank: C-Rank(Variable stamina) Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Short-Mid
Description: Due to being born as a Toad Faunus, the user is able to secrete and use a form of mucus as a defensive and sometimes even offensive tool. With this technique stamina is paid in order to generate an amount of the mucus before spitting it onto the ground or onto a person. This mucus is incredibly sticky and requires strength dependent on the stamina put into it while the user's rank determines how large the area it covers is or the number of targets if spat at a group. When spat, this glob of mucus moves at C-Rank speeds.

Description: A simple yet brutal technique where the Terra Tribe member sets their stance firmly using one foot before using the other to lash out with a massive straight kick towards the opponent's chest. If this connects it deals damage equal to the user's strength or C-Rank physical damage whichever is higher and knocks the opponent away if they do not possess strength higher than that of the Faunus. The distance launched is dependent on the Faunus' strength tier however this has an additional function if the victim locks themselves in place or is unable to accept the knockback. In this situation, the force of the blow causes the opponent's ribs to crack unless they possess defense tiers equal to the Faunus' strength or higher and causes them to suffer C-Rank pain every time they move or use a physical technique.

This is because while one has heightened senses it means they are more susceptible to things which might target their sensory organs and for that reason Faunus learned how to train themselves to overcome it (treated has having normal senses by C-rank & below sense harming techniques) while granting themselves C-rank Reaction Tiers. In this way they react not in order to perceive but rather to survive. | The bandits' movements were easy to read and react to, that much he was thankful for, but the sheer number of them still remaining was beginning to grow tiresome. In slow-motion, he watched as the bandaged one moved between him and the archer Indra was trying to get to. The strange substance spewed forth from the bandit's mouth and Indra frowned. Looks kinda like my stuff, eh boss? Durga asked from Indra's shoulder. Truth be told, he had completely forgotten she was still there. He buckled down and continued on his path head first towards the bandit, hoping against hope that this wasn't somehow secretly acid. Stepping into it, he felt it pull against his foot, but cycling more chakra to increase his strength proved an effective method to break free and Indra didn't even miss a step. The bandit's front kick came hurtling towards him, but the shinobi sidestepped it instead. He felt the displacement of air from the kick as it missed him by mere centimeters. As he moved past the bandit, he'd stab two fingers towards this one's own chest and say, Oh, so you're the racist one, huh? If the hit connected, the bandit would feel an immense pressure in his chest from a strength that shouldn't exist in just two tiny finger tips before being flung backwards towards the waiting archer. Indra wasn't positive he'd be able to bridge the distance with the bandit's body, but at the very least he'd hopefully make for a good meat shield while he ran towards the archer. - Spoiler:
Reaction from before used to dodge kick. Upping Tsuyo Strength to B (for reference I have up to A unlocked). If successful, Cherry Blossom Impact will knock the Bandit 15 feet and Shinken Gai Kata should inflict massive internal pain. Trying to bridge the gap between Indra and the Archer, so if you could give me a rough estimate next post that'd be swell.

Description: An immense amount of chakra is kneaded inside the shinobi's body, and a moment later all of it it is gathered into the fist. That chakra is then released into the target, which does a great amount of damage equal to their chakra enhanced strength tier. With the damage done dependent on the amount of chakra used, it is also possible for a skilled shinobi to amass it in their fingertip and still deal the same damage as one would deal using a punch just at a reduced area. When the ground is hit it is pulverized into minute pieces by the excess shock, which are then scattered like flower petals, giving rise to the name Cherry Blossom Impact. Everything within the crater is dealt the same amount of physical damage however those underground while this technique is used are dealt two counts of damage the first being the physical damage from being struck by this technique and the second being Earth Release Physical Damage equal to the strength used due to the earth actually being shattered from the force of this technique. Those Depending on whether a fingertip or fist is used the size of the crater varies, if a fingertip is used the crater has a smaller radius (2ft) but the penetration depth into the ground is deeper (20ft). If a fist is used the crater has a larger radius (20ft) but the penetration depth into the ground is shallower (10ft). Based on the level of the user's chakra enhanced strength an additional modifier can be added to this technique to result in both the crater size and depth being increased. Description: Req. Active Raidengan. The Shinken Gai Kata is an internal Taijutsu fighting style and was created by Obito Denkou, the Fifth Yamikage and is probably what resulted in his rapid promotion through the ranks. It is a dangerous style based on viewing the electrical signals given off by a all living things and studying anatomy in order to learn where nerve clusters are within a target's body. Using the Raidengan as an aide the user refines their manipulation of Lightning Release to such a degree that the ambient chakra within their body's natural state is Lightning Release rather than ambient. This has the added side effect of permanently barring the use of Wind or Earth Release preventing those who learn this technique from having either of those two affinities. This technique is something learned only at a young age as upon getting to old one's chakra system resists the change and thus this technique is incapable of being learned. Likewise those with a high (Lightning Primary & Lightning Secondary chakra affinities) as well as those with a very high (Lightning Primary, Lightning Secondary & Lightning Tertiary chakra affinities) are able to achive the most lethal results using this fighting style. | Sid watched the woman move, tracking how she responded to the attacks and the timing of her movements. She was capable of matching and dividing the first two kicks, but not the third, meaning that was the kind of force she needed to actually hurt the samurai. She was also mainly fighting from a distance, no doubt using the unpredictability of her wind blades to compensate for their minimal strength, but Sid was more than capable of maintaining a defense that didn't need to notice what was hitting her to be able to stop it. The clone as something unique, but Sid wasn't all too worried about that. She used the two women slashing at her as her cue to move as well. "You call this ramping up? I might as well take a nap." Kukinorite were blessed with the ability to maneuver in mid-air, and Sid liked to think of herself as a damn good Kukinorite. She pushed off the air, launching herself downwards in a sort of fusion between a lunge and a dive, again making directly for the more substantial copy of the woman. She felt the pinpricks of the needles against her flesh, or at least some of them. Around half of them were instead dispersed as they came into contact with Sidonie, their energy cycling around her as her momentum equalized and absorbed their impact. Description: "Movement Taught, Jump" - The Kukinorite have been around for a very long time, from the time of the Chakra Beasts actually and with that time they designed a series of training methods to help them keep up their edge and obtain mastery of the use of their Air Treks. This is the fifth known as "Air" which focuses on teaching the Kukinorite how to jump which to most Kukinorite they think they know what it is to jump but the truth is they have no clue. The Kukinorite way of jumping allows them to be capable of adjusting their center of gravity resulting in a unique way of jumping which can be likened to a double jump if only in appearance. What they are doing is jumping and then using their momentum from the jump in conjunction with shifting their center of gravity and being propelled further by the spin. This is known as the "Air Jump" informally among Kukinorite and the more skilled they get the more frequently they can do this. When using this technique it also counts as an S-rank Air-Movement technique, due to building off of Run, however if any Kukinorite became an Acolyte this technique stacks with their ability to jump multiple times becoming far more dangerous as a result. Description: As she formulated her fighting styles, Sid learned that while she is fully capable of taking attacks head on due to how durable she is, this wasn't always the best course of action. Through the various training exercises to control the flow of her body, she found that she is capable of controlling the energy behind her opponent's Physical-based attacks as well. This C-Rank Strength+Defense Tier Chain allows her to redirect the kinetic energy behind attacks so that the damage is dissipated around her form harmlessly, not negating the damage so much as diverting it away from her. This works differently than other Defense chains, as it is capable of affecting all ranks of Physical techniques (including Piercing normally and Bypassing if I.F. is active), however when used at this level only a C-Rank of force is redirected, reducing the damage of techniques even if it doesn't negate it outright. The kinetic energy diverted lingers around Sid for 1 Post (Total) before dissipating, allowing her to utilize it if she has a method to do so.

Description: After learning, through her various martial arts styles, to redirect harmful force around her body rather than absorbing it, Sid discovered that the force took time to dissipate and could be used to her advantage. Alongside learning to use the force, she learned to generate her own, resulting in this C-Rank Speed+Defense Tier Chain. At the cost of Pain (Impervious Flesh active) or Recoil (Impervious Flesh inactive) Sid is capable of generating powerful shockwaves of force with her strikes, dealing Internal Defense Bypassing damage to targets or objects she strikes. The price required varies, with pain being inflicted 1-Rank above while recoil is inflicted 1-Rank below the damage she wishes to deal. This technique ties well with her other Tier Chain, as she is capable of utilizing the energy redirected from physical techniques as a substitute price, though it deals damage equal to the amount of energy. | Iolana was careful of the sword swing coming in, but she was feeling rather cocky in that moment. She brought an arm up, having what looked like metalic feathers coat her arm, and block the blow. Meanwhile she just blew a silent raspberry at the guy, as her defences would literally blow him back due to her Stone Plating defence, and with it drove right in to her follow up, swinging her hips around, and slamming in to the guy's stomach with her rear, just to ensure the knock back and an embarrassing hit. Description: Weaponkin are naturally disposed to Defense tiers as part of their inorganic bodies and pseudo-mechanical physiology. However Weaponkin defense tiers are different compared to those of Ronin as they do not just accept impacts but the energy of strikes against them, even ones that breach the defenses, are channeled back out into the point of the strike unleashing it in the form of a concussive impact. This counts as C-Rank defense tiers but when struck causes knockback requiring strength tiers to anchor one's self in place to avoid being sent flying backwards depending on the power of the user's defense tiers. Alternatively, the Weaponkin can allow the impact to work on themselves, launching them a distance backwards away from the foe with physical damage being sustained upon striking an object depending on the force of the knockback, mitigated immediately due to the Weaponkin's defense tiers. This effect changes when in full Weapon Form, during that the Weaponkin loses the knockback effect but this counts as a C-Rank counter weapon destruction technique.

Description: A simple technique that involves the user pressing their butt up against the opponent's waist before crouching and pushing up with the knees. This uses the leverage of the rear end to launch the opponent into the air. This only deals a D-Rank of physical bypassing damage but the odd positioning makes it incredibly difficult to negate this knock-up, requiring either incredibly high strength tiers to root the body in place causing the victim to sustain another count of physical bypassing damage one below the user's strength(Two below if using speed) or an aerial movement technique to avoid a follow up attacks.
Combo: Bust Breaker - When used before Bust Breaker, the rotational energy from that technique is used to slam the opponent into the ground. This causes them to take double damage from Bust Breaker as they form a crater equal in radius to the knock-up distance however it also costs 4 fatigue to use.

| As the next series of vertical kicks came towards, Shurui realised that just maybe she was a little out of her depth, these blows were ridiculous judging by the air disturbances they were causing but she wasn't done just yet! She hadn't managed to become a leader of a Bandit Group by being a pushover. Moments before the kicks reached her, Shurui seemed to disappear, splitting into seven shadowy copies of herself before reforming after the attacks had landed, standing in the same spot unharmed and with her blade at the ready. "I just needed you a little closer, darling." She grinned and then disappeared once more, taking a deep breath as she did so and when she moved, even more afterimages than usual appeared around her. All at once five perfect afterimages appeared in a circle around Sidonie, each of them with their weapons raised. The first stepped in and swung, though it was just a feint, if she didn't have the right barrier tiers she'd have a lot of trouble with the rest of the attacks. The rest of the images, and the true Shurui hidden among them, then disappeared once more during their swings and appeared in a circle around Sid, facing away from her and while most of them sheathed their blades and vanished, one instead spun and went back into her initial stance, bringing her fingers around to rest on her blade. Description: The Tenmetsu are based around the mastery of speed itself in a combat sense. By focusing further on this speed for just a moment they are able to transcend mortal limits and enter a state of hyper speed but only for a moment. This technique is a Get Out of Jail Free card where the user moves at such an incredible speed for a moment they are able to dodge any attacks launched at them this post, however at the end they return to their starting position in a ready stance.

Description: This is the Tenmetsu variant of a basic Samurai technique which the samurai of the style have modified to fit their own style of swordsmanship. The refinement of their kata is shown through this technique as, when it is activated, they are capable of increasing the number of Afterimages they are capable of creating in order to cause their enemies more confusion. However this not only lasts for the duration of the basic Concentration Techniques cool down after which this technique has a 6, 12 or 24 posts in total (respectively) cool down before it is able to be used again. Name: Tenmetsu Style: Blinding Five Strikes Classification: Kenjutsu Rank: A-Rank Class: Offensive Range: Short
Description: This technique was made to rival Nine Dragon Crash, though it is a less known technique due to many outside of the style believing that the techniques are one in the same. With this technique the user runs at their target with their hands poised to draw their blade. As the user gets within 10ft of their target, they seemingly vanish to the Naked Eye before reappearing with 4 Afterimages all surrounding their target with their blade drawn. One of the Afterimages then strikes out, however this strike is actually a feint in order to trick an opponent into defending, parrying or dodging prematurely. The target must pass a Barrier Tier Check equal to the user's Rank in order to realize that it is a feint without any threat and stand their ground. If the target falls for the feint, they require a Reaction + Speed Tier Chain equal to the user's Speed to dodge the attack, while if they realize the feint for what it is they simple require Reaction + Speed equal to the user's Speed. In any case, when closing in for their strike, the user and the remainder of their afterimages vanish once more as the user strikes their target five times, reappearing walking away from their now heavily injured opponent. Each strike deals damage equal to 1-Rank below the Speed this technique is used with. *Note: If the first feint fails the user is capable of retrying up to 3 more times (1 for each additional afterimage), raising the Barrier Check by a Tier Level and lowering the number of strikes performed by 1 to a minimum of 2.
-- The Bandit seemed happy that he had managed to land a hit and thought he would be able to avenge his ally! Instead his entire arm was launched backwards and his body swiftly followed causing him to soar in a graceful arc and land directly into the pit of syrup behind him, only barely holding on at the edge, completely stuck, so that he didn't drown like the others. The other bandit managed to shake off their stun and readied their sword before getting hip checked and launched up into the air, completely confused as to what was happening. The Toad Faunus' eyes widened as Indra just walked straight through the mucus, he wasn't expecting this little kid to have that much strength. He started to move but saw the two finger jab coming towards him and was ready to brace his body for the impact but luckily he ended up getting saved instead. With the blindness gone, the Swordswoman turned and dashed directly between Indra and the toad faunus, just on the edge of the sticky area. She held her blade with both hands and then swung her arms around, smacking Indra's fingers with the hilt and deflecting the force of the blow to the side. This would also likely put Indra off balance and she would immediately move into an attack, swinging her blade to try and score it across his body before setting her stance and taking a deep breath, readying her second blow. Due to being saved, the Toad Faunus went on the attack instead, spinning around the Swordswoman and down onto his hands, body horizontal almost as though he was about to start breakdancing. Instead however his foot snapped out like a piston aimed at Indra's knee to attempt to knock him down and also dislocate the joint to make it harder to move around. - Swordswoman:

Name: Shinkoken Classification: Fighting Style Rank: C-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: Varies
Description: Shinkoken is a Kenjutsu style that follows a few central principles. Practitioners believe that spiritual energy flows through a series of pathways in the body that twist and move like a labyrinth. By following the right series of movements, they are capable of aligning these pathways to grant them access to incredible bursts of power for a short moment but doing so causes the pathways to break away from their alignment. This is expressed through three specific 'routes' called Sen. To align the Sen, the techniques of Shinkoken follow 'Paths', although multiple paths may lead to the same end. As a path is followed, it increases the power of the techniques in the path due to the Sen coming into alignment and following the path to the end grants one of the three Sen, however a path must go from start to end, starting in the middle does not initiate Path bonuses going forward. It is also said that there are two hidden Sen; Tsubame and Kaeshi, although the usage of these is spoken of as legend and nothing more. The Sen are as follows: Getsu: The Moon, also known as the Sen of Self. This pathway focuses energy within the heart and enhances the body. While this Sen is active, the user gains +1 Tier Level to Defense. Setsu: The Snowflake, the Sen of Logic. This pathway focuses energy into the forehead and keeps the mind alert and fresh allowing focus and force in a better manner. While Setsu is active, the user gains +1 Tier Level to Strength. Ka: The Flower, the Sen of Freedom. This pathway focuses power into the wrists and ankles creating a deep, flowing connection within the body. While Ka is active, the user gains +1 Tier Level to Speed.

Description: The simplest technique of Shinkoken and the initiating technique of many of the Sword Paths, the Hakaze is a basic strike with a lot of potential in it. The user steps forwards and swings their blade upwards from hip to shoulder towards the opponent. This moves at speeds equal to the user's strength or speed and deals damage equal to their strength or D-Rank Slicing Damage if they are only using speed. However this strike is defensive in nature, covering the body with the arc of its cut. Thus this technique can deflect D-Rank Kenjutsu away from the body as it comes up.
Name: Shinkoken: Hissatsu: Snapping Branch of the Willow Classification: Kenjutsu/Taijutsu Rank: D-Rank(Variable Recoil Price) Class: Supplementary Range: Varies
Description: Hissatsu are special additions that Shinkoken swordsmen use to add to their kenjutsu, granting them nearly unparalleled versatility when it comes to physical combat. Snapping Branch of the willow adds on to any Shinkoken Kenjutsu and adds a short, straight line dash to the start of the technique, allowing the user to rapidly close distances before lashing out. The distance is based on the amount of recoil the user takes while the speed boost gained, as it only moves in a straight line, is based on the user's Bounty. This speed boost only counts towards the movement, not the techniques themselves.

Description: A simple but effective defensive technique, the user spots an incoming physical attack and pushes it aside with the hilt and guard of their sword, deflecting the momentum rather than trying to actually block the blow. This is an add-on to any Shinkoken Kenjutsu as it allows for a defensive deflection before the the attack. The user can only deflect techniques they can detect with their reaction tier and the max rank of technique they can deflect is based on how much recoil they take for using this technique. If a technique is successfully deflected then the victim's tiers suffer a certain drop in tier levels based on the user's Bounty/Rank as they are put way out of position, unless they possess a Balancing Technique equal in rank to the technique that was deflected. This drop only applies to the technique that Water Before the Stone was applied to.

Description: By dropping the body low to the ground, the Terra Tribe member can steady their centre of gravity and put their entire weight and force behind a snapping kick. This kick comes out at a speed one tier level higher than the user's strength and deals damage equal to their strength tier. However this does mean that they are unable to use knockback prevention techniques or anchor themselves with strength until the end of their next post due to the strange position they are in. If this directly impacts a limb and the victim doesn't have defense tiers dependent on the user's rank, the limb will be dislocated causing B-Rank pain every post they use that limb. Lastly, by doubling the stamina cost for this technique, the user can forgo defence rendering their defense tiers useless until the end of their next post as well but in turn the knockback multiplier for the Terra Tribe style is instead applied to the damage dealt.

| Indra was surprised for a moment, not expecting another participant to step into the fray with him and the toad creature. As the hilt knocked away his attack, he felt his body spin away from where the toad had been. Something wasn't right exactly, he didn't have full control over his body and although he was able to move freely around in the mucus, he felt unbalanced from the simple deflection. Fine then, let's play. He said, as the Toad's kick came towards his knee and he simply disappeared in a flash of crackling lightning only to appear where the swordswoman had been standing a moment before. Instead of Indra's knee being blown out, the toad would instead strike his partner and both would have to contend with the crackling lightning Indra left behind. Annoyed by the toad, but regarding the swordswoman as the bigger threat, Indra would step forward at B-rank speeds, slicing across the woman's chest quickly before resheathing his blade. - Spoiler:

Body Replaced with the chick (since she was so close) so she would get hit by Toadster. Then using B-rank reaction to hit B-rank speed users with Iado and using B-rank speed to deal A-rank damage to the swordswoman with Iai Slicing if it hits. For the cherry on top I added Displacement Aura Enhanced to be able to give me a bigger window to hit her.

Description: This ninjutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach using the Body Flicker Technique, the moment an attack hits. This technique differs with the normal body replacement technique in that it leaves a current of electricity behind which instantly shocks (C-rank Lightning Release chakra damage) the opponent being body replaced with usually preventing a counter body replace or a teleport bypass, thus making this technique superior to the normal body replacement when switching with a living opponent or dealing with an opponent engaging the user in close combat.

Description: Iaido refers to a specific style of kenjutsu that is concerned with the smooth, controlled movements of drawing the sword from its scabbard, striking or cutting an opponent, removing blood from the blade, and then replacing the sword in the scabbard. The linear motion and force applied to draw the sword from its scabbard result in much faster slashes than ones realised with the sword already drawn. This is explicitly used by Cypher simply due to their mastery of weapon based combat which allows them to literally stop opponents from preforming equal rank ninjutsu if they are within a set amount of of the opponent and use this technique. If the opponent doesn't stop however they will sustain damage thus interrupting them from completing their technique & causing them to waste the chakra used in the technique requiring hand-seals. Iaido is very specific in it's timing and proximity to determine the exact speed at which an Iaido technique can intercept hand seals at a set speed, Iaido techniques are by definition Contact range, any time an Iaido technique has any rage above Contact (Short, Mid & or Long) it means it involves the use of Displacement Aura to extend the range. If the Cypher lacks that type of Displacement Aura then the rage is dropped back down to Close or whatever the max range they can get when utilizing displacement aura. Description: Adhering to the principles of Iaidō, the user performs a quick and powerful slash with their sword in order to cut the intended target, before immediately resheathing the blade afterwards. This technique is a powerful C-rank technique simply due to the speed in which it is preformed as it can slice a person moving at C-rank speed as if it was nothing. In addition when the user has speed tiers the damage is increased by 1-rank above the user's speed tiers, if they have reaction tiers above C-rank the speed of the opponent they can slice is increased to be equivalent with their reaction tiers. Name: Displacement Aura Enhanced Classification: Taijutsu (Cypher Only) Rank: C-rank Class: Passive Range:Mid-Range
Description: This technique stems from the amount of willpower people put into their blows, Cypher have learned to harness this willpower and translate it into a sort of an invisible physical aura which allows them to extend the range of their Taijutsu and Kenjutsu by 5 feet. Meaning if the blow seems like it didn't connect due to the opponent narrowly dodging it the blow will still hit them albeit at a 1-rank lower than the original damage simply due to the physical aura which envelops them in battle. This makes engaging in a physical battle with a Cypher a very high risk for amateurs in close ranged combat.

| Sid was annoyed to find that when she landed, the woman wasn't crushed under her foot, as well as the fact that the momentum she built up was all dispersed in that attack. When the Samurai reappeared, Sid watched her carefully, which was most likely a mistake as she had fallen for her feint like a complete rookie. She moved to protect herself while taking a step back, but the woman was already moving and striking at her. But Sid noticed that as the blade landed upon her flesh, she was completely unharmed "So not all of her attacks can pierce through me...good to know." Rather than worrying about the outcome of the attack, Sidonie hunkered down and waited for it to end, formulating a strategy in her head while she did so. Once the woman backed away after her strikes, Sid slowly lowered her arms and smirked softly at her "Not bad. But I'm better." The genin Kukinorite did something she was usually loathe to do: she kicked off her skates and ran towards the Samurai. She just didn't have the time to build up speed again, even if she did so much faster than Kukinorite. Starting from square one would mean death against the Samurai. As she ran forward at her opponent, Sid performed flips and spins interspersed with Vertical Kicks, this time putting her all into empowering the attacks she was letting out. With this, she would only have a few moments before she would be assaulted by the backlash from forcibly increasing the power behind the attacks. The power and reach of the kicks should be enough to incapacitate the woman...or so Sid hoped. - Spoiler:

Description: "Movement Taught, Conserve Momentum"- The Kukinorite have been around for a very long time, since the Chakra Beasts roamed the planet, however they are rather stuck in their ways when it comes to how to utilize their Run. The last person to innovate within the clan didn't really improve upon their methods of Riding, which Sid found she could rectify. She combined the capabilities of her fighting style with her Trick Speed and Dash, resulting in her combining acrobatic movements into her Run. This B-Rank Speed+Strength Tier Chain changes how she builds up momentum, causing her speed to increase gradually yet constantly rather than in sudden bursts after a specified period of time as well as allowing her to utilize flips and spins to conserve her momentum while halting, whether voluntarily or forcibly, allowing her to continue moving at previous speeds. This method of utilizing her Trick Speed results in her starting at D-Rank- Speed when first building up her run, though she gathers 1 Tier Level in speed each post (total) she continues to move. Her flips/spins also occur at B-Rank+ Speeds and result in a tier level drop in speed rather than a complete loss of it when being halted.

Description: Sidonie's body is naturally more durable than that of an average Human, and even more so due to the fact that she was trained by her mother's clan to be able to bear the strain of riding her Roads. She has grown used to all forms of strain upon her body, enabling her to prolong the time it takes Recoil Damage to effect her. She is capable of postponing Recoil Damage for 3 posts (total) normally, though with her Impervious Flesh passive active she is capable of postponing it for 6 posts (total). Otherwise, this works as normal B-Rank Defense Tiers.

Description: This fighting style is a combination of the core principles of Break-Dancing and Wáṣerotapa, fusing the two into one cohesive style due to their overlap in some areas. It takes Break-Dancing's use of acrobatic movements and balancing techniques and combines them with Wáṣerotapa's aerial maneuvers in order to form a style wherein the user flits about the battlefield on their skates (or board), flipping and spinning between enemies as they batter them ceaselessly with a barrage of kicks. This style is, at its core, a strange method of dance and as such Muscle Tension is incapable of tracking it without the aid of Telepathy or Brain Wave Sensory, and when music is playing the user's movements sync with the tune causing their movements to be unreadable to the naked eye so long as they lack Time-Slowing. This style at its core allows the user to perform flips to gather momentum (Speed) or spins to build up force (Strength) within their techniques, enabling the user to increase the capabilities of their attacks with every movement. When used alongside techniques which have flips or spins already within them, it allows the user to perform additional spins/flips based on their skill. This style can weave together maneuvers from either component as easily, though when using them under the principles of B-Girl Kickboxing there is an additional stamina price.
