Description: The Arashi are capable of producing pearly white Materia known as Nimbus which resemble clouds which manifest when the user is focused or emotional. Often called Nimbus clouds, they are integral to the use of Storm Release as an Arashi Clan member will shape Nimbus and may or may not saturate them with chakra to give rise to Storm Release techniques. Nimbus clouds are controlled telekinetically having a deep connection with an Arashi's mental state and each Arashi is able to produce and control more Nimbus clouds as they grow more skilled (rank). Similarily they all have a max threshold of Nimbus that they can control on the field at once without strain, under normal circumstances without resulting in self harm this can not be exceeded. When Nimbus are used up in Storm Release techniques however it eases the mind allowing more Nimbus to be produced when "space" is made available.

Description: A Nimbus is Storm Release in physical form, however it is capable of having it's density shifted at the user's will. When increasing a Nimbus's density it becomes thicker and solid not allowing things to pass through it and being more difficult to see through, when decreasing a Nimbus's density it becomes very faint almost completely transparent while allowing things to pass through it with ease. The Nimbus itself ties into an Arashi clan members stamina as all Nimbus can sustain damage from a D-rank technique before dispersing however by expending stamina while they are produced they can be saturated improving their durability at the cost of rapidly tiring out the user. This price affects all of the Nimbus produced at the specific time it is used, and can be used without limit and can be stacked in the same post though overuse often leads to users being fatigued very quickly. The most skilled Arashi are capable of producing Nimbus clouds which are S-rank in durability through this method making it a versatile skill for any Arashi to possess. Despite this, all Nimbus are worth the same amount when being used in Storm Release techniques this passive typically finds more use for those Arashi who lack the ability to use the advanced variants and are stuck with the basic variant.

Description: The Arashi clan shares genetic material with the same beings which Nova were created from the Chakra Beasts. Due to this and constant intermingling with their Nova "cousins" an Arashi typically has large chakra reserves equating that of Soulless however depending on how far back the last Nova relative was this can drop to Inkan levels (5+ generations of non-nova ancestry). Along with this the Arashi Clan has a unique trait, a partial genjutsu immunity which is known to fluctuate as the Arashi grows in skill level (rank). Those of the "Royal" Taifū, "Elite" Tatsumaki branches as well as those clan members at the pinacle of their growth (Elite ranks & S-rank) are able to control the fluctuations more easily. Upon entering a topic the Arashi Clan member places in spoiler tags which rank the genjutsu immunity is active for and it lasts for the end of the topic. Until the Arashi clan member learns how to control it, it is always an equal rank genjutsu immunity.

Description: The Arashi have a close relation with weather, this is mainly due to their Kekkei Genkai revolving around storms. As a result an Arashi is able to read the subtle changes in the environment and use that to make educated guesses, on the weather. This is not true prediction as the Arashi Clan member may be wrong and upon making their last post in a topic they have the option of making a Weather Roll to
"predict" the weather of the next topic upon travelling through Areas or Lands. Due to occasionally being wrong in the Arashi Clan members post in the new topic assuming they are the first to post they can do an optional dice roll to see the weather for the topic or they can choose to stick with their "prediction" which results in the weather for that topic being what they guessed it would be. If they reroll and it is something different then their guess was wrong, if they reroll and it was the same then their guess was still correct and they worried for nothing.

Description: This is one of the few Storm Release Techniques which makes no use of Nimbus due to being internal based. The creator, Ryuujin Arashi created this technique in order to assist with the use of Molting Step however it was refined by future generations into the technique it is today. The user channels Storm Release chakra into their eyes allowing them to visualize wind currents which is retained until they blink (2 posts total) causing them to require a new price. Users of this technique with Endurance Tiers get more out of a single use by being able to hold their eyes open longer with every rank of endurance increasing the duration by 1 post capping out at 7 posts (total) with S-rank endurance tiers. The more chakra put into the activation of this technique the faster speeds which can be tracked by wind displacement sensory also capping at S.

Description: This is a fighting style Quin developed over time and acts as speed tiers for the young Arashi. This style involves Quin constantly moving from cloud to cloud, using each Nimbus as a jumping off point or platform to move around his enemies. Due to the constant movement of his body, he is able to passively generate new Nimbus even faster than a normal Arashi at Quin's rank. Each rank of speed generates an increasing number of extra Nimbus each post. The fourth stage of Cloudstrider allows Quinton to move between his Nimbus at A-rank speeds. At this stage Quin is able to naturally generate extra A-rank Nimbus of any storm type he has trained, dependent on his rank. If he is utilizing this technique the Nimbus generate at A+ rank speeds, however if he is stationary they generate at standard A-rank speeds.

Description: The user expels water from their mouths or drawing from a water source a mist which fills an area surrounding a 40ft radius around themselves. Due to being mixed in with the user's energy source, it conceals the area hampering normal vision in addition to method of chakra sensory with victims only being able to detect the users chakra signature uniformly through the mist. It is incapable of fooling Dojutsu with X-ray vision however those with chakra vision such as the Itsugan have their advantages canceled. Those with enhanced senses or a D-rank area dispersal technique and either get around the loss of vision or disperse the mist to restore sight.

Description: The ground simply softening immensely the user slipping into the ground using their speed tiers in order to initiate this technique. This technique is used for sneaking and striking silently, like a fish underwater, and then suddenly appearing to the ground's surface making it a formidable underground movement technique. While moving through the ground only those with either X-rank vision, a C-rank or higher vibration sensory technique can detect the user while those who can't require Reaction Tiers equal to her own to dodge her taijutsu techniques. Furthermore, it's even more efficient when employed in a crowded area that, if the target notices something, can be overrun by the nearby masses, or with distractions like a Clone Technique to draw the enemy's attention negating the effect of, X-ray vision, muscle tension & time-slowing dojutsu as aids in dodging. When utilized in combination with the Silent Burial technique victims require either X-ray Vision or an B-rank or above Vibration Sensory technique and if they do not possess that they require 1-rank higher reaction tiers in order to dodge her taijutsu techniques.

Description: The Co-Ordinate sealing method is simply specialized fuinjutsu based on the lingering remnants of Chakra Beast DNA coded within the Inkan. Because it is fuinjutsu it follows the same rules of Fuinjutsu in regards to requiring Element Seals to seal away Elemental techniques. Inkan like others who possess an element are able to bypass the need for the Elemental Sealing Method and immediately obtain the Element Seal. Upon learning this technique if the prerequisites are available then the Co-Ordinate shape is now capable of sealing away Elemental techniques, however they are still capable of doing so if they lack an elemental seal however they must pay the chakra price for the Base Seal & Modification Seals being transmitted through the Co-Ordinate Shape negating the benefit of Seal Transmission Theory.

Description: This technique is required to be learned to utilize any Storm Release techniques involding Galestorm Nimbus clouds. This technique results in one of the clouds the Arashi possesses turning green as it becomes imbued with Galestorm Variant Storm Release, the blue aura surrounding it only visible with chakra vision growing in size to Large (S). The cloud itself gains the ability to send things flying upon contact due to the intense gales it produces knocking them off their feet, if they do not possess B-rank strength to root themselves in place, over 30 feet. The method of creating a single Galestorm Nimbus is by infusing 4 Nimbus clouds with a B-rank of Storm Release chakra causing them to merge into one which is done instantly however they can also be made by combining three (3) Gale Nimbus or two (2) Gale Cumulonimbus together which is done 2 or 1-ranks slower than the user's Nimbus Cloud Control rank respectively.

Description: Sharply contrasting with their ability to produce Nimbus is the percentage of Arashi who are actually able to finely control them in battle. When this technique isn't learned the fastest Nimbus is only capable of moving at Crashing Ground speed. Once learned however it affects not only the speed that Nimbus Clouds can move but likewise the speeds that they can be manipulated to change in density, size and shape. More importantly this technique was learned by Arashi due to it's ability to speed up the time that a Storm Release technique can be weaved together to A-rank Levels.

Description: A type of concealment as well as trap technique, Double Suicide Decapitation hides the user underneath a thin layer of ground (20 ft radius). The user is capable of traveling at Bullet Release speeds underneath the ground without disturbing the ground around them. The user can then come out from the ground underneath the target and drag them underneath up to their head, trapping them and making for a perfect follow up technique. Due to being trapped the victim is unable to use their hands to perform jutsu, however they can break out of it with B rank or above Strength, or utilize B-rank speed to evade the technique.
