Using their enhanced vision the surgeon can see at a molecular level to find Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) within the cell's nucleus. Once found, the surgeon will use their knowledge of Identifying DNA to find the genome. After which the surgeon will search deeper and analyze specific genetic traits within the genome. Now, with this technique once the Taki member identifies the specific trait(s) in which they were looking for; they'll utilize their perfect chakra control and precision to Isolate said trait and their genetic expressions from the patient's DNA. When completed, the surgeon can now take other isolated trait(s) and splice them together to create a new set of genome.Such a procedure is very delicate and can only be performed by the most Advanced members of the Ai branch. Therefore this technique can not be preformed by members who have not mastered the three techniques mentioned above including all trait analysis techniques.  Even after acquiring so much knowledge the procedure isn't always successful.  Therefore depending on the surgeon's skill level the percentage(%)of the genetic splicing in questions can be improved thus allowing for a higher chance of it being successful (Dice Roll).

Description:This is a medical ninjutsu that is used to heal severe, life-threatening injuries. To perform, it requires the user to have absolutely perfect chakra control or a full medical unit with advanced chakra control. The procedure lasts many hours, requiring the constant attention of the user or medics on staff. If done with a medic team, it'll inevitably require backup shifts to replace medics who have tired out. Because of how difficult the procedure is, when performed by a user with less than perfect control there is a very low chance of actually saving the patient. This is performed by placing the patient in the centre of the floor or operating station. A large, complicated technique formula is drawn around them, focused around the injury to be healed. A sample of the patient's cells, such as a lock of their hair, is placed near the injury(or on top of the patient's body), to be used as a medium for the procedure. Medics take position around the formula's perimeter, notably the corners, and work together to change the medium's cellular makeup, converting it into whatever cells are required for mending the wound or heal from surgeries. When done buy a single person, the formula is written differently so that the user is capable of doing this procedure while operating around the patient. This is where the technique's greatest difficulty lies, as the medic(s) must be careful to form the correct cell and then just as carefully apply it to the regenerating injury.
