Name: Shuryō yari Classification: Fighting style Rank: D Class: Offensive, Supplementary Range: (6ft spear), Short (proximity to trigger), Mid (+displacement aura)
Description: Shuryō yari is the art of the spear with Iaido principles converted over and then applied to it. It's kata focuses on swift and pinpoint accurate thrusts from multiple positions, regular and irregular. This leaves nearly no angle of attack out of reach in battle, while also acting as a D-rank balancing technique. While thrusts are the main point of attack, slashes with the spearhead or swings with the pole are equally effective at dealing damage. The style plays heavily on controlling the zone within the user's range and taking advantage of the reach of the spear. This is where majority of Iaido principles are implemented. Due to the greater range of the spear, handseals can be interrupted at a further distance and even more so when extended by Displacement aura. Description: A two-hit technique. The first hit begins when the user swiftly brings down the tip of the spear to slice their target. The strike is angled in a way, via the user's reaction tiers, to catch the edge of another's weapon and draw it down while unbalancing its wielder. If successful, the second hit begins by the user carrying the momentum from the first attack and spinning a full 360° to once again bring their spear down upon the target to inflict C-rank slicing damage. For the second strike, in the event of an unbalanced target, they would need tier+ speed equal to the user's or equal speed plus reaction to dodge.

Description: The user readies their spear and tenses the muscles in their arm before unleashing a powerful thrust at D-rank speeds to deal D-rank piercing damage, breaking through D-rank defenses. This technique is simple, the form is precise and this makes it all the more lethal with speed, capped at B-rank, as it increases the penetrative capabilities of the attack. Name: Shuryō yari: Locking Fang Classification: Kenjutsu Rank: C Class: Offensive Range: Mid
Description: A technique usually applied after a previous thrust was dodged by moving to the side. The user then swings in their direction aiming with their reaction tiers to catch them and deal C-rank blunt damage. However, if the target intends to dodge backwards they still risk being hit by the pole or sliced by the tip of the spear if they don't possess the necessary speed and/or reaction tier(s) to evade. This technique can be harder to dodge with the addition of displacement aura.

Description: A movement technique via gliding to continously encircle and flank opponents. Kaili makes use of his hollow skeleton and light body to "glide" along the ground to attack from the targets blind spots. This done with light controlled hops to keep him close to the ground and bursts of Blaze release under his feet to move at higher speeds. All movement is done in short to mid distances to keep pressure on the opponent. In fact those who can keep up and constantly watch him with their sight/Time-Slowing Dojutsu/Muscle Tension are at risk of becoming disoriented or dizzy from the amount of half/full revolutions Kaili does around them.

Description: Kaili enhances the Fushichō clans specific ability to spontaneously erupt into flames by combining his Blaze release flames with the usual Phoenix flames. These flames can burn objects on contact dealing Blaze Release Physical Dmg. This form still retains its ability to be intangible and possess physical immunity as well as flight. However, unlike the original this form sacrifices the ability to produce ash release for dispersing Blaze embers in contact distances to start fires and create Blaze materia. Due to being comprised of Blaze release Kaili is no longer weakened by water release techniques but rather acid release, which quenches him to deal damage as well as reverts him to a tangible form for sometime (turns).

Description: This is a unique genjutsu fighting style which branches away from the original method of utilizing a genjutsu technique by incorporating the Blaze Release Nature Transformation. The Blazing Illusion Style is a hybrid of olfactory and tactile genjutsu which in addition to being able to be triggered by layering genjutsu within a Blaze Release technique can have it's trigger requirements met upon the smell or feel of burning objects, flame or heat. Due to being elemental in nature like other elemental genjutsu types it overpowers ambient genjutsu when put against it however it suffers from the same elemental weaknesses and strengths as normal Blaze release. When layering a Blazing Illusion inside of a Blaze Release technique the genjutsu are only required to be placed in spoilers if the opponent has a chakra sensory technique which allows one to analyze the amount of chakra put into a technique or possesses genjutsu detection equal to the rank of the genjutsu being layered. Upon contact with such a technique this type of genjutsu is called a chakra trigger which can only be Kai'd out of if an individual has Endurance Tiers equal to the rank of the Blaze Release technique which struck them.

Description: This is a highly versatile Blaze Release technique which has many advanced variations being built off from the Blaze Release: Bullet Technique. After kneading chakra in their stomach while preforming hand seals, the user expels a large quantity of fire in the form of a bullet towards their intended target. The flames cover a distance of up to 10 ft at bullet release speeds impacting a target to deal C-rank Blaze release chakra based burning damage. If a victim lacks D-rank Endurance Tiers they are set ablaze (D-rank Blaze Release damage) for 3 Posts (total). This technique acts like a gateway for several other fire techniques depending on the user's skill level. Description: This is a technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring flames extending over 20 ft before dissipating. The orb of black flame moves at Bullet Release speeds and the scope of the attack can be altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered (+1 ft diameter each P.T), as a result the user can choose to delay the firing until the orb has reached a sufficient size. The released flames will engulf their target after being fired and leave a crater on the grounds surface, initially said fireball is diminutive (1 ft diameter) however with dedication it can become glorious. These flames are rather slow in comparison to other basic Blaze Release techniques only moving at D-rank- Speed but they cover up to 5 ft away and deal D-rank Blaze Release damage each post (total) they remain in contact with an opponent. Description: At the onset of this technique the victim finds a small part of their body ablaze with black flames. The flames slowly work their way to the rest of the victim's body, dealing C-rank Blaze mental damage each post total. Meanwhile, this technique also wears down on barrier tiers if the victim possesses any for as long as the genjutsu is active.

Name: Dark Sol Variant: Avian [Imperfect] Classification: Nintaijutsu Rank: B Class: Supplementary Range: Self
Description: A variant of his dark sol fire state where Kaili becomes quickly overun by flames shaped as feathers before shifting, however he molds the flames around him to shape a phoenix (Medium S). In this state he possesses wings in place of arms to accentuate his flying ability and talons in place of feet that each deal equal rank piercing/slashing damage on contact. This state carries the usual benefits of the Dark Sol form as well, giving him physical immunity, flight, and the scattering of embers. While using this technique Kaili can grow several sizes bigger by either a chakra price or with blaze materia at his disposal.

Description: The user blurs through hand seals before firing a small yet dense black fireball which travels at Bullet release speeds over 30 ft before erupts into a giant blaze-storm after making contact with a surface, causing widespread destruction to the area covering a 60ft Radius (120ft diameter) expanding to out-speed Crashing Ground speeds. Since the flames travel along the ground, and cover such a wide area this is a difficult technique to evade to those descending from the air after a jump or knockback. That coupled with the speed of the technique require an opponent with either a Precognitive Dojutsu & Crashing Ground, a Time-Slowing Dojutsu & B-rank++ speed or finally A-rank speed in order to avoid being caught up in the resultant inferno. When combined with Wind Release: Pressure Damage, this technique is amplified to the point of being able to evaporate a large amount of water (A-rank) in an instant the steam rising 30 ft into the air as blanketing the area and cutting off vision for 5 posts (total). Description:The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and changes it into a dragon head-shaped fireball. The user then skillfully manipulates that great fire at Crashing Ground speeds, and attacks their opponent up to 60 ft away. Even outside of the attack range, its power and reliability are stressed due to the sheer heat it gives off being capable of inflicting pain of those within 15 ft of it dependent on the sensitivity of their sense of touch. The flames have a high temperature, which can create an upward movement of air currents which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds in a certain amount of time depending on the area. Description: Req. Great Dragon Fire Technique to be Learned. As with its individual version, the user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body, before expelling it in the form of a number of dragon head-shaped fireballs all of which can be controlled by the user and fly at Vacuum Release speeds. The user then skillfully manipulates that great blaze, and attacks their opponent each dealing A-rank Blaze Release Chakra based burning damage upon impact. The temperature of the flames is so great that, even with the briefest of contact, they are capable of easily burning human flesh and those within 4 ft of one sustain A-rank Pain even if they weren't directly touched by it. Each Fireball is capable of reaching up to 80 ft away from the user and can completely engulf a small sized creature. Unlike the original however they are not as dense foregoing it's ability to alter the weather patterns of the air in exchange for increased speed and power for each individual fireball released. This technique is able to be used against targets larger than the user with multiple fireballs being used to offset the size disparity between the user and their opponents in relation to their damage being lowered (See Recoil & Stamina Information). Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of blaze chakra using chakra flow that, instead of being used offensively, is used to heat up muscles using adrenaline granting them increased power (S+), which when used with natural tiers to make them on par with samurai (S++). The defensive aspect of this technique comes from it's ability to shroud the user in blaze creating a layer which is capable of taking damage from up to S-rank Hybrid based damage sources before failing (damage stacks). When utilized at it's peak (S++ Strength Tiers) the user gains heat tolerance, preventing status effects from heat based techniques S-rank & below during it's activation. This mode, combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilize nintaijutsu (Blaze Release: Burning Hybrid). When utilizing this technique alongside actual Nintaijutsu techniques however it allows opponents to feel additional pain when struck by the user's hits dependent on the user's strength tier. At the user’s will the spear head can split off into multiple of three and seek out the target, moving at crashing ground speeds to cover 30 feet.

Description: The user handles their weapon in an adept show of dexterity and skill at high speeds. This flare is an act to keep their target guessing where the next attack comes from. The user's next offensive Kenjutsu technique requires Tier+ reaction or rank higher speed tiers to evade.

Description: The user releases a multitude of thrusts towards their intended target. The lack of wasted movement and sheer speed behind this technique allows the arm and spear to blur out of sight between thrusts. This is due to the user's thrusts involving speed and strength tiers in tandem, thus it requires enhanced perception, time slowing, or reaction tier+ one rank below the user's speed to dodge. due to this the user deals varying levels of damage based on the amount of strength put into the technique. A novice practitioner of the style can achieve five thrusts per use within a single breath. With greater skill this technique can easily riddle a body with wounds, however despite the amount of hits landed the damage sustained by the target is fixed. Although, due to piercing damage a target riddled with wounds will suffer from bleeding every post, despite any burns that occur. Victims are capable of remedying the bleeding via medical ninjutsu that specifically deals in closing wounds.

Description: A method of aerial combat created by Kaili during his days in Daymis’ death camp. The style focuses on aerial maneuvering to evade, attack, and pursue targets. It was devised in order to establish air superiority against those without the capability of flight and those who do, however do not possess a disciplined style pertaining to their flight. This edge reveals itself in combat as strength - reaction tier chain checks, requiring those who cannot fly two ranks above the user’s flight speed in order to track or evade their maneuvers and those who don’t possess a style of flight require one rank above. If the target in question, does not meet the tier requirements mentioned above; they can still avoid attacks. For this to happen, the target must possess enhanced sensory techs specifically tailored for dealing with aerial movement equal to the rank of the technique used. The maneuvers within the style use momentum tokens, the built up momentum from constant flight. Spending more than the required amount of momentum tokens for a maneuver allows it to be boosted in either speed or strength.

Description: When flying there are numerous variables that influence flight, by altering the shape of his wings Kaili is capable of controlling a few. With Burst wing he shortens the ratio of wing span to body ratio. The shorter wings allow Kaili to accelerate to higher speeds when flying with speed tiers(Base tier) and even faster with strength tiers(tier++). Also due to this increase in speed, while constantly flying with burst wings Kaili gains an additional Momentum token.

Description: When flying there are numerous variables that influence flight, by altering the shape of his wings Kaili is capable of controlling a few. With Stride wing he lengthens the ratio of wing span to body ratio. The longer wings allow Kaili to easily glide through the air at speeds without using stamina. Only paying the stamina price after a number of turns depending on his rank. Also due to the length of his wings, accelerating up to higher speeds takes longer, post total.

Description: This maneuver involves the user making a complete rotation whilst flying. It is an evasive maneuver that is adept at evading and deflecting varying numbers of projectiles/jutsu. The method of evasion is tied directly to his reaction tiers. It can also be used offensively at close range dealing damage to his strength tiers. While rotating Kaili can give an additional chakra price to add blaze flames to the rotation to temporarily form a sphere around him to block incoming attacks as long as they are neutral or weak to blaze release. Techniques with an advantage against Blaze require a higher chakra price.

Name: Aerial Assault: Brave Blitz Classification: Taijutsu Rank: A (4 Momentum tokens) Class: Offensive Range: Long
Description: One of Kaili’s favored techniques due to it’s simplicity. Brave Blitz can be capitalized on by being used from a high altitude as the user tucks in their wings/arms and dive bombs toward the ground. This dive greatly accelerates the user, who before reaching the ground suddenly spreads their wings and transfers all that momentum in a straight stretch towards their target. At the very moment that the user changes direction, he gains a pressured shell of heated air one foot in front of him due to the resistance it takes to successfully pull the technique off. Requiring the user to have at least A-rank strength. On their path to their target the pressured shell can be used as an offensive defense to break through anything lower than the user’s strength tiers. On contact with the actual target the shell acts as a buffer before the user physically connects, dealing equal rank damage to the user’s strength and knocking them back 20 feet to be set up for the true blow. If the target anchors themselves down with equal strength they then take internal damage one rank below the user’s strength from the shell and then the A-rank physical damage from the actual user colliding with them and tearing through them if they don’t possess defense tiers equal or higher than the user’s speed.

Description: A variant of his dark sol fire state where Kaili becomes quickly overun by flames shaped as feathers before shifting, however he molds the flames around him to shape a phoenix (Medium S). In this state he possesses wings in place of arms to accentuate his flying ability and talons in place of feet that each deal equal rank piercing/slashing damage on contact. This state carries the usual benefits of the Dark Sol form as well, giving him physical immunity, flight, and the scattering of embers. While using this technique Kaili can grow several sizes bigger by either a chakra price or with blaze materia at his disposal.

Description: The user blurs through hand seals before firing a small yet dense black fireball which travels at Bullet release speeds over 30 ft before erupts into a giant blaze-storm after making contact with a surface, causing widespread destruction to the area covering a 60ft Radius (120ft diameter) expanding to out-speed Crashing Ground speeds. Since the flames travel along the ground, and cover such a wide area this is a difficult technique to evade to those descending from the air after a jump or knockback. That coupled with the speed of the technique require an opponent with either a Precognitive Dojutsu & Crashing Ground, a Time-Slowing Dojutsu & B-rank++ speed or finally A-rank speed in order to avoid being caught up in the resultant inferno. When combined with Wind Release: Pressure Damage, this technique is amplified to the point of being able to evaporate a large amount of water (A-rank) in an instant the steam rising 30 ft into the air as blanketing the area and cutting off vision for 5 posts (total). Description:The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and changes it into a dragon head-shaped fireball. The user then skillfully manipulates that great fire at Crashing Ground speeds, and attacks their opponent up to 60 ft away. Even outside of the attack range, its power and reliability are stressed due to the sheer heat it gives off being capable of inflicting pain of those within 15 ft of it dependent on the sensitivity of their sense of touch. The flames have a high temperature, which can create an upward movement of air currents which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds in a certain amount of time depending on the area. Description: Req. Great Dragon Fire Technique to be Learned. As with its individual version, the user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body, before expelling it in the form of a number of dragon head-shaped fireballs all of which can be controlled by the user and fly at Vacuum Release speeds. The user then skillfully manipulates that great blaze, and attacks their opponent each dealing A-rank Blaze Release Chakra based burning damage upon impact. The temperature of the flames is so great that, even with the briefest of contact, they are capable of easily burning human flesh and those within 4 ft of one sustain A-rank Pain even if they weren't directly touched by it. Each Fireball is capable of reaching up to 80 ft away from the user and can completely engulf a small sized creature. Unlike the original however they are not as dense foregoing it's ability to alter the weather patterns of the air in exchange for increased speed and power for each individual fireball released. This technique is able to be used against targets larger than the user with multiple fireballs being used to offset the size disparity between the user and their opponents in relation to their damage being lowered (See Recoil & Stamina Information). Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of blaze chakra using chakra flow that, instead of being used offensively, is used to heat up muscles using adrenaline granting them increased power (S+), which when used with natural tiers to make them on par with samurai (S++). The defensive aspect of this technique comes from it's ability to shroud the user in blaze creating a layer which is capable of taking damage from up to S-rank Hybrid based damage sources before failing (damage stacks). When utilized at it's peak (S++ Strength Tiers) the user gains heat tolerance, preventing status effects from heat based techniques S-rank & below during it's activation. This mode, combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilize nintaijutsu (Blaze Release: Burning Hybrid). When utilizing this technique alongside actual Nintaijutsu techniques however it allows opponents to feel additional pain when struck by the user's hits dependent on the user's strength tier. Description: Kaili creates a spear with a bladed point at each end out of B-rank Blaze release Chakra. The spear deals B-rank blaze physical piercing damage on contact. At the user’s will the spear head can split off into multiple of three and seek out the target, moving at crashing ground speeds to cover 30 feet.

Description: The user handles their weapon in an adept show of dexterity and skill at high speeds. This flare is an act to keep their target guessing where the next attack comes from. The user's next offensive Kenjutsu technique requires Tier+ reaction or rank higher speed tiers to evade.

Description: The user releases a multitude of thrusts towards their intended target. The lack of wasted movement and sheer speed behind this technique allows the arm and spear to blur out of sight between thrusts. This is due to the user's thrusts involving speed and strength tiers in tandem, thus it requires enhanced perception, time slowing, or reaction tier+ one rank below the user's speed to dodge. due to this the user deals varying levels of damage based on the amount of strength put into the technique. A novice practitioner of the style can achieve five thrusts per use within a single breath. With greater skill this technique can easily riddle a body with wounds, however despite the amount of hits landed the damage sustained by the target is fixed. Although, due to piercing damage a target riddled with wounds will suffer from bleeding every post, despite any burns that occur. Victims are capable of remedying the bleeding via medical ninjutsu that specifically deals in closing wounds.

Description: A method of aerial combat created by Kaili during his days in Daymis’ death camp. The style focuses on aerial maneuvering to evade, attack, and pursue targets. It was devised in order to establish air superiority against those without the capability of flight and those who do, however do not possess a disciplined style pertaining to their flight. This edge reveals itself in combat as strength - reaction tier chain checks, requiring those who cannot fly two ranks above the user’s flight speed in order to track or evade their maneuvers and those who don’t possess a style of flight require one rank above. If the target in question, does not meet the tier requirements mentioned above; they can still avoid attacks. For this to happen, the target must possess enhanced sensory techs specifically tailored for dealing with aerial movement equal to the rank of the technique used. The maneuvers within the style use momentum tokens, the built up momentum from constant flight. Spending more than the required amount of momentum tokens for a maneuver allows it to be boosted in either speed or strength.

Description: When flying there are numerous variables that influence flight, by altering the shape of his wings Kaili is capable of controlling a few. With Burst wing he shortens the ratio of wing span to body ratio. The shorter wings allow Kaili to accelerate to higher speeds when flying with speed tiers(Base tier) and even faster with strength tiers(tier++). Also due to this increase in speed, while constantly flying with burst wings Kaili gains an additional Momentum token.

Description: When flying there are numerous variables that influence flight, by altering the shape of his wings Kaili is capable of controlling a few. With Stride wing he lengthens the ratio of wing span to body ratio. The longer wings allow Kaili to easily glide through the air at speeds without using stamina. Only paying the stamina price after a number of turns depending on his rank. Also due to the length of his wings, accelerating up to higher speeds takes longer, post total.

Description: This maneuver involves the user making a complete rotation whilst flying. It is an evasive maneuver that is adept at evading and deflecting varying numbers of projectiles/jutsu. The method of evasion is tied directly to his reaction tiers. It can also be used offensively at close range dealing damage to his strength tiers. While rotating Kaili can give an additional chakra price to add blaze flames to the rotation to temporarily form a sphere around him to block incoming attacks as long as they are neutral or weak to blaze release. Techniques with an advantage against Blaze require a higher chakra price.

Name: Aerial Assault: Brave Blitz Classification: Taijutsu Rank: A (4 Momentum tokens) Class: Offensive Range: Long
Description: One of Kaili’s favored techniques due to it’s simplicity. Brave Blitz can be capitalized on by being used from a high altitude as the user tucks in their wings/arms and dive bombs toward the ground. This dive greatly accelerates the user, who before reaching the ground suddenly spreads their wings and transfers all that momentum in a straight stretch towards their target. At the very moment that the user changes direction, he gains a pressured shell of heated air one foot in front of him due to the resistance it takes to successfully pull the technique off. Requiring the user to have at least A-rank strength. On their path to their target the pressured shell can be used as an offensive defense to break through anything lower than the user’s strength tiers. On contact with the actual target the shell acts as a buffer before the user physically connects, dealing equal rank damage to the user’s strength and knocking them back 20 feet to be set up for the true blow. If the target anchors themselves down with equal strength they then take internal damage one rank below the user’s strength from the shell and then the A-rank physical damage from the actual user colliding with them and tearing through them if they don’t possess defense tiers equal or higher than the user’s speed.
