Description: This is a unique effect native to Entity which due to their intangible nature they are able to pass through tangible things, while this normally isn't a big deal when passing through living things it can result in them shuddering interrupting their action and forcing them to shudder if they lack Endurance Tiers. Depending on the rank of Endurance Tiers a victim possesses they'll be "paralyzed" as their body shudders due to the creepy feeling of the Entity passing through their body for a set amount of Posts (Total). On the other hand, when they pass through someone who is intangible this technique has no effect unless the individual is using Phase Release in which case it is the Entity who shudders as they pass through that individual unless they have Barrier Tiers.

Description: The mind is a powerful force. It can enslave us or empower us. It can plunge us into the depths of misery or take us to the heights of ecstasy. There are few who truly understand the power of the mind and even fewer who put that knowledge to good use. As a Triquetra, Dio has an innate understanding of the mind and its inner workings and thus Neurohacking was born. This technique blends the unique genjutsu method of the Triquetra with the deterioration and/or restoration of the mind, state, substance limits respectively, causing victims to be enraptured both physically and mentally with those without mental fortitude suffering even more from the effects of this technique. This technique makes use of the respective limit with each "Neurohacking:" style technique consuming from said victims limit with each attack. Unlike normal depletion techniques, however, if the victim does not possess the respective tier chain equal to the rank of the technique, the amount consumed is doubled.

Description:
Calm mind is a technique created by Dio using the fundamental principles of Neruohacking’s restoration abilities to create a defensive “barrier” within his mind to protect himself from harmful genjutsu using what he calls his tranquil state. This state is equal to a quarter of his fatigue limit and completely negates the effects of genjutsu used on him in exchange for reducing his total amount of tranquility until it is completely depleted, which would then allow genjutsu to affect him. When barrier tiers are used in conjunction with Calm Mind, tranquility reduction is reduced based on the rank of tiers used to supplement the technique. His tranquil state can also be repaired by his use of mental healing techniques. The tranquil limit can be refined via Weekly Training topics of 1000 words adds +10 to his tranquil state, capping at 90 posts.

Description:
This illusion style uses the principles of the Neurohacking techniques' ability to connect with the inner thoughts of an opponent and subsequently drain them of their various states. Description:
A simple respiratory Genjutsu; the user merely has to take a deep breath or in Dio’s case pretend to, to trigger the effect. The target; or opponents within range; upon inhaling will feel numerous prickling sensations as if their nose, throat, and lungs were being pricked by needles. Though this technique isn’t as harmful as it sounds, for humans and other oxygen-breathing vertebrates this sensation can be quite maddening as every breath is as painful as the last, especially for those who tend to use techniques that have to be expelled from their mouths as their sanity loss is doubled for that turn. This also acts as a counter for those who use smell based tracking/sensing techniques equal to the rank of this technique. Once their sanity limit is depleted they receive mental damage equal to the rank of this technique. In order for the victim to negate the effect of the genjutsu they must have equal rank barrier tiers. To negate the sanity drain they must have equal rank barrier+spirit tier chain. Once their sanity limit is depleted they receive mental damage equal to the rank of this technique.
Name: Terroristic Illusion: The Laugh Classification: Genjutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Offensive Range: Mid-Long
Description: A simple auditory Genjutsu; the user merely has to laugh to trigger the effect. The target; in this case opponents within range; upon hearing the initial laugh by the user; begin to hear countless echoes and variations of the same laugh. Initially, it sounds as though you are locked in a room with dozens of people all laughing as loudly as possible directly into your ear but over time the laughter triples in magnitude and volume overloading the target's mind, not only causing serious disorientation and confusion making them unable to focus long enough to use equal ranked sensing techniques, but also forces them to the ground clutching at their ears and trying to scream over the noise in their mind. this technique unless they possess an equal ranked Barrier+Spirit chain to break free of the genjutsu and negate the stunning effect caused by it. Description:
A simple auditory Genjutsu; the user merely has to whistle to trigger the effect. The target; in this case opponents within range; upon hearing the initial whistle by the user; will be assailed by the vivid sensation that their limbs have been fastened with sturdy ropes, thus becoming unable to move about freely. Even with physical intervention from an outside force, the body is robbed of all mobility, and consciousness itself progressively fades away. At the same time, they are fed morbid hallucinations, of being torn limb from limb while watching disfigured creatures feasting on their entrails. A simple visual-based Genjutsu; the user merely has to point towards or in the direction of the victim to trigger the effect. The target; in this case opponents within range; witnessing Dio’s actions; begin to see dark shapes moving in the corner of their sight forcing them to look in that direction, which will promptly disappear when focused on. By doing so the practitioner is able to break an opponent's concentration at the task at hand while draining their sanity limit. Opponents will find it rather difficult to focus on the fight at hand as they enter a state of paranoia constantly checking to see what exactly is there. This technique also acts as a reaction debuff due to the number of shapes in the corner of their eye it minimalizes the chance of dodging correctly. In order for the victim to negate the sanity limit drain, they must have equal rank barrier tiers. To negate the drain all together they must have equal rank barrier+spirit tier chain. A simple visual-based Genjutsu; the user merely has to ask the victim what do they fear to trigger the effect. The target; in this case opponents within range; hearing Dio’s words; would see their greatest fears in an overly exaggerated manner, manifested in a humanoid form along aside Dio. If their fear is something situational or conditional, i.e a body of water or heights, the terrain morphs into such a situation or condition. When trapped in this genjutsu the victim will be forced to focus on their fears forgetting all about the caster, unless they possess equal ranked barrier tiers to negate this effect. In order for the victim to negate the sanity limit drain, they must have equal rank barrier tiers. To negate the drain all together they must have equal rank barrier+spirit tier chain. Once their sanity limit is depleted they receive mental damage equal to the rank of this technique.

A simple visual-based Genjutsu; the user merely has to be in the opponent’s line of sight to trigger the effect. The target; in this case, opponents within range; who look at Dio will notice and feel an intense aura of malice that the opponent envisions can be seen as pure spite they are filled with fear and despair from just being around an individual that produces this intent. The user displays a fear-inducing dark aura that is representing a powerful, evil, and violent personality which causes the victim to be paralyzed by fear unless they possess barrier tiers equal to the rank of this technique. In order for the victim to negate the sanity limit drain, they must have equal rank barrier tiers. To negate the drain all together they must have equal rank barrier+spirit tier chain. Once their sanity limit is depleted they receive mental damage equal to the rank of this technique.
Name: Terroristic Illusion: Bringer of Darkness Classification: Genjutsu Rank: A-Rank Class: Offensive Range: Mid to Long
Description:
This technique exerts a hallucinatory effect upon the eyesight, effectively blinding the opponent. No matter how skilled an opponent may be, they are forced to wait helplessly in this world of darkness, as this technique allows the user to attack unseen. Although it negates sight, it does not stop the other senses. This is the perfect counter for dojutsu users as it literally negates the effects of their dojutsu by robbing them of the ability to use them. Dio's use of this technique is so refined that he is able to trigger it in two ways, the first being through hand seals while gazing at the opponent and the second being through eye contact with an opponent having developed it to counteract dojutsu users. The Terroristic Illusion version of this technique forces the opponent to become paranoid as they begin hearing distorted voices within the darkness causing them to freeze in terror unless they have barrier tiers equal to the technique to negate the effect. In order for the victim to negate the sanity limit drain, they must have equal rank barrier tiers. To negate the drain all together they must have equal rank barrier+spirit tier chain. Once their sanity limit is depleted they receive mental damage equal to the rank of this technique.
Name: Terroristic Illusion: Transorbital Lobotomy Classification: Genjutsu Rank: SS-Rank Class: Offensive Range: AoE
Description:
Transorbital Lobotomy can simply be described as a genjutsu of horrific proportions that Dio uses for information extracting and of course torture. This genjutsu is triggered by either hearing the words “Let’s begin then”, after the victim has been trapped within an S-Rank or Above Genjutsu chain. Once trapped within the genjutsu, the victim(s) will find themselves strapped down to a table with a blinding light shining down on their face. Dio would proceed to insert an orbitoclast behind the eye socket of the victim and breaking through the thin layer of bone found there by applying a small hammer to the end of the pick and driving the instrument into the frontal lobes. Once inserted, the pick would then be swung medially and laterally to separate the frontal lobes from the thalamus allowing Dio to not only completely tamper with a host of brain functions, i.e consciousness, and alertness, but also to use his abilities as a Triquetra to tamper with the mind and insert his own influence onto the victim.
Transorbital Lobotomy is different from other Terroristic Illusion techniques as the sanity drain only occurs once Dio hits the orbitoclast with the hammer. What else makes it different is that the victim can actually escape the bondage if they have SS rank strength or higher but will still be trapped within the genjutsu. With that said, it does follow the basic concept as the others meaning if the victim does not possess equal ranked Barrier tiers the amount consumed is double and if the opponent has a tier chain of Barrier+Spirit tiers the Sanity reduction is negated. Additionally, any mental barriers the victims have to stop the tampering of their minds or the extraction of information requires Dio to deal more blows with the pick and hammer with each blow chipping away at the defense until it is completely destroyed. If the victim possesses a Strength+Defense Tier Chain the amount the hammer is able to erode away will be halved, while if they only possess defense tiers the erosion will occur per turn.
Once their sanity is completely drained and is unable to resist Dio’s influence, this is where his abilities as a Triquetra comes into play. Dio is able to place special seals into the consciousness of the victim tampering with their mind and essentially turning them into his pawns.

- Clone:
Name: Haze Clone Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: C- Rank Class: Supplementary Range: Short
Description: At first glance, this technique seems like a regular Clone Technique, but the Haze Clone is something far more sinister when used in combination with Dio's pseudo-intangible body, as the enemy is forced to believe that the real Dio is amongst the clones. Unlike other clone techniques, the Haze Clones don't have a physical construct, as such any attack physical attack will simply phase through them. Additionally, when hit by a physical attack the clone will multiply causing further confusion and chaos allowing the user to easily pick off his enemy. The max amount of clones that can be available coincides with the clone rules.

| Hey, so I’m stepping in as a moderate just to help out a bit. Let me know if you disagree with a ruling.
But in your case can’t really find anything wrong with your techs. They look good and legal to me. Only thing is some redundancy in explaining certain things but the mechanics check out to me. Let me know if you’d like to read your techs over and clear up some of the redundant descriptions. I find doing that helps in the long run because it makes your techniques less confusing. If you don’t care too much that’s fine too just let me know and I’ll approve them on my end. | |

Name: Demonic Illusions: Flash Genjutsu Classification: Genjutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Short-Mid
Description: This genjutsu blinds the enemy with an extremely bright light that appears to emanate from the user's body. It is triggered by the opponent simply gazing at the user's body which is being coursed with chakra and upon eye contact being made the chakra flares up rapidly, because of this it is even more so deadly with opponents with chakra viewing abilities as they lose the ability to see anything until the topic is over or they are healed by a medical technique, for normal opponents however it simply blinds them for 5 posts (total) while those with Time Slowing dojutsu double that duration.
Name: Boundary Illusion: Genjutsu Binding Classification: Genjutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Offensive Range: Short-range
Description: The user binds the opponent in a genjutsu, rendering them incapable of movement. This genjutsu can be used on more than one target at the same time however it can only be used on opponents of the same rank as the user and below. Once the target is bound, the user or an ally can rush up to the enemy, able to easily deliver a devastating killing blow.
Name: Demonic Illusions: Mirage Classification: Genjutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Short-Mid (Sight of Target)
Description: Diabolos stands straight before stomping on the ground, or in his case pretends to, in order to trigger this visual cue genjutsu in which the opponent who gazes at her will see white leaves surround her before the entire area is shrouded in a white mist concealing her presence from the opponent. This leaves the opponent confused as to where Diabolos went and is mainly utilized either as an entry-level genjutsu or to buy time to either close distances or getaway.
Name: Offsetting Illusion: Offsetting Sound Classification: Genjutsu Rank: D-rank (Constant D-rank Chakra Drain when Active) Class: Supplementary Range:Short-Mid (Hearing Distance)
Description: This technique is an auditory cue genjutsu often triggered by a whistle causing the opponent to feel off-balance and disorientated, it is more powerful on those who possess reaction tiers however as it was meant to turn said reaction against them towards the user's favor. The result is that if they move at Max Tier levels they stumble and lose their balance until this genjutsu is broken while if they possess D-rank Reaction if they move at Standard Tier levels they stumble while if they move at Max Tier levels they always trip and fall.
Name: Demonic Illusions: Hell Viewing Technique Classification: Genjutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Short-Mid
Description: One of the few genjutsu techniques which utilize hand seals to perform, as a result once the hand seals have been preformed the user needs to gaze at the target of the genjutsu before it is activated. This is a genjutsu that reveals the fears that dwell inside people's hearts. Everyone has an image of the one thing they wouldn't want to ever see. This genjutsu is a technique that draws forth such an image from within the heart and has one mistake it for reality. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. After a short period, the illusion will begin. This is to make the illusion more convincing since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in. If the mental image is a gruesome one, the shock will be accordingly great stunning a victim for 1 post (total) or 2 posts (total) if they do not possess barrier tiers.
Name: Boundary Illusion: False Vicinity Technique Classification: Genjutsu Rank: B-rank (Chakra Price Varies) Class: Supplementary Range: AOE
Description: The enhanced version of the False Surrounding's technique which is transmitted by stepping within the area it is set upon rather than being a visual trigger like the original technique. This involves the user making hand seals before touching the surface results in the chakra comprising the genjutsu spreading at crashing ground speeds to cover an area with a radius of 120ft (240ft diameter). Due to it's method of activation it is a touch based genjutsu with contact with the area that it's been set initiating it and thus it can't be broken out of through pain. That said, it might not work so well on people who are very well-versed or otherwise highly skilled in genjutsu but it can be left on a surface ahead of time making it a useful trap based genjutsu. However it is most useful when used in genjutsu chains. This is because of it's dispel effect in which when placed in a chain when an opponent dispels those ahead of it via kai or any other means they break free of all of the genjutsu preceding it leaving those used after it still in effect. This allows the user of the genjutsu to trigger the others at a later date further hiding their use preventing a victim from detecting that they are still trapped in a genjutsu unless they possess Genjutsu detection (B-rank or above). When this deception is revealed this technique is placed first and the genjutsu(s) being used are then placed in spoiler tags, however until then when the opponent first uses kai the user only needs to reveal those which are before this one in the chain. Description: Revolving around his ability to alter reality within the confines of his barriers, Diabolos has taken this a step further in the sense that he can create unique conditions inside his barriers that are absolute and must be followed by everyone including himself or else a penalty must be paid. He can also place rules on barriers that aren’t his for an additional chakra cost as long as the barrier doesn’t have any anti-reality-warping protection. Each rule and the price paid for breaking said rule is different from the last, however, one can delay the effect of the rule by having barrier tiers equal or of higher rank to the barrier used or ignore the rules altogether by having a Barrier + Strength tier chain of equal or higher rank.

Law Maker should cap at S rank for number of rules as it's a D rank fighting style. Also you need to specify what the duration is whether it's using turns or posts total. I'd suggest post's total with no adjustments or if you choose to make it turns then lower the count into being multiples of 2, D barrier tier = 10 Turns, S barrier tier = 2 Turns while keeping the same multiplier for the rank of the barrier the rule is used on.
Lawmaker rules should have a range of Self (Barrier), Varies. Lawmaker: Constant movement is incomplete what amount of stamina will they lose? Is it equal to their rank or what? Make the corrections and I'll approve them
