Description: Those with Dojutsu are always thought to be blessed, their bloodlines blessed even. When they are lost, it can be seen as a crushing blow or as a punishment but no one thinks about what happens afterwards, when the bloodline becomes a curse. Denkou are born with the heritage of Sayo, the natural ability to improve their perceptual abilities as their dojutsu grows stronger, those that do not have the eyes but hold the heritage are considered as Failures and almost never grow strong. Kirai refuses to be like this. She has taken her failure onto herself and built herself around it, learning to use her bloodline while entirely negating her eyes. This style focuses around being able to use Denkou techniques without having an active raidengan of any type, instead focusing on workarounds. In addition, with a 1000 word weekly training, the user is able to utilise Sayo Heritage as though they had a certain type of Dojutsu, however the reaction tier only counts towards any form of Electrolocation they have, never any other sense.

Description: Lightning is always part of a Denkou's arsenal but it's usually channeled through the eyes, of course Kirai doesn't have those. However the lightning is still present in her optic nerves, constantly sparking against them and keeping the wound open, this causes her eyes to leak burned, coagulated blood. However this also gives her a unique inclination towards sensing electricity and allows her to 'see' electricity in the air or in living beings. Of course she still cannot see inanimate objects or those that do not possess bioelectric impulses, in addition the range is limited, being based on her rank and can be hidden from with electro-concealment one above her rank or higher.

Description: The lightning flooding through her body allows Kirai to at least pretend to have a dojutsu when it comes to learning specific techniques. The power of this is dependent on her lightning affinity as the stronger it is, the more it floods through her veins and stimulates her eyes. However this does come with an issue as when she simulates a specific type of Eye for techniques that need that eye, she starts to lose blood every so often as the optic nerves are overburned. This is 3 D-Ranks of blood every so often based on the type of eye being emulated.

Description: Requires V.High Lightning. To not have eyes is one thing but it's possible to go further, it is possible to never gain eyes again, to force the change in the optic nerves that comes with having new eyes implanted but doing so will forever mar them and rip away any possibility of ever having eyes again. When this is learned, Kirai can choose to forcibly activate bloodline changes by hypercharging her body with lightning to stimulate her optic nerves far beyond their normal level. When this is done she can choose to burn out one or both of her eye sockets, making it impossible for them to be healed or to have eyes implanted again. If she burns out one eye, she gains Magnet Release, if she burns out both eyes she gains Magnet Release as well as Black Raiden's Lightning as she forces her body to think it has gained a Mashin Raidengan. In addition she can push this even further, causing her to become unable to awaken and this cannot be used to regress either as it fails immediately, and instead gain both Magnet and Black Raiden's Lightning at Very High Affinity.

Description: Requires Sayo's Failure. Kirai has learned that her body is more receptive to lightning than normal due to her body overadapting to the loss of her eyes. Due to this she is better able to defend against Lightning and lightning type releases. This counts as D-Rank endurance- and causes D-Rank chakra based techniques to do half as much damage as normal. However if it is Lightning Release, Magnet Release or a Dual Combination that has Lightning in it, they deal quarter damage.

Description: Requires Sayo's Failure. Kirai has learned that her body is more receptive to lightning than normal due to her body overadapting to the loss of her eyes. Due to this she is better able to defend against Lightning and lightning type releases. This counts as C-Rank- endurance and causes immunity to D-Rank chakra based techniques, causes C-Rank to deal half as much damage and causes C-Rank lightning, magnet or dual combinations comprised of lightning to deal quarter damage.

Name: Manipulating Attack Blades Classification: Shurikenjutsu Rank: C-Rank (Chakra Cost Varies) Class: Offensive Range: Contact (Suspension Radius), Mid (Launch Distance)
Description: A shurikenjutsu technique that involves aiming a barrage of kunai/shuriken or other throwing projectiles at one precise spot. The user releases chakra from his hand over an area within which he can maintain the projectiles in suspension while being able to launch them up to 30ft away without the assistance of tiers (+30ft when used with other throwing techniques or Strength Tiers). As a result, the enemy may get blindsided and denied any escape route at the same time as the launched projectiles move at speeds on par with Samurai Level Tiers. With a simple hand movement, the user is able to fire all the projectiles at once in the direction that one's hand was moved in. This is meant to be used with very low amounts of chakra so low that unless the victim has chakra sensory C-rank or above they can't even detect the use of chakra to move the blades and as such it appears like a magic trick. The amount of projectiles launched is dependent on the user's skill level while the radius around the user one can imbue their chakra into projectile varies using the same factor. The chakra price for this technique is not fixed as while it costs nothing to first imbue a projectile it costs an equal amount of chakra to launch a single projectile at a set speed. The price is based on the skill level of the user, as a more skilled shinobi is capable of imbuing more projectiles at a lower price. Kira's use of this technique has her normally utilising Wires to control the kunai which grants her greater control and enables her to cast chakra flow through her projectiles in flight. Name: Lightning Release: Manipulating Attack Blades Classification: Ninjutsu/Shurikenjutsu Rank: B-Rank Class: Offensive Range: Contact(Suspension Radius), Mid(Launch Distance)
Description: A more powerful version of Manipulating Attack Blades utilising elemental chakra instead of the normal one to grant special effects to the projectiles launched. With this technique the user imbues lightning chakra into the projectiles before launching them into the air and suspending them, the chakra only able to be noticed with C-Rank or higher chakra sensory or B-Rank or higher electrolocation. When launched, and they can be launched up to 40 feet(+40 feet if used with strength tiers or throwing techniques). The speed they are launched at is determined by the amount of chakra used, capping at S-Rank and causes them to deal Lightning Release chakra damage when they strike a target. The number of projectiles that can be suspended at once is based on the user's rank as is the range that projectiles can be imbued with the chakra. Due to the elemental nature, this requires a C-Rank of chakra to be utilised first to activate it properly. A Denkou's use of this is especially powerful due to the use of Denki Wire, if Denki Wire is used to control the kunai then no chakra needs to be paid to suspend them and the chakra cost to launch them is one rank lower than the speed, however, if the wire is cut then a C-Rank of chakra is lost from the user due to chakra flow being used.

Name: Bolo Throw Classification: Shurikenjutsu Rank: D-Rank Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Short-Mid
Description: Requires 2 projectiles and at least 2 foot of wire each time. A simple technique, the user winds a length of wire between two shuriken or kunai, making the wire taut before launching it forwards. With a flick of the wrist, this sends the contraption spinning, turning it into a set of bolos. These are aimed at the legs and wrap around the ankles or shins, tying the legs together. If successful, the victim requires a balancing technique equal to or greater than the speed the bolos were thrown at to avoid falling over. They must then break the wire in order to free themselves which can involve damage or strength equal to the wire's durability.
Name: Lightning Release: Razor Bolo Classification: Shurikenjutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Offensive Range: Short-Mid
Description: Following the concept of the Bolo Throw, the user doesn't use normal wire but instead connects two projectiles with a wire of pure lightning. This hissing, sparking blue wire is much more dangerous than normal and is known for slicing through and burning flesh. The user's rank determines how many of these can be created at once, each one costing C-Rank chakra. These are launched at speeds dependent on the user's tiers and upon striking an opponent's legs, the opponent takes C-Rank lightning release damage and is brought to the ground, legs spasming from the electrical current. They require a balancing technique one rank higher than the speed the bolo was thrown at to avoid falling over and breaking the bolo is much more difficult. It requires either B-Rank endurance and any strength tiers, a B-Rank chakra expulsion that is weak or neutral to lightning or a C-Rank one that is strong against Lightning.

Name: Tripwire Technique Classification: Shurikenjutsu Rank: D-Rank Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Short-Long(Throwing), Short(Wire Length)
Description: Connecting a piece of wire between two hardpoints is a pretty simple concept but it can turn out to be incredibly useful. Tossing the tripwire out it sets up an easy way to trigger traps that are placed alongside the tripwire's area. This includes things like tags or bombs that detonate when the wire is broken or even delayed techniques that might be used through tags or weapons like Denki Weapons that are storing Lightning Release techniques, enabling surprise strikes. These wires require D-Rank reaction tiers to spot once placed and their length, and the number of tripwires launched at once, is dependent on the user's rank. Due to being a trap type technique, it doesn't need to be placed in spoilers until triggered or noticed.

Name: Lightning Release: Slicing Tripwire Classification: Shurikenjutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Supplementary/Offensive Range: Short-Long(Throwing), Short(Wire Length)
Description: Following the principle of the Tripwire Technique, this one is the much more dangerous version. This involves connecting the projectiles not with actual wires but instead a razor thin blade of lightning release that is broken when stepped through. These wires require C-Rank reaction in order to notice or D-Rank electrolocation. If tripped the victim takes a C-Rank of Lightning Release damage that can pierce through C-Rank defenses and causes a micro stun, stunning the opponent for 1 PT unless they have B-Rank endurance. This then activates any traps attached to it, potentially escalating the technique massively. The number that can be launched and the length of the wire is dependent on the user's rank and due to being a trap technique, does not need to be placed in spoilers unless detected or triggered.

Name: Hiding the Blades Technique Classification: Shurikenjutsu/Ninjutsu Rank: D-Rank(D-Rank chakra per projectile) Class: Supplementary Range: Contact
Description: A simple technique drawing off of a similar concept of Hiding in the Camouflage but on a much smaller scale and nowhere near as potent. This technique involves wrapping a number of projectiles with chakra that bends light around it, causing the projectiles that are imbued to become much harder to notice and in fact making them invisible to normal eyesight, leading to many dangerous techniques or combinations. In order to spot them one must either have a specific level of reaction based on the user's rank or chakra sensory of any form. The number of projectiles imbued at once is based on the user's rank. Due to being a trap-based technique, this does not need to be placed in spoilers unless it is spotted or triggered.

Description: Building off of Hiding the Blades, this technique takes it to a more powerful form. Wrapping each projectile with Lightning Release chakra, it makes them much more difficult to spot and enables greater spreading of the chakra, allowing more projectiles to be hidden as well as causing them to be hidden from chakra sensory as well. Depending on the rank of the user, the number of projectiles that can be hidden increases as well as the reaction tier or chakra sensory required in order to actually notice the projectiles, making this potentially very dangerous. Electrolocation of D-Rank or higher will always notice these projectiles. Due to being a trap-based technique, this does not need to be placed in spoilers unless it is spotted or triggered.

Description: A much more powerful version of Hiding the Minefield, this technique uses the incredibly stealthy powers of Black Raiden's Lightning to increase the potency massively. With this technique the user touches projectiles and imbues them with Black Raiden's Lightning, wrapping them with the potent element in order to make them invisible entirely to normal eye sight and reaction tiers. These projectiles are only able to be seen by chakra sensory, infra red sensory or electrolocation of a rank dictated by the user's rank. Their rank also dictates how many projectiles they can imbue at once. Lastly this technique possesses the unique ability to also be utilised through Wires with the price being taken every ten feet of wire, rounded up, crossed by the Lightning to grant it this effect. If Denki Wire is used, the price is for every twenty feet instead. Due to being a trap based technique, this does not need to be placed in spoilers until activated or spotted.

Name: Denkou Style: Raiden Release[Black]: Oksoko Sage Flower Nail Obsidian Classification: Shurikenjutsu Rank: B-Rank(3 D-Ranks of chakra per projectile) Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Mid
Description: The user unleashes a volley of projectiles with one hand, imbuing them with Raiden's Lightning as they are launched. These kunai crackle black for a moment before fading from sight due to the wrapping of chakra around them. They deal B-Rank chakra damage upon striking an opponent and are invisible to normal sight, requiring either chakra sensory, infrared sensory or electrolocation of B-Rank or higher in order to notice them before they strike the opponent. Due to the Denkou's mastery of this technique, the invisibility aspect stays around after they strike an opponent. The number of projectiles that can be imbued at once is dependent on the Denkou's dojutsu as the more powerful their dojutsu type, the more control they have over their chakra.

Name: Shackledome (Signature) Classification: Shurikenjutsu Rank: A-Rank (10 stamina as an additional price) Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: AoE
Description: Requires Manipulating Attack Blades. An incredibly tiring but dangerous technique, Kirai gathers a massive amount of wired kunai in her hands before launching them forwards and around her target. Rather than aiming for them, she uses the principles of Manipulating Attack Blades to bounce the kunai off of the ground and around the target before suspending them in the air or locking them into place around the opponent. This creates a massive cage of wires around them known henceforth as the Shackledome. Due to the tautness of the wires they become razor-sharp causing anyone moving through the dome without a form of contortionism or A-Rank balancing tiers to suffer heavily bleeding, the amount of bleeding they suffer each PT is dependent on the speed they move through the wires. In addition each time they move they suffer an A-Rank of piercing physical damage. The wires can be destroyed however each time a set of wires is destroyed it opens a space of ten feet that allows movement without bleeding or damage. The final area of the Dome is determined by Kirai's rank and all must be destroyed in order to be free of it through damage. The only other way to move without taking damage is to not use speed or strength tiers at all and simply focus on walking out of the wire zone.

Name: Shackledome: Danse Macabre Classification: Shurikenjutsu/Ninjutsu Rank: A-Rank(Optional chakra price+5 Stamina) Class: Offensive Range: AoE/Short
Description: Requires Shackledome to be active. An intensely dangerous followup technique to Shackledome, this technique involves Kirai grabbing hold of the wires holding the Shackledome in place and then pulling on them. This displaces the hold points of the projectiles keeping the Shackledome in place and immediately forces all wires into the center like a snare. The retraction speed is one rank above the speed pulled with and forces a reaction tier check equal to the speed pulled with in order to move out of the wires in time, although taking the normal Shackledome damage if they do so. The wires then collapse and tie the opponent up, slicing into them and suspending them in the air like a bleeding marionette. The damage of this technique is dependent on the area of the Shackledome that was active before this was triggered. This has two main variants, the first is multiple targets with the number of people Kirai can hit being dependent on her rank, or single target where upon it's a number of limbs that she can target. If only a single person is trapped if they do not possess D-Rank defense then the wires will slice through the limbs to the bone, rendering them next to useless until healed. When people are trapped by these wires, they require strength one rank above the durability of the wires in order to break out but suffer another count of damage, or they require someone else to destroy the wires and free them. The damage dealt by this technique is dealt each round they are trapped but they don't suffer the bleed until they are released, where the bleed is one rank below the speed used to pull in the wires. Lastly, this technique can be imbued with various forms of Lightning Release to give it piercing capabilities, lightning causes piercing one rank below the chakra price, magnet is equal to the price, Raiden's Lightning is one rank above the price and each of them changes the damage to their respective element chakra damage.

Name: Lightning Release: Spark Surge Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: D-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: AoE
Description: A very simple technique where the user performs hand-seals before sending out a crackling pulse of Lightning chakra around them. This spreads out and pulses once each PT, coating everything within the range with lightning. This of course has no real effect other than giving anyone in the range the feeling of static crawling across their skin. However this is very powerful when it comes to those that use electrolocation as it allows inanimate objects or those without natural electricity to be picked up due to the coating over them unless they remove it with a chakra expulsion technique of D-Rank or higher that is strong against lightning and stays out of range to avoid the sparks getting onto them again. Once active, the price is taken each PT and increases the range of any electrolocation by the range of the spark surge.

Name: Lightning Release: Beacon Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: Short-Mid(Launch), AoE(Detonation)
Description: Like Spark Surge, this technique is used in order to enhance natural electrolocation in order to spot targets that are further away. When activated, this technique launches a ball of Lightning Release chakra at B-Rank speeds to a location up to fifty feet away from the user. Once done, the ball explodes and showers a large area, dependent on the user's rank, with sparks. These sparks cause no damage, just give a heavy feeling of static to anyone caught in them. Once done, the lightning then causes them to glow brightly to any electrolocation utilised, making them easy to spot. In addition, the user is able to have their electrolocation count as having the area hit by the beacon in the range of it due to the concentrated lightning chakra. When activated, this lingers for a number of PT dependent on the user's rank with a modifier based on their affinity.

Name: Denkou Style: Raiden Release[Black]: Dancing with Obsidian Thunder Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: B-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: AoE
Description: Unleashing Black Raiden's Lightning into the air around them, the user wraps themselves in a pall of the strange invisible lightning, blending in with the surroundings near perfectly. The area this covers is dependent on the user's rank and allows the user to take on the effects of Black Raiden's Lightning. Due to this the user becomes invisible to normal sight and can be spotted through chakra vision, infrared sensory or electrolocation, although due to the Denkou having master over lightning in all forms, how difficult it is to spot them is based on the power of their Dojutsu with more powerful ones allowing them to wrap the lightning tighter around them.

The wire, due to being made of lightning release is immune to physical damage but can only take a D-Rank of any other damage type before snapping. Anyone that passes through the wire takes a D-Rank of Lightning Release chakra damage but doesn't disrupt the wire. The wire can conduct chakra but only for Lightning Release elements(Includes Magnet and Raiden's Lightning) and the length created is dependent on the user's Lightning Release affinity and their rank.

Description: Similar to Thunder Wire, this technique instead uses Magnet Release to create an invisible thread of Magnetic Chakra. This thread is invisible to the normal eye but can be detected by any magnetic or chakra sensory. The thread is immune to physical damage but can take up to C-Rank of any other damage type before snapping. When connected to a magnet projectile or a metallic one, it increases the movement speed of that projectile by two tier levels. Unfortunately this wire does nothing to a target that walks through the wire. The length of wire created is based on rank and Magnet Affinity.

Description: By condensing the user's Raiden's Lightning to their hand, they draw it out in a long wire of elemental chakra. This wire is invisible to the naked eye and is able to conduct any form of Lightning Release chakra, including Magnet. Due to the nature of Black Raiden's Lightning, it is invisible to most forms of sensory, requiring Chakra Sensory, Infrared or Heat Sensory or Electrolocation in order to see the wires. In addition stepping through this wire causes B-Rank Raiden's Release chakra damage as it slices through the body without disrupting the actual wire. The length of wire created is dependent on the user's rank and the type of Dojutsu they have, the type of dojutsu also dictates the sensory required. This wire is immune to physical damage due to its chakra-based nature however B-Rank damage of any other type will snap the wire.

Description: By condensing the user's lightning release into a more stable state, the user is able to create temporary shuriken out of it. These shuriken deal 3 D-Ranks of Piercing Lightning Release chakra damage when they strike an opponent, making them weak individually but dangerous in large numbers. Due to the Denkou's mastery over lightning they are able to create different types of shuriken based on their Dojutsu with the shuriken adding differing amounts of range to the user's Shurikenjutsu techniques when used alongside Sparking Shuriken. The user's rank and Affinity to Lightning determines how many shuriken are made with one use of this technique.

Description: Following the principles of the Sparking Shuriken, the user instead forms the Shuriken out of Magnet Release chakra, generating a powerful magnetic field that is condensed into the shape of a shuriken. These magnetic shuriken only deal C-Rank magnet release chakra based damage when they strike an opponent however they are invisible to the naked eye, requiring B-Rank magnetic or chakra sensory to locate them. When they strike an opponent they then apply an attractive field to the opponent, causing metallic objects to travel towards that person two tier levels faster and requires a chakra expulsion technique or Endurance Tiers of B-Rank or higher to negate. The amount of shuriken made is determined by rank and Magnet Affinity and the type that can be made is dependent on the user's Dojutsu.

Description: After performing the necessary hand-seals, the user casts their hands out and unleashes a storm of glowing, blinding sparks into the air that drift down over a fifty foot area. Anyone without reaction tiers, dependent on the user's dojutsu, are blinded by the sparks as they cannot close their eyes in time. This blinding is dependent on their endurance tiers for duration. However this is not the true danger of the technique, the danger is that there are explosive tags hidden among these sparks which detonate after a moment, canvasing the area with a multitude of explosives. The area the explosives cover and the total damage is dependent on the amount of tags used however only explosive tags can be used with this technique and the user's rank determines the max number of tags they can use.

Description: After placing her boot on the ground often tapping, the user releases a large number of explosive tags via Lightning Flash Blade Creation that stream towards the target at vacuum release speeds travelling up to 80 ft, before wrapping themselves around the victim from the feet upwards restricting their movement and requiring either S-rank Speed/S-rank Strength, Vacuum Release (Samurai) with a Time-Slowing dojutsu or an A-rank Speed+Strength tier chain in order to escape it before it detonates. Once in place around the target's legs, the tags detonate simultaneously, engulfing them in an enormous explosion and burning them with flames dealing A-rank damage with additional damage based on the number of explosive tags used. If one's allies are nearby however they can choose to save said ally at the cost of partially dodging, the rescuer suffering permanent damage (A-rank fire release) to their legs that severely restrict their mobility (-4 to Speed Tiers), attesting to just how destructive the final explosion actually is. Another indicator to the devastation of the technique, is the large crater it leaves behind (40 ft radius) and due to being trap based this technique is not required to be placed in spoiler tags unless the victim either has a Time-Slowing Dojutsu or S-rank or higher chakra sensory. Kirai primarily uses a mix of both explosive and her own Lightning Burst tags resulting in the explosion itself causing heavy burns as well as stunning opponents struck dependent on how many tags were utilised in the detonation due to the intense lightning running through it. A dangerous technique simply due to the number of victims it can ensnare at once when targeting multiple victims it divides the number of tags equally. Description: A simple technique with a variety of uses that is activated upon the creation of a lightning, magnet or Raiden's Lightning construct or item. Through the use of their chakra manipulation, the user alters the frequency that the energy exists on, doing a very simple thing; making it solid. This means that objects and constructs created through either of those three elemental releases are able to be touched, held onto, grappled and so on. In some ways this makes them more useful however there is also a danger to this as now elemental physical techniques are fully capable of destroying the construct or object in question with normal physical techniques dealing two ranks lower damage to these objects but still being capable of destroying them. The durability of the objects or constructs is based not only on the element but the technique that creates them. However due to the unstable nature of Lightning Release and its greater variants, there is a duration to this technique before the construct destabilises and returns to normal lightning. There is a base duration to this which is increased by both the user's endurance and the rank of the technique as simpler techniques are easier to keep solid.

Description: A more advanced technique using basic ninja tools, the Wire Net involves four kunai or shuriken held together by criss-crossing ninja wire. The end result is a large net that extends between the wires. The user holds all four projectiles together to hide the nature of the net before tossing them out in a spread pattern, as they spread out, the net goes taut between the kunai and upon hitting a target, the weight of the kunai or shuriken act as anchors causing them to wrap around the target, ensnaring them within the net. Those caught in the net are unable to move unless they have strength higher than the durability of the wire or can do enough damage to break the wires to free them. Someone else can come and untangle the net but this takes a number of PT based on their speed tiers. The size of the target, and number of targets, able to be caught is dependent on how much wire is used.

Description: Following on from the base technique, the Thunder Net instead allows the user to infuse the net with lightning release(B-Rank Chakra Price), use wire already formed from lightning(No chakra price) or use Denki Cord(C-Rank chakra price) to enhance the power of the net further. If an opponent is struck they need either a chakra expulsion technique of B-Rank or higher, B-Rank Endurance tiers or pain immunity to avoid lying on the ground spasming for a number of PT dependent on the user's rank due to the electrical nature of the net. If caught, each PT they will also suffer 3 D-Ranks of Lightning Release chakra damage from the net until freed or the net is broken. In addition, anyone wishing to untangle the net must also have at least C-Rank Endurance tiers or the time it takes is doubled due to spasms and pain.

Description: This technique involves the use of a kunai and at least five feet of wire. The user creates a small loop at the end of the wire and, holding the kunai in one hand and the wire in the other, uses this loop to try and ensnare an enemy's limb. If used in open combat, the victim needs reaction tiers one rank below the speed the wire is thrown to recognise the limb being attacked and move it out of the way. If used from stealth however, then the target either needs to be able to spot the user to notice the wire or have a level of enhanced touch based on the user's rank. Once a limb is snared there are three options for how to use the snare. The first is to use the kunai to pin the wire into the ground, creating a taut line, for this method the number of Restraint Lines around the limb determine the simulated strength tier the wires possess and to break free and move the limb, the victim must possess strength higher than the simulated strength or do enough damage to break the wires. The second method is to use it to disrupt movement or physical techniques, the awkward angle provides a weak simulated strength tier for this, based on rank, but natural strength tiers are much more efficient. By pulling on the Restraint Line, physical techniques are disrupted unless the victim has higher strength than the user and if the limb in question is a leg the victim is also knocked prone when pulled. The last method involves the use of one's own strength to simply lock down an opponent by pulling on the limb, potentially opening them up for an ally of the user of this technique. This method gains additional power the more Restraint Lines are on the target and has a higher simulated strength due to the weight of the user also applying, however the user is unable to perform other techniques while restraining a target this way.

Description: An advanced and far more dangerous version of the Restraint Line, this technique is specifically designed to use the wire to kill rather than weaken or impair. Requiring at least five feet of wire and a kunai, the user makes a larger loop at the end and ties it secure, turning it into a sharpened noose. If used in combat, it requires reaction tiers two ranks lower than the speed of the throw to realise what the attack is doing and get out of the way. However when used from stealth it is far more dangerous as the victim needs to be able to see the user or have enhanced Touch at a level dependent on the user's rank to notice the wire around their throat before it goes taut. Once the wire is around the foe's throat, all it takes is pulling the wire whereupon it tightens and immediately cuts off blood-flow and air circulation, causing unconsciousness and death to come far faster than normal. If natural strength tiers are used then the victim needs strength higher than the user's or they need to deal enough damage to break the wire. The user can also use their own body weight and positioning to pull the wire, granting them simulated strength tiers for this purpose however they are unable to use any other techniques while pulling the wire in such a way. While the wire is tightened, the victim suffers 3 D-Ranks of slashing damage to the throat each round and can stay conscious for a number of PT based on their endurance tier before passing out and if the duration passes again without the wire being loosened, it will cause the victim to die from hypoxia and restricted blood flow to the brain. If used alongside a way of raising the opponent or Counterweight Toss, the victim needs some form of midair movement technique to actually leverage their strength to break the wire, otherwise the lack of footing or leverage means their strength tier cannot actually break the wire.

Description: Sometimes a person doesn't have natural strength and when dealing with targets that do, a lot of restraint techniques lose power. However positioning and one's own body weight can be used to great advantage in order to lessen the gap between strengths. By using a solid object above the ground, the user can toss a projectile and wire over the object and then use it as a lever with their own body weight in order to simulate strength tiers they otherwise would not normally have. This does have issues such as too much weight destroying the lever object and the wire still being vulnerable to damage. However the upsides of this technique are worth such a thing. The user's rank determines the base simulated strength that Counterweight Toss grants however every additional person increases this strength by two tier levels, the same effect is also granted for each size larger than the victim the user is, although for each size the victim is larger the strength is lowered by two tier levels.

Description: A specific style of aimed throw using a blunted object or the blunt end of a Kunai. When throwing the user specifically aims for the middle of the throat with the toss. If successfully struck then not only does it deal its normal damage, although this time bludgeoning rather than the normal piercing or slashing, but it also causes the opponent to be unable to make any noises for a period of time based on their defense tier as even hardened skin won't protect the delicate insides of the throat.

| Waveform Variance, have this impose a duration to the object or construct after which it destabilizes and fizzles out (due to Lightning being Unstable Based. Have the duration be in posts (total) and you can have the chart increase based on her Rank, the technique rank (lower the tech rank the longer the duration) & Endurance Tiers.
Thunder Net = Typo you have Denki Wire instead of Denki Cord Garotte Line = Typo you have will pulling instead of while pulling Counterweight Toss = Have the simulated strength be Tier- or raise this technique to B and keep everything the same.
