Iris turns a deeper shade of pink and swells to encompass the entire visible Sclera, there are a total of eight jagged lines which divide the doujutsu seemingly into eight segments. Four of the markings are black while the other four are white.
- Stage 1:
A gray Sowilo Rune appears in the center of the pupil which is capable of spinning in a clockwise rotation.
- Stage 2:
Four more Sowilo Runes this time colored white appear in four of the parts in the middle of the dojutsu closer to the iris all of which seem to be seperated by the jagged markings, while the center Sowilo Rune spins the others orbit around it remaining in place in a counter-clockwise rotation yet the rest of the iris does not move
- Stage 3:
Four additional Sowilo Runes this time colored black appear in the remaining segments but are closer to the outer layer of the eye forming a ring in arrangement. This results in two "rings" of Sowilo runes the outer rim, the inner rim while a single Sowilo run in the center. Likewise the outer rim also spins clockwise while each section is now capable of spinning independently of one another.
Description: The Kami Raidengan was something only manifested in a one Jikei Kugeki, prior to that no one knew it existed. His manifested naturally due to Kugeki genetics amplifying the power of his own dojutsu pushing it past it's normal limits however others who seeked it's power were only able to do so by transplanting their set of Joukai Raidengan with a Mashin Raidengan resulting in the evolution of both transplanted eyes into this dojutsu.
- Activation - Changes eyes from base state into Kami Raidengan grants user the ability to detect when genjutsu is being used on themselves and others.
- First Stage - Upon activation the center Sowilo rune begins to spin at swift release speeds, further enhancing visual prowess allowing the ability to detect the electrical impulses of an targets nervous system as long as they are not hiding behind a camoflague technique above SS-rank, allowing them to fully map out their pain receptors. Due to this the user is now able to see their own nervous system in addition to others and they can sever the feedback upon sustaining damage granting them the inability to feel the pain from their own injuries at the cost of fatigue equal to the rank of the technique or pain they were supposed to sustain.
- Second Stage - Upon activation the inner rim Sowilo runes begin to spin at bullet release speeds as chakra courses through them empowering the dojutsu and unlocking the ability to utilize Gray Raiden's Lightning. This particular lightning combines the abilities of white & black to be only visible on the infared-spectrum and has the odd ability of "magnetizing" things it is conducted through causing Lightning Release techniques across all damage types to reroute themselves to strike a target as if they were being pulled via the attractive forces of magnetism.
- Third Stage - Upon activation the outer rim Sowilo runes begin to swing at crashing ground speeds as chakra courses through them magnifying the user's visual clarity while preventing any sort of Dojutsu regression due to it's own inate power. This causes the user to be able to push past their natural limits resulting in the dojutsu to cry tears of blood. The left eye governs Reaction lowering motion blur from targets moving at Echoing Flash at the cost of losing a D-rank amount of blood each post this speed is utilized and upon reaching an S-rank amount (total even across topics) the users left eye is permanently blinded. The right eye has the ability Inazuma which is linked to the user's chakra control resulting in them being able to rapidly gather natural lightning from the enviroment for use in any of their techniques involving Lightning or Raiden's Lightning to reduce the chakra price while causing all techniques it is used in to deal Natural based damage. This is based on the user's endurance tiers with the gathering done each post total starting at, D for (3 D-ranks), C (3 C-ranks), B (2 B-ranks), A (2 A-ranks) & S (1 S-rank) at the cost of losing a D-rank amount of blood each post this ability is utilized and upon reaching an S-rank amount (total even across topics) the users right eye is permanently blinded. The eyes become duller after this is utilized to signify their strain and can be healed by A-rank medical techniques to set back the blindness by 1 D-rank, S-rank by 1 C-rank, SS-rank by 1 B-rank and SSS-rank by 1 A-rank requiring constant treatment to offset it after use unless one risks losing their dojutsu.

Activation of this dojutsu changes the hue of the eyes from jet black to a vibrant electric blue as chakra is coursed into the viens within the dojutsu.

Description: This dojutsu swaps the users eyes from black to electric blue, which improves their reception speed and higher brain functions due to the electricity accelerating their neural passageways. This gives them varying abilities based on the level of Raidengan they have unlocked.
- Activation - In this stage the user's perception increases as the clarity of their vision becomes more sharpened preventing motion blur from those moving at D-rank speed. Utilizing this, to the user's eyes movement becomes slowed like a time-slowing effect allowing them to "predict" physical actions to improve their reaction speed even further. In order to activate the user must possess 3 D-ranks, 1 C-rank Lightning Release technique.
- First Stage - In this stage the eyes gain two jagged patterns as more chakra courses into them further improving one's clarity of vision preventing motion blur from those moving at C-rank speed. The user's eyes are now capable of picking up electrical impulses as well as electrical fields produced through electrolocation allowing them to analyze and recreate D-rank Lightning Release techniques upon seeing them in battle after which the Denkou can train them after the topic. In order to activate the user must possess 5 D-ranks, 3 C-ranks & 1 B-rank Lightning Release technique.
- Second Stage - In this stage the eyes gain two more jagged patterns further improving the clarity of vision preventing motion blur from those moving at B-rank speed. The user's eyes are now capable of analyzing and recreating C-rank Lightning Release techniques upon seeing them in battle after which the Denkou can train them after the topic. In order to activate the user must possess 7 D-ranks, 5 C-ranks, 3 B-ranks & 1 A-rank Lightning Release technique.
- Third Stage - In this stage the eyes gain more vibrant jagged markings as well as a Sowilo Rune within their pupil, this increases their clarity of vision immensely not only being able to prevent motion blur from those moving at A-rank speed but also able to become more perceptive towards things which blend in the background as long as the camouflague technique isn't above an B-rank. The user's eyes are now capable of analyzing and recreating B-rank Lightning Release techniques upon seeing them in battle after which the Denkou can train them after the topic. In order to activate the user must possess 9 D-ranks, 7 C-ranks, 5 B-rank, 3 A-ranks & 1 S-rank Lightning Release technique.

Thunder God Chandra = A Kinjutsu Fighting Style revolving around channeling Thunder God Zeus through the user's Raidengan, allowing the user to generate larger amounts of Electric Materia (Raidengan), convert the materia generated to Magnet (Mashin), empower the materia generated to be on par with Spiritual (Joukai), empower the materia generated to be on par with Natural (Kami) or generate Raiden Materia (Kami - Inazuma). This is at the cost of slowly damaging the user's eyes, which heal naturally if Thunder God Chandra isn't used (Stronger Dojutsu = Shorter Time) or can be healed with Medical Ninjutsu.
Thunder God Chandra: Nekomata Battle Form = Combination of the principles of Twin Moon War Dance, Lightning Release: Strength Simulation and Lightning Release Chakra Mode/Armor while filtering it through Thunder God Chandra, granting the user enhanced speed, strength and reaction while also putting them in a wild and erratic state of mind.
Twin Moon War Dance = Speed + Endurance Tier Chain that allows Chandra to apply her Body Flicker variants to her Speed in order to enhance how fast she is capable of moving. Chakra Price for Body Flickers are converted to Chakra/Stamina Prices based on the level of the Tier Chain trained.
