A new challenger has appeared! [Hiroshima]

Subject: A new challenger has appeared! [Hiroshima] 27th December 2017, 7:04 pm

It had been awhile since Hiroshima had done anything remotely constructive with his time as such he decided to take a trip to the Minarai Castle. He had heard from his brother that there was a gateway within the building that lead to a place that where he could engage in fits to the death. Such a thing didn’t spark his interest as he didn’t like meaningless violence but the thought of the rewards he could receive from said fights had peaked his interest. After making his way down the halls and through the door, he would find himself in an unfamiliar place. After wandering around a bit, he would arrive at a receptionist area. “Um, hi? I’m looking to participate in the pits.” He said with a smile awaiting her response.

The receptionist would look up from behind their desk as they were filing the applications for the others wishing to partake in the pits of Tartaros, getting the paperwork ready for the inevitable departure to the morgue afterwards. You'd think a massive military power like the shogunate would have evolved past the killing of all these kids for the entertainment of other, real backwards way of thinking. Like, they didn't have to be murdered, maimed at best so they could still provide some use to the shogunate. "Yeah, sure. Just fill out this paperwork then you are free to go on in. One applicant is just finishing their pits challenge right now, so you can go right on in whenever you are ready" The receptionist would say holding out a form for the person to take, keeping an eye on them as they didn't seem to be familiar with the person, perhaps they weren't part of the shogunate.

Hiroshima would nod before taking the pen that was nearby and began filling out the paperwork. He had gotten the understanding that he would be facing the weakest of the weak during these first sets so he had decided to go with the highest difficulty as he would be able to get the best rewards from completing this set. Once that was done, he would hand over the application to the woman and once it was reviewed and approved he would head over to the battlegrounds. “Well, let’s get this party started.” Hiroshima muttered to himself as he waited for his whosoever his opponent was to enter so they could get this over with.

Hiroshima would not be waiting long for as soon as his own door had closed locking him in the pits his opponent would be walking out from their own door, from the looks of them they seemed to be a girl no older than 11 years old who was holding a katana with one hand, he blonde hair seeming to glow as the light danced off it. She was obviously a novice in these types of situations and was being forced to participate in the pits by her family to try and bring an income into the house, let's just hope she would live long enough to get something out of this. So without much hesitation she would charge at her opponent at swift release speeds to try and close the gap between them, and if her opponent would still stand there, they would make an attempt to make a swing at the boy's throat for a quick victory.

Hiroshima couldn’t help but sigh at the sight of the child before him. It was quite admirable the way that charged towards him with determination but she had to do much more than that in order to defeat him. He would simply step to the side at bullet release speeds to avoid the girl’s oncoming slash and would then draw his weapon before slamming the hilt of it into her gut hoping the force of it would be enough to knock her out cold. He honestly didn’t want to kill the girl as he was sure that she had a future and a family, so he silently hoped that this would be enough to take her out of commission.

Well That was Anticlimactic if you ask me, and so did the crowd that was watching, however there was not much to be done now as the door on the other side of the pits had opened up revealing Hiro's next opponent. Some old codger who was well past his prime had decided to enter the pit, for one final chance of glory in their miserable life it would seem. I mean sure back in the day i'm positive this guy would have been a good fighter, but as of right now it was a surprise that he was able to keep himself upright. WHy would the shogunate allow someone like this to enter the pits of tartaros? THis mod's guess is that the shogunate is looking to lower the population of the elderly by allowing them entrance into the pits, cruel don't you think? Anways once the elderly man would enter the ring, he would pull out a pair of rusted daggers and stand at the ready for Hiro to make a move, perhaps there is something more to him.

Hiroshima would catch the young girl before she fell to the ground and placed her gently on the floor and out of harm’s way before taking the katana she had in her possession. Sure it probably would’ve been easier to just kill everyone that came his way but he wasn’t that kind of person truth be told. As the new person appeared in the arena, Hiroshima would move towards him at samurai crashing ground speeds closing the gap between them and attempted to restrain him by wrapping a rope of lightning around his torso and knocking him out as well. He would hope that this was enough to take the old timer out of commission. If successful he would take the two daggers from the old man as well.

The old man would groan in pain as he was simultaneously ensnared by a chain of lightning while being struck hard enough in the stomach to knock the wind out of him for a few moments, falling to the ground panting a wheezing to try and collect more of that precious oxygen into their degrading lungs. However the stress of the act seemed to be too much for the elderly man, and would now lay lifeless on the ground. Feel like a big man? Making an old guy have a heart attack? You monster, lol. Anyways after that was dealt with the doors to the Pits would open up again as a spectacle clad man would step through while holding a book, seeming not to have a care in the world whether he lived or died in these fights. Guess he was doing this for some unknown financial reasoning. Who knows, right? "Any day now, boy"

Hiroshima couldn’t help but sigh at the fact that he had accidentally killed the old man. It was evident that it was impossible for him to save everyone from death in these fights which made him question why he had tried ion the first place? They came here willing knowing that there was a possibility that they would die down here and he knew that as well. These were conscious decisions they all made so it was nonsensical that he tried to save these people, he had to win and thus he had to kill. “I’m sorry. I’ll try to make it quick and painless.” He said as he drew his sword.

He would move at samurai crashing ground speeds towards the old man and looked cut his head clean off. If he was skilled enough to see him he might be able to dodge his attack but if he wasn’t, well, it would be quick and painless as he said.

Well the crowd seemed to be more entertained that they were finally getting their money's worth in these pit fights, then again they did feel like they were getting ripped off by seeing someone who was obviously strong taking on the featherweight fights when they could do much better with people willing to actually fight for their lives. Then again Hiro's opponents were rather low in rankings even at D rank themselves, so the gap in power was quite extreme at this point. It would be as the man's head fell from his body that the door to the pits would open up again, showing a boy maybe two years younger than Hiro himself stepping in, no real discernable features on him except for maybe the foggy left eye. Just great, a kid too stupid, an old man who had a heart attack, some overconfident fuck who thought he would just be knocked out, and now a half-blind kid. Here's hoping fate smiled upon this kid as he charged at Hiro at crashing ground speeds with his fist clenched as he was ready to fight this man to prove his worth, he had too much to lose if he was to go down in this fight

Though he had made up his mind that these people chose to die and thus he would kill them. But seeing a kid that was obviously blind in one eye made him feel some type of way. Letting out a sigh, he would hope that he could actually get these fights over with and either fight people that weren’t just some random civilian strength people and either go home or get stronger opponents. As the kid rushed towards him, he would step out of the way at equal ranked speeds and would follow up with hitting the kid with a close ranged paralysis juinjutsu. After he was trapped he would slam the hilt of the sword into his gut hoping that was enough to knock him out.

The kid who was half-blind seemed to have failed his intial charge, he slowly turned around to look at Hiroshima, who he thought was going to end the poor life of his; but to his surprise Hiroshima used a paralyze curse seal to restrict his movements, then hit him with enough force to knock him out. His body slowly feel to the floor, it took nearly seconds before the net opponent walked into the arena; the new opponent stared towards hiroshima, who was going to be a tough opponent to deal with. The new entry had nothing specific about him except for the fact that the his face seeemed as if he had both a human and robotic features to him, at his waist was the handle of sword. the samurai leapped backwards instead of charging into contact range, he wanted to stay away from whatever took out that guy; the samurai reach into his back pocket and threw two shurriken with at Hiroshima.

Almost done, then I can get out of here. Hiroshima thought to himself as he watched the kid fall to the ground. He was getting rather bored of this place not because it was too easy but mainly because it was just mindless killing for the entertainment of others. Either way he wanted to get this over with so he could actually do something productive for the sake of Pandora and himself. “I’m sorry.” Hiroshima stated immediately after the man entered the ring. As soon as he had arrived was as quickly as he departed as Hiroshima would move towards him at C+ ranks and beheaded him before he could even throw the shuriken.

It seemed that even though he wanted to create a distance between the two, it failed miserablely with him leaping backwards to have his head fall off of his body to watch as the blood sprouted upward and cover the area he had once stood in before his body calmly drop to the blood, motionlessly as the body laid in the blood it was once in. The next opponent was let in moments after thee last guys body had finished twitching, the opponent wore a robe over the head to hid what their face looked like; despite the effort to hid her face, her body was more devoloped then what she thought she was. her breast poked outside. At the sweet side of her waist was a sword, it was very convicing that she was a crowd favorite but why?

A woman this time. Interesting. Hiroshima thought to himself as he watched her enter the arena. He was never one to kill a woman due to the honour he had as an individual but this was getting old pretty fast and thus he would make quick work of her as well. He would move forward at C+ speeds and would attempt to do to her what he did the man before her. The only difference was that if she wasn’t sharp enough she would still think that Hiroshima held his original position due to the fact that he had left an after image behind him to throw her off.

Luckily for him, she had been distract with the service of the fans; simply wave to them revealing her girly nails. The girls eyes glance back towards her oppponent who used every secend against her, her head flew into the air while her body laid itself back onto the floor. her head fell from the sky, landing onto her own stomach; her eyes could clearly view herself the way others did, well that was if she was still alive. The last of Hiroshima's oppponents walked into the arena on his back rested a war hammer while at his waist were two sword, the versitility of all the combination this guy had seemed pretty unique; instead he charged in to Hiroshima at C rank speed while thursting both swords at him with a measly D+ speeds.

Though he wanted to end the last fight in a bang, he honestly couldn’t be bothered to overexert himself. With that said, he would allow the man to run towards him before gathering a fair amount of chakra into the palm of his before through numerous senbon in his direction at C+ spends looking to skewer and killing the man. If he was successful in killing the man, he would look to the entrance and made his way out and back home as he had important things to do. Before he did, however, he would look to pick up any and all weapons dropped by his opponents.
