Raion's Solo Mission Thread Empty
PostSubject: Raion's Solo Mission Thread   Raion's Solo Mission Thread Icon_minitime17th March 2017, 6:45 am

Rai walked his way into the general office, strutting his stuff like there was no tomorrow. His hair was all over the place, and his clothes weren’t quite sure whether they were on or off at this point, just bearing whatever, where ever. He would first turn to the brochure side of things and take a look at the options, grabbing one before tossing it to the side and folding up another in one of his pockets. It was about some kind of bar I think? Anyway, finally he’d make his way to the desk, knocking on the wooden table before calling out. “Yo is anyone here or what? I need some D-Rank missions.” Leaning forwards, he’d look at the desk seeing if there is anything to swipe while the desk was unoccupied. Unfortunately, it was almost completely bare besides a few boring things like pens and whatever else. Nothing worth anything, what a drag. After another 10 fucking minutes, he finally got someone to come out and give him a damn mission…pest control. What a joke. He went through the academy all those years ago to deal with pests? The motherfucker can change the gravity around him, and this is what they got him doing in his spare time. Idiots.

Anyway, it was quite a trek out to the farm in which this mission was supposed to take place, so naturally he stopped at the barn to drop his signature artwork tag before heading inside to talk to the owners. They directed Rai out to the problem area, where it seems some bugs had been eating all the crops so he had to spend the day spraying the poison over the field before watering it down after that. Nothing exciting happened all fucking day, in fact, the most interesting part was when he saw a fucking rat, and got to crush it with his gravity pressure, exploding a few bundles of poisoned lettuce while he did so. That was interesting to say the least. Once finished, the dude asked him to also clean up some graffiti some rascal seemed to have left on the barn, so he also ended up repainting that for the dumb fuckers…man payback is a bitch. Guess that’s what they call karma or whatever its called. Anyway, now that it was all done, he turned to make the long hike back to the village centre, ensuring he utilised the rest of his paint in the process on just about anything he can. He recently heard of this new paint canister thing called a spray can, newly exported by the Epsilon empire. Definitely a must have, this money will be well spent to say the least. Finally making it back to the office, he’d walk in, feet spotting dirt tracks through the floor and he made his way to the front desk, slapping down his completion papers before waltzing back out with the shits. What a crappy ass day working for the man, its all a conspiracy to keep us down man.

The boy was on the un, dashing and weaving through the crowd like he saw the path before it even happened. How crude and shrewd he must have though himself, stealing from the fruit cart under the protection of such a delinquent soul such as Raion. Poor boy didn’t have any idea what he’d just gotten his poor self into. To think he wouldn’t even try to go for stealth, just simply running past with an outstretched arm to grab the fucking apple as he flew through, yet not today little boy, not to fucking day. He was a quick little bigger to be perfectly honest, almost managed to slip away more than once on this four minute long high speed chase, no doubt that was why he was so confided with a full frontal thievish assault, but sadly the fateful mistake had came, as he slipped down the alleyway, one of many that Raion is overly familiar with. There were only two ways to go from there, through to the training grounds, which would put him in a tight spot as Raion could easily call out to much more experienced as talented shinobi to help caught the boy, or…he could go all the way through the small hole in the wall and come back out on the street in the other direction. Grinding to a halt, he would turn and go to head the boy off standing at the entry back into the street, hands on hips, with a devilish grin.

The boy ran, checking behind him to see if Rai had followed him through, only to crash head first into his chest, knocking himself backwards onto his ass, looking up in awed fear of his chaser who reached down to grab him by the hair, lifting him onto his feet and against the wall. He was horrified at the things he was told, what would happen to him if Raion saw him next, what would happen if someone else caught him, what happened behind the bars of children in confinement. It was all exaggerated of course, but it did come from some truths he experienced before. In any case, the boy ran off crying, and Rai returned with the bag of apples, bored and pissed that he’s doing such demeaning and shitty jobs such as these, when he should be out there, banging heads with the real problems, like missing ninjas…and fucking pirates. The fruit cart dude thanked him for his service when they got to the end destination, giving him some coin for his time, and an apple for his effort. Yeah thanks, whatever, round the corner he went to tag the back of his shop, stating that he’d been here, done this and conquered all. Next step was heading back to the damn office, handing in the mission success confirmation, before heading home with his coin, and passing the fuck out with a bottle of wine that he swiped while running through the streets like a mad man.

Raion's Solo Mission Thread Empty
PostSubject: Re: Raion's Solo Mission Thread   Raion's Solo Mission Thread Icon_minitime3rd April 2017, 11:21 pm

Ugh back at it again with the boring ass, stupid fucking D-Rank lame missions where poor Raion will probably be helping some old person somewhere cross some road where no cars exist with her bag of groceries that smell like fucking shit because they are organic as fuck. Furthermore, to top it all off, he finally got the notice of who his new sensei was just this morning, and its his old classmate, who is now a fucking jonin. Fuck this shit, surely he can just have the day to go home and silently man cry himself to sleep over the embarrassment. But no, its damn mission time, guess we need to go find this old fuck and help them with their bullshit first world problems of getting old and lazy. Arriving at the proposed meeting spot, Raion leaned up against some of his old work against a brick wall, flicking a shuriken around his fingers like a pirate would with those old coins, trying to look as intimidating as possible so this disappointment of a client could know not to piss him around on dumb ass errands like they were sure to do regardless, so image his surprise when the client in question shows up. A pretty young brunette gril, only a few years older than himself, with long hair and great features, bowing for his help in lumping around her gear for the day as she plays the merchants wholesale game further in the city. Well, happy to obligue young maim, lead on miss I’ll do the rest. With a grin, he happily tugged at the wheel barrel looking thing and dragged it to the marketplace district so this young girl could play he sells and she sells with the mean ass shop keepers, all of where were busy giving him dirty looks throughout the entire process. Probably still just a little salty over the fact that he stole their products just a few days ago in some cases, or vandalised their stores, or did something else that was a huge pain in the ass of either them or someone they know. This delinquency system he has going is really starting to work against him, more so now that he’s a genin again ,trying to make an honest living as a protector of the realm…wrong ninja, but the point is still clear. In nay case, once the day was over, and quite well spent if I do say so myself, the girl and he would sign off on the mission complete, and discuss further employment later down the line. A good, hard worker she said. A great escort who could help get her safely to the next village, she said. Well, happy to oblige miss. See you soon maim. And with that, he dropped off the completion form, heading home and ended his somewhat eventful day with a nice healthy wank. Hopefully tomorrows mission is just as successful, and hopeful that C-Rank mission comes into play soon enough.

Raion's Solo Mission Thread Empty
PostSubject: Re: Raion's Solo Mission Thread   Raion's Solo Mission Thread Icon_minitime6th April 2017, 8:51 pm

Here once again. Standing at the edge of the port looking out at the cargo ship leaving with a different shinobi to guard it. That would have…no that should have been his biggest mission yet. The one that would change everything, and set him apart of the rest of these 12 year old shinobi who are considered his equals. But alas, he couldn’t, the sea was too unforgiving, to much to handle. It is a huge restriction, but there is no doubt in Raion’s mind, he’ll never be able to go out to sea again. “Fuck it!” he’d yell out, throwing his water bottle onto the floor with everything he had, blowing it to pieces. Who the fuck cares about that ship anyway, he’ll still make it in his own little way. In amidst the anger and frustration, a tag would be left on the spot he was standing, marking that he was here, and that he was leaving. Heading straight into the mission office once again to get his next assignment. As usual they didn’t have anything particularly noteworthy, just D-Rank missions, fodder to the general populous of the shinobi society, but that wouldn’t deter him. Started from the bottom now I’m here. That’ll be what he’s singing when leading the entire Allied Shinobi Nations ANBU operations. It was a shit assignment, a dog has been shitting on the training grounds, most likely a stray, and he was to put an end to this however he saw fit.

As he sat on the roof of one of the many nearby buildings overlooking the training grounds, he was going through the notes provided in the brief, all detailing possible solutions, noting nearby animal shelters or possible adopters of the poor beast who is obviously untrainined and unmonitored. It all bought back the old memories of his life on the outskirts. There was a stray that would hang around near their house, and every day, on the way home from the pre-academy training, he’d stop by to change its water and give it some of his lunch that he’d been saving. What a different life it was, surrounded by love and more than happy to give the extra away, always ready to help and go out of his way to make people laugh. Well, I suppose that’s how life is, isn’t it, something changes, shit happens and the world moves on while you’re stuck somewhere. He’d sigh as a dog creeped its way under the fence, a small trench he probably dug to get into his own personal toilet, before digging up some grass and performing the general dog squat, readying his daily release before suddenly…It was dead. The kunai went straight through its skull and into the ground under it. Raion had already left before its body managed to slump over, surely someone else will clean the mess as that wasn’t his mission. Collecting his rewards he’d head home, have a wank and consider what to do tomorrow after a bright and early mission wake up.

PostSubject: Re: Raion's Solo Mission Thread   Raion's Solo Mission Thread Icon_minitime18th August 2017, 2:15 am

Dusk had just fallen over, the sun escaping beneath the horizon with lights and lamps flickering on throughout the streets. Raion was poached in a crouched position atop the high walls of the village, looking back at the city as he felt for his gear, ensuring that everything was in check and accounted for. It was the first time he’d had permission to leave the village alone, for mission purposes obviously. Not something that becomes a possibility for a general, delinquent genin, but Rai only saw it as an opportunity to show everyone that he deserves every ounce of this. A group of bandits were supposedly held up in a small sewer entrance about a half hour horse away from the gates. A group of ex-civilians who decided to murder their late employer in cold blood and raid his ‘not so modest’ home in the hills. Honestly, it should be a cake walk, but this was his first elimination mission, so it wasn’t to be taken lightly, no doubt the old farts will be watching for his results carefully, still hesitant about his resolve to the allied nations and this village. Furthermore, it was a two birds, one stone type of situation. Another mission was a request to retrieve an artefact, stolen from a house robbery earlier that week. Intelligence has led officials to believe its the same group. A gentle drop from the gates had him touching down outside the village silent and convert in his landing, dressed in black with a hooded coat draped over his shoulder, covering his head and face. After a moment of gathering his bearings, Rai was off, arms swinging loosely behind his back as he escaped into the forest and further into the tree lines, abruptly making his approach in record time. By the time he’d arrived at the entrance, the darkness had fully swallowed whatever remained of the sun, and the moon now stood as the only source of light.

Venturing into the old, empty drainage system was eerie at best, with the cold air of the concrete tunnels chilling his cheeks as he pressed forwards. At first in utter black silence, however it wasn’t long until lights in the distance began to light the pathway, followed by the sounds of hushed voices and worrisome steel scrapping against a sharpening stone. Edging closer, silently, Raion began to prepare his strategy. Intel mentioned a total of three, however leaving it in blind faith was never a certifiable option, so rushing in, however brave it might be, could be the least bountiful means of tackling the task. Creating diversions and traps was also an alternative, but he never had much of a mind for that crap. Stealth seemed to be a strong starting point, at least until figured out what he was up against. Drawing a kunai from his leg pouch, he’d swing it in a circular motion into the palm of his hand, holding it inversely slicing rather than stabbing. Leaning around the bend he could see his first target, standing with his back towards the entrance, of the larger room which opened up. Before rushing for the kill, he’d note what could be seen from his distanced position, not noticing any of the other defects, but hearing their conversation well enough to know they were close by, if not just outside his field of view.

Well, there wasn’t too much more to do from this position besides advance and expected the unexpected. Edging forwards, crouching in the shadows as best he can, approaching the target with his blade held out in front of him before the instant came. It was as quick as he could manage. Reaching around his head to cover his mouth and nose with the other hand slit the throat, pulling him back into the tunnel as he did so to remain incognito. Overall it was a fairly quiet kill besides the one stomp of the foot which managed to escape the man in shock. After that was said and done, and the man was most surely deceased, Raion would slip out into the room, immediately looking around for the other two, only to be meet with silence. There were tables and chairs, beds and wardrobes. It seemed almost homely, causing Rai to think about just how long they must have been planning their dirty deed before actually carrying through with it. The chatter was gone, the sounds dissipated. No more scuffling of feet, no more sharpening of a blade, not even a rat to break the silent, stuffy air. It took a moment to adjust to the new lighting, but even that wasn’t enough to cloud the situation. There other two weren’t here, unless…

A yell came from behind, no above? Spinning as fast as he could manage, just in time to see the next enemy had jumped from the overhang lid of the tunnel he’d just arrived from, an axe in both his hands, swinging it down with murderous intent. With no time to think or move, he simply shouted the shove away like it was second nature. “FRUOHDS!”  The invisible force from the shout throwing the man back like a ragdoll, smashing him against the wall visciously with a crack. From the side came the sound of stomping, the last man running towards him with a blade in each hand, slashing both in an ‘X’ formation, but it was easily avoid, Rai simply stepping backwards with superior speed. The untrained civilian would pull both his arms back to load up another powerful strike, but as the blades moved backwards, Rai lunged forwards, thrusting an open palm straight into his chest, the force alone shattering his ribcage and blowing the man across the floor, gasping for his final breaths, blood filling his lungs and suffocating the foe painfully. The axe wielder began to stir, but soon collapsed back onto the ground as the kunai, previously stationed in Raion’s hand, split it way into his skull. The other would continue to struggle through the gasping breaths, before they slowed, drawing shallower, before inevitably stopping altogether. With that came a more welcomed silence, marking the completion of the mission. But even better, at the corner of his eye he saw the artefact from the earlier robbery. Satisfied, Rai would collect the kunai and the small stone statue and leave, heading back towards the village to acknowledge the results.
