This is mentally taxing however, although the Navigator is never sure why, and can only be used once every fifteen posts (total).

Description: As part of her avian heritage, Avisa is capable of copying certain aspects of varying birds to supplement her own abilities. With this technique she has found that she is able to almost perfectly replicate any noise that she had heard as long as she listens to it for long enough to work it out. This technique can only be utilised when she is able to hear and depending on her rank she needs to spend a certain amount of time listening to the noise before she can perfectly copy it, spending half the time allows her to imperfectly copy it but anyone with intimate knowledge of the noise or a C-Rank noise filtering technique can tell it is fake. This copying even extends to voices or machinery.

Description: Requires wings and/or feathers. Beast Arts are powerful techniques that can grant minor bodily modifications to any that use them. With the Iron Pinions technique, the user spends fatigue to rapidly harden and sharpen any feathers that they have, elongating them into large, usable objects for a variety of things. When this is done, the user is able to turn a number of their feathers into ‘Iron’ Feathers causing them to take on a glossy sheen. Once this is done areas with these feathers gain a defense tier depending on how much fatigue was put into the feathers, the number able to be made with a single use is dependent on the user’s rank and lastly an additional blood price can be paid to increase the defense given by a number of tier levels depending on the price paid. Unfortunately this comes with a downside as if the user has any Iron Feathers on them they will be unable to fly if they normally are due to how stiff and unyielding the enhanced plumage is.

Name: Beast Art: Iron Pinions - Feather Blades

Description: By shedding the feathers enhanced by Iron Pinions, the Beast is able to layer them over one another and stick them together to turn them into weapons. This is done at the Beast’s speed tier and is particularly useful as it allows them to create weapons on the fly. The larger the weapon, the more feathers are required to create them but in turn, the weapons deal more damage and possess greater durability due to sturdier construction from the placement of the feathers. When this is used, the enhancement from Iron Pinions lasts a certain PT depending on the user’s rank but with an additional stamina price, the effect can be made permanent until end of topic.

Description: A lot of Pirates, especially beasts, learn how to scrounge and scavenge to survive. The world is a harsh place after all and without such important means it’s possible the Beast might die. Due to this, the user learns how to hunt for raw materials better and find things hidden in places no one else would like to go, making use of every little thing they find. This causes them to be able to choose whether they find a plant, gem or metal when a roll is granted but they must roll for the rest. In addition, depending on their rank they may instead swap what they find for an equivalent amount of something else. However, this comes with a downside as the user becomes a hoarder, unable to sell anything they find after learning this technique.
