Description: After a few hand signs the user is able to create a tounge made out of purple electricity. They can move the tounge freely and can use it like a whip. It can move in any direction and can bend anyway. It can also stretch. This moves at C rank speeds.

Description: The user makes hand signs and then spits out 10 very thin  lightning shaped as needles at the opponent. This moves at D rank speeds and will stun the opponent for one post if the lightning comes in contact with the upper arm, knees, inner elbows, or the neck. This stuns the body part they hit, but if it hits the chest the whole body is paralyzed.

take out the amount of clones you can make, the amount for all clones has already been set its. and the range is not AoE, its long. It is also a supplementary jutsu not offensive, and its B-rank..literally you could have just copied it all off the wiki
