Appearance: The Eye of Mensis appears as a red gem in the shape of a stereotypical diamond with four points. This gem swirls with purple light and usually sits within the eye socket or upon the forehead. When activated it appears to open up to reveal a gleaming red eye, horribly bloodshot with black and blue veins although this is only noticeable within 1ft, any further and it appears to simply let out an eerie red light.

Special Ability: The Eye of Mensis is a strange object. When found, or if its current wielder dies or is rejected, the Eye will attempt to leap at the first person to come within 10 feet at SSS-Rank speeds, forcing them to dodge or have the eye attach to them. If they also lack SS-Rank speed then it will impale the eye immediately and take over the socket. Upon being done the user must pick two types of sensory(Three if it takes over an eye) that the Eye utilises when opened. In order to open the eye, an S-Rank of chakra, an A-Rank of blood or 10 fatigue must be paid. Once done the eye grants all sensory types that were chosen, at an S-Rank level, in addition it cannot be blinded due to not being a real eye but it also takes from the victim's sanity limit, 1 each PT that it is active but can be shut off at any point. When it reaches a total of 30 Sanity drained(this counts over topics as well) then the Eye of Mensis becomes enhanced. If drained fully, the wielder is rejected and dealt an S-Rank of mental recoil damage before the Eye of Mensis falls off of them.
