Princesses Rank Up

Two clashes, one survivor but alas that was the drawback of not only attacking from above but also moving through strength rather than speed. One can't make adjustments on a dime. Still it was a quick fight befitting shinobi though neither of them were officially "shinobi" and though the ground cratered Satsuki would still end up avoiding the blow. Well almost completely and while her Chidori would end his life upon impact causing him to spurt blood from his mouth his huge frame slumping to the ground she would be clipped in the collarbone. Making for a rather painful bruise and chipped bone she had been barely hit though otherwise well she would of gotten a far more grevious injury. Either way the stone doors would open once more and this time someone would enter though seeing Satsuki would blanch. Ah... Satsuki-sama I did not realize I would be pitted against you. I forfeit so that the heir may proceed forward. he said revealing that he too was a Bishamon and the stone doors would open for him to walk out another another to walk in this time another boy who was holding a chain sickle in his hand rapidly spinning the weighted end around.

Sup.

Satsuki grabbed ahold of her collarbone, wincing as the pain flared up from the impact. She grimaced as the door opened again and was surprised to find one of her clan mates there. She gave a nod to him. Thank you," she would say as he left. She would need to find a way to make it up to him for forfeiting his chance at ranking up. But at least she would not have to fight one of her own to the death. She would take the brief moment to catch her breath before the next one entered. He made a nice greeting, kind of. Maybe she would be able to reason with him. "Hello. I'll ask this like I have done others. Surrender now and be spared. Serve one year of paid servitude and you shall be freed of service in a year with your life. This is a gguarante of life, unlike fighting in a chance you may die." There was a 50/50 chance he would accept her terms. Maybe less seeing as if one loses they will be unable to rank up if they are Shogunate. If they are not Shogunate then they can just reattempt it at a later stage. While she spoke she would wipe the blood off of her hand on the genjutsu user's clothing while keeping an eye on him.

50 Xel. I'll walk if you pay me that much. That was what I probably could of earned if I continued my challenge, and the way I see it, if I don't make that Xel I'm going to die from starvation anyways so eh. The guy said still spinning his chain sickle's weighted end, it was her choice while to a shinobi 50 Xel didn't seem like much to those with their backs against the wall it was enough to buy food for one meal. One meal that'll get him through today so he could have enough strength to fight tomorrow, that was life really not everyone was privileged or lucky enough to be able to mold their chakra and he didn't have any other skills. Well as a street rat he could steal, and lie but he liked to think he was more noble than that and thus took up fighting this way at least he earned the money he got. What did he really have to lose he had a shitty life anyways.

Satsuki's eyebrow raised as she was baffled at the simple request. She looked into the stands at her clan. They were supposed to be the best. Equivalent to royalty. She needed to be tough, yet everyone also saw them as stuck up. She decided this was a chance to allow some good light to shine upon her clan today. She rummaged around in her pocket and pulled out some money. "I understand your plight. Take 200 xel and rest. Train. Eat. Enjoy yourself a bit as life can be cut short easily," she would say as she tossed the cash toward him, it held together with a money clip. The clan needed to be seen as more than just stuck up monsters.

He wouldn't stop spinning his chain sickle but would catch the pouch  with the hand holding the scythe portion and would check the weight before smiling it really was 200 Xel. He could eat for four whole days, awesome. Thanks pretty lady wish you luck on your other challenges. I forfeit by the way. He said with the stone slabs opening up and he would retreat only for another person to enter this one would float into the arena her body translucent and her arms folded across her chest. She wouldn't speak only to shake her head in regards to Satsuki's question if she was asked it. She would then make a beckoning gesture with her left hand wordlessly taunting her and apparently giving her the first move that was how confident she was. Over all she didn't seem ruffled by the prospect of fighting the Bishamon heir, wonder why.

Satsuki was thrown off by the next opponent. Sure she never met an entity, but in the Academy you learned about the basics of identifying most races that could be identified off appearance. And this was the most easily recognized. An Entity. She was going to be fucked unless she could pull off her plan. "Have it your way," said Satsuki as she made her shadow clone hand seals. When her clone appeared it would immediately pull out a kunai with a paper wrapped around the handle. It would then toss the kunai straight for the Entity's head.

Satsuki would avert her eyes for a second while taking off for the Entity at crashing ground samurai level speeds. As soon as the kunai got within the ten foot range the clone would make a seal and set off the c rank flash tag to hopefully blind the Entity. The real Satsuki would push off with her amazing strength to the left, soaring through the air to make the Entity think she was coming for her if she relied on the sound. But at the same time by doing the jump she got rid of her footsteps. She would land against the wall to the Entity's right before pushing off once against straight toward the Entity to deliver a powerful kick to its body from the back. Her legs were still covered in her chakra based Dance of the Oak, which should allow physical contact. If the kick was successful it would launch the Entity toward the clone who would place her foot up to slam downward onto the Entity with its chakra covered leg from the copy of Dance of the Oak.

Now certain things happen from combating an Entity, but it's okay they are rare enough that everyone typically makes the same mistake when trying to fight them. Rumor has it the first entity perfected this technique because of the constant staring other shinobi did based on it's appearance but it's commonly accepted that looking at an Entity isn't a smart thing to do unless one knows what they are doing. As a result Satsuki recognizing the beckoning would cause her to be blinded by the "light" emanating from the Entity's body. This would result in Satsuki being blinded while the Entity would simply sink into the ground at crashing ground speeds from there in it's place would poof a shadow clone. All of this would occur during the time Satsuki replied to her gesture, if the fact that Satsuki would be blind would stop her from forming the clone then things would change otherwise the shadow clone would be formed blind. After all Shadow Clones formed in roughly the same state as the original, one of the weaknesses of such a technique, albeit also a strength.

The Clone of the Entity would move it's hands before ending with cupping it's hands as if it were making a mouth. The result is a spectral grey snake-like dragon formed by means of energy tech, said dragon would first coil around the Clone before opening it's jaws and launching two concussive blasts which would hurtle straight towards the blinded pair. One towards Satsuki and one towards the clone unfortunately considering they couldn't see and energy tech typically didn't have a sound the two of them will most likely have no idea that they were under attack. Once more this is under the assumption that her being blinded wouldn't change her action. Though if she still did try to attack the kick would be defended against by the dragon even if the clone was in fact blinded.

Satsuki had created the clone before realizing she couldn't see. The clone and her was blinded and their attacks never occurred. Satsuki and her clone was in a panic at first causing to be hit by the attacks. The clone dispersed while the real Satsuki was thrown backwards, letting out a small cry of pain from the attack. She felt as if her body was on fire from the pain of the attack.she would roll a little, holding her sides as she tried to breathe and think about what she should do. But she couldn't think of a single thing. Her chakra was almost back to full. If she could manage just one thing she could win potentially. But there was a chance not. Her opponent floated and so she wouldn't be able to tell where they were coming from. If only she had the Ryukamigan.

The Clone would climb on top of the dragon which would then proceed to open it's mouth once more before firing more concussive blasts this time sending two of them hurtling towards Satsuki's location at bullet release speeds. Meanwhile the original was still underground doing Kami knows what underneath the arena floor, the clone would watch to see if it's attack landed as it had no problems with battering the girl repeatedly until she forfeited or died, ultimately it didn't really care whichever came first. Still it would remain silent was the Entity capable of speech maybe maybe not either way it didn't seem like it wanted to speak at this moment. The Flash had been a test, a test with Satsuki had failed so the confidence that the Entity had displayed from earlier was even more bolstered, her opponent didn't seem capable of defending against genjutsu...

Satsuki was helpless right now. No idea what was going on. Frankly it sucked. In her panic she hit something squishy and solid. Very large. It took her a moment of panic in which the Entity attacked to realize it was a corpse. She had no idea of the attack coming but since she was helpless she needed something to use as a shield. She immediately pulled the body on top of her just before the attacks hit. Pushing her even further along the ground and causing her back to become scraped up. She felt pressure in her chest. Hopefully she hadn't broken a rib by the impact. Wheezing, Satsuki decided on her next course of action. She was being shoved one way which meant the opponent was attacking from one direction. She reached into her pocket and crushed a smoke bomb, covering her and the corpse in the smoke before making a simple hand seal. Much more simple than the ones before. Then without disturbing the smoke, a clone burst forth from it headed straight for the dragon, hugging low to the ground as it ran in a bow with a zigzag pattern.she needed to stall.

The beams would hit the body impacting it while the Entity would tilt her head to the side as smoke filled the area around her target, instead she would rise upward on top of her dragon as their opponent zig-zagged around. The Entity would watch amused considering her opponent was clearly still blinded yet chose to flail around trying to avoid being hit, it was dark humor after all watching a blind person run is only funny to a select few people in the world. At least openly being amused by it, because it is kind of funny in a sad way. Anyways by rising upward the Entity would proceed to whistle while making hand seals, why? No reason well no reason just yet.

Satsuki would make two sets of hand seals while underneath the body. She couldn't see now due to the smoke, but she smiled that she could at least see the swirling of it. The whistle was coming in clear which forced Satsuki to hurry. She knew how bad an Entity Genjutsu could be. After making the seals a second Satsuki popped up next to her in the smoke. She then made another set of seals. The clone would then kick the body off toward the sound of the whistling before running out of the smoke with the uchigatana in hand. She would drop it once clear of the smoke and seeing the Entity, before following the body that had been kicked with full power of excersize level 3 with another high powered move. She would catch the handle of the hilt with her foot before spinning and throwing it with the same power straight for the Entity's head.

The Entity would watch as another Satsuki rushed out of the smoke and would smirk, as when the Satsuki threw the Uchigatana it would sail all the way towards the Entity only to end up missing. Why, well she had been whistling for a reason after all and apparently with another mind lock Satsuki's hand to eye co-ordination was in fact shot. The thrown sword wouldn't hit the mark at all, in fact it would go completely wide and miss while the Entity would raise an eyebrow mockingly before directing her dragon downward where it would fly before attempting to swoop down and bite off the head of the Satsuki who had thrown the projectile.

Satsuki cursed under her breath as she had missed. Or did she. She had planned on the Entity pulling something out of the bag of tricks so she had prepared. As the sword sailed past, just before it landed it transformed back to the original Satsuki who pushed herself off the wall with full force to intercept the Entity clone with a full powered kick to the back of the head hoping to kill the clone. The clone Satsuki wouldn't move, as the real Satsuki was much faster and would probably intercept the clone and dragon before she even got near. However, just because she wouldn't move from her spot doesn't mean she wasn't gonna do anything. If Satsuki didn't make it in time she would spin to deliver a full powered roundhouse kick to the dragon's jaw. It may have been made of chakra but this clone still had what the original did, Dance of the Oak's chakra solitude and defensive prowess.

Well it seemed Satsuki had fallen for the Entity's trick, there was a reason that she had sank into the ground and made a clone after all. The moment it got hit instead of dispelling or well in Satsuki's case dying a very painful death it would instead, go boom. Yep, it wasn't actually a Shadow Clone but rather an Clone Great Explosion and they tend to do that, now Satsuki who had impacted it would end up getting caught in the blast radius. While it had exhausted it's chakra supply it hadn't touched the B-rank amount of chakra kept to allow it to detonate, sure it could of detonated for a much more potent boom but it had to give the impression that it was real and as a result a ten foot radius around the clone would end up taking B-rank ambient chakra damage.

Satsuki was caught by surprised, to say the least, when the explosion occurred her clone would disperse and she. Would be tossed back. Luckily enough for her, her armored legs took the brunt of the explosion. However she was still caught in most of it. The explosion threw her through the air, screaming in pain as she collided with the ground and bounced across the ground. She coughed up blood, no doubt from the internal damage from the impact. Shit. She might die here. Everything seemed quiet, besides a thick ringing I'm her ears. She wasn't even sure if she could see right, everything was mostly blurred. She gripped the ground beneath her, arching what little of herself as she could. She could barely feel parts of her body through the pain and she could feel a warm liquid stretching over her back and legs somewhat. Was this gonna be the end of her?

The Entity would rise up out of the ground once the smoke from the boom cleared still wearing that smug look while looking at the prone form of her opponent. "I'll repeat to you the same conditions I did for the others I've fought. Surrender and become my slave or die here." she said in a mocking voice while pointing her hand forward. "So, what will it be? Death or Slavery, don't worry if you choose the former I'll make it quick...not." she said preparing to use the same thing she had earlier to release concussive blasts towards Satsuki that is if she proved rebellious and didn't surrender. Why she was doing this who knew maybe she just wanted to knock the cocky Bishamon down a peg, maybe it was revenge for another competitor or maybe she was just sadistic who knew really. Either way what happened was her planning had lead her to gain an advantage over her opponent who for the most part had an easy time this time around that is..until she fought her.

Satsuki could see the blur of the opponent rise up. It seemed she was still alive, so much for a suicide win. Satsuki tried to push herself up but could only manage to roll onto her side before coughing up a little blood. Her teeth were stained red as bits and pieces of what the Entity said got through. Satsuko raised up her hand, at first it looked like a surrender, but then all her fingers closed except for the middle finger. She smiled with blood falling from her mouth before the tip of her middle finger sparked, before being followed by a web of electricity shooting out at vacuum release speeds in a twenty foot radius. The head of the Bishamon would never become a slave to another. She would never forfeigt. She had too much on the line for her clan. With her last act of defiance she would use Chidori Current.

Okay that wasn't expected in hind sight the Entity should of been more careful instead she would be electrocuted causing her to scream out in pain before fading away like Entity's tend to do when they die. The Stone doors would open and in would walk another person tilting his head to the side as he saw Satsuki on the ground. Aww come on I was looking for a fight, are you sure she won because she looks like she lost. he said with a sigh waiting for some sort of confirmation that his opponent hadn't in fact expired from that attack yet remaining wary mainly because well she had just shocked some chick something fierce and he wasn't about that life. He was regular, though he had a baseball bat with nails in it resting on his back and an overall thug like appearance a typical delinquent though he was around her age.

Satsuki couldn't help but laugh as she watched the Entity faded, even though it hurt like hell to laugh. She would sit up more as some feeling returned to her body despite all the pain. She looked at the door to see who spoke. Her vision felt doubled as she tried to focus on the guy. "Andb whob arb youb subboseb tah beh," said Satsuki before spitting out another was of blood. The metallic taste was disgusting, but luckily it didn't seem as bad as she originally thought. It was still a worry but she might be able to handle it.

A guy who came here for a good time and met some busted up bitch. Sigh, you totally killed my buzz what's a Kugeki gotta do to get a good fight ya kno? I mean sure I could kill you, but you were my seventh fight for the day and I would qualify for the next set up. Was hoping to finish with a nice satisfying brawl to the death. This on the other hand ugh...boring. he said palming his face with a frown as he pondered his next move. Weighing his options he would pull out a Xel coin and hold it up so Satsuki could see it. Alright, because I'm not in the mood to kick a dog while its down I'll leave it up to Lady Luck. Heads I walk out of here, Tails I kill you and then walk out of here. he said waiting for a confirmation, sure he didn't expect she'd let him kill her but hopefully she put up some fight if that's the option otherwise it would be even more of a pain. Sound Fair? he said and once she confirmed he would flip the coins o that it would land closer to her so that both of them could see the result.

Satsuki, suffice to say, was stunned by what just happened. The boy offered her a chance to continue. A chance to live. And when she saw the heads, she his her face, trying to hide the tears that was collecting. She had been so sure of her death to come. But... She still had a chance. She muttered under her breath just enough for the boy to hear but not the crowd, as her clan would surely despise her next two words. "Thank you..." Satsuki had no other words. All she could do was force herself to her legs, the only part of her body left undamaged thanks to the Dance of the Oak. She could feel her chakra back completely now, allowing her to enough energy to at least move. She would need to avoid too complex of her moves to prevent more energy. But at this ray of light, she kind of felt renewed. She still had a chance to live. A slim one. There was no guarantee. But this boy... "What is your name?" she would ask before he left.

No problem. Hmm? Oh it's Takeda. Who knows we might meet again. Takeda said chucking up deuces and turning around and putting his hand up so they could know he forfeited. The stone door would open and he would leave only for the door to remain open for a while. Someone would walk in followed by an Ioprey, she was an older woman probably late forties though she still had a wild appearance. Once the door shut she would smile savagely and her pet would bark repeatedly. Yep you can smell the blood can't you my pretty. Don't worry it'll be snack time in a bit. the lady said cracking her neck while the Ioprey bark yet again the woman making hand seals only for the two of them to erupt into smoke. A Head would poke out of the smoke followed by another one revealing a two headed beast which stared at the bloody Satsuki with a primal hunger.

Satsuki cursed under her breath as she saw the two opponents. However, it disappeared when she saw them fuse. Just like her earlier fights. They were Hokkai. She actually ended up smiling as she walked toward them, pointing at their body and laughing. "You look like a giant two headed chicken with no feathers!" she would say, hoping to irritate and confuse the two at the same time as she approached. "Please... Oh Bishamonten! Don't let these guys lay an egg! I don't think I could laugh any hard I might die!"

The two headed Ioprey was not amused and they would glance at each other before the beast would push off the ground leaving a crater at it shot forward at A-rank speed before tucking and roll utilizing Gatenga, from the moment they touched the ground the sheer power behind the blow would cause the ground to shatter from the impact sending rock fragments flying everywhere as it hurtled towards Satsuki like a a runaway train at the same speed as they had pushed off with. Normally they wouldn't be able to move so fast however by using their strength to push off before using Gatenga they would gain extra velocity to go with the power that the technique gave them and it was typically enough to end opponents in just one strike grinding them to paste so that the Ioprey could eat their remains and not have to chew much.
