Ruins of Prime

Within the eastern part of the Black Dome, is what is left of a massive structure which is now partially underground by some means unknown and is surrounded by boulders which seemed to be chunks of the tower which are now scattered around it. What is even stranger about these ruins is that it has a unique barrier around it which restricts access to all but Soulless and once they have entered they are unable to exit freely.
