Description: this ninjutsu is the first in a line of more or less a more complex form of communication for Ka. By using a genjutsu is a previous post on an opponent, Ka uses this as the starting point, then by forcing his chakra into the intended person he establish a link between the two. When he activates this ninjutsu it allows him to somewhat enter the mind of the one it is used on. Primarily used to hear the persons surface thoughts. However with more chakra and concentration, ka would be able to fully immerse himself in the neural network of the person, thus creating a more permanent link between the two.

Description: This ninjutsu is usually used in conjunction with the psychic link ninjutsu. This allows ka to trick the mind of the person already linked with ka to transfer the pain from the person to ka's own pain receptors. However this works in reverse as well, when pain strikes Ka it will be transferred to the other person.

Description: to be used with the psychic link Ninjutsu. This genjutsu used with the psychic link genjutsu allows ka and whoever he is linked with to share eyes so to speak. You see half their line of sight is switched to the other person allowing them a different perspective.

Name: Rasen-Blade

Description: This jutsu is a technique that Ka had developed after he had mastered the technique of rasengan, except for in blade form. Once he had created the Rasengan, Ka will focus his chakra to materialize in a long thin shape resembling that of a sword. However with the way the chakra is flowing at such a fast speed in such a small confined space, the blade will kind of form a serrated edge similar to that of a chain saw.

Description: This technique is another improvisation of the Rasengan technique that Ka had learned. Once Ka creates the Rasengan he will flatten the orb of chakra into that of a thin disc apoximatly two feet in diameter. When a chakra or physical based attack of SS rank or below makes contact with the shield, it will be sent spiralling way off course. Any techniques above will disperse the shield and hit Ka with the added force of the shield.

Description: A simple technique that allows Ka to check the areas around where he is currently located. Requires glass object (Crystal ball, monitor, window, etc). Once the technique is activated, the jutsu will allow him to view an area of 5 miles around him.

Description: A technique Ka developed in order to communicate with allies a great distance away. He will project an astral image of himself in a previously specified location. This is purely a non physical being and thus won't be able to preform physical attacks. However for double the chakra drain, he can transmit chakra and mental based jutsu's through the astral form. To continue using this jutsu after it is initiated will cost him C rank chakra per post.

Description: A jutsu Ka developed in order to help him on infiltration and stealth based mission. Once the required hand seals are made and the chakra is molded, it will disperse over his body allowing him to remain concealed to others vision. Those with Thermal, Bioelectrical, or chakra vision or anyone with a sensory ability would be able to detect him no problem. To continue using this jutsu after it is initiated will cost Ka C rank chakra per post.

Description: A jutsu Ka developed in order to hinder the ability to track or sense him via chakra flow. Well its not suppression to be exact, more or less chakra dispersal. Ka will force the chakra out of his body and disperse it into the air around him thus leaving no district chakra signature to follow or sense.  However when using this jutsu Ka is unable to use any jutsu's requiring chakra.


Name: Wild Lion's Mane

Description: A jutsu Ka developed in order to throw off his opponent by adding another element into the battle. By focusing his chakra into his hair, Ka is able to thicken his hair to steel hardness and extend to great lengths, 30 meters.

Psychic Link – Its solely B-rank, no B-SS anymore or C-S. There is no how it is being done.

Pain Transference – Same as Psychic Link. Because this jutsu relies on Psychic Link, once a how Psychic Link is done has been achieved, the how for this tech will be the same, but this jutsu is B-rank regardless.

Shared Vision – What is Psychic Link genjutsu? I think you mean Ninjutsu, so you might wanna change that

Telescope Technique – Its A-rank

Astral Projection – Make it only capable of projecting chakra based, no mental. To keep active it takes a constant chakra drain of C-rank to your char.

Concealment – No C-S. Will need a how it is being done, depending on how it is being done will determine its rank.

Suppress – Dispersing the chakra from your body will mean during the time this jutsu is active you cannot use anything that relies on chakra.

Ventriloquism – Since this is a real thing, I suggest just making it Taijutsu, because if you keep it ninjutsu every time you throw throw your voice you will be wasting C-rank chakra. Also give it a range, yes its says mid to long but give us something in feet, you cannot throw off your voice like 200 ft away. Now then you can add chakra but originally have it as Taijutsu.

Displacement Blast – Displacement is not a chakra, it is willpower, just correcting that first sentence of yours. I suggest make it Taijutsu considering all Displacement techs are Taijutsu, but if you do how fast the blast moves will depend on your speed, it will still deal B-rank damage regardless..

Description: By placing seals around the combat area, Ka is able of activating a grid like pattern across the battle field and halt all movement(chakra and physical) until Ka himself deactivate it himself. However one is able to break out of this field with A rank strength or higher out of pure determination.

Description: A modified version of the basic Transformation ninjutsu. This technique allows one to alter their body by thought alone, and unlike it's predecessor, this jutsu can not be deactivated by striking the user. In fact the user can only return to their natural appearance if and when they choose. However this iutsu does have one more interesting feature, it allows the user to shift their organ around inside their body.

Description: By channeling chakra into his hair, Ka is capable of moving his hair around as if it were another set of limbs.

Stop – How many seals does it require? I'm helping you on this one, more seals you can stop higher movements, that will only work on physical though. If you want to stop chakra, add in barrier ninjutsu where you placing the seals around will create a barrier that not only seal's physical movement of everybody inside excluding user, it also stops chakra movement. But there is no seals just appear by you activating this technique. You will need to run around the field and place them.

Element Seal – why not just say you seal the jutsu

Open – I'm on the fence about it being fuinjutsu, you can ask somebody else I'm not to picky about it but it seems to be Ninjutsu to me.

Shape Shifter – the shifting organs will be a separate jutsu, while this jutsu is ninjutsu

Prehensile Hair – This is already a technique, http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Wild_Lion%27s_Mane_Technique, change name and alter to match

Element Seal No. Each Element Must be specific. I'm rather strict on this because Lilith used this and when I see people make general seals to do it it annoys the crap out of me.

Open's a Ninjutsu people could even Argue it falls under space because your making a door to "open" a barrier which governs an area.

Shifting Organs will require Flesh Release or a Juinjutsu.

Description: Being born a Cypher has granted Ka pain resistance and a greater resistance to damage then most others around him. So he created this jutsu in order to protect those around him, working along the same mechanics of the body replacement jutsu. When an ally of his is in certain peril, Ka is able to switch positions with his ally so he takes the damage intended.

Description: After learning the transformation technique, Ka had declared that he wanted to make it better, at least less flashy. Taking most aspects of the technique, he would focus on smaller areas instead of an entire body transformation, allowing him to change his appearance in a subtle manner. This jutsu let Ka change up to 3 of his features (hair, skin tone, eye colour, etc) as if nothing had happened (No clouds of smoke, just changes)

Name: Object transformation

Description: Another transformation jutsu variation that Ka had developed in order to keep an opponent confused. By touching an object and putting some of his chakra into it, he is capable of turning that object's appearance into something else. (Think briefcase into a wrist watch and all that)

Approved can only be used on objects and not people.

Description: A jutsu to go along with Ka's other transformation jutsus, meant to alter the size of his body more then alter his appearance. Once the set of hand seals had been completed, Ka would focas his chakra on a part of his body (Arms, legs, head, body, etc) causing it to grow/shrink when the situation demands it. The size change all depends upon how much chakra is put into the jutsu, ranging from tiny (D), small (C), medium (s) (B), Medium (m) (A), and finally Medium (L) (S). Using this jutsu for a longer period (3 posts or more) will drop Ka's speed tiers by 2 ranks unless he has C rank strength to compensate for the larger size
