The World Through Missions

Not seeing anyone there Jin would scan the room noticing a folder named missions D-SSS, he would pick it up finding an interesting mission then he would read the information and take the scroll with him as he left the academy office. He was headed towards the place where fallen ninja who died in battle were held, it was near the hidden arena that wasn’t so hidden seeing as the office knew about it. Jinpachi laughed to himself after making the comment before entering the death hall, he would walk towards the officials’ desk then ask for the man’s body, giving him the man’s information the official would go get the man’s body for Jin. Taking a look at the man’s body Jin would think little of his abilities to where village heads would actually want him dead but what did Jin know he was only a lowly genin. He would lift him over his right shoulder, he had weight to him but it wouldn’t prove a problem to drop him off at the outskirts guard of academy so they could take him to his respective village. He would wave bye to the official as he left the death hall and started his journey that would seem like a bore to the young Mikaboshi seeing as he had to transport the body with Lio a quiet one and a dead body, not the company one usually would hope for but it was his mission. When walking he would notice a person’s footsteps behind him as he was making his way past the not so hidden arena, he would turn around to check his back but no one was there. It would seem like someone was onto him, well that was what he was thinking at the moment but more pressing was ahead like getting this body to its destination safely. Continuing walking for a few minutes he would finally make it out of the underground and into the main building of the academy, he wasn’t really use to the weight he had on his body so he took a quick rest and used the transformation technique on the body transforming it into a fancy rolled up rug. Making his way into the cafeteria he would hop in the chow line to get him a plate and something sweet to drink, accomplishing those task he would sit placing the rug body on his side while he devoured his food then thirstily drink his soda pop. It was about time for the Mikaboshi to leave so he picked up the rug body again and left the cafeteria headed towards the double doors that led outside, once outside Jinpachi could see the outskirt gates not too far from where he was standing so he was close to his destination. He would start walking towards the gates with the body now out of transformation which was weird because Jin didn’t stop the technique, he would have to work on learning how to hold jutsu for longer spans of time but that was for another time and place. He would finally make it up the the gates where he would meet the courier, they met and exchanged items which was a letter to the kage stating that the body had been delivered successfully. It felt good walking back to the academy office because he knew he just completed another C-rank mission, it was a confidence booster for the boy and helped his spirits when he was low. Making it back to the office Jinpachi would hand the scroll over to the receptionist who had returned from lunch with a smile, he waved after he left headed home to catch up on some more great sleep.
