Description: All Hokkai members have the ability to control the size of their partners from their current size that was granted by rank, moving down towards the previous lower sizes. This however does not affect the chakra reserves of the pet, allowing it to maintain the same chakra reserves as it would prior to its original size.

Description: This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to Kokoro's head. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces. The piercing ability increases with the speed of the user being A-rank at Crashing Ground and below speeds, S-rank at Vacuum release, SS-rank at Blinding Light SSS-rank at Ripping Discord and above speeds.

Description: By wrapping their body in a layer of lightning chakra, the user can electrically stimulate their nervous system and speed up their neural synapses to react faster to danger and push their physical prowess to the absolute limit allowing one to grain tremendous raw speed (moving at Vacuum Release) and monstrous power (being able to destroy a A-rank and lower defense jutsu with raw strength alone). The armor also increases their defense, drastically reducing, if not negating, damage from incoming attacks, as B-rank and lower jutsus cannot harm the user as well as negating their affects

Description: With this technique, Kokoro focuses a large amount of chakra into her mouth forming a glowing orb of Lightning that is quickly expelled. It moves at Crashing Ground speeds but deals A-Rank damage when it strikes an opponent and stuns them for one post, unfortunately it is completely unable to pierce through defenses giving up that ability for the increased damage.
