| His opponent walked in with fingerless gloves and both hands currently spread out with thin wires hanging off of each of the fingers. He would smirk while looking at his opponent and when the whistle was heard his right hand would launch forward at bullet release speeds and 5 shuriken would rush forward to close the distance with him and Raizen while the wires on the boy's fingers quickly went taut. ***********************  - Past is Past:

Description: This technique stems from the amount of willpower people put into their blows, Cypher have learned to harness this willpower and translate it into a sort of an invisible physical aura which allows them to extend the range of their Taijutsu and Kenjutsu by 1 foot. Meaning if the blow seems like it didn't connect due to the opponent narrowly dodging it the blow will still hit them albeit at a 1-rank lower than the original damage simply due to the physical aura which envelops them in battle. This makes engaging in a physical battle with a Cypher a very high risk for amateurs in close ranged combat.

Description: being a denkou comes with it's perks allowing raizen to channel his lightning chakra thoughout his body to whereever he needs or desires in doing so he can cause a pulse of chakra to expand from varies parts of his body most notably his hands torso and on ocassion his feet being used with his cypher taijutsu is where the major of this techniques power comes from able to cause c-rank shock damage if caught directly in the blast

Description: This genjutsu makes lightning strikes down at the victim, and creates electrical walls, which traps the victim to be paralyzed inside the illusion. The start of the Gen is the feeling of being shocked by raizen's lightning aura which serves as a medium
Name: Second Reaction Classification: Taijutsu Rank:C-rank Class:Supplementary Range:N/A
Description: Cypher naturally have better reaction speed and have inbuilt senses which allow them to detect small changes and point out things that seem out of the ordinary. This sense of battle grants them the ability to react to C-rank speeds even if they don't possess sped tiers and detect opponents who are being hidden by C-rank hiding techniques. In addition when they do possess speed tiers it gives them the ability to react to speeds up to 1 rank above their own.

| His opponent would pull back on his hands the moment Raizen ducked under them and the shuriken would halt before changing course coming up behind Raizen at the same speed as they were thrown however Raizen closed the distance with him far to quickly and despite the fact that he had pulled in his shuriken before the wire got cut he wouldn't be able to react to the lightning strike and would envision himself getting electrocuted he would promptly freeze in place as he was under the effects of the genjutsu and was getting electrocuted and what not. He would attempt to Kai out of it however it was ineffective and the proctor's whistle would blow signalling the end of the match.
