Appearance: It has 3 large cylinders which have been connected to each other, a hose which connectes to the 3 from the bottom before merging into one hose, it's mouth piece makes it look you have to suck on it to get any of the water out, it has straps so it could be worn like a back pack and to finish it all off if has small ninja pouches on the sides of the cylinders so items can be held in them.
Special Ability: Let's the user replenish the water in their body and raises water jutsu by one rank.
