Growing up with his mother and father he never really had to much faith in his abilities. failing to grasp his clans techiques he almost gave up on his life pursiut. The spark that rekindled his spirit was the former Shimajikage Taizen Kukinorite, Also known as the Impulse King. The fact that someone from his own clan rose to power to be a great Kage gave him the push he needed to try again. He enter the academy at 12 and passed through to be a genin. at this time he learned the basic technique of his 1st road Flame road.

Now under a team and team leader Shiloh honed his skills to become the very best he could. Taking on more missions and more training regiments to increase his usage of Flame road in a attempt to rival the speed of Taizen. But in this time that dream died along with his hero. His faith shattered he questioned himself what now since his goal was take, To defeat the shimajikage in a fight. He then learned of his student now a sanin and from the rumor he heard about her(besides the sanity loss) She was crazy strong. With a new goal in mind Shiloh took the Chunin Exams and passed at the age of 14.

With his rank up shiloh turned his training up even more. Flame road wouldnt be enough to even catch up to Cassandra and Taizen. He would have to fuse roads and make his own, Thus with further training he learned the Wing road. this allowed him to gain more tricks and power his flame road up 10 fold. Shiloh would strive even harder to be stronger taking his next exam but fate wasnt kind to him at all. He fail his jonin exams but was promoted to tobutsu Jonin. This never discouraged him but made him question his path.
T.Jonin:Now 20 years old Shiloh had time to ponder his ways. He needed more than just speed to get stronger. He found that he could do this with just a little help seeing that training on his own didnt help. He learned of a woman that hung around Cassandra that would complete his training and New theory on a road. Besides taking on missions he would try and seek her out and finally be closer to his goal than he was 5 years ago.
