Description: ...Hi, I guess. This is the lackadaisical Lunatic, joined by the mouthy Madman and the peppy Psycho to make the first of our three man combinations. This technique is a unique gateway that combine's Cara's psychic capabilities, Kane's connection to the mental realm and Qeynan's Medical Genjutsu. This formula allows them to forge an impervious connection between their minds, allowing them to transfer thoughts between one another with ease. This has a number of bonuses and drawbacks associated with each of the members forming this combination: in terms of Cara, her resistance to Fabrication as a Psionic Release Jiko is transferred to her teammates, Kane's nature as a Triquetra affects the link transferring all of the effects placed upon his mind to his teammates to boost their Sanity Limit as well as give them a passive defense to Mind Probing techniques so long as they are connected, while Qeynan transfers his intelligence and resistance to the affects of low sanity to his teammates. This connection isn't without its drawbacks, however, as any Genjutsu placed on one of the three is placed on all of them, while similarly any Mental Damage or Recoil dealt to one is dealt to all. In order to maintain this technique, it requires a D-Rank of Psycho from Kane, 2 D-Ranks of Nen from Cara and 3 D-Ranks of Chakra from Qeynan per Turn. The range of this connection is determined by Cara's rank, while the bonuses given from Kane is based on his Age, and Qeynan's based on his Barrier Tiers. Rank (Age) - Range - Sanity Boost (Depletion) - Intelligence Boost = Sanity Level Mitigated D (1-5) - Same Topic - +1/8th SL (-1 per PT) - Above Average = 3/4th Depletion C (6-10) - Same Location, Different Topics - +1/6th (-2 per PT) - Above Average = 3/4th Depletion B (11-15) - Same Area, Different Locations - +1/4th (-3 per PT) - Near Genius = 1/2 Depletion A (16-20) - Same Land, Different Areas - +1/3rd (-4 per PT) - Near Genius = 1/2 Depletion S (21+) - Same Continent, Different Lands - +1/2 (-5 per PT) - Genius = 1/4th Depletion *Note: The price for the combination increases the farther they are from each other as the connection is strained: Different Topics incur a 1.5x price, Different Locations incur a 2x price, Different Areas incur a 2.5x Price, while Different Lands incur a 3x price.
