Trouble Maker(pt.2): Fuck Foreigners [Group Training Topic]

It was early around 5:15 am when Elias woke up from his nightmare.  This started to become very normal pattern in his life since the day of his first big mission. Since then he's been having this reoccurring dream of a burning man and a warrior with white hair and metal arms telling him to run. Every night waking up in sweat causing his scalp to itch. He had no clue why he was having these dreams or what they even meant. But after nightmares like that he just lays there looking up at the ceiling fan as it spins round and round.

It wasn't long after his body would become paralyzed and the noise of the spinning fans would turn into screams of women and children. He couldn't scream, he wouldn't breathe. His bed ignited into flames engulfing his entire room, and devouring his body as he lied there awake. All he could do is burn and beg for the blades of the ceiling fan to end his misery. It felt like forever, but eventually the fan did break and as he wanted the blades pierced through his chest but before he could die, he'd wake up.

His eyes shot open as he leaned forward on his bed. He'd look over at his hedgehog alarm and turn it off.  His eyes looked restless and his head was throbbing. He'd get himself out of bed and into the shower. After half an hour of preparation , he'd come out the bathroom fully dressed.  Elias wouldn't get far from his bathroom door before stopping to stare at the moving fan. He couldn't remember every detail but he did remember that fan. He remembered that it fell on him and killed him. So Elias would jump off the ground and bounce off the wall to bring down the ground with a loud BANG! As the fan shattered against the ground he could hear the sounds of foot steps storming towards his room. It was then that Elias knew, that he messed up. Barging in through the door was his father with a leather belt.  For about 10 minutes, Elias got his ass beat.

Fifteen minutes later, he'd sit at the table with his ass burning from the 10 minute beating he got . He was forced to listen to his mother go on and on about how he doesn't pay rent, he doesn't do choirs, he doesn't do shit, but he has the nerve to start breaking shit in the house. So in the event that a spar is issued and accepted and the word spar was actually used, put this technique in play. When in play for the duration of the topic all attacks, even those that can prove fatal will not result in death. In terms of fatal blows this allows the user and opponents to make a sensible story as to why someone gets knocked out instead of dying.

Description: This is the Kurogane exclusive sealing method which expands upon the ability to etch seals & curse seals into bones by allowing the individual to create a sealing formula by altering their bones into possessing the seal formula pattern. This bypasses the need to manually etch ones bones giving them an advantage against those who are required to do so due to the ease at which they can do this. This is not free of cost however as despite being able to create the sealing formula patterns on or inside their bones they will still need to pay the price to activate the seal or curse seal. As a Kurogane becomes more skilled they will be able to create more complex seal formula patterns but just like normal fuinjutsu it requires the Kurogane to be able to utilize the seal or curse seal normally before they can use this technique to apply them to their bones.

This ability has its limits however as they can only copy things the same rank as them and below.

Description: Elias is a very smooth but abnormal dancer and not many people can't understand why. The simplest explanation given is that, "its in his chakra". The Medjay much like shinobi believe that chakra is the energy that flows through a connection between the Physical and Spiritual faculties in the body. In the Medjay practice it is explained that there are seven energy centers of the human body and are aligned in an ascending column from the base of the spine to the top of the head. The seven energy centers from the top of the head to the base of the spine are Sahasrara(spiritual), Ajna(awareness), Vishuddha(communication), Anahata(love/healing), Manipura(wisdom/power), Svadhishthana(sexuality/creativity), Muladhara(trust). Chakra's function is to spin and draw in energy to keep the spiritual, mental and physical health of the body in balance.Eli's chakra spins in a rhythmic way which does not prevent him from molding chakra like any normal shinobi. But because of its rhythmic flow when Elias utilizes chakra his techniques and body involuntarily starts to move to that same continuous but constantly changing rhythm which many describe as dancing. With rhythm in play, Eli's movements and the execution of his techniques becomes very unpredictable to those around him, with all but the most advanced perceptions falling victim to said unpredictability. This works against those dependent on reaction tiers alone due to the many false movements, feints in trajectory and strikes drawing their attention away and making it difficult to discern the techniques designated point of impact. Because of this muscle tension cant be used to avoid attacks and techniques done with Rhythm. Dojutsu with time slowing effects can be used to see movements but requires the user to also have reaction tiers one rank lower than the speed of Eli's techniques or movements; while reaction tiers+ of the same rank as the strike or technique's moving speed can be use for a proper dodge.

Description: ♪♫ Watch the tempo, Watch the tempo ♫ ♬. Tempo Ajna is a technique that can be taught to friends and allies. Tempo Ajna or Tempo for short focuses on pace and awareness. This technique can not be taught by anyone who does not have "Rhythm" the legacy passive. This technique allows those who can not understand movements done with the Rhythm passive to still be able to collaborate with those using that passive by following the tempo. Therefore allowing teammates the possibility of learning combination techniques with their own techniques and techniques that use rhythm. This in no way grants those without rhythm an understanding of movements and attacks done with said passive, but does give them a sense of pace. Those with rhythm and tempo can now increase their perception of how fast the rhythmic pattern of their chakra flows. Resulting in those who heavily rely on their vision to perceive attacks and techniques done with rhythm one rank faster or one tier level slower than it actually is. When this happens "Flinch-Ajna" or "Lag-Ajna" can be triggered.

When flinching the target(s) will take the designated hit(s) unless they can pass the following check. The target(s) within 5ft of Elias must possess Barrier tiers equal to the user's rank to avoid flinching and reaction tiers one tier level higher than the speed of the attack to dodge in time.

Description: Because Dakar constantly leak out excess chakra they had to find a way to utilize that excess chakra as an offensive move creating Shock Wave. In recent times now every time they strike an object they release all of the excess chakra in their body at that point causing either a powerful knock back pulse all around their body when they strike inanimate objects, or have the ability to immobilize an opponent as their body goes through shock for one post.

Description: Cypher naturally have better reaction speed and have inbuilt senses which allow them to detect small changes and point out things that seem out of the ordinary. This sense of battle grants them the ability to react to D-rank speeds even if they don't possess speed tiers and detect opponents who are being hidden by D-rank hiding techniques. In addition when they do possess speed tiers it gives them the ability to react to speeds up to 1 rank above their own as long as it doesn't exceed their rank.

Description: The Denkou user, moves their body in an elaborate playful dance step resulting in opponents reliant on muscle tension to be unable to predict their movements, due to being a dance it is tiring and Denkou without D-rank Endurance Tiers will consume double (2x) the stamina in comparison to the normal use of speed when using this technique. Likewise, it can be used as a substitute for D-rank speed tiers by those of the Denkou Clan with most female Denkou preferring to learn the Twin Moon Dance over the usual method of bolstering their speed through training.

Description: This technique stems from the amount of willpower people put into their blows, Cypher have learned to harness this willpower and translate it into a sort of an invisible physical aura which allows them to extend the range of their Taijutsu and Kenjutsu by 1 foot. Meaning if the blow seems like it didn't connect due to the opponent narrowly dodging it the blow will still hit them albeit at a 1-rank lower than the original damage simply due to the physical aura which envelops them in battle. This makes engaging in a physical battle with a Cypher a very high risk for amateurs in close ranged combat.

Description: In the same style as the Dipugakure Style: Watercutting Sword due to being the predecessor and something watered down before being gifted to the Hunter Nin Corps of Dipu during it's formation. This technique utilizes the Hydrification technique's water control to fashion edged weapons with the water gathered while if additional water materia is used the weapons can be increased and decreased in size at vacuum release speeds. The majority of the time it is seen as a katana like sword. The technique is most useful against fire element users as the weapon can block and cut through S-rank and below Fire Release techniques with ease. Through Fire Release chakra flow the edged weapon can be heated resulting in not only dealing A-rank water release physical slicing damage but likewise being able to inflict A-rank scalding water release chakra damage on victims inflicting burns (inflict S-rank pain with every movement) which can only be healed by medical ninjutsu A-rank or above which deal with burns caused by liquids. Due to being formed from the Hydrification Technique however, it destabilizes when a Lightning, Plasma or Flux release technique comes in contact with it. Multiple shapes can be formed each one having it's own word-count and each taking a D-rank technique slot upon being learned while when the mid-range version of this technique is used all Short-range Kenjutsu techniques have their range increased by +20 ft.When formed by the Aquarius Style with of Chakra Vial use, they do not expend the water materia so long as the technique is not disrupted.

Description: Going through seals Rat, Boar Tiger, before creating a unique seal with her hands, touching fingers on her main and little fingers and thumb, whilst ring and middle fingers touch by the knuckle, Kotone begins a soft song. In this way she channels her chakra through her voice and by paying an additional chakra price while singing a song she can lengthen it's duration. By default the sound of the Hua Po Style singing is placed in a 20ft radius from Kotone.

This chakra then binds to people and objects at Kotone's behest, thus they have water element chakra binding to them, prone for follow up techniques unless they possess above C-rank levels of strength to forcibly break free or a C-rank chakra expulsion technique strong against water release. To those who can detect chakra visibly (Itsugan, etc), the technique is easily spotted due to illuminating the entire area of effect with the user's chakra making the technique a perfect combination with the Hiding in Mist series. By increasing the chakra output in her vocals, she can increase the strength of the chakra binding to the equal rank of the spent chakra. This is a completely seperate cost from the cost spent to extend songs.

In this way, the mist/etc technique can be trigger by voice so long as a chakra source, primarily created through Hua Po, is also in range still. The mist/rain/etc can be triggered in an instant through this technique, making ideal rapid deployment. Any 'Hidden' techniques learned prior to this must be relearned with the new style.

Description: Req. a C-rank Water Source currently active on the field. The Hiding in Drizzle Technique is another specialty of the Zakiyoshi clan which was added to the Dipugakure Jutsu Library when the village was formed. The user generates drizzle to hide themselves and/or their comrades in it while covering a set radius around the user. However, the technique is useless in areas with little moisture, as it prevents it from taking effect however it can be effectively used after a technique has already increased the moisture in the air like the Hidden Mist technique. It can be considered an enhanced version of the Hiding within the Mist technique especially in the hands of a Zakiyoshi Clan members as they, being the originators, have mastered the utilization of this technique alongside their dojutsu the Bakufuko Manako harnessing the power of their strengthened water affinity with the dojutsu active to increase it's area coverage. Thanks to their Liquid Scrying they are able to close their eyes and foster a connection with their technique in order to track targets within this area concealment technique as long as the drizzling rain falls on their body and they lack a moisture sensory concealment technique C-rank or below. Similarly the rain is now used to conceal the area mixed with the mist which makes it difficult for even reaction tiers to see through while those with Time-Slowing Dojutsu will be hampered due to the rain drops drizzling from the sky. This technique fairs very well in areas with high concentrations of moisture which only improves this techniques ability to resist being dispersed by area dispersal techniques weak or neutral to water release as well as the speeds potentially capable of being tracked by a Zakiyoshi clan member currently using Liquid Scrying.
