Chunin Exams Round 2 [Duststorm Maze - Calesto/Liara-Takeshi]

"Thank you, i really do appreciate your kindness. "She was nice, that was a good thing at least. "Pandora is pretty scary.... it was hard.... and .....calesto lost control last time......" Liara would say, a little bit skeptical when calesto offered his services. She wasn't against it, she just hoped that he would be ready for the time that they do face pandora again. " Well, for starters in the future, everything will be better and turn around, i ...would like to hope so...." At the very least, liara had atleast a little bit of wishful thinking as she grabbed ahold of calesto's shoulder.

Takeshi had to bite down on his bottom lip to resist screaming out in pain. Receiving that much lightning based damaged was nerve damaging but he had to press on if he wanted to find his teammates and get out of this hellhole. This time, he decided that it probably be best to walk down the corridor instead of going through the walls since he didn’t wish to trigger another trap, then again who's to tell if a trap isn’t waiting on him down the corridor. “Tsk, how annoying.” He muttered to himself as he made his way towards the voices.

Marissa's ears pricked at the sound of a voice coming from nearby. What was unsettling about the voice, was that there were no footsteps accompanying it "If your teammate was an Entity, then I believe he is close. If he is not then we may have company." She placed her hand on the hilt of her sword in case it was the later, but she had a feeling that it wasn't going to be.

Calesto's ears picked up the sound of Takeshi's voice the moment he came through the wall, and would stop in his tracks to turn towards Takeshi. "Hey man, we're just over here" He would say as he fished the pendant out of his pocket, rolling it around in his hands before looking at Marissa. "I hope you will be able to find your family Marissa, my family just showed up, and I think we need to put these things together so we can get out of here" He said motioning for his team to gather around so that they could make the pendant chain whole again.

Takeshi! You made it, are you ok? W-wait, i fell asleep guys, what were our test scores? Is this what happens to people who have low grades?" Liara asked an open ended question while taking out the pendant, but it seemed like Calesto was ready to go, so liara bowed to marissa as well. "Ok, well...it has definatley been a pleasure marissa. Please be safe down here....but.... you are just like takeshi and calesto... so if you are strong... i know that ill see you after this and..." Liara would say with a smile"... i hope we can be friends..." Liara held out her piece, connecting it to calesto and waited for takeshi to connect it as well.

Having finally meeting up with his teammates, he had completed the objective of the second round. Hovering over to his teammates, his lone red eye would scan them from head to toe and it seemed that they didn’t have much trouble getting here, unlike him who had gotten shocked along the way. “We all were rendered unconscious, perhaps they’ll tell us the scores sooner or later for now let’s get out of this maze.” He stated completely ignoring the other person along with them. He didn't know who that was nor did he care to know, she was an enemy so her well being was no concern of his. Connecting the final piece with the others, he and his team would teleport outside of the maze. The question was where would this take them.

Marissa had smiled at Liara's words, but not returned them. The girl really was adorable, it was her teammates that Marissa didn't favor, when they were gone, she didn't fret. She had heard footsteps coming from around the bend. Two sets of heels clicking, and very familiar heels at that "Over here." She called into the darkness. It could've been someone else, but Marissa knew it wasn't. Being blind had given her enough time to completely memorize the way her sisters sounded when they walked "Sissy!!!" A girl descended upon her shoulders in a giggling mess and Marissa giggled as well. They all gathered and spoke about what they had experienced in the maze. After a bit they joined their pieces and for a moment, it didn't do anything. They were afraid they had been too late, but then they were reverse summoned to wherever the others who had finished on time were taken.
