Lost Village of Spare Parts

So this may come off short and kind of cheap but you guys lucked out when it came to grandpa so everything planned was thrown out the window. Was hoping you would just nuke yourselves with it but the opposite worked out. Congrats, but lets go through the motions and see what you can gain from this outing.

Boss man's eyes glowed a moment as he preped for a counter attack. It was clear that he had something up his sleeve and even predicted Tumu's attack, but just before he was able to do anything black lines appeared across the ground. A card, ten times the size of any card Tumu had probably seen appeared, rotating above the field. The hanged man caused Tumu, Hiro, and Mikasa to glow slightly. The boss man knowing what was to come next was virtually powerless to the in coming attack. The genjutsu failed as the boss's naturally immunity blocked it, but sadly what power he thought he could use against this man wouldn't be enough as Tumu would see it coming and thus, the boss was left with a final attempt. As Tumu's blade broke the almost ceramic like skull, the boss man's body would explode. The explosion range out with a blast force of a B-rank explosion, and coated the area in dirt. His last ditch escape, but one he'd need help with.

The woman's attack was in full swing as the clone appeared to block the attack. A smirk crossed her face as she knew she could blow right through it with ease, but unlike her boss, she didn't know what the cards appearance meant. Her leg would be cleaved in two with ease, sending splinters flying everywhere as shock coated her face. The boss's explosion however gave her the moment she needed to regain composure as she seemed to glide through the smoke knowing exactly where to go. Picking a single piece of the boss's body from the air and escaping the area unless Hiro or Tumu had some protection against the explosion, as well as some sensory ability to see them through the smoke.

Hidago seemed however to have some other problems though. As Hiro's blade approached him something unexpected would happen. Chakra was sapped out of the puppet as the strings were cut from his body. Hidago's body slid across the ground with the dead woman's body following suit, being scratched up and bruising her perfect skin as she did. Hidago's body lied lifeless on the ground only to await what ever would happen next.

The explosion caught Mikasa off guard so she has nothing to say or do this post. The final remnants of this encounter is what you try to get out of Mikasa for this mission or salvage from the area. You will automatically get the rewards for three times the original mission, but this is the time you can get more out of it if you try. Get creative and interesting is all the advice I'm throwing out there.

How strange. Hiro thought as his weapon had torn through the creepy dude’s leg and of course he was a puppet so he just broke up into pieces but that wasn’t what he was confused about. What he was confused about was that the man had seemed to just stop moving as if his strings were just cut. Hiro would step by the body of the man and made his way over to the girl. He was also equally confused to why they wanted the girl and her hair after all she seemed quite ordinary but maybe they knew something he didn’t. “Hmm..” Hiro rub his chin wondering what to do about this girl. Should he just take her and run back to Pandora? That seemed like something Tumu probably would’ve done if he had found a barrel of booze laying around, after all he did say Hiro was no match for the others so he should let him deal with it, after all he was a Gold Knight wasn’t he? Bending over Hiro would pick up the girl and tossed her over his shoulder and began making his way to the opposite direction where he had left Tumu and the others. “Damn my conscience…” He muttered to himself before turning on his heels. This was of course his mission and it would be a dick move to leave Tumu and his clone over there and thus Hiro would make his way over to the area at Vacuum Release Speeds.

The clone however would have things a bit more difficult. After his attack had successfully landed he would look to follow up to end her life but as soon it attempted to do so an explosion would go off. Without thinking the clone would grab Mikasa and used himself as shield to protect her from the explosion. Even though Hiro hated the little brat he had to do everything in his power to protect her, by attempting to absorb majority of the damage. Naturally Hiro had A rank Endurance so the clone should be able to stay alive and not get destroyed, if not at least he would be able absorb of the shock and then relay what had happened to the real Hiro.

Hiro and Clone:

Now Tumu's situation was simple, he would simply press the trigger on his rifle sword again and suddenly he was phased the fuck out, the explosion, carrying pure physical force, moving right through him. As for the other two, well he wouldn't risk it with Hiro's activity, or rather, he didn't have time to react to the fact that Hiro's clone was doing something, instead, he would point his rifle sword at them, as it turned into a shotgun in an instant, before pressing the trigger once more, all at his top speed, to fire out a spread of compressed chakra that upon contact at SSS-Rank speed, would make put them into a phased form as well. With all that said and done, Tumu would shoot them again, returning them to a physical form before doing the similar action for himself. His rapier was already sheathed, the blood cleaned, replaced with a whiskey bottle instead, allowing him to take a congratulatory drink before moving onto the more pressing matters. "We got lucky. The best thing to do would be to get as far away from here as possible before another card pops up, or kill the old man. But first..." Tumu would begin to look through the wreckage for anything that may have survived the explosion, anything of value, before another idea popped into his head. "We should head back to the village, I kinda wanna loot the place anyway, I mean, its full of cool shit to take. Oh and little miss, you're gonna want this injection to survive the phase I just gave you." He would unattached his scythe from his back, holding it backwards and pointing the bottom end at Misaka, before pulling the trigger, shooting a little microchip at her body. Any now...she was just another number for his immortality. Hehe.

No new techs used. Mostly just my weapon abilities.

"JEH SHUSH MUTHA MARRY" Mikasa spouted out as the events occurred in a rather rapid pace. The explosion, the protection the phasing, all the humanity and horror. It all flew by in seconds. It caught her completely off guard and took a moment for her mind to catch up with her head, and her head to catch up with her body. Eventually though, everything did catch up to her and she finally caught on to what was going on. "My prize." She said looking around quickly for the woman's body only to see Hiro bringing it back to them. The young boy that had been with Mikasa from the start skipped over to Hiro quickly to snatch the body and return it back into Mikasa's control.

"Honestly I never expected them to show up in this case." She started as she took the shot from Tumu without question. Far to trusting of a person for sure. Never the less, with the battle over, and her possession returning to her, all was well in the world. "O yea yea. I'll be staying here so no need to go to the original place I requested. And on that note a bit of an extra reward." She said continuing quickly. A small back with the money in the pouch was tossed to Hiro and Tumu. The simple C-rank expanded quickly and so there was a bit extra in it for them. "I'll just take her and You two can head back home too." She said with a smile hoping Hiro would hand her back without any argument.

The clone would release Mikasa and rubbed his hands all over his body a bit surprised that he had survived the explosion unscathed, but he was grateful nonetheless. Though he was a bit disappointed that he had allowed the other two to escape but they were alive and well and that’s all that mattered. The clone would step away from the woman and began digging through the rubble to see if he would find anything of use to him but all he was seeing so far were rocks and puppet splinters.

The real Hiro had made his way towards Tumu with the girl in his arms. He was unsure why they were hell bent on taking the dead body nor did he understand why her hair was so valuable to them as it seemed like ordinary hair to him. The thought of taking the chick and heading back to Pandora with her crossed his mind after all they had received their pay so why not just take the body and run? His amber eyes would look to the body and then to Mikasa before letting out a sigh. “Here ya go.” He said with a hint of disappointment in his voice before handing over the body. Even though he probably could’ve made some serious xel by selling her hair, it would’ve been out of his character to snatch the body and run after all he was a good guy! That and he didn’t know what might’ve happened if he even tried that.

Tumu would take his prize, as well as a small mineral he found which appears to be 3 C-Ranks, not work much, but it might be cool to have. In any case, another card was sure to be displayed in only a moments notice, so alas it is time to nope the fuck out of here, but first..."Old man, there is an inakamono gathering approaching, whether you are a real person or not, I want to see you there. I have questions. Little miss, now that you have my injection, you may call on me again for work. See yah." Another sip of his drunk, his new coin pocketed, and his back to the group as he headed Pandora. Honestly, I was thinking of going back and fixing/stealing that cart, but meh, fuck it, I got a new body so I'm just gonna take that as my reward, plus i have plans to steal the old...I mean what? No i have no secret plan for the future...

Well it seems as if this mission was finally done. Thank goodness too as this was probably the most fucked up mission he had ever taken, well he still had that mission with Xan-sensei to do so things might actually get worse from now on. “Well it was fun I guess and I wish you well in your endeavors and if you ever need anyone to escort you again you can always count on us!” Hiro said with a smile although he seriously wished that she and her band of freaks wouldn’t call upon him for anything. He was unsure to why Tumu had just upped and left the area like that but he was pretty sure something bad would happen shortly so he would follow suit, however he would whisper to his clone to grab the puppet that walked on four legs that he had chased down and with that Hiro would exit the area although his clone would make its way towards the puppet at Vacuum release speeds and picked the puppet up.
