Name: Tora Village
Description: Tora Village was created near one of the branches of the River Styx, originally it was an area ruled by bandits and a source for slaves and prostitution. However it was the second place liberated by the revolutionaries and the village was cleaned up and turned into the friendly place it is today. Still it's culture is prevalent and while the slave trade was abolished, the sex trade still lingers. It is now much safer and organized with those involved having medical benefits and salaries though they tend not to call it by it's name. Though it is common knowledge within Tora that the Saloons don't only offer massages. Despite that obvious attraction Tora village is primarily a fishing village with that being their secondary source of revenue and it's population is somewhat large for a village with the native population and those who were formerely wandering without a home being built affordable housing courtesy of the Republic government.
