(In Matches that are imbalanced due to Rank. If the Lower Rank Individual Wishes the Higher Rank one will be brought down to their rank but allowed to chose their move set accordingly with no restrictions bar said rank's Jutsu Limit. Likewise if both parties agree the Lower Rank Individual can be brought up to the Higher Rank Individual's rank/Maxed out if close to doing so. He would focus his chakra throughout his body while waiting for his opponent to arrive, not knowing what to expect he would'nt jump to conclusions like he always did in fights. Due to his most recent fight with Vendetta it was only right that he be cautious and analyze everything. His eyes would dart at every corner in the in the arena, his opponent should arrive at any moment and when he or she does it was only action as he didn't want to know the name of the person he was going to end. - Weapons and Items:

Weapon Name: Soldiers Code Type of Weapon: Item Rank: D How Many: Pair Appearance: A basic pair of black ninja boots that covers the toes and reach right above the ankle. Special Ability: After being blessed by the shogun the boots gives the wearer the ability of a King, Extreme speed. With this boost the wearers' speed is now one rank above their current speed i.e. crashing ground is now vacuum release. This ability does cap at the wearers natural speed limit. Equipment Name: Gauntlet of The Swift Type of Equipment: Gauntlet Rank: A-Rank How Many: 1 (Left Hand) Appearance: The Gauntlet of the Swift is a black and gold gauntlet, with a small chain linking it to a lion claw-like blade on Ace's middle finger. The "stinger" is about twice as long as the normal length of Ace fingers(1ft), slightly increasing his striking distance. The colors and pattern of the gauntlet resemble those of a wraith. This gauntlet is still capable of withstanding an opponent's sword attacks, as Ace can block incoming attacks with the "stinger" and gauntlet portions. Special Ability: This gauntlet has the special ability of death in two steps. As its first step, Ace stabs her enemy with the gauntlets blade. In addition to creating a rather deep wound, the attack leaves a wraith-shaped stamp on the victim’s body. Spreading from the center of the wound, known as Hōmonka (蜂紋華, wraiths's crest;), this stamp becomes the target of Ace's second attack. If struck in the same spot that was hit the first time, the person will inevitably die, and thus illustrate "Death in Two Steps." When the ability takes effect, a larger crest quickly spreads out from the two smaller ones, completely destroying the victim's body. The crests are maintained by Ace's will, and are impossible to remove unless he wills it; when Ruby was still in charge of the Blades, Ace could only maintain the crests for 20 of the opponents post. Special Ability: This bow special ability is one that highly focuses around chakra control, in which the user simply draws on the string and focuses which summons an arrow made of chakra to either the middle of the bow , back of the bow, or above the bow equal to the rank of chakra used to summon it.The bow will then proceed to compress and shape the chakra arrow to form a bolt, the size of their hand, then releases it at vacuum release speeds to slam it into their target. Upon the ring making contact it will release a larger bolt, that will disperse once it reaches about 8ft in diameter, knocking the target back 10ft. The amount of knock backs that occur however depend on the user's speed, C-rank produces 3, B-rank produces 6, etc by 3 interval, with each knock back occurring in succession, a bolt forming and expanding when each knock back occurs. While the initial blow would deal chakra based damage, each additional blow produced from the knock back will be physical based damage equal to the rank of the user's speed. Let it be know that firing chakra arrows consumes chakra equal to the strength of the arrow fired. Also note those with strength tiers or techniques which involve tensing their body as the technique hits will be able to negate the knock back scaling with the stength of the arrow. Name: Secret Art: Sage's Chakra Generation Classification: Taijutsu Rank: A-rank Class: Passive Range: Self
Description: Based on his body's natural chakra flow and body's natural prowess, Ace is able to generate some of the chakra he lost over the course of the battle. This doesn't happen all at once but his body is adapting slowly getting use to this. With a greater knowledge of the art Ace made a breakthrough gaining access to recover more amounts of chakra back so it takes five post for his body to recover 2 A-ranks worth of chakra that he has lost then it resets until the next seven post. This does not stockpile but it is great for his style of outfighting his opponents by outlasting them in terms of chakra and conditioning.

Description: Being born with advanced fighting ability the Kugeki have reached the point in which they can accurately measure a person’s power through one simple collision with them. This helps Kugeki’s figure out if fights are pointless due to their opponent being too weak or if their opponent will give them the fight they long for.

Description: To many the downside to the Kugekis is their chakra natures in which their secondary must be the weakness of their primary, and tertiary must be the weakness of their secondary. Even with this “weakness” the Kugekis are capable of perfectly fusing jutsus of opposing chakra natures without having them neutralize each other. With this as long as the Kugeki has the components of the fused jutsu then they are capable of solo training for it no matter what rank it happens to be as long as it falls under their the limit of jutsus they can learn. Concerning KG and KT elements which cannot naturally be obtained when it becomes time to gain a new element by performing a training topic for double word count of a KG or KT, the Kugeki can obtain it. A Kugeki cannot have Opposition Ace, Forward Opposition, and Zero Opposition at birth they are born with only one.
Name: Natural Prowess Classification: Taijutsu (Kugeki Only) Rank: D-rank Class: Passive Range: Self
Description: Being that the Kugeki's overall philosophy is the perfection of one's own fighting style, each Kugeki are born with specific traits that help them further master their fighting style. Every Kugeki are only allowed a maximum of three traits,with two of these traits which can be used to affect tiers, if one chooses they can only have one trait that affects tiers, and one must, without option, be the Kugeki's specialty which cannot be used to affect tiers. With this Kugeki are capable of learning other race specific tiers, as long as the tier takes up one of these slots, but they can only have natural increases in their specific race's tiers however for every increase in one tier they must have a decrease in another, can only increase tiers by one rank. (Ex. If increasing strength to SS-rank through this, speed is decreased to A-rank. For increasing chakra by 1 race, then two tiers must be lowered by 1-rank each, by 2 races 3 tiers must be lowered by 1-rank each.) Through this passive the Kugeki lose their ability to awaken. Slots: (1) Higher Intelligence - Ace is very intuitive and is able to process more than the average ninja way more allowing him to learn double the amount of jutsu a ninja is naturally able to learn. (2) Speed raised to SS-rank, Endurance lowered to A-rank. (3) Chakra Generation - Allows Ace to regain chakra he lost over the course of the battle, this doesn't happen all at one time but every ten post making prolonged battle his specialty.

Description: One of the reasons for the Kugeki’s “limitless” potential comes from their ability to naturally adapt to any environment that they are exposed to. With this ability as time passes, the Kugeki will become accustom to fighting under the new environment with no problem, this accustoming allowing the Kugeki to train for a passive in battle that allows them to survive the environment they are under (D-rank environment being adapted instantly, C-rank in two posts, B-rank in 3 posts, etc by a 1 post count). (Ex. If fighting underwater the Kugeki is able to train for a new passive allowing them to breathe underwater longer.) This passive does not include man-made poisons as an environment but does include increases in gravity, however natural poisons can be adapted to as long as they do not kill the Kugeki within the time limit it takes them to adapt. The passives created from this jutsu can only be taijutsu based.

Description: Winter Solider is a passive Ace gained through natural adaptation. After a 50 post training with a Toketsu, Aces body through natural adaptation is more that adapted and well versed in fighting in the snow or icy terrain. The cold freezing temperatures of an enviorment or techniques D-rank and below no longer affect him at all status wise like they do normal shinobi giving him an edge over young users of the toketsu and ice release users period but Ace still takes the damage from the initial techniques.
Name: Mercury's Seduction Classification: Taijutsu Rank: D-Rank Class: Passive Range: Self
Description: Through natural adaptation and a 50 post training with Cyrus Taki's mercury in the air Ace was able to adapt to the environment quite well causing no ill effects to the young Kugeki. He is now able to fight within that environment with no penalty to him as if he was cyrus himself as long as the environment or techniqie doesnt exceeds B-Rank, but Ace still takes the initial damage of the techniques which is a great feat seeing as cyrus himself said that breathing in the substance for that long would produce permanent effects which now doesn't includes Ace thanks to natural adaptation.
Name: Augmented Longevity Classification: Taijutsu (Kugeki Only) Rank: D-rank Class: Passive Range: Self
Description: Rumors have it that the Kugeki's cells have actually adapted themselves enabling them to continue their search for their battlefield, this adaption being caused by their Relentless Sense. To begin with Kugeki were already ones who lived longer than others, capable of living about 100 years. But when their Relentless Sense started to influence their cells directly, the life expectancy has drastically increased by about 20 to 50 years. This has also caused the Kugeki to age slower, their physical appearance, once they reach 21, aging not every year but every 2 or 3 years, granting them quite youthful appearances despite their actual age.
Name: Relentless Sense Classification: Taijutsu (Kugeki Only) Rank: D-rank Class: Passive Range: Self
Description: For the Kugeki who relentlessly seek out combat, they are born with larger amounts of energy, not chakra, than others, which allows them to continuously fight without worry of being slowed exhaustion. A Kugeki can fight for a total of 60 posts in which during that time period they suffer from half the fatigue loss as others, before they begin to suffer from full fatigue loss. This also carries over to the Kugeki being able to negate jutsus which lower tiers equal to their rank being used on them.
Name: Eyes of Zero Classification: Taijutsu, Dojutsu (Kugeki Only) Rank: D-rank Class: Passive Range: Self
Description: The eyes of the Kugeki are drastically more advanced than other beings, not in the case of distance rather the Kugeki eyes are unable to miss the slightest changes that take place in their field of vision, granting them excellent dynamic vision. This does not make them capable of reacting to everything they see but they are capable of predicting anything as long as they can see it.

| Tumu would stagger out of the bar...wait no, this wasn't Pandora, perhaps there was some mystical force at hand which has transferred him to some unknown dimension where he simply has no choice but to fight, or some rubbish like that. Or maybe he has once again been drugged, resulting in another OOC Trip condition that seems to happen quite often. In any case, he was here, and that was a problem. Across from him, he would see yet another guy walking around doing whatever it was that he was doing. What a pain. In an attempt to not startle the fellow, he would speak out. "You wouldn't mind settling this with a coin toss, would you?" Chances are, that was not going to be the case. Tumu was standing right on the border of the oceanic area, still technically on the edge of the desert sector, not willing to run out near the water just yet. Just in case, Tumu would have his sharp shooter in its rifle form in his arm. - Stats:

Sword Name: Sharp Shooter Sword Appearance: Spoiler:
Sword Chakra Nature: Phase Sword Description: First things first. Forget the ability for now, lets simply determine the function of the weapon. It is indeed a sword, in fact, it is a hybrid weapon, cross between a rifled projectile accelerator and a blade. (Not a Projectile Accelerator as this weapon is unable to acceleration any physical object or small projectile, but rather Chakra based or Spiritual based energy, requires techniques to use). The Weapon is capable of acting as both, and the rifle parts will retract and recline depending on the weapons current form, allowing more or less of the blade to be shown. (I.E, all the fancy long distance aiming crap can be retracted to provide more blade, and less chance of small parts being swallowed or destroyed.
Now onto the ability. As you can see in the image, before the barrel is a small gear like wheel, containing 4 circles. The wheel can be rotated to offer one of the 4 functions. Function A: The simple firing function. This will do nothing besides fire whatever the gun currently contains as ammo at the time. Generally long range Function B: The Hybrid function. The rifle sections will contract making it a sword capable of close range firing. Function C: The Phased Function. When in this form, the weapon will appear to look like its hybrid state, except when triggered, the weapon and its holder will become intangible until triggered once more. While intangible, the blade is pointless, the the rifle unable to fire. Function D: The Phasing Function. Rifle form. The weapon will destroy whatever it contains, and spray it out the barrel for a mid range shotgun reach. If hit by even the smallest amount of this, the object or individual will become intangible until hit once again.

Special Ability: Due to the Rapier being so light, its weight is dropped dramatically. This is good in terms of speed and manoeuvrability, however the Rapier simply lacks the backing for effective defence, causing it to fall into a primarily offensive category. The blade is single sided in its edge and and capable of withstanding A-Rank physical force as well as being non-chakra conductive. Due to its speed, as well as its thin appearance, the Rapier cannot be seen whilst moving unless one possesses reaction tiers 1-Rank higher then its movement. Note, all prediction and time slowing dojutsu such as Kyougan, Raidengan, Gekigan or whatever else falls into that category will be capable of seeing the said movement with ease. Weight: 2

Scythe Chakra Nature: Pulse Scythe Description: Transcendence can only ever have one wielder. It is not just the wielders weapon, no, it is their existence. Brain activity, as well as memories of the user are transferred into a series of signals, much like modern day data, the small orb with the weapon essentially making a copy of their soul, their existence by a series of pulse orders. The orb is a save file, auto saving so long as the user remains in contact with it. Near the grip at the time is a small button, the trigger. Down the bottom is a small barrel with a blade, thought the blade is not the bullet, it too is just a barrel. Upon pressing the button, a miniature hole in the tip of the blade would fire a small chip made by the rotators near the scythes edge, this chip will imbed itself inside the body of another individual and attached itself to their brain. A Pulse ping would tell the chip when the user has passed away, activating its secret ability which the save data would be forced into the bodies brain and essentially inserting the users mind into theirs, taking over the body allowing the user to continue existing even after death. Once the new body has been established, Transendance and the user will continue to receive a ping of their location until it is found.
The chip is made by the compression of both the user's blood and chakra, requiring one OOC week to be created. One C-Rank worth of Blood and one A-Rank work of chakra.

Description: More for RP purposes then anything else. If you go by our casual Roleplay topics, every character that has ever been made in all the NB history have been self proclaimed as a genius, capable of seeing through literally everything and coming up with advanced strategies despite age, personality or maturity. Tumu is much like everyone else in this regards, as he too, is very intelligent, only I would like a technique claiming such. This doesn’t really do anything, more like a licence? Tumu is capable of understanding situations, reading moods and developing strategies faster and much more effectively than the normal shinobi. That’s about it really…

Ace would hear the voice of his opponent who wouldn't be on the water yet from what he could see. Most likely on the desert part of the arena but it didn't matter as he was about to respond to the man's request seeing as it would put a smirk on Ace's face. Ace would perform a few handseals producing a mirror comprised of reflective water, out of the mirror came a black diamond clone which could only be seen by having B-Rank and above chakra sensory. The clone would begin its assault by rushing the man at blinding light speeds using the flash technique. Once in attacking range the clone would launch a succession of high kicks and low kicks. Firstly, the man's evasion margin is restrained upon seeing the high kick, thus augmenting the chances for the low kick to hit the mark. So originally the high kick is little more than a feint requiring A-rank reaction speed in order to notice it on time not to fall for it. - Ace:

Description: This technique produces a mirror comprised of reflective water which is used in conjunction with the Black Diamond Clone Technique. This mirror doubles the amount of Black Diamond Clones that can be on the battlefield at once, likewise it works like a transportation device as clones can enter and exit from this mirror at will as long as it is not destroyed. Due to it's reflective surface when not being used to transport clones it blends in with the environment however it can be seen with chakra sensory or detected by other sensory techniques B-rank and above.

Description: The user makes hand seals before utilizing this technique usually in conjunction with the Black Diamond Mirror Technique which strengthens the clones produced by 1-rank and allows clones to emerge from the mirror without hand signs albeit draining the user of chakra to sustain the clones creation. These clones are made of water and are able to use the user's techniques however A-rank and below and resemble him perfectly and have his tiers. In addition these clones are very resistant to physical techniques possessing defense tiers equal to their rank. The clones share the same reflective crystal as the Mirrors and are capable of blending in with a background enough to deceive even a Kyogan however when their vision is focused they come into view, likewise when blending those with chakra sensory and detection B-rank and above can locate these clones.

Name: Seal of the Kugeki's Hidden Knowledge Classification: Fuinjutsu Rank: B-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: Self - Short Range
Description: A secret technique thought to be lost forever in the catacombs of knowledge was recently rediscovered by a young Kugeki hence the the name of the seal, what it does is impeccable to say the least. The user forms a complex array of seals forming a symbol similar to the Kugeki clan symbol upon their body which upon being placed starts compressing and stockpiling chakra into the seal to discharge along-side techniques. This results in an over-powering effect using the stockpiled chakra to act as a damage modifier to increase the lethality of the users chakra based ninjustu techniques. The ancient seal can hold essentially any amount of the users chakra but the chakra price must be taken when forming the seal and out of battle. The user however must train to store a certain amount of chakra into the seal, C-rank chakra is 100 words, B-rank 150, A-rank 200, S-rank 250, etc by 50. The user can release the chakra in doses if they wish boosting numerous techniques or amplifying one technique which gives this seal an extenasse array of uses. Description: This technique was created for Kugeki who wished to follow the specialty of limitless speed. The Kugeki member must do repetitious and rigorous training mainly of the body to be able to control and maintain such high speed one's body will be moving at(500 words). With the training complete the user is able to access speeds that of D-rank, with another training complete the speed limit one is able to access is increased by one rank capping out at S-rank. Through hard work one can truly become limitless.
Name: Leaf Whirlwind Classification: Taijutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Offensive Range: Short
Description: A taijutsu where one launches a succession of high kicks and low kicks. Firstly, the opponent's evasion margin is restrained upon seeing the high kick, thus augmenting the chances for the low kick to hit the mark. So originally the high kick is little more than a feint requiring D-rank reaction speed in order to notice it on time not to fall for it. Additional speed increases the reaction needed to detect it with 1-rank reaction below said speed being required when the user's speed extends past normal running speed.

Now there are several things which need to be considered here, all very important to my counter movement in this case. The first, is the consideration of distance, We are currently around 1 tenth the distance of a Colossus away from each other. Even at blinding light speed, Tumu has time to think. Which doesn't take long in his case anyway considering his passive. Next is on the visual aspect of the Black Diamond Clone and Mirror, as they are composed of a 'reflective surface' which blends them with the environment behind them, they must be passing light. Unfortunately Tumu can only see up to C-Rank chakra techniques, which is a shame in this case, however, just because he cannot physically see the techniques, that isn't to say he isn't aware of them. When light passes through a reflective surface, depending on its composition (in this case diamond) it will create a shadow or spectrum of colours or brightness. Given this, the fast moving light with slight coloured tips moving towards him wasn't a secret. Considering it is moving closer at Blinding Light, which is equal to his own speed teir, the general movement is able to be seen, however, not knowing that it is in fact a clone, or having any indication what it is period, well that makes it dangerous up close, as it really is, completely invisible for him. Moving at Blinding Light himself, he would pull up his sleeve and run chakra down his arm, opening the seal on the tattoo's throughout his skin. This would result in a loud sound and puff of smoke imploding into the air, covering him from sight, while under the protection of the smoke screen, Tumu would kick a rock out, further into the desert, only that rock wasn't a rock, it was actually him, under an improved transformation which hid both his chakra signature and scent with amazing skill. That smoke however, wasn't just for the transformation technique however, it was also a genjutsu release, utilising his genjutsu topping to bring four cases of rum reeks, or rather an A-Rank version, as well as two counts of Blending (1 B-Rank) and one case of hallway passage (1 S-Rank), all having their triggered altered to activation. Meaning so long as the boy saw the smoke and heard the sound, he would be caught in them all at once. First, his body would be paralyzed, secondly, the world could change into a thin, long tunnel from him to Tumu, and thirdly, with blending, all of this seemed natural and nothing was out of place. Making them feel like they weren't at all part of an illusion. As the smoke cleared, an afterimage would be in Tumu's place in order to take the blow from whatever that invisible attack was, while Tumu reverted back to his original form and fired a shot at his previous body with his sharp shooter rifle. The bullet moving at SSS-Rank and timed so that it would hit the shadow Tumu at the same time as the light would if it didn't slow down, zigzaging forwards 4 times as it redirected its direction just in case it couldn't get it, before heading on a direct path for the main body. Another thing to take notice of, is that your clone and my after image are outside of the tunnel, so your original body wouldn't see the bullet coming. All this is assuming the genjutsu's work. If they do not, then you just have a bullet coming at Echoing Flash. - Summary:

Description: The Tenmestu Styles ultimate speed being the perfected version of Vacuum release. The user as the user is moving at speeds of Mach 3 the cloud of steam has been replaced with a sonic boom which temporarily deafens opponents causing their ears to bleed.The bright flash that is sometimes also seen is the light that is reflected off of the blade as the samurai is running.

Description: Using crashing ground release speeds or above the user creates after images of him/her self to avoid attacks and confuse the opponents, these Bushin can likewise be used while trapped within a genjutsu to take the mental damage instead of the user's actual body. The number of Bushin able to be made are 2 at Academy-Genin rank, 3 at Chunin-T. Jonin rank, 4 at Jonin-Hunter Nin rank and 5 at Sannin + rank and the user has a finite amount of bushin they can use per topic as a result. Despite that it is useful for rapidly avoiding chakra or mental (genjutsu & fabrication only) based techniques moving at or below the same speed as the user with it merely leaving an afterimage in place when it hits.

Name: Prepared Genjutsu Classification: Fuinjutsu/Genjutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: Mid
Description: The concept of this technique revolves around the idea of utilising prepared genjutsu’s during conflict. By opening the base Seal altered with an energy state modification, pre-stored Genjutsu's are capable of being released. The techniques released from this will have its trigger changed to both Sound and Sight based, as upon release it will let out a boom, as well as a cloud of smoke.
Name: Topping Genjutsu Classification: Genjutsu Rank: D-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: Mid
Description: Tumu’s affinity and enjoyment of Genjutsu based attacks and strategies is no real secret to anyone who sees him put effort into a battle (which is no one). But alas, a simple topping method needed to be made. If the opponent falls the the same genjutsu trigger multiple times, the genjutsu they feel Is capable of doubling or more in rank, making breaking it much harder despite the simplicity of the original technique. For example, 2 D-Rank gens same trigger = 2 C-Rank gens. However, if it’s the same technique, 1 C-Rank gen. Zing.
Name: Modification Seal: Energy State Formula Classification: Fuinjutsu Rank: A-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Self
Description: The user creates a small seal first making a square before writing the Kanji for "Energy" within it. This is one of the more complex modification seals which are a branch of fuinjutsu which entail the modification of already existing sealing methods. The stacking seal is made with the premise of storing energy based objects within it and is the first out of the 3 unknown states of matter formula. Due to energy having a non-definite shape and a non-definite volume which is capable of being burnt out it is the easiest out of the three unknown states to produce.
Name: Base Sealing Method: Storage Formula Lvl Max Classification: Fuinjutsu Rank: SS-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Varies
Description: The user creates a seal the size of a small creature first making a circle before writing the Kanji for "Store" within it thus allowing the creation of a seal which is able to store a large sized objects within it. This is the final level of the Storage Seal and despite being fairly complex it is only the middle ground of seals. Every Storage seal can be further modified by the use of Modification Seals, this amount of Modification Slots this particular seal has is 48 before the max limit is reached and it can no longer be modified. Note Modification seals can only be equal rank or lower than the Storage Seal they are modifiying, in addition adding modification seals does not alter the final seals rank.

Description: Upon getting a nice whiff of Tumu, mostly smelling like marajuan…. Alcohol, or more in particular, rum, the foe shall be placed in a genjutsu. A wonderful, wonderful genjutsu which does nothing more then make the foe believe they are unable to move. They would be stuck in place, as their body would be locked up until released, as they will believe their body is turning to stone. (Upon activation only.)
Name: Blending Classification: Genjutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: Mid
Description: Sight based Genjutsu which is activated by seeing the user bow. Once the connection has been made, the opponents view on reality will be altered by the user to make everything which follows appear natural and normal. This is predominately used by genjtusu focused characters who do not wish to alert their opponents of future gen based techniques which alter ones perception. For example, If Blending is used before a genjutsu which changes the scenery, the targeted foe will see the change as being perfectly explainable and will not question it as a mind altering technique. It is especially hard to notice this technique as being a separate entity on its own as it takes no immediate or acknowledgeable effects.
Name: Hallway Passage Classification: Genjutsu Rank: S-Rank Class: Supplementary Range: Mid
Description: The genjutsu will alter the environment, or rather the opponents perception of the environment, making it a simple, 1.5 meter wide, 3 meter high passage way, with the four surfaces seemingly invulnerable. It will stretch out indefinitely, seeming to never reach an end. This genjutsu is activated utilising the Inakamono aura which spreads the individuals chakra around the area, making it a touch based genjutsu to a degree. The lower surface will offer a light illumination to ensure the passage is fully lit up.

Name: Chakra Bullet: Prepared Storage Classification: Fuinjutsu Rank: C Class: Supplementary Range: Close?
Description: Tumu has created a fuinjutsu seal within the barrel of his Sharp Shooter which allows him to store pre-created bullets and use them openly with ease. Now the seal isn’t one which requires constant sealing and unsealing in order for use, but rather it has simply created an added void of space, so in theory, if one was to throw a rock in the barrel, it would pass through the seal into the void as easy as it could come out, constantly open. This seal expanded along side Tumu, allowing him more space for bullets as his rank grows. C-Rank = 25 Bullets. B-Rank = 50 Bullets. A-Rank = 100 Bullets. S-Rank = 200 Bullets.
Name: Chakra Bullet: Redirection Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: C Class: Supplementary Range: Long
Description: Again, much like the basic bullet with only minor differences, the main one being that it is much more condensed, and less bullets will be received per equal chakra, this is due to the added density. This bullet is capable of redirecting its route by expelling its chakra. Much like many of the bullet techniques, it ranks with the user, and as they grow, so too does their ability to observe and utilize better resourcefulness. The bullet can be redirect 1 direction at D-Rank. 2 at C-Rank. 5 at B-Rank. 10 at A-Rank and 20 times at S-Rank. 2 Bullets per D-Rank chakra.
Name: Shooters Speed: Echoing Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: SSS Class: Passive Supplementary Range: Close
Description: Chakra lines the inner walls of the Sharp Shooters barrel constantly, not being expelled or used in an excessive way, but rather just acting in a similar method as a speed boost in Mario cart or some other similar type of unrealistic game. The chakra will funnel its way from the start to the end of the barrel, like a tank as it moves, using that to move whatever is inside it and send it flying. If you had those battery powered hotwheel sets, then you’ll understand how that works. The speed of the Bullet is Echoing Flash. (Perk = leaves afterimages of the bullet which are simply delayed reactions since the bullet is impossibly fast. There is no technique faster or as fast as Echoing Flash.)
