The waves lapped on the shores before his pink eyes, half-lidded as he tried not to fall in to the temptation of his mind. There was something in the back of his head growling at him, wanting to break forwards, wanting to take command of his own personal faculties. It wasn't going to happen though, Arikiko was stronger than that and he had an anchor, someone to hold that voice back and allowing him to be who he truly was. 'Arikiko, you need to stay focused, please, if you let him get to you... Who knows what might happen.' The soothing voice whispered to him and he nodded, reaching up and resting a hand on his head, stroking his hair backwards and away.
It was time to get a move on anyway, he had to travel to Graves to get a few bounties done, gather up money and maybe recruit a few members into his little group to get on with his mission. He had a lot of people to kill and not enough people to help him kill them all, he probably could do it himself with all of his lifespan but it'd take a bloody long while and he honestly could not be arsed with it. So with that he crouched down and took hold of the giant axe that sat beside him, oddly silent despite the fact that it could actually talk if it wanted to. Lifting it up and he checked it over and furrowed his eyebrows and then flicked the axe. The weapon with a little blurt of light suddenly became a katana covered in dark red leylines as was the usual for Morghul's weapon forms.
Sliding the weapon into his belt he turned around and started to walk, he didn't need to grab his other weapon however because it was under his left arm. The wires shifted slightly as he thought on them, wriggling under his skin. It felt odd but it was comfortable, he had learned how to deal with it ever since he gained Chromia when he awakened. Rolling his shoulders he took a deep breath and then started to charge forwards, he didn't bother using any of his adrenaline or techniques he might need them later on in order to deal damage or kill people that wanted to stop him. So he just ran towards Graves from the shores of Abyss.
Trees passed by him as he ran, water babbled and shifted, light filtered down from above the sun rising towards its zenith, guiding him towards his destination. It would only get hotter from here and that was fine, it didn't really matter, he could handle it, in fact he could handle anything that came his way. Looking down at the sword, thrumming softly and glowing almost balefully, as though it wanted to hurt the world around it by merely existing... Well Arikiko realised that he could handle almost anything but there were certain things in this world that even he couldn't deal with, not perfectly, not while it wanted to kill him... Not while it waited for him so it could strike when he least expected it.
