Name: Oserotto Institute of Learning (School)
Description: Heavily influenced by the land of Greed's infastructure, the Oserotto Insitute of Learning is the premier school within the Land of Souls and perhaps the entire Epsilon Republic as it offers a wide variety of subjects taught by sensei who have real world experience in their chosen courses. Students recieve individual attention with it's low class size and are encouraged to seek out their sensei for one on one tutor sessions. It is a four semester school with each semester broken into 3 terms a term ending after a two month period. Students live on the school grounds in mixed dorms with prefects assigned for the upper years (Sophmore-Senior) and a Head Boy & Girl (Senior). In the dorms prefects are in charge of keeping order while the Sensei are not present and the dorm experience helps to cultivate maturity among the enrolled students.

Students have classes five days a week, with the 6th day being an optional day for classes and recieve schedules which they are expected to adhere to to guide them to their classes. The Dojo is located underground with an exit to the stables. The first floor of the main building is the Assembly Hall for announcements, and other important meetings, to it's right is the cafeteria while its left is the library which has sound proof walls to maintain the silence. The 2nd floor houses all three classrooms with the Research center being on the top floor. The dorms are to the right of the main building while the stables are behind both and serve to cater to pets, as well as the school food supply.

Name: Moche Arena
Description: Moche Arena was created some time after the Oserotto Institute of Learning specifically to function as a place to hold the self defense classes first and foremost and a fighting ring second. As a result the outside looks like another building near the Oserotto Institute of Learning's campus however the inside is similar to most fighting rings. It is as a result one of the smallest Fighting Ring in the Republic considered by many to be more so for practice and is relatively safe. Even without the schools backing it is capable of operating independently however those students who participate in the fights held are tracked and their records are forwarded to the school to record their progress.  

The Moche Arena is Renown, the highest Weight Class is Welter, and it receives Very High Funding due to being associated with prestigious school & due to being sponsored by Yvette Ocelot. But more importantly it is a proving ground for many prize fighters as despite it's humble location the managers have connections and pull within the Fighting Rings based in other locations within the Republic.
