A Madman's Trials (Telarossa) Empty
PostSubject: A Madman's Trials (Telarossa)   A Madman's Trials (Telarossa) Icon_minitime3rd May 2014, 2:33 pm

How had he been born in such a place as this? It wasn’t that Telarossa disliked this Village, quite the opposite actually but it was more of an existential question. After all, why was anyone born in the place that they were, was there in fact a God above that told everyone where they were supposed to be? That chose where to put them on this accursed planet to try and keep some form of semblance? Perhaps that was the danger, perhaps there were people out there in the world that were put there simply to hurt him, to kill him, destroy his puppets or his village, annihilate his way of life. This was danger at its finest, a danger that could not be fathomed that could not be known because… Sometimes the greatest danger was the one that was lurking just around the colour.

Telarossa sighed softly and reached up, running his fingers through his long, red hair, hair that had caught the eyes of many people in the Village. Tela enjoyed the attention even though there was a lot about him to be admired. He was tall, his hair was long and well kept, his eyes were deep, lustful and had captivated many a lady. Tela had to laugh at that, his voice ringing out into the snowstorm that raged around him, flakes of ice flickering forwards and lashing against his face but he preferred the cold over the warm, his house was always cold and he generally even slept with light covers. Now this may seem odd for someone as thin as Tela is, one would think he would lose body heat quite quickly and that may be true but it didn’t bother Telarossa in the slightest. So this was why he let the snowflakes fall into his hair, marks of white through the red, flowers in blood. Oh how he did enjoy his metaphors and similes, his little parts of speech that wove around him with great beauty and sung out to those he worked with.

He sighed now and turned his head, eyes scanning over the large being that was sitting beside him. Well to call him a being wasn’t quite right, he existed yes but he wasn’t alive, not truly. Any semblance of life he had was due to the black cylinders that were buried in both Telarossa and in Force Primaris, chakra receivers they were called but honestly they were the lifeblood of Telarossa’s puppet army that he was soon going to have. A dark chuckle left his mouth and he shook his head then with a slight shudder, Force rose up from his perch, snow falling off of his body as he finally rose upwards. His head was lower than his spine but that was how he was created, an heirloom passed down from his mother, a powerful puppeteer in her own right but dead now, her life snatched away cruelly as though nothing really mattered. It wasn’t as though she had a husband who loved her, a son who looked up to her, her life was just taken away and that was that. Telarossa really had to admire the efficiency of life itself, of nature and how it managed to wipe away those that lived with it. Sure enough humans, nova and Zireh all managed to damage the planet but it was for our own survival, the survival of our children. It would seem though that life didn’t care, it done what it wanted to do and it didn’t give a damn for anyone else that wanted to change that.

Telarossa placed his hand on Force’s head, looking over him the puppeteer had to sigh. “You are so beautiful and yet your design itself is anathema to life, your design was made to end what should only be done so naturally, through the circles of life, through the chains of food. Why do we make things like you when the world itself does such a good job? Do we take satisfaction in death, do we love to slaughter and annihilate? Yes, I’d say that we do. Even me, I enjoy the blood that spurts out of those that die from my weapons, red droplets misting the air. I love it, the warmth that it gives me, the sense of victory and yet it is unnatural and I need to accept that.” Telarossa sighed softly and brushed his hand over the cold metal surface of Force Primaris. “We do what we do because we have to survive, others wish to stop us from living, from moving on with our lives… So we kill those that wish to do so to us, we live to kill and kill to live… A rather strange world that we live in, no?” He laughed and shook his head before turning and walking back to the village proper.

A Madman's Trials (Telarossa) Empty
PostSubject: Re: A Madman's Trials (Telarossa)   A Madman's Trials (Telarossa) Icon_minitime13th May 2014, 1:26 pm

Once more the snow was falling on this bloody place. A deep sigh left Telarossa's mouth as he lay there, staring up at the sky. It was one of the few things that he didn't like about Samuigakure, in fact there was a lot that he didn't like. It didn't mean that he would leave the village of course, it was his home and the only place he had. Besides his best friend and brother lived here, Caith Bishamon. He may have been a little insane but that didn't stop Telarossa caring about him.

The wind was chilling this night but he didn't care anymore, after having lived in it for quite a while he didn't feel the cold. His flak jacket probably helped with that but he didn't care. He laughed darkly and rose upwards from his lying position, finally sitting up and letting the snow rest down in his hair. His body heat had dropped so the snow didn't melt. "So... What is the topic of conversation today?" He asked to seemingly nothing but with a minute fluctuation of chakra, a behemoth beside him turned and looked at him as though questioning what he was saying. "Quite true, Force, maybe I'll just think to myself." He chuckled and then stood up, looking out over the courtyard he was in. Taking a deep breath he clapped his hands together and then removed his femur, tossing it to the ground. It was odd that he didn't feel any pain from that but he was a Dakar so maybe it had something to do with that?

Maybe that was the topic he could think about, the differences in species. He already knew about humans, people like Caith. They weren't all too special but they had some unique traits. Ninja could wield some of the most powerful chakra natures known to the Shinobi world, Kekkei Tota, Samurai wielded terrifying sword styles that gave them a variety of passive benefits, like the extreme strength that came from the Osoroshii style. Then there were Ronin, skin as tough as steel and with a genetic ability that made them superior... The abilities were all different, from animal mimicry to molecular transformation of their own flesh. Humans were certainly interesting.

Then came the Nova, of which Telarossa was. Dakar was the first, with the ability to manipulate their own bones to do a variety of attacks as well as absorb a chakra nature, although not to the same extent as Soulless. Inkan were the second with the ability to manifest their own chakra and draw seals on whatever they could look at. It was an interesting pair of abilities that made them dangerous fuinjutsu specialists. Telarossa laughed quietly and shook his head before thinking on the third. Soulless. They had the ability to utilise a soul orb to absorb a chakra nature and become completely immune to the element they absorb.

"Lastly... Zireh..." He murmured to himself as the bone on the ground grew into a large lion-esque creature and glared at Telarossa. First were the Yoroi, wielders of exotic living weapon that gave them a massive variety of benefits and special abilities as well as the fact they could absorb other weapons and even take over puppets. He would have to watch out for them. Then were the Cypher, advanced robotic creatures that could dish out massive damage with physical weapons and had access to a special series of elemental chakra natures. Then came Entities, intangible beings that were masters of genjutsu, so much so that they could make their genjutsu deal physical damage. Dangerous but not quite so much as Dakar Fabrication, the ability to manifest imagination in a series of attacks. It was something that Tela hoped to master later on, destroying opponents with only the power of his imagination.

The Dakar let out a sigh as his bone creature jumped at him, launching a claw at his body. He jumped out of the way and kicked it backwards away from him. This was Telarossa versus Telarossa and he was going to enjoy it. The bone-cat ran at him and jumped, attempting to bite into him. He grabbed its jaw and tossed it over his shoulder with his massive strength, a trait that Dakar had over others, the creature hit the ground and rolled to its feet. Telarossa dashed at the beast and kicked it in the head, sending it flying away before he glared at it. If he could activate Fabrication he would but puppets couldn't be affected of course, they had no intelligence to speak of, no mind to affect with his own.

He sighed and grabbed the head of the bone puppet, ripping its head off and tossing it away. He wondered how Caith was doing at this point but he was probably off training as well. Shaking his head, Telarossa sat down again and lay against the snow covered ground, his clothing keeping him warm.

"So what are our differences?" He asked no one as he lay there, thinking over things. "There are genetic differences of course but that can be said about everything. The Nova and Zireh were created though but they became their own species, learning to survive and breed on their own without the bloody humans getting involved. He wasn't racist but they did stick their noses in everything which got a little bothersome sometimes but that was alright. So what about their differences in combat, the nine different species could all use the same technique types, mainly, so was it how they done it? The Cypher could use reaction tiers and the Dakar could use strength tiers but he had seen ninja using both before, it took a heavy toll from them but it worked. So really were was the difference and such... Why did people care about who they were friends with? Racism was always present but it was something stupid, no matter what it was. The only type of being he had never seen prejudice against were the awakened. They were extremely rare but the power they wielded was amazing and as such people were scared of them.

He couldn't help but laugh at that, the only reason that racism didn't exist against those being was due to how powerful they were. Power was the main reason that people didn't try and start a fight with them over what they were, power was the overriding mark that people cared about. He shook his head and sighed quietly. "How stupid of us all, how stupid..." He whispered. Telarossa was powerful, Caith was powerful and the rest of the Samui shinobi and kunoichi were powerful but that didn't matter, the only thing that mattered were the deeds of the person that was strong, even the weakest could be seen as strong if they done it right. Maybe he was just one of the few that didn't care about what someone was, maybe he was the only person to not care about power. If so he would much rather be unique than follow the crowd, as most should believe... But then everyone would be part of a different crowd. The thought was laughable but it wouldn't stop Tela gaining more power and becoming even stronger to slay his enemies... For that is what he wanted to do.
