Description:The followup to Check, Mate is a jutsu that Haru uses to manipulate the weapons/puppets/magnetized materials who have been effected by Check. What is done is Haru controls the magnetic field created from the positive/negative charged weapon to go into a flux and unstable array. This causes the atoms that make up the weapon to disassemble or pull away from eachother, due to being pulled in varying directions by the now torrential magnetic field. However, the rate of disassembly is dependent on the rank of the weapon. Also, once the detioration has begun, eachstrenuous use of the weapon will cause the weapon's destruction to quicken by a post. Detioration continues even after the thread until the item magnetized is fully detiorated, or something is done to get rid of the unstable magnetic field. The time is doubled when applied to living weapons.

Name: Pulser (Sig)

Description:This skill allows the user to charge chakra into their palms, and eventually works up to the fingers, where a blade of electromagnetic energy is formed between the index and middle finger. The blade is very thin, and can be adjusted to be from 8 inches to a foot long, it is around 2-3 inches wide and lacks a hilt. The blade is held between the fingers, but as soon as it is let go, the blade vanishes into thin air. The blade isnt as strong as a normal blade due to not being nowhere as dense or as heavy. Yet easily capable of slicing completely through an arm or leg, thanks to the electricity running through it and rapidly vibrating it. Because of how thin it is the blade is capable of doing major damage to others as well as the user. Able to pierce through defenses of ranks below it, while dealing B-rank damage. Also, due to it's magnetic properties when coming in contact with materials capable of being magnetized, Pulser destabilizes that materials atomic structure. It does this by coating those it comes in contact with in an unstable magnetic field that draws apart the atoms that compose it. Also, once the detioration has begun, each strenuous use of the weapon will cause the weapon's destruction to quicken by a post. Every consecutive contact with Pulser quickens the detioration rate by a post.

Name: Mini King (Sig)

Description:A variant of King on a much smaller scale. Mini king, is a small marble sized orb of electromagnetic layers. Due to it's size and low rank, Mini King is only composed of three layers. In order, the layers are preset to be negative, positive, then negative but can be changed before hand. Meaning to be used against target's already magnetized with a charge opposite to the first layer. On impact, firstly, the victim takes damage equal to the strength tier used to deliver the technique. Then the silver orb's negative first layer will expand as well as repel the victim at bullet release speeds. Before attracting or pulling them back into the orb at the same speed, as the positive second layer contracts. Finally, the victim is then repulsed back at bullet release speeds by the expanding negative third layer, ending the technique. The expansion and contraction of the orb happens in rapid time giving little time for escape. The damage dealt is that of the initial impact plus C-rank internal damage due to the jerking of the victims bodily organs. This technique also is capable of breaking weapons of equal and lower rank.

Description:Repulse starts as Haru releases a C-rank electromagnetic wave of electrons to magnetize anything that comes within fifteen feet of him, imbueing it with a negative charge. Then depending on the amount of force he wants to exert, an equal amount of chakra is needed. Once done, the incoming target will be repulsed by the repelling negative magnetic field now around Haru. The force of repulsion deals internal damage to the target equal to the amount of chakra used and is sent back at an equal speed, that is if the target has organs to damage. Puppets equal to or below the chakra amount will be dismantled or rendered useless due to their internal mechanical linkage being damaged or broken, also any systems would be shorted due to the electromagnetic interference. Otherwise, the target is sent flying at equal rank speeds to chakra used.

Description:Queen is the succession of King, due to it being more destructive as well as costly. It is optional to either throw or deliver the tech in close range, in the latter the strength tier is dealth as damage to victim. The technique starts off similar to it's predecessor, however, Queen is simply a silver glowing chakra sphere with a circumference of twelve inches. It has no layers. Not even a magnetic field as of yet. That is added in a certain manner, Haru inserts a number of magnetic fields within the sphere using his pulse chakra. The magnetic fields are then manipulated to spin clockwise and twist at bullet release speeds on the sphere's lateral axis, while the sphere itself to rotate counterclockwise at bullet release. Then he will introduce a variable amount of blood into the technique, resulting in the sphere turning black and the spinning fields to become red. Due to the differing directions of spin, the pulls of the fields and the sphere instantly begin to tear apart at whatever they come in contact with. This is done as the second the target is within Queen's vicinity they are magnetized with an opposing charge to itself. Therefore, the sphere and magnetic fields attract or pull apart the magnetized atoms of the target. The amount of blood given determines the speed of the fields and the sphere, thus the amount of tear damage done. Example, a B-rank blood price would allow them to spin at crashing ground and deal B-rank tear damage, tearing apart anything that didn't have A-rank defensive tiers as well as jutsu equal to and below the blood price.

Description:A technique that involves Haru drawing a small amount of his blood from each of his fingers. He then induces the usual electromagnetic chakra through his hands adding his chakra to the blood, mixing them. This technique is a consecutive burst like jutsu that gets stronger with every hit. Which is preferable that it be used in close range rather than long. His shots are all now hued black with a red outline. Once, Haru begins the first shot it deals C-rank internal damage and moves at bullet release speed. If it hits, the next shot is almost guaranteed due to the first creating a strong magnetic field that attracts the next shot. Thus increasing the speed by one rank. So the next shot will move at crashing ground, as it deals C-rank internal damage. This continues with each consecutive hit capping the speed capable of achieving by this method at vacuum release. Upon the tenth shot being fired, the magnetic field from the previous shots has increased in strength, so increasing the magnetic force of the tenth shot. Because of this the tenth shot deals a B-rank amount of internal damage. If this technique is completed, the victim's internal organs will be in disarray and will suffer from internal bleeding.

Description:Due to his body constantly being in the presence of electromagnetic pulses and fields, his body has had to adapt to this. Thus the neurons throughout his body have become adjusted to this new development, by attuning to the electromagnetic pulses and using them to benefit the body. This has allowed for neural signals to be relayed faster due to the abundance of electricity, therefore his body is capable of realizing certain things much quicker as well as dealing with certain things. The main thing being genjutsu and others of the like. As genjutsu is an interference on the body's senses, this new interference is then interfered with by Haru's now abnormal neural system. As a neural signal is sent to counter the genjutsu at whatever level it is based whether it be ocular, touch, taste, smell, sound, etc. The signal is sent to the mind to then correct the problem of faulty input from the influence of the genjutsu. This, however, can only get Haru out of genjutsu and the like, that are equal or below his rank.

Description:This is a simple technique that can be built upon later on. The level it possesses now only allows for one thing. That is the temporary ability of making the victim incapable of using chakra and mental based techniques. This is done by Haru drawing blood before charging his hand with electromagnetic energy and then making contact with the head of his target. This induces his target's mind with electromagnetic pulses that temporarily overload the synapses, crippling the victims ability to focus chakra for their techniques as well as their mental capacity to perform mental based tech like genjutsu. This is the case for the victim for four posts, unless the victim has C-rank endurance to which the time is dwindled to one post. Anything above C-rank endurance will render this technique useless.

The wind started to blow, creating a gentle breeze. Which was felt by the silver haired boy as he lay on top of the Academy building. At the moment he was taking a nice snooze as he lied on the hard rooftop. A single, fluffly white pillow was placed underneath his head for comfortability.  Taking naps had became one of his favorite pass times for when he didn't feel like going to class. Now he was a genin so he had no reason to be there but habits were hard to break. The breeze had acted as a wakeup call for the Mishura, causing his nose to be irritated somewhat before he let out a loud sneeze. Maybe he should have brought a blanket too, it sure would have let him sleep with more warmth and a less likely chance of catching a cold. In fact, at that moment Haru made a mental note to remind himself to bring a blanket next time he decided to nap here. With that done he rose to his feet to prepare for what he had came here to do. He was here to train a few new techniques that he thought up. Sure he could've went to the training grounds but there probably would have been other people around to watch. Nobody should know about another shinobi's jutsu until the time for battle had come, where the jutsu was being used against them. Either that or you were very good at covert ops like skills dealing in stealth and stuff......like a shinobi. Anyway, Haru didn't want anyone to witness his jutsu in their beginning stages of development. Seeing them in their premature state would give insight into how the matured technique could be broken down and countered or rendered useless.  Which would suck...alot. So, the rooftop of the academy was rarely visited making it a prime choice for him, but he had to wait for the school day to end and for the students and staff to go home. After all, training usually called for some ruckus to be made.

The sun was setting into the horizon,  as the recession of light called for the dark violet night to fill the sky. By that time, Haru had set up a few lit torches in a square ring at each of the corners of the roof. Also he had acquired some training dummies from some place and positioned them in random spots on the roof, after applying check to magnetize them. That place not being the academy storage building, where a number of items were used to enhance the student's learning experience. Haru would never think of stealing from that place. No, he just borro- uh, found the dummies lying around. Yeah. Now that everything was ready and set, all that was left to do was go and get started. But something complexed the mishura. Pulling out a black colored marble chess piece from his pocket, he began to play with it in his hand. He looked up at the stars pondering.  Hmmm, I'm ready to start but...which one do I begin with? At that time, he proceeded to look down and see which chess piece was in his grasp. From the length he could tell it wasn't a rook or a knight, and obviously it wasn't a pawn. His gaze had fallen upon the chess piece known as the king. Taking it as a sign, Haru chose to start off with Mini-King. It was a technique that was based on the stronger version King, but Haru wasn't yet capable of mastering that jutsu at the time he thought of it. So this version was made to compensate for his level of ability. Alright now.  Time to get stronger. He thought as he brought his right arm before him and began to utilize his pulse chakra to create a small glowing silver orb in his palm. With more focus he created a larger orb around it and slowly condensed it down till it was similar to the first in size. He repeated that for some time until the condensing was quick and unnoticeable. Now he could manifest the orb with a total of three layers from the start. Next was attributing the magnetic charges to each layer, which wasn't difficult, by manipulating the number of electrons to protons ratio. After which the completed Mini King pulsed within his hand. Looking at the closest dummy to him, he dashed up to it and proceeded to thrust his palm into it's chest area. The force of his thrust plus the repelling first layer had pushed the dummy away before it  was brought back, and then repulsed at bullet release speeds. The dummy was sent airborne and off the roof. Haru grinned a bit as he clenched the same hand he used into a fist. Okay, now thats one down. Since that was king, I should go ahead and get Queen done as well.

Queen would be his first kinjutsu technique to learn, it was a rather destructive jutsu that tore through just about anything. Well, what it was capable of tearing depended upon how fast the rotation of it's magnetic field and center orb were.  The process was sort  of simple, the more blood Haru introduced to the orb would equal the level of rotational velocity reached by the field and orb, thus the greater the pulling away of atoms would be. The tearing away is possible due to the opposing spins. The magnetic fields going clockwise and the orb counterclockwise.  Pulling out a kunai, with his left hand, from his pouch he brought the metallic blade to his palm. Quickly,  he brandished his palm with a light cut. For a few seconds nothing happened,  then the crimson liquid made itself known as it creepily seeped from the cut. Ah, for aminute I thought I would've needed to go deeper. Heh. It's use uneeded for the time being he placed the kunai back into the pouch, and begun to create a orb of electromagnetic energy.  In time, the silver orb was born into existence being quite larger than mini king, but without the need for layers. Then he brought the magnetic fields into creation and commenced the rotation of them both. The blood would instantly be magnetized and sucked up into the orb. Gradually,  the orb filled with the life juice sapped from his hand and began to alter in appearance.  Becoming black as darkness and the magnetic fields turning a bloody red along with gaining a shape similar to rings. Instantly the spin of both picked up to bullet release as well as began to tear apart at the center of one dummy. He was in a hurry to test it out so he swiftly moved to do so wnen the technique seemmed complete.  His eyes closely observed what was happening. The very material of the dummy was being disassembled and pulled away therefore giving the perception of tearing. Queen easily tore the dummy in half, leaving the remains to fall and lay in two behind him.  Aaand strong jutsu that could possibly be the most fatal I learn...check. Now on to the next one. Wait. Looking at his palm he noticed the blood still leaking from the breach in his skin. Raising the palm up to his mouth he gave the light wound a lick, bringing the iron tasting liquid back into his body. There we go. The wound still bled some, but it wasn't like he was going to die. Suddenly,  a thought hit him as he pulled out his kunai again. Haru applied check to it before he threw it into the air. Then by focusing on the magnetic field he placed around the kunai he activated mate. A moment later the kunai began to shrink more and more as it started to descend back to Haru. Before it even reached him the kunai was no more. He had caused the magnetic field to become unstable and thus cause the decomposition of the blade on an atomic level.

Next on his mental agenda was a technique his ancestor had created, but Haru had changed it a bit to fit his preferences. Naming his version of the technique Pulser. Taking a small scroll from his pocket he unrolled the paper, and began to read over the technique for a better grasp of it s workings. Mhm. Okay. Simple. Now that I know it's doable, lets go. He thought as he grasped the wrist of right hand with his left, before his hand cackled with blue electricity.  Focusing more and forming his hand as if he were about to chop something, a silver blade of pulse was formed between his index and middle finger. The blade was a foot long and three inches wide. Hm, nice. Echoed his thoughts whilst he observed the thin blade, his crimson eyes then darted to a couple dummies and vanished from view.  A second later, Haru had sliced one down the middle before dashing to the next one adjacent to it, and delivered a horizontal slash to it's midsection. Stopping there, he rose to a relaxed stance and let go of pulser allowing it to vanish into nothing. There he waited for the effects to kick in. Then the the sliced dummies began to disassemble as if they were detiorating. Well in a sense they were. Pulser had thrown the atoms that composed them into a torrential disarray in which they were being pulled away from eachother. Haru watched as the end result was right before him, which was absolutely...nothing.  That was cool, I can't wait to try this out in a real fight. Especially if a certain weapon gives me trouble. With another one completed, Haru placed his hands within his pockets in preparation for a new addition to his fighting style Iaiken. Ah, I forgot. Taking his hands from his pockets he broughg his two thumbs to his mouth and bit them to draw blood. He continued this with the rest of fingers in pairs. He then coursed pulse through his hands and focused it majorly at his fingertips, before he once again placed them within his pockets. Turning to another puppet near the edge of the roof, the mishura walked up to it casually and stood there eyeing it. Before in a blur of motion the dummy was sent airborne off the roof by a black beam outlined in red. Then the barrage began. Haru took chase by taking a step off the ledge and flying after it. After easily catching up to his target he let loose one shot after another as he flew while encircling the dummy. He did this to keep it from being shot away from him. With each shot the next was faster and given a greater chance of hitting. Then it came down to the tenth and final shot, which when shot busted through the dummy leaving a clean hole in it's stomach, if it had one. The dummy descended at a high speed and crashed into the earth below. After watching it do so, Haru made his way back to the rooftop.

Touching down on the hard pavement,  he made sure to land in the middle of the rest of the dummies. His next technique was meant for defensive purposes but easily doubled as an offensive. He'd take note of each dummy before he closed his eyes. In that second, he released a wave of pulse to magnetize them all to hold a negative charge. Then he began to focus a negative magnetic field closely around his body. When he finished, his eyes shot open as the magnetic field rapidly expanded and repelled all of the targets off the roof. Well that was great for a first attempt,  and now I don't have to clean the roof, haha. A yawn then worked its way through his vocals . Naturally,  he started to stretch out his arms. Awah, I can finish the other jutsu some other time. Oh? Suddenly,  the door from the staircase opened. "What was that noise? Hey, you there! What are you doing up here!" Thats what Haru wanted to say. What was an instructor doing here at midnight? Were they having night classes? Turning to face the instructor. "Im jus-" "You're a thief aren't you!" The indtructor had cut him off and accused him of being a thief....well...no he found those dummies. Still the cutting him off thing pissed him off, how rude can the guy be. "Hey. Im not a thi-" Suddenly, Haru found himself chained down in some wierd place of flowers.  Genjutsu...plus...that guy just cut me off again didn't he? Okay. Lets play. Soon the genjutsu faded as his real vision returned, thanks to something that occurred within his body due to the constant electromagnetic energies around him. As his sight came back he noticed the instructor standing above him. Time to teach a grown man manners. In a burst of motion coupled with the element of surprise, he managed to grab the instructor's face. "Here you go." Instantly, his hand pulsed with electromagnetic energy plus the blood that had been on his palm. This allowed him to insert and overload the guy's brain to inhibit his ability to use chakra and mental techniques. Neural overload. Success. Then using his face as leverage, Haru launched himself in the air and proceeded to fly towards the dorm.

Description: The user creates a seal the size of a golf ball first making a circle before writing the Kanji for "Store" within it thus allowing the creation of a seal which is able to store a small sized object within it. This is one of the basic building blocks of any fuinjutsu specialists technique list and is often the first technique any budding seal master learns as it help with much more complex seals. Every Storage seal can be further modified by the use of Modification Seals, this amount of Modification Slots this particular seal has is 8 before the max limit is reached and it can no longer be modified. Note Modification seals can only be equal rank or lower than the Storage Seal they are modifiying, in addition adding modification seals does not alter the final seals rank.

Description: The user creates a tiny seal first making a square before writing the Kanji for "Solid" within it. This is one of the most basic modification seals which are a branch of fuinjutsu which entail the modification of already existing sealing methods. The stacking seal is made with the premise of storing solid objects within it and is the first out of the 4 known states of matter formula. Due to Solid's having a definite shape and volume it is the easiest to produce.

Description: This is the fuinjutsu technique style which leads into powerful elemental sealing, without this technique it is impossible to know the precise seal formulae to seal away elemental chakra based techniques. Regardless the Elemental Sealing Method is only the gateway to the most basic chakra nature transformations, meaning Fire Sealing Method, Water Sealing Method, Earth Sealing Method, Wind Sealing Method, Lightning Sealing Method and Bone Sealing Method are now available for learning. Each of the Base Seals stemming from this technique have 5 Modification Slots before the max limit is reached and it can no longer be modified.

Name: Earth Sealing Method
Classification: Fuinjutsu

Description: A kind of fūinjutsu that involves sealing a technique's effects within a specific location. As it is tailored for earth release, it requires a caster well-versed in the exacting art of "Sealing Formulas", as well as in ninjutsu. The jutsu-sealing space in the scroll is left blank, for the formula to be inscribed in with a brush. After performing the needed hand seals, vapor appears from the scroll, and envelops the earth. They are sucked in towards the scroll, and the appearance of the Kanji for seal (封) certifies the technique's completion. Once the sealing is performed, the technique's effects cannot be released anew as long as an unsealing technique is not applied. It is an effective technique to circumvent any secondary damage a dangerous enemy technique might cause. This technique is able to seal all types of Earth Release techniques up to 2-ranks above the user capping at SSS-rank.

Name: Baku-Style: Hiding in Rock Technique - 100 words

Description: This technique allows the user to camouflage themselves with the earth around and move freely through earth surfaces undetected. The Bakuhatsu Clan learned how to refine this technique giving a wider area in which the user can conceal themselves while reliant on the initial chakra price to determine the level at which they conceal themselves within the rock. Regardless of the level those who wish to detect the user require either X-ray Vision + Chakra Sensory, Vibration Sensory + Reaction Tiers to pinpoint the user's body. Furthermore the amount of time they can keep this active is based on two factors, the first being contact with earth while the second is the user's Endurance Tiers making this technique a powerful tool in the hands of a skilled Bakuhatsu Clan member.
