Haru's Tech - Page 2 Empty
PostSubject: Re: Haru's Tech   Haru's Tech - Page 2 Icon_minitime31st August 2014, 11:35 pm

Name: Powerhouse EM
Classification: Kekkei Genkai
Rank: D
Class: Passive
Range: Self

Description: Taking a look on the other side of his family tree, the Bakuhatsu, Haru has began to practice their techniques and mimic them with his own pulse release. Allowing him to finally utilize the other techniques that were within his blood. The result giving rise to him creating explosions as well but of the electromagnetic variant, simply by inputting pulse release chakra into anything. These explosions destructiveness ranking equally to his own rank, as well as expelling shockwaves of EM interference that work to jam, scramble, and deactivate sensory mediums. Jamming, causing these sensory mediums to not pick up on Haru’s presence for a set amount of time. Scrambling, the disruption of the sensory medium’s readings causing a lag or inaccurate data reception to the point of reading Haru in a location where he isn’t in reality. Then deactivation, the complete failure of sensory mediums by forceful shutdown of said medium for a set amount of time.

Name: Sacrificial Pawn
Classification: Kekkei Genkai, Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Class: Offensive
Range: Varies

Description: As of some strategies it is necessary to sacrifice the pawns. With this tech haru puts that tactic into play by utilizing his Bakuhatsu blood and his Chess series. With a simple thought and cost of a B-rank amount of chakra, He can cause one of his pawns to become an electromagnetic bomb that deals B-rank amount of electrical explosive damage, and scrambling nearby sensory mediums for four posts. This causes a lag or inaccurate data reception to the point of reading Haru in a location where he isn’t in reality. At an A-rank chakra cost Haru can cause all of his pawns to explode at once, dealing A-rank electrical explosive damage and increasing the amount of posts to six.

Name: EM Rounds
Classification: Nintaijutsu
Rank: C
Class: supplementary
Range: Varies w/Tech

Description: By applying Powerhouse EM to his Iaiken techniques, Haru allows his shots to explode on impact dealing additional electrical explosive damage equal to Haru’s rank. Causing temporary jamming of sensory functions that are in close proximity due to the released EMP, allowing him to move undetected from those trying to locate him for two posts, per shot.

Name: Disable
Classification: Nintaijutsu
Rank: B
Class: Supplementary
Range: Varies w/Tech

Description: With this technique Haru applies small electromagnetic pulses as he utilizes Ten Setsudan, these pulses target the neurons of the victim’s nervous system cutting off neural pathways. Parts of the victim that are induced with this are rendered immovable from that point downward, unless they have an endurance rank higher than the technique this is applied with.

Name: Sever
Classification: Nintaijutsu
Rank: B
Class: Supplementary
Range: Varies w/Tech

Description: Furthering his delve technique by applying it to the target’s chakra system, Haru is capable of slightly or fully sever the chakra channels through a similar means. This method also does not leave any indication of the technique on the surface, as it deals with the internal chakra system. The line is transmitted through the surface and applied along chakra channels, til the parting process. Once then the victim will unknowingly bleed chakra each post from the severed channel in an amount equal to technique’s rank this is applied with.

Name: Scatter
Classification: Nintaijutsu
Rank: B
Class: Supplementary
Range: Varies w/Tech

Description: At the point of application Haru can implement an effect to increase the lethality of his Ten Setsudan ato techniques. This is done as when applying the line, he arranges two poles of the same polarity to become active at the point of parting. When done, the area parted will rapidly repel at speeds equal to Haru’s rank.

Name: Duplicity
Classification: Nintaijutsu
Rank: A
Class: Supplementary
Range: Varies w/Tech

Description: This technique goes in to play the moment a line has been placed. Depending on the chakra cost of the initial tech this is applied to, Haru can duplicate that line exactly on the opposite side, by emitting the same line of pulse flux through the target’s body. Similar to drawing on a mirror, whereas the target is the mirror being drawn upon.

Name: Continuity
Classification: Nintaijutsu
Rank: C
Class: Supplementary
Range: Varies w/Tech

Description: The result of furthering the Ten Setsudan to become even more of a deadly art. Continuity can be activated at the point of finishing a line upon his target, by giving a constant D-rank each post this is active, the line will continue to grow in length equal to it’s initial length each post, total being how long till the parting process takes place. Which varies, being dependent upon the rank of the technique this applied to as well as the rank of the victim/target.

Name: Tengoku no suteppu: Ichi
Classification: Nintaijutsu
Rank: D
Class: offensive
Range: short

Description: Haru dashes to slash at his target with his hand firmly shaped to resemble that of a blade, moving a swift release speeds. If successful, a line being one foot in length will be placed on the target. This, however, can be performed at a much faster pace as long as Haru is capable of doing so.

Name: Tengoku no suteppu: Ni
Classification:[/b Nintaijutsu
[b]Rank:
D
Class: offensive
Range: short

Description: Moving at swift release, Haru places his arms in an ‘X’ formation and presses his fingers on each hand together to resemble a blade, before delivering a dual cross slash on his target. Drawing an ‘X’ on the victim, each line being two feet in length. The base speed of this technique can be exceeded if Haru is capable of moving at the higher speed tier.

Name: Tengoku no suteppu: San
Classification: Nintaijutsu
Rank: C
Class: offensive
Range: short - mid

Description: Haru simply flicks his finger(s) to let loose shots of force(5 or 10) of electromagnetic flux the size of a fingernail, about a centimeter. The force is enough to place a line the length of itself on anything within a twenty foot radius, any further and the force dies out. Initially, this tech moves at bullet release but can be boosted when utilized with strength tiers, so long as Haru has said tiers to facilitate this. However, this adds nothing towards the damage dealt by this tech.

Name: Tengoku no suteppu: Shi
Classification: Nintaijutsu
Rank: C
Class: offensive
Range: mid

Description: Haru makes a slashing motion, a force of electromagnetic flux being released drawing a line upon all it passes over in that direction. The height of the force encompassing from where his hand began the motion to it’s end. This force continues for twenty feet moving at bullet release speeds, yet can be augmented by Haru’s strength tiers to increase the movement speed of the electromagnetic flux.

Name: Tengoku no suteppu: Go
Classification: Nintaijutsu
Rank: B
Class: offensive
Range: mid

Description: Haru moves in close at crashing ground, which can be exceeded with higher speed tiers, to deliver an vertical slash applying a line from the stomach to the neck. Immediately following this, Haru steps in closer simultaneously as the same hand moves to thrust towards the victim’s chin for an upward palm thrust, with B-rank strength or a higher strength tier that Haru possesses. This, if connected, will knock the victim fifteen feet into the air at crashing ground unless they either possess a strength tier equal to or higher than that employed by Haru. Also there is a possibility of the victim taking extra physical damage from hitting anything as they fly through the air.

Name: Tengoku no suteppu: Rok
Classification: Nintaijutsu
Rank: B
Class: offensive
Range: short

Description: Haru drops low as he brings his leg in to sweep the target off the ground. In that time that the victim is off the ground, Haru moves at crashing ground, or a higher speed tier he possesses, to deliver six slashing motions that apply six, one foot lines on them. To finish, Haru bursts into the target’s midsection with a dual palm thrust at B-rank strength or a higher possessed strength tier that knocks them back ten feet, also dealing physical damage upon hitting anything as they are flying back. This technique is executed so quickly that it requires equal rank reaction tiers to haru’s speed or a B-rank sensory tech in order to avoid it. haru is using this technique to detect it or the target risks being hit by the strike. However, when his kyougan is active the target will need a rank higher in reaction tiers to avoid the incoming strikes.

Name: Tengoku no suteppu: Nana
Classification: Nintaijutsu
Rank: A
Class: offensive
Range: short

Description: Haru moves to kick his targets chin forcing them into the air, following the victim, at this point he delivers seven strikes with each strike being more difficult to evade than the last due to be performed in rapid succession. Yet if Haru has his Kyougan active, he is capable of using the advanced prediction abilities to his advantage with opponents requiring either B-rank reaction tiers or a B-rank sensory technique or both C-rank Speed & C-rank reaction tiers to avoid the first strike. Each follow up strike requires an additional rank of speed then sensory; 2nd B-rank reaction & C-rank Speed, 3rd B-rank Reaction & B-rank Speed, 4th A-rank Reaction & B-rank speed, 5th A-rank reaction & A-rank Speed, 6 S-rank reaction & A-rank speed with the final strike requiring S-rank Reaction & S-rank speed to dodge successfully. If one of the preceeding strikes hits every strike after it will hit as well however opponents can be quick enough to block the hits just not dodge them in such a case, requiring the same checks to block as they would to dodge. the last strike (7th) results in the victim being propelled flying at vacuum release speeds 20 feet however if strength tiers are used with the 7th strike the distance the victim is knocked back is doubled, a victim requires A-rank strength as well as the ability to tense their body at the moment of impact otherwise they will be propelled through the air like a rag doll. While being propelled victims are able to sustain additional physical impact damage if they crash into objects during their flight.

Name: Tengoku no suteppu: Achi
Classification: Nintaijutsu
Rank: A
Class: offensive
Range: mid - long

Description: Haru first begins by making six slashing motions that let loose six forces of electromagnetic flux that place a line upon all they come across, and then place s his arms in an ‘X’ fashion. Before too making a ‘X’ slashing motion sending them to place an ‘X’ on his target, each line being two feet in length. Making a total of eight lines all moving at vacuum release, the victim is trapped within each of the lines as touching one results in them being entangled in electromagnetic forces which upon making the final x slash is attracted inward due to the victims body being attached with the opposite pole. This results in all eight slashes hitting simultaneously splitting a target into eight pieces. This technique upon entangling a victim is incapable of being dodged however one can break free if they possess A-rank or above strength tiers as well as vacuum release speed to escape the follow up attack. If Haru has his Kyougan active however the victim requires speed tiers 1-rank higher to successfully escape the trap. Due to being trapping in nature this technique does not need to be placed in spoiler tags until the entangling effect is triggered if the victim does not have electrolocation sensory A-rank or above.

Name: Bishop’s Rook
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: S (A-rank chakra cost)
Class: offensive
Range: Long

Description: Haru’s second fusion technique of his Chess series, this one being composed of Bishop and Rook. This being possible by introducing Rook to Bishop, and arranging the magnetic fields to his liking for an equal balance while also factoring in Rook’s pseudo gravity effect. At that point, the two deep blue orbs turn black and multiply into four as two come to hover over the backsides of Haru’s hands, the other two go to hover at his back. Being a few inches from his shoulder blades the two aft orbs begin to spin as they soon expand to become large rotating rings, each six feet in diameter. As this point a dark blue misty aura encompasses his body, cloaking it. The two rings behind him rotate at blinding light speeds, and create a large magnetic field claiming all within thirty feet of Haru but they hold the effect of Rook thus apply a pseudo gravity effect on all within that area. This captures and causes an inability of those incapable of moving at blinding light speeds in a weightless and motionless field. The two orbs hovering over his hands serve as the new Bishop, and are capable of attracting anything they are pointed at within the magnetic field at vacuum release speeds. The orbs when the target is attracted within a close enough proximity, will immediately expand at vacuum release to absorb anything from that of a large summon and smaller as well as A-rank and below jutsu. When absorbed the orb becomes smaller, at vacuum release, thus creating a magnetic pull on whatever is inside to become smaller as well, similar to a condensing force. Causing anything that has a defense or endurance tier below A-rank to become crush or extinguished.

Name: Queen’s Wrath
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Class: Supplementary
Range: Long

Description: This tech comes in play during the same post that Haru uses Queen’s Knight. Those within fifteen feet of Haru, are put under it’s effects due to the high spin of the rings around his hands and ankles. The rate of pull immediately takes effect on the bodies of those within range as it is even pulling at victim’s skin cells as being in this range magnetizes their bodies entirely. the victims will lose one rank below in quantities of blood each post, total, than the current strength of the technique. Slowly, the victim will begin to bleed (D-rank) each post from random places uncovered by clothes after four posts total. After eight posts total this becomes C-rank, and the victim will begin to notice holes in whatever they’re wearing if it is below the rank of Queen’s Knight. After twelve posts total, this will become B-rank, and the holes will increase in size as well as the number of places that bleed leading. Totaling at sixteen posts the blood loss each post becomes A-rank each post, and the victim is bleeding more profusely, so much so they are basically almost drenched in their own blood.

Name: Shadow of the Dancing Leaf
Classification: Fighting Style
Rank: D-rank
Class: Supplementary
Range: Short

Description: A technique where one follows the opponent, closely matching his or her body's movement, just like a leaf that dances in the air is followed by its shadow matching their speed perfectly to the targets as long as they have a lower movement speed than them. The technique is usually preceded by a swift upper kick that will launch the target into the air. It is mainly used to position an opponent into a vulnerable aerial position making said victim unable to escape unless they have aerial movement such as flight or levitation. This move by itself is harmless, but it is usable as a stepping stone for a great many powerful techniques like Front Lotus and the Lion Combo. That being said, it also has a rather high degree of difficulty and grants the user D-rank speed.

Haru's Tech - Page 2 Empty
PostSubject: Re: Haru's Tech   Haru's Tech - Page 2 Icon_minitime1st September 2014, 2:42 am

Okay long list but first things first.

Powerhouse EM - Better idea make it like actual EMP and have it work to jam & scramble, deactivate sensory mediums along with the damage from the explosion. This in essense will work to Jam which is a temporary non-reading in which a sensory medium does not pick up reads of Haru for a set amount of time. Scramble will work to cause false readings essentially confusing sensory mediums as they detect Haru where he isn't in actuality which is effective on opponents who are incapable of seeing him rather relying on sensory mediums. Finally deactivate which is the forced shutting down of a sensory medium for an amount of time due to the EMP shockwave.

EMP Effects: (Assuming you wish to add them to things)
1. Reaction Debuffing not movement, EMP has nothing to do with hampering movement however it can however disorientate those utilizing reaction tiers (Zireh being inorganic EMP fucks with them.)

2. Sensory Affecting: Electromagnetism is capable of scrambling the signals fired by neurons meaning you will be able to make various counter sensory techniques which revolve around the Jam, Scramble and Deactivate trifecta. Jamming Techniques are the lowest ranking (D-B), then Scrambling (B-S) while Deactivation are the strongest type (S-SSS) due to actually being capable of shutting down sensory medium (for instance Dojutsu are capable of being deactivated by shutting down the neutral connection between the brain and the eyes causing it to deactivate as if they weren't focusing on it being active).

As a result edit the first 3.

-------------------------

Disable - B-rank
Sever - B-rank
Scatter - B-rank
Duplicity - A-rank
Continuity - Make it each post (total) and I'll approve it.

Ichi & Ni (add more detail to the description and I'll approve it, perhaps add speed to it, with the option of utilizing faster variants as long as Haru has the speed tiers to facilitate it.

San add in the option of flicking his fingers with strength rather than speed in order to boost the movement speed of the launched projectile as long as Haru has the strength tiers to facilitate it, it would have no damage increase however.

Shi same thing just this time a slashing motion backed by strength tiers to boost the movement speed of the launched crescent.

Go: Lengthen it a bit, also include the knockback dealt to the enemy along with what rank of strength tiers would they need in order to hold their ground and resist the knockback. It's a B-rank so sending an opponent flying at crashing ground speeds over a distance of 10 (short), 15 (mid) or 20 (long) dependent on exactly what range you want the attack to be. In addition include that victims can sustain additional physical impact damage if they crash into anything while being propelled thorugh the air.

Rok: I would recommend a reaction or sensory check, as in, while the Kyougan is not active this technique can be done so quickly that it requires either Reaction tiers equal to the speed or a B-rank sensory technique in order to avoid it. Haru is using this technique in order to detect it or they risk getting hit by the strike. When the Kyougan is active however they require 1-rank higher reaction or speed tiers to avoid the incoming strike.

Same by the way I would suggest this if your going to do that type of technique:
Spoiler:

Also make it be like this, upon the opponent being propelled into the air seven strikes are dealt with each strike being more difficult to avoid as they are launched in rapid succession. When Haru has his Kyougan active however he is capable of using the advanced prediction abilities to his advantage with opponents requiring either B-rank reaction tiers or a B-rank sensory technique or both C-rank Speed & C-rank reaction tiers to avoid the first strike. Each follow up strike requires an additional rank of speed then sensory; 2nd B-rank reaction & C-rank Speed, 3rd B-rank Reaction & B-rank Speed, 4th A-rank Reaction & B-rank speed, 5th A-rank reaction & A-rank Speed, 6 S-rank reaction & A-rank speed with the final strike requiring S-rank Reaction & S-rank speed to dodge successfully. If one of the preceeding strikes hit every strike after it will hit as well however opponents can be quick enough to block the hits just not dodge them in such a case, requiring the same checks to block as they would to dodge. Also add in the last strike (7th) results in the victim being propelled flying at vacuum release speeds 20 feet however if strength tiers are used with the 7th strike the distance the victim is knocked back is doubled, a victim requires A-rank strength as well as the ability to tense their body at the moment of impact otherwise they will be propelled through the air like a rag doll. While being propelled victims are able to sustain additional physical impact damage if they crash into objects during their flight.

Achi - I mean it's fine but you could add this to it: The victim is trapped within each of the lines as touching one results in them being entangled in electromagnetic forces which upon making the final x slash is attracted inward due to the victims body being attached with the opposite pole.

----------------------------------

Bishop's Rook - Approved

Queen's Wrath - B-rank make it posts (total) & Double the triggering time (four D-rank, eight C-rank, 12 posts B-rank, 16 A-rank.) Victims lose 1-rank below in quantities of blood each post (total) than the current strength of the technique. (Meaning after eight posts every post (total) leading up to 12 posts they are losing a C-rank of blood.

Name: Pawned
Classification: Ninjutsu,Kinjutsu
Rank: SS (A-rank BP) (SSS-chargeable)
Class: Offensive
Range: Varies

Description: A piece that has almost limitless potential in game, Haru brings his technique to a higher level to sit at the top of his other pieces. By sequencing the chess pieces in a compatible order to pawn, he melds all of them into it causing the the sphere to become a torrential black orb.The technique is layered with two inversely rotating electromagnetic fields on top of the omni directional sphere, each layer is a foot in length. the sphere can be charged increasing their speed by one. The sphere itself spins at blinding light as do the first and second layer, the speed being proportional to damage output. On contact the victim is subjected to a pseudo-gravity effect, due to the magnetic field, placing them in a space where movement is impossible on their lonesome unless they possess SS-rank speed or strength tiers. Dealing s-rank tear damage as it tears at the atomic level of the target. After impact, the first layer kicks in as it begins to continuously spin to the left at blinding light all within the one foot diameter that is it’s range being forced to do the same, dealing s-rank internal damage. Then the second layer goes into play not long after, being another foot on top of the first, everything in range begins to spin to the right at blinding light dealing another s-rank amount internal damage. At the point of the second layer activating, the victim’s body is thrown into a conflict of motion causing breakage of the spine and rib cage as well as ripping of muscles and organs if the victim does not possess SS-rank defense or endurance tiers.

Pulse Core should be a fighting style not a passive preferably S-rank so you can include SS-rank and SSS-rank in the chart below it. The chart would also include what cores are unlocked each specific type of core targeting a specific sense. That gives you the five senses, and one (two) other senses to play around with for "Z" or "X" (which you can't attain since Cyrus is the one with that rank) rank.

Either way your Exploding Tyranny Clone is fine, if you wanted to add more to it then you'd have to do that via the Cores. You should probably have the Core's done in such a way that you can create them in one topic and keep them until added to another technique in a new topic (so their price would take from your chakra reserve maximum rather than your current) that way you can build a stockpile of core's in advance and make use of them as the situation needs them.

When you make the corrections I'll be able to approve this.
