Description: Cypher have an acute sensing ability allowing them to react to speeds one rank above them. This sensing ability works hand in hand with their hand eye co-ordination allowing them to accurately hit moving opponents with thrown items as long as the opponents speed is equal or lower than their rank.

Name: Manipulated Shuriken Technique

Description: By attaching a translucent string that is both elastic and highly durable to a shuriken, this technique allows the user to alter the path of projectiles after they have been thrown. An expect will have the ability to freely glide the shuriken in any direction with just a single movement of their fingertip. Even if the first attack is avoided, it is capable of returning from behind after a time lag of several seconds. Depending on the performance, the possible tactics can be infinite.

Description: A simple technique where two shuriken are piled one onto another and thrown simultanenously. Essentially a trick designed to draw attention to the shuriken on top, the efficiency is diminished against those who can see and respond to both shuriken.

Description: The user throws the Shuriken putting a unique spin on it so that it makes a wide arc before returning back to the user. Shuriken thrown using this technique move at Bullet release speeds. In addition if used on large opponents it is possible to do twice the damage to them if the first hit lands as the second one will land as well.

Description: Iaido refers to a specific style of kenjutsu that is concerned with the smooth, controlled movements of drawing the sword from its scabbard, striking or cutting an opponent, removing blood from the blade, and then replacing the sword in the scabbard. The linear motion and force applied to draw the sword from its scabbard result in much faster slashes than ones realised with the sword already drawn. This is explicitly used by Cypher simply due to their mastery of weapon based combat which allows them to literally stop opponents from preforming equal rank ninjutsu if they are within 10 feet of the opponent and use this technique. If the opponent doesn't stop however they Will sustain damage equal to the rank of the Cypher

Description: Adhering to the principles of Iaidō, the user performs a quick and powerful slash with their sword in order to cut the intended target, before immediately resheathing the blade afterwards. This technique is a powerful C-rank technique simply due to the speed in which it is preformed as it can slice a person moving at C-rank speed as if it was nothing. In addition when the user has speed tiers the damage is increased by 1-rank above the user's speed tiers, if they have reaction tiers above C-rank the speed of the opponent they can slice is increased to be equivalent with their reaction tiers.

Description: Adhering to the principles of Iaidō, the user is able to see the path of an opponents weapon simply based on the faint twitches of their muscles. This allows them to predict the opponents movements when they are using close range weapons such as swords, knives, staffs etc. This technique is a set up for more powerful techniques using Iaido however it is also very useful in dodging. Users of this technique can predict the kenjutsu used by opponents from Tobetsu Jonin rank and below.

Description:Adhering to the principles of Iaidō, the user performs a quick and powerful slash with their sword in order to cut the intended target, before immediately resheathing the blade afterwards. User's of this technique are able to instantly kill Small sized creatures hit with this attack. They are able to mortally wound Medium Sized creatures by being able to easily chop off body parts. Depending on the area hit they can mortally wound or seriously injure Large Sized creatures. Collosus sized creatures simply sustain heavy wounds. The reason for this is simply the slicing of air which forms a vacuum at Blinding Light speeds which slices over a large surface area. This vacuum simply bypasses defenses by screwing with the internal and extrenal pressure put out by a living creature to inflict terrible damage.

Description: This technique stems from the amount of willpower people put into their blows, Cypher have learned to harness this willpower and translate it into a sort of an invisible physical aura which allows them to extend the range of their Taijutsu and Kenjutsu by 1 foot. Meaning if the blow seems like it didn't connect due to the opponent narrowly dodging it the blow will still hit them albeit at a 1-rank lower than the original damage simply due to the physical aura which envelops them in battle. This makes engaging in a physical battle with a Cypher a very high risk for amateurs in close ranged combat.

Description:An advanced version of swift release. Although the user is able to move at extremely high speeds the sudden motion has an adverse effect on the body and multiple movements using the technique and permanently paralyze the user and as such it is limited to 5 times a day with out any ill effects, 7 times will land the user in a hospital for two days 9 would permanently paralyze the user.

Description: A fully refined Swift Release. The wielder can move beyond god-like speed only showing their footsteps crashing against the ground. This move is said to only be used the second the wielder grips their hilt giving so they waste no time when they need to attack.

Description: The Jiko clan member makes hand signs before holding their left/right arm up and making a squeezing motion allowing them to "grasp" objects which are at most 15 feet away from them squeezing them with C-rank strength. This technique while slow is very useful as they are able to pick up objects and fling them at opponents or even crush opponents that are caught unawares.

Description: The Jiko Clan member points their index finger forward aiming at a target before they release a compressed sphere the size of a marble which shoots forward moving at Bullet release speeds with C-rank piercing allowing it to pierce through C-rank defensive techniques. This technique is dangerous due to it's subtle nature.

Description: This is a special technique which was made for use while concealed by the aid of a hiding technique. Whenever an arrow is fired it takes on the hiding technique of the user as well as becoming soundless as it flies through the air. This most deadly aspect of this is the ability to be chained with other Kyujutsu techniques which increases the versalitity of the archer.

Description: This is a special technique of the Jiko clan in which the user gathers psionic release chakra into their fist before striking the enemy releasing all of the psionic chakra at once and dealing damage equal to the amount of chakra gathered in the user's palm. In addition the opponent is sent flying in proportion to the gathered chakra, with a C-rank amount knocking them back 5 feet, a B-rank amount knocking them back 10 feet, an A-rank amount knocking them back 20 feet and a S-rank amount knocking them back 40 feet

Description: This is a special archery technique which is able to be harnessed by Cypher and revolves solely on the drawing of the bow before the arrow is fired. By channeling chakra through the threads arrows can be launched at much faster speeds than usual and gain defense piercing equal to the speed in which they are launched. This caps out at Crashing Ground speed however it is possible to release a single arrow at Vacuum Release speed which allows it to obtain A-rank piercing at the cost of destroying the bow that the arrow is fired from. While using this technique the Cypher draws the bow back charging power before firing, D-rank speed fire instantly, C-rank take 1 post (total) to charge before firing, B-rank takes 2 post (total) to charge before firing and A-rank requires 4 posts (total) to charge before firing.

Description: Due to their acquisition of Psionic release the Jiko clan members skill with mental based techniques is enhanced allowing them to break free of Fabrication techniques similar to Genjutsu and gives them an immunity to the locking effects of Haki. In addition unlike normal Psionic release user's their Psionic release techniques are unable to be seen or detected by the naked eye, heat sensing techniques, space distortions as well as smell, sound or taste. It can however be detected by touch, chakra sensing techniques and mental based sensing techniques.
