Ok first of all, why is this jutsu C-A rank? Second of all, what speed do the tags move at?

Description: Daisuke molds paper exploding paper into a variety of shapes and forms, growing to large sizes when infused with chakra while he performs the necessary hand signs and can be controlled at will, this allows him to create living explosions to attack from close or very long range, this paper creations move at the speed of Daisuke’s level and at C-B the explodes range from small to large, and at A-SS, can create microscopic and gigantic explosions when chakra is directly added to it, due to it being infused with scorch release it also drains the moisture from the targets body. Once it is attacked and destroyed it automatically explodes Due to it being infused with scorch release it can be destroyed by B rank techniques at C-B, A rank techniques at A rank, And S rank for S-rank. And SS rank for SS.

ok few changes need to be made. First off saying a C-B rank can kill or severely injure won't all ways be true. For instance a ninja with A-rank end won't even feel the attack from a B rank version of this tech. So the last line needs to either be changed or removed. possibly say the size of the explosions in relation to rank or the size of the actual paper animal things.

Only other think I can think of is can the paper animal things be destroyed before they explode? Do the explode when attacked? will water based techs stop the explosion?

This is a genjutsu so it needs a mode of activation. Does it activate when a person lays eyes on you, or do you have to touch them in some way, or perhaps sound?

If not used in the light this technique is considered a B-rank technique and the number of clones is limited to two, and can be destroyed by B rank techniques or higher.

The virus in the newly infected person will die out unless they feed on a C-Rank amount of blood within a day’s time.

Description:: The user, raising his palm up to the target, closes his/her hand into a fist. The user calls forth light based chakra taking a form of very thick chains, moving at the speed of the user, which ensnares the opponent. This can only be broken by S rank strength or higher. If elemental damage is added to the chains this technique is considered to be S rank.

Scorch: Moisture is sapped out of their body at a D-Rank level each post. After five posts the opponent loses one strength tier.

Description:: The user coats his hands and feet in the flames of his scorching chakra. When the user strikes a target, the fire evaporates the water in the area it touches, heavily weakening the target with each strike. This augments the user's taijutsu, and can cripple other taijutsu users. As this technique uses extreme heat, it bypasses personal armor. The user has another variation of this technique where the fires can be spread to projectile weapons and can increase this attacks range.

Hmm.. this seems more like a jutsu that tamenagi would be capable of, not a bishamon.

Bite's familiar thing is a no. If you infect them they'll still be able to have free will so remove that.

Light Release Bondage can not drain chakra nor can it remove strength tiers from the victim ensnared in it, remove those two and it's fine.

Searing Heat if you wish to have an advanced variant of it make it another technique, in addition remove the Hot Blood Multiplier.

When combined with scorch release it scorches everything in its path, absorbing the moisture. The flames expand to 40 meters in length and height.

If any foe comes into direct contact or is within close range of the attack, then large amount of damage can be dealt. It can be used as an offensive as well as defensive technique at the same time. The larger the amount of chakra used in the attack the wider and more enhanced it becomes. Minimum range is 20 meters while maximum is 50. 1 post charge 20 meters a rank damage. 2 posts charge 35 meters s rank damage. 3 post charge ss damage 50 meters, the user must hold his hand sign
