Description: The user will inhale a large amount of air to mold with their fire chakra and then the user will roar like a Phoenix releasing a fireball that shoots at the enemy making a blazing sound that resembles the roar of a Phoenix. At C Rank the jutsu lies at 6 Meters and with each rank are increased by another 3m. Genin can use up to B rank, Chuunin up to A, Jounin up to SS and Sanin SSS.

Suggestion here. Make it D-SSS where genin can use up to B rank Chuunin up to A Jounin up to SS and Sanin SSS. Just to make it more of a bigger player.
