Tetsu vs Tayuya

Tayuya had no idea what he was planning, but his touch was warm and inviting, being a Toketsu the majority of her life she couldn't touch other people, until Hatarou-Sensei gave her the bracelet she was wearing. She did as he said and folded her wings in. Anticipating what would happen. She smiled at him and leaned her head on his shoulder.

Tetsu held her tight as they began to plummet toward the ground. He smiled as he watched the ground rushing up toward them, then he looked at her. He knew he couldn't speak, as the wind would wash away his words. He had to hold onto her tighter, wrapping all four arms around her as his whips were behind them like streamers, tail feathers almost. The ground was still a good distance below. Tetsu couldn't help but laugh as this caused his adrenaline to rush.

Tayuya gasped as she held on to Tetsu extremely tight, they were falling extremely fast now, she wasn't afraid of heights but this was crazy. She trusted him though, and didn't try to pull away, she just waited for him to give the word, she realized she was squeezing him really tight and released her grip a little.

Tetsu released her with one arm and tapped her shoulder to get her attention. He then released the other hand, pointing down toward the ground. He then clasped his two hands together and split them apart before holding up three fingers. He counted down from three with them. As soon as he reached one, he let go, let out his wings, caught the air and flew off.

Tayuya turned her attention to him quickly after he tapped on her shoulder, she watched the countdown and then unfolded her wings, catching a heavy updraft of air, she then flew upwards again before spiraling downwards, as she did this she controlled ice around her and formed many ice flowers along her body, as she flew downwards she made them shatter into shards of ice that glinted in the sun, finally she extended her wings further and landed on the ground lightly.

Tetsu watched her land, so enticed into the glow that he ran into the pillar that the pets weren't on. He pulled himself out of the ice and shook his head, momentarily dazed. He fell backwards but managed to right himself up and glide down next to her. "Was that fun or what?" he said, laughing a bit. He was still giggly off the adrenaline rush.

Tayuya folded her wings and made them shatter into billions of ice shards, which just scattered along the ground, "Yeah it was, thanks, that was an amazing experience." she said to him with a smile. She lifted her hand up and twisted her red hair through her fingers, something she commonly does when she is nervous. "So uhh... do you still wanna fight? Or..."

Tetsu was one of the most oblivious guys. Though he noticed some subtle hints. Of course, he wasn't sure if he was noticing or not. "Umm... Yea.. If you still want to," he said, biting his lip a bit, unsure of what he was feeling. Should he really fight her? Sure, it would only be a spar, but after that moment he didn't know if he could really attempt to do any kind of harm to her. Was this what his sensei was talking about? Women using what they have in order to distract their opponent's? Or was this just something completely different? Something true? He did not know.

Tayuya's smile faded. "Oh...... ok then." She said, instantly forming 10 swords of ice surrounding Tetsu from all directions and had them close in on him, she purposefully left out one direction though, giving him an easy escape route. "A-are you sure? because we don't have to." she said, her handing going back up to her hair.

Tetsu was curious to notice one direction open, while his shield made an opening for him anyways. He decided to take hers. "What do you mean?" He asked, slightly puzzled. It felt like something was tickling him inside as he watched the cute way she twirled her red hair. "Umm... What do you want to do?" he said curiously, feeling slightly uncomfortable, but only because he never felt that way before.

Tayuya had a lot of emotions running through her head, she didn't wanna leave, but she didn't want to fight him. She was stuck in a hole. "I don't know, For some reason I lost the mood to fight, I uhh.... got somewhere I need to be, I just remembered." she said to him, lying. She didn't like lying but she needed a good excuse, otherwise she would make it more awkward then it already was.

Tetsu frowned as she said she had to go somewhere. He took an indecisive step to her and then stopped himself. "Umm... Ok... If you have to. It was good meeting you," he said, feeling a stinging pain in his chest. He felt like he would never see her again. They were from two very different places, their villages might even be enemies.

Tayuya took a step closer being extremely close to him now, she had grown to really like him. But she knew she would have to leave and never see him again, Ibara and Dipu weren't exactly 'friendly' with eachother. She took another step forward, her chest almost touching his. "Well I guess this is goodbye, I really enjoyed being with you today, its was......nice." she said, holding her face close to his, looking into his eyes as she spoke, she smiled lightly and awaited his response.

"Yeah... It was," he said, being so close to see every feature of her stunning eyes. He wasn't sure why, but he felt drawn to her. Something made him do what he did next. Or he made himself do it. He wasn't too sure. But before he even knew what he was doing Tetsu craned his neck a bit and gently kissed her on the lips, hold his lips against hers for a moment as he closed his eyes. Her lips and body was cold, it sent a chill down his spine, but he liked it.

Tayuya was shocked, but she accepted the kiss, kissing him back, she closed her eyes and wrapped her arms around his neck, she couldn't control it, she wanted to pull away, but her emotions were flaming inside. His lips felt perfect up against hers. She smiled as she pulled away from the kiss, opening her eyes, and removing her arms from him. "This.... this can't happen, I think both of us know why, I'm sorry.... it just.... can't." she said softly, hoping he would understand.

Tetsu placed his hands on her waist as she wrapped her arms around him and held her close. Then she pulled away and spoke to him. He knew what she said was true, but maybe it didn't have to be. He stared off into space, trying to think of a way around this. Then he got an idea. "Maybe... For now it is impossible... But maybe in the future it won't be," he muttered, letting go of her waist, even though he didn't want to.

Tayuya felt broken inside, but what he said gave a shimmer of hope, not much though, "Maybe your right, but, it wont be for a while if that ever happens, by then things would be different, I just... don't want today to end." she said. Her emotions ran wild again and she leaned in for another kiss, closing her eyes again. She knew it would only make it harder to leave, but she didn't care.

Tetsu's body returned completely back to normal as he kissed her once again. Wrapping his normal two arms completely around her. Everything about her seemed to draw him in. From her soft, cold lips to her stunning eyes, her shimmering red hair and even her frail being. She was like the snow goddes Khione herself, cold but beautiful. He broke the kiss for a moment, a determined look on his face. "This day doesn't have to end yet. And even when it does, we will see each other again. I promise you that." He looked her dead in the eyes, his crimson iris looking her dead straight conveying all his emotions toward her. "I give you my word as a shinobi. We will see each other again soon..."

Tayuya smiled, her sky blue eyes looking into his. With these words he made her happier, she stepped away from him, Burizu popping up behind her, and then quickly disappearing. "Well then Tetsu, I expect to see you one of these days...once again....Thank you." she said, holding back tears as she turned around and walked off towards Dipu, she looked back and smiled at him as she left. She hoped he could keep his word, and that they would. Eventually she disappeared on the horizon from Tetsu's sight.
