He is a bit of a germaphobe and always looks immaculate. He can't stand the thought of touching others unless he's spilling their blood, which he gets a sick joy out of, and believes the only time you have an excuse to not be clean is when you're six feet under. History: Academy Student - Genin Arc- Spoiler:
Cecil grew up in the edge of Ibaragakure with the small sect of Inakamono that existed in the village hidden in the thorns. As a child he was always getting in trouble with his teachers for the horrible practical jokes he'd play on other students in the academy. Children would be sent home bleeding and crying daily thanks to young Cecil. Still, even his teachers had to admit the kid had skill, and because of that skill he actually wasn't a bad student. As long as he wasn't pulling off his latest hi-jinx, Cecil was generally a very attentive and well mannered student. As a genin he was assigned to a squad just like any other genin and that was fairly uneventful to be completely honest. Cecil still played his tricks and people still got pissed at him but it was what it was. He really didn't care what other people thought of him, it was just too much fun. Chunin Arc- Spoiler:
During his time as a Chunin was when things went...wrong for Cecil. He hadn't exactly stood out at the Chunin exams, but he had managed to pass and that was all that counted. His village new he was a decent shinobi, he came from that strange yet useful clown clan and he would be a useful tool in the upcoming raid on Hakagakure. Now Cecil only did as he was told, he had been put into a squad under the guidance of a woman named Lexiane, the wife of their kage. She was unimaginably powerful and Cecil knew that whatever their mission was, he was safe with her as their leader. However their mission wasn't to fight, it was to slaughter. As they entered the barren wasteland, Cecil knew something was wrong. There were dozens upon dozens of other shinobi gathered around, and not just from Ibaragakure. From three of the other four villages there were ninja gathered about and unknown to Cecil, they were all standing above Hakagakure. Suddenly explosions rang out and the ground literally collapsed onto a hidden village. Before he knew what was going on, Cecil was being rushed into the village, over the edge that had been created and landing in the center of Hakagakure. Sirens went off as people and ninjas alike stormed out of houses and barracks. The bloodshed was instantaneous and to Cecil's disbelief his squad was in the process of attacking an orphanage. Still, orders were orders and he had to kill when instructed to. He cut down children, spilling their blood across his shinobi uniform. When it was all over, every last man woman and child slaughtered, Cecil collapsed to his knees shaking as he looked into a broken mirror. The mirror reflected a broken man, he was covered in blood, dirt, and soot from fires that had started all across the village. From that day on the man was never seen without looking perfectly spotless and tidy. Some say the guy snapped and was now a total germaphobe others just think he likes to look nice because he's a freak thanks to his Inakamono roots. Regardless, that night changed Cecil forever.
Ronin Info Village: Ibaragakure Rank: Jonin Clan: Inakamono Ability: Molecular Acceleration- Cecil has the power to take the potential energy stored in an object and convert it to kinetic energy thus “charging” that item with explosive results. He prefers to charge smaller objects, such as his playing cards, shuriken, or other ninja tools, as the time required to charge them is greatly reduced and they are much easier for him to throw. The only real limitation to this ability is the time required to charge the object. The larger it is the more time it takes. Most charging takes place through direct skin contact. - Spoiler:

Name: Physical Mimic Classification:Taijustu (Can only be used by Ronin) Rank:D rank Class: Passive Range:Self
Description: Ronin have exceptional memory as well as control over their bodies this ability allows them to copy taijutsu and Kenjutsu techniques that have been used in battle for the duration of the topic however upon leaving they retain no memory of the technique besides knowing how to train for it. This ability has its limits however as they can only copy things the same rank as them and below.

Name: Haki Classification: Genjutsu (Can only be used by Ronin) Rank:D-rank Class: Passive Range:Short
Description: Ronin have a greater affinity for genjutsu than Ninja and use that to their advantage as one of their adaptations makes it impossible to disrupt the flow of their genjutsu by simply cutting off chakra flow as well as overrides dojutsu eye immunity to genjutsu. In addition Ronin genjutsu techniques can be used on Dakar as long as they are the same rank or higher as the Dakar. Ronin genjutsu can only be combated with other genjutsu and can only be broken with the will or death of the user. (As well as the end of the topic)
Name: Genjutsu Binding Classification: Genjutsu Rank:D-rank Class:Offensive Range: Short range
Description: The user binds the opponent in a genjutsu, rendering them incapable of movement.This genjutsu can be used on more than one target at the same time however it can only be used on opponents of the same rank of the user and below. Once the target is bound, the user or an ally can rush up to the enemy, able to easily deliver a devastating killing blow.
Inakamono Techs- Spoiler:
Name: Inakamono Aura Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: A Class: Supplementary Range: 30 meters
Description:The user of this jutsu can spread his chakra through the air creating a feild around the user. This feild around him can not be smelt or seen (unless by a doujutsu) by any normal means. Once released the user can home their chakra to a specific hormone. Once this is done the 'Gas' field around the user and enter a targets body to produce more of or reduce an amount of a certin hormone. This jutsu can only target five main hormones and can only target one at a time. This jutsu can be used on friend and foe and even on the user himself. This jutsu has a max range of 30 meters. Each activation of this jutsu lasts up to ten posts(of the users) and reduces by one for each activation for the duration of the battle(topic).
The hormones and what they do are as follows:
Serotonin: Serotonin is sometimes called the happiness hormone, it regulates the mood, prevents depression and makes you feel happy. Serotonin can be released by getting exposed to sunlight, by eating foods rich in carbohydrates and by exercising.
Endorphins: Endorphins can make you feel good, reduce your anxiety and your sensitivity to pain. Endorphins are released by exercising
Dopamine: Dopamine helps you to feel mentally alert, lack of it might cause lack of attention, lack of concentration and bad moods. Dopamine can be released by eating foods that are rich in protein.
Phenylethamine: Phenylethamine is the hormone that results in the high feelings we get in the early stages of a relationship. Cocoa beans contain Phenylethamine, eating chocolate might be helpful too.
Ghrelin: Gherlin is a hormone that reduces stress and help us become more relaxed. Ghrelin is released when we become Hungary that's why eating too much is not always a good idea. Just eat according to your body’s needs and never fill your stomach completely in order to maintain good Ghrelin levels
Name: Inakamono's Purification Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: A Class: Supplementary Range: 15 meters
Description: This jutsu uses the Inakamono Aura to a new level. Using the same principles the user produces a fine gas that doubles the healing rate of all inside its range. This jutsu only has a max range of 15 meters and lasts seven posts. The post length decreases by one for every activation.
Tarot Card of Fate- Spoiler:
Name: Tarot Card of Fate (Major Arcana) Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: B-Rank (C-Rank) Class: Offensive Range: 0 - 25m Description: This tech is a very unique creation in that it is a completely 'random' attack. It has the ability to heal, kill, drain, or simply put a scratch on both the target and the user. The user focuses chakra into the hands and say a certin chant. The chant is usually a personal prayer or phrase chanted out to the gods of fate. Once ready the user claps their hands and slowly pulls them appart reavealing a glowing rectangle card. The user then raises the card above the head and the card grows over ten times its normal size. (from a 3in x 8in to a 3ft x 10ft card) The card the entire time glows a bright yellow untill its full size. At its full size the glow ends and reveals what card it is. Depending on the cards position (upside down or not) and the card its self, the affects varries. Anyone is able to learn this tech but must have a teacher. If a Inakamono clan user uses this tech it drops from a B-Rank to a C-Rank. The 'randomness' of the cards depends on the word count in the post before the turn this tech is used. CardsName: Inakamono's Fabricated Fotune Telling Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: C Class: everything lol (no seriously lol) Range: EVERYTHING Description: This tech can only be learned by an Inakamono that has all ready learned Tarot: Card of Fate. This tech can be learned in a solo training, but requires S-Rank training if solo. This tech alows the user the user to reuse any card activated through Tarot card of Fate that has all ready been used in the topic. The post count is no longer needed. (Cards can not be activated within ten posts of each other using this tech) Name: Collective Fate Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: SS (S for Inakamono) Class: All Range: All Description: This tech can only be learned after mastering Tarot Card of Fate. It must be learned in an isolation training topic and must be trained at SSS rank no matter who learns it. Once activated this jutsu will not end untill the end of the Topic or the by killing the user. After every Five posts(everyones not just yours or your opponents) a card from Tarot Card of Fate is revealed to the field. The card is chosen by The collective word count of the five posts. This jutsu can not be negated and the card effect can not be stopped. Name: Interwoven Fate Classification: All Rank: A (B for Inakamono) Class: All Range: All Description: This tech can only be learned by someone who has mastared Tarot Card of Fate. It must be learned in an Isolation training and trained as though an S rank skill. This card uses the last two post in a word count to choose the card instead of the very last post. Acrobat Jutsu- Spoiler:
Name: Acrobatic Joint Beat Classification: Fighting Style Rank: B (C for Inakamono) Class: Fighting Style Range: N/A
Description: This is an Inakamono developed fighting style that bases its self on their acrobatic ability, near perfect aim and timing, and their flexablitiy. This is a hand to hand taijutsu style used my most of the Inakamono. This is one of the few tech not created by the Inakamono's head, Shuin. Basing every attack at near perfect times and speeds the user strikes softly at the opponent. The attacks are no more than a pat and are meant to hide this fighting styles real damage. When needed the user strikes much harder than the other attacks at the opponent's joints. A strike at each joint can cause specific damage but also gives a chance of locking the opponents joint in place from then on in the battle. If the Strike is at the Ankel joint can cause the user to loose their balance with every step they take causing them to fumble about. A strike at the knee joint will cause a much less loss of balance and will decrease the opponents ability to land solid hits using either Taijutsu or weapons, affectivly decreasing the damage dealt. A strike to the waist joint can cause minor loss of blood in the lower body(fell as though their legs have fallen asleep) and prevents effective dodges causing slightly more damage with each landed hit. A strike to the shoulder joint causes the target to loose feeling in their arm for a turn preventing them from using it to attack or block. A simulatinous strike to both shoulders prevents the use of any jutsu that requires hand seals. A strike to the Neck join cause temproray disorientation confusing the oppoenet causing them to feel dizzy, have trouble concentrating, can't focus their eye sight, and even shortness of breath.
Name: Close Confine Classification: Taijutsu Rank: C Class: Offensive Range: Close
Description: The user intercepts other taijutsu attacks the target uses on them, allowing the user to take hold wraping their own body around the target. From here they can deal near direct damage to the target without allowing the taget to move.
Name: Volture's Eye Classification: Doujutsu Rank: D Class: Passive Range: none
Description: Acrobats train their eyes to nearly five times the better than the average person. Their eyes can see at much greater distances and also allowing them to see much smaller objects such as trip wires or holes.
Name: Acrobatic Touch - Cure Classification: Taijutsu Rank: D Class: Offensive Range: Close
Description: The user strikes hard on the targets ribs, one strike on each side. The strikes force the user's breathing making them take much larger natural breaths. For this tech allows the user to heal C rank damage over the course of five turns.
Name: Acrobatic Touch - Energy Gain Classification: Taijutsu Rank: D Class: Offensive Range: Close
Description: The user does four strikes, one to each of the targets arms and legs. The strikes are no more than a soft touch but it energizes the muscles giving the target a rank of speed and a rank of strength, but looses a rank of endurance.
Name: Acrobatic Touch - Change Classification: Taijutsu Rank: D Class: Offensive Range: Close
Description: The user places to strikes, one at each side of the target neck. This tech causes the user's abilities in speed and strength to switch. Meaning it target has S-Rank speeds but C-rank strength, the two switch places to C-Rank speed and S-Rank strength.
Name: Acrobatic Touch - Revitalize Classification: Taijutsu Rank: C Class: Offensive Range: Close
Description: This skill can only be user a max of once at genin twice at chuunin and three times at Jonin and up. This is the only attack of the Acrobatic that is a hard hit. The user strikes with double open palms to the users chest causing the user to loose their breath for a moment. The turn after this skill is used no tech can be used. During this time the user is healed for D-Rank damage and their endurence is increased by a single rank.
Molecular Acceleration- Spoiler:
Name: Static Interference Classification: Ronin Tech Rank: D Class: Passive Range: Self
Description: Thanks to his ability to bring out the kinetic energy from an object in a potential energy state, Cecil can toy with his brain in the way of generating a sort of Static Interference by accelerating the molecules in his brain. What this means is Cecil cannot fall under genjutsu equal to his rank or below. He can pass this onto allies as well by touching them and accelerating the molecules in their brain.
Name: Overdrive Classification: Ronin Tech Rank: D Class: Passive Range: Self/Objects
Description: By touching simple objects like rocks, shuriken, or his playing cards, Cecil can speed up the potential energy in these objects and convert it to kinetic energy. This means they will move a rank faster than him when thrown and will explode with force a rank lower than his.
Name: Natural Stimulus Classification: Ronin Tech Rank: D Class: Passive Range: Self
Description: This technique is a natural ability of Cecil where he can manipulate the potential energy in his body and muscles to draw out their full capability at all times. This means his strength, speed, and endurance are always on par with his rank.
Card Shark- Spoiler:
Name: Card Shark: Rule Change Classification: Ronin Tech Rank: C Class: Supplementary Range: N/A
Description: If a technique requires a post limit/count of one person's posts then this technique will change it to include everyone's post as the post count and vice versa. This applies to every technique, not just Cecil's. As an example, take a poison that takes 30 posts of the target's to kill them, now every post in the topic counts towards that 30 count). This technique can only be used twice in a topic.
Name: Card Shark: Dance of the Dealer Classification: Ronin Tech/Taijutsu Rank: B Class: Supplementary Range: Short-Mid
Description: By combining his acrobatic fighting style Joint Beat and his passive ability Overdrive, Cecil has generated a type of fighting style where he throws his deck of cards into the air and bring out their kinetic energy so they levitate and gain the same effects of his overdrive ability. He then moves with the same fluid movements of his Joint Beat style and attacks the opponent. With the now explosive cards surrounding him he can instruct them to move and attack the opponent from every direction as well as move them in front of his punches and kicks to add an explosive touch to them.
Name: Card Shark: Trump Card Classification: Ronin Tech/Kinjutsu Rank: D Class: Supplementary Range: Varies
Description: This technique can only be used once as a genin, two times as a chunin, three times as a jonin and five times as a Sanin. This technique works so that if an attack is used by the enemy, then Cecil's next technique he uses will be 1 rank higher than the opponents regardless of any techniques in place that lower rank of jutsu.
Name: Card Shark: Reshuffle Classification: Ronin Tech Rank: B Class: Supplementary Range: Self
Description: This technique was designed for Tarot Cards of Fate and if Cecil gets a card he doesn't like he can discard it and instead pick one of the cards directly after or before it in number. (For example he gets 18 he can change it to 19 or 17)
