Appearance: A simple scroll bound by blue ribbon.
Special Ability: Nothing really impressive, once opened the scroll lets loose a massive amount of water that has been sealed within it. At Genin it creates a large pool of water about the size of a normal swimming pool, chunin it generates about the size of a lake and Jonin a small ocean. This is used to change the battlefield and generate water for Damien's weather technique.
