Description: This is something only a dragon can do. Upon first contact between the dragon and a human, an unwritten contract is formed and they are linked. No matter how far away the two are. When the contract is formed, the humans mind will feel a large amount of pain for only an instant as the bond is created. With this, the sense's of the two are linked, sharing sight, smell, hearing, touch, etc. This link can be cut for short amounts of time, and is usually only done to avoid sharing pain. Also, this allows the two to share chakra and abilities. Meaning they can both perform the same technique, with a price of course. The cost to use a technique that from the other, is, the chakra required to perform it is one rank higher for the user, and same rank chakra required to send the technique. Both use chakra.
