| Nazogakure was still reeling from the rioting of those who called themselves the remnants of the Medjay and it was bringing about more tension between the civilian, shinobi and refugee populace. One would think after over a hundred years of living peacefully that those former Bachiatari refugees would have been assimilated into the culture of the Hidden Village but it seemed that wasn't the case they had been biding their time before lashing out at the very place which had given them shelter out of kindness. Sweeping legislation was now being pushed through to not only limit the rights of any who claimed to sympathize with the Medjay cause but likewise purge Nazogakure of the now treasonous dogma of the past. It was no wonder that when the constantly shifting Maze Walls would stop moving that it would cause those within to pause in what they were doing as the familiar background grinding had seemingly stopped. Mist seeped in all around and a sudden boom would ring out as a chunk of the southern Maze Walls were eroded away by water. This too wouldn't make a sound as the mist only began to fill the air more steadily and yet as the alarm bells set out it would seem as if no sound was being released. Even as the civilians screamed; the shinobi shouted, and the Shinpikage charged forward while entering her True Transformation it was silent. Description: Isobu curves the claws on one of her hands inward generating chakra over a period of time (2 Posts Total) before releasing a sphere, 10 feet in diameter, of condensed chakra which flies at Ripping Discord speeds to impact an opponent dealing SS-rank ambient chakra damage upon contact before exploding dealing SS-rank water release damage around a 280ft Blast Radius. This technique is capable of flying 420 ft before dispersing and often when used on fleeing opponents if they are within the same location even in a different topic it can occasionally detonate causing destruction felt even that far away. Isobu can release this technique in a second way by eating the sphere before releasing a 20 foot wide beam which extends up to 840 feet away dealing S-rank ambient chakra based damage each post (total) while costing a constant drain to it's chakra reserves each of it's posts equal to it's original cost. Description: Isobu natural produces a thick mist from her chakra as a form of some advanced Killing Intent. This mist ruins normal and chakra sensory vision and is completely sound proof causing the battlefield to be completely cut off from the outside world in terms of sound. To someone passing by it would be as if a thick fog is in the area and nothing else despite explosions and roars being heard once someone is within the Mist. The mist is comprised of her chakra and depending on the dispersal technique utilized it can be temporarily blown away only to end up reforming around the area which goes by increments of 5 depending on the disersal techniques rank. (I.e D disperses mist for 5 P.T while Z-rank disperses mist for 40 P.T.) It's spread radius is actually dependent on her Endurance Tiers as it requires some effort on her part in terms of her conditioning to maintain despite being a passive effect when she is agitated while the speed at which it forms in the area is dependent on her speed tiers. Likewise those with Reaction Tiers or with X-ray vision can partially see through the mist depending on how high their Reaction Tier or their skill level is. This mist is naturally capable of being utilized by Isobu to cast visionary, scent, taste & touch based genjutsu depending on if a victim is unable to see through it (visionary), breaths in through the nose (scent) or mouth (taste) or comes in contact with the mist (touch). Description: Isobu is infamous for her mist and illusions and the like but the most dangerous thing about Isobu is neither of those, it is the fact that her personal attacks that are chakra, spiritual or natural based have the ability not to make a sound. Meaning a Menacing Ball explosion would be the same as a pin dropping, both making no sound at all to most individuals. That combined with her Chakra Mist Generation makes Isobu a silent but deadly encounter. In actuality Isobu is making sounds but at such high frequencies normal hearing is unable to detect it, those with sensitive hearing however are instantly in pain equal to the rank of the technique heard when they try to listen to the sounds made. The amount of pain they sustain is only amplfied depending on how potent their hearing is with those with extremely sensitive hearing being rendered deaf or even knocked unconcious from the pain. Level of Hearing - Pain Sustained - Added Effect Normal & Below - N/A - Unable to hear any techniques utilized in their Silent Rampage form.
