Effect: This medicine was created via constant experimentation on the Soldier, Stamina & Blood Pills in an effort to combine them and increase their effect as well as introducing new components which would allow them to do so. The result however was a mixed success, as the pills work by instantly converting the users Blood Reserves into chakra & stamina each successive pill doing so more than the other. However, the pills have 2 main drawbacks despite being capable of being consumed by any one of these races (Human, Nova, Zireh or Beast). The first is common to all three as each pill damages the body, poisoning it and since the third pill converts a vast portion of one's blood reserves, the user will become dangerously anemic. It is said that after the third pill, death is imminent as a result of that. The Green Spinach pill is capable of instantly restoring up to 1/3rd of the users Chakra & Fatigue Reserves while the user's blood reserves are depleted by 1/8th of their max. The second drawback only triggers when one eats this pill along with either Standard or Elite Soldier, Blood or Stamina Pills or itself (Green Spinach Pill), as if the maximum limit of any of them (3, 4, 5, 1 respectively) has been reached before eating it then all three (Chakra Reserves, Fatigue Limit & Blood Reserves) are halved for a set amount of time dependent on the user's age due to damage to their body (Under Prime 10 IC Topics, Prime 5 IC Topics, Above Prime 20 IC Topics).

The second drawback of eating the Red Chili pills is that due to the strain of re-energizing the body the victim will eventually die after a set amount of posts dependent on their age however Endurance Tiers can be used to further extend the time-limit before they pass away (Below Prime = 20 P. T, Prime = 40 P.T, Above Prime = 10 P.T while every rank of endurance increases it by 1 P.T). When Eaten after the Yellow Pill & no other Pills have been consumed it results in the user's Chakra & Fatigue consuming techniques cost 1-rank below chakra or fatigue from the user, however their blood consuming techniques cost 1-rank in their blood price. If eaten after the Yellow Curry Pill & the only other pill consumed was the Green Spinach Pill then it results in the user's Chakra & Fatigue consuming techniques costing 2-ranks below chakra or fatigue from the user while their blood consuming techniques cost 2-ranks higher in blood price.
