CSI Bureau (Mission)

Mission:

Quin yawned as he leaned back in the chair he had been given. It faced a large jail cell housing about four youths from the community. They were in for minor arson of a store front all probably around Quin's age. It was funny how different two lives could be even at the same age. Look at this stuffy punk, sitting here like he owns us. F***in slavery in here man, I tell ya. One of them said, hooking a thumb over his shoulder in the direction of Quinton, Look at im, yawnin like he can't be bothered to look at us. We ain't interestin enough for ya? Should we dance for ye? Pfft, man f*** you. Quin just stared at the boy, staring through him more so than anything else. Talk to me motherf***er, say something you stone ass looking freak. Instead, Quin got up from his chair and walked up to the bars, the loud mouthed boy following him. The other three backing him up as if this were about to turn into a street brawl. Man I swear if these bars weren't here I'd beat yo ass. Quin stared at him and cracked a smile, That's funny, I was thinking the same thing. The boy suddenly reached through the bars and grabbed the front of Quin's shirt, balling it up in a fist while raising another one. Quin just smiled, You're dumb enough to get caught, I hope you're not to pussy to pull your punches. Quin could see the boy's anger snap in his eyes at precisely the same time one of Quin's Gale Nimbus appeared from behind his back. As the fist came forward through the bars, the Gale Nimbus passed through the bars and into the boy's stomach, releasing its stored energy. The punk flew backwards into his friends, knocking all four of them over. Quin stepped back from the bars as the door behind him opened and the officers in charge of escorting the boys to their trial entered. Quin stared at the stunned boys on the ground, the lead boy now seething with anger and hatred in his eyes.

Quin that turned back to the entering officers, Two of them got into a brawl, some sort of disagreement, might want to keep them separated. The other two jumped in and there was some kind of stumble. He reported to the officers, summarizing the odd situation before them. The officers stared at the boys on the ground as they began to rise and simply nodded in acceptance. Even if that wasn't the truth the boys appeared uninjured so they really didn't care. As the guards opened the cell and began cuffing the boys to lead them out, Quin put his hand out to stop the last one in line, which just so happened to be the same punk who had mouthed off, The difference between you and I is I'm smart enough to not get caught. You'll never be anything more than the shit stain you already are. He whispered into the boy's ear before patting him gently on the chest and moving away so the line could progress to their trial, Good luck with your trial friends, hope you get an easy judge. Quin called after them before returning to his seat and awaiting the next group, hopefully they'd be just as interesting as this previous one.
