A Day From Work: Bachiatari meet

Armen woke up this morning groggy and sore from his constant training since his return. He didn’t wake up with the urgency to get back to training or the desire to make any progress for the day. He felt completely strange and foreign to this feeling . It was as if he didn’t want to do anything yet everything at the same time. Instead of spending more time trying to understand why he felt that way;he’d gear up and usual but this time wear more leaisurely clothing.

Armen then walk out his house , he’d send for Enzo Bakuhatsu who he also been spending most of his days isolated. Enzo has been trying to keep the spear away from people while he trains to not disappoint. The young teen had a real future in Bachiatari but something tells Armen that Himiko wouldn’t like to see him right now in his current situation. Armen had his fair share of tragedies but nothing like why Enzo has been through. So maybe it’ll take him a while longer before he can completely adjust.

He’d also send for Kris but he suspect that she’s out and about so he’d probably run into her sometime today. The day was dark as it usually is here in ibara but one could still tell it was daytime. He’d walk into a BBQ restaurant and now wait for Enzo to arrive.

Kris had plenty planned, so much to do, but to hear that Armenezra was back in the village made her put everything on hold. She had communed with Stonesinger plenty enough to get to know the weapon reasonably well, and she was researching combat styles still. Wielding a large weapon as it was, it took some getting used to. But riding atop her Crystal Dragon, she'd found it could do a lot in combination.

She found the restaurant without too much issue where he was set to be meeting people. She had even worn a fancier qipao as she didn't expect to be getting in to any fights. She stepped in, Stonesinger strapped to her back and having to duck a little just to get in to the front door. She took a look around, smiling as she saw her mentor and moved over so fluidly. "It's nice to see you back," She said and glided right in to one of the seats opposite.

Enzo didn't know what to expect with this meet and greet. Before the incident with the spear, he would have thought of this as nothing more than some fun times with meeting those that were apart of the group. Perhaps he would be able to have a better understanding as to why they fought or was apart of the bachiatari in the first place. Leaving his spear in a secret space, Lagi allowed himself to be social while wearing his zippered gloves so his hands don't awkwardly try to eat anything.

Once he arrived, Enzo walked in with a somber look as he waved. Noticing that Kris and Armen were already There, Enzo took a seat and placed his hands on his lap. "Hey everyone.."

OOC: BTW are we still doing that dual Armen?

Armen sat there alone for a few minutes reading the news paper and waiting for his large order to be placed on the table. He was going to take full advantage of the free day ahead of him. Only thing is that he still haven’t the slightest clue as to what he’d want to do today besides meeting up with the youngins. While Armen struggled to figure out a plan the waitress would come up to him and put down a cup of hot chocolate on his table then walk away. Before Armen could lift his eyes off his paper and properly thank her the bells straped to the curtains covering the front entrance rang. This was to alarm the employees of any new customers that may walk in . The alarm did its job and the employees would greet Kris as she walked in. Armen couldn’t contain his joy at the site of her walking in all big an tall. She seems very healthy and well taken cared of but most importantly she was very missed by her mentor. Although he would do his best not to make things awkward, he felt very blessed to be able to see her again after his dangerous encounter with the tailed beast. He’d greet her with a large smile as she finds her place on the table. ” Ya ..ya da boi is back! Didn’t think I’d be back tho, but I’m hella glad I is ya dig? ‘‘Tis wild to see how much ya grown in jus bout less den a month, Peewee.” He’d then push a menu towards her to figure out what to it.

Not even a few beats after Enzo walks through the door. Armens large smile becomes a small smirk as he walks through the curtains and alarms the workers. They’d greet him the exact same but Armen’s greeting is a bit different for him. The moment he walked in Armen began trying to read his body language, the type of outfit he chose to wear, and the expression on his face. Armen deducts that he’s slowly getting more accustomed to the land and possibly occupying his mind with other thoughts these days. Still he felt that Enzo could be less tense, or maybe that was just his style and Armen was letting his opinion of his dark look get the best of his analysis. Either way he’d just find this Enzo a little different than the one Himiko talked about and rightfully so he’s only gone through some of the most traumatic of experiences.

Regardless he’d hope Enzo would atleast dress in brighter colors, Ibara is dark enough already. ” Wat dey do ,Zo? Dis rit here is Kris Suisho mah student/apprentice. I’m sure ya remembeh her she escorted ya to ibara. Please bruh get whateva u like.” Armen would slide him a menu as well then start to sip on his chocolate milk waiting to see who talks first.

We met before, believe it or not, she once visited me in jail during my incarceration. That was a bit of a rough time, so i wouldn't like to go through all of the details. But... Gratitude..." With the trademark saying of his ninja way, Enzo made to place his fist in the palm of his hand, showing the utmost respect to both Armen and Lexi for caring about him as much as they did. They didn't need to, but it was still something Enzo appreciated. After Armen mentioned that they can order anything on the menu, Enzo shook his head. "I like to be mindful of the person paying the bill, i'd take a soda pop and some bbq meat. Well done, i don't like blood. And drizzled with teriyaki sauce with lettuce on the side to wrap it with. I'd also like a small bowl of white rice. " Enzo would then adjust himself to sit properly, somewhat a little tired from training all the time. " Is this an important meeting?"

September hurried from the prison after dropping off the two, finding a little excitement that on return she was being appointed up to Lehrling. And just as she had got used to saying Anfanger too. But it meant she was making an impact and getting a name for herself. Along with that, Master Hope passed on the little meeting Master Armen was hosting with his disciples that was open for the new members. She had a feeling that meant seeing Kris again, curious as to how she was dealing with her new weapon, and it also gave her a place to go and have dinner.

As she walked in she scanned over, rather quickly recognizing two particular faces at one such booth. A smile crossed her face as she made her way over. "Well hey there gang. Kris, carrying the weapon with you to a diner? Bit of a big move," A little joke after her own long day went a long way. "Master Armenezra, it's nice to see you again. I got promoted today, so I hope to be of more use to the group." She then settled on the last member she had never seen before, offering her hand forwards. "Hi, September Taki, I'm the muscle of this organisation,"

When the woman walked in, Enzo observed her as she made her introductions to everyone else, it seemed as if she already made some kind of rapport with them on her own time. Enzo had no sort of idea s to who she was, but it was quite clear that if she was introducing herself like this, she was a member of the Bachiatari. "Your name is September? Like the month? That's a pretty cool name..." Enzo would say this as he got up to shake her hand, trying his best to be friendly and cordial to his fellow members. "Enzo Tapir, hell division. Mostly on hunting bounties and recruitment.... i don't believe we ever met before..with you being the powerhouse of the organization. "After the hand shake Enzo took a seat. "So what exactly do you specialize in? Or is talking about work off limits? "

Kris smiled as she saw Enzo walking in very shortly after her. Although she hid it as best she could, she couldn't help but remember the first ever time that she had met the boy. She had been so happy to hear he wasn't getting the death penalty. Being uproot was of course nothing to feel happy about, especially when like he had it was against his will. She noticed he didn't seem in the best mind, already trying to think how best to serve the Bachiatari and bring out the fighter in him. But perhaps... this was him bringing it out himself? She rolled her eyes and smirked at hearing the dumb nickname for the first time in a while. "Anyway. It's very lovely to see you again Enzo. I'm glad to see you're well and I've read up a little on your activities. I apologise but I've been doing the rounds on the new members in Armen's absense and obviously you got lumped in amongst... Oh, and it seems here's one such now," She said whilst the young blonde girl walked in. "Hi September, yes I have been training with Stonesinger. I am still not the strongest with them yet, but I believe we are getting there." It dawned on her she hadn't reported anything about the weapon yet, and left the mental note for herself to work on it later.

Armen listened to Enzo while he spoke of meeting Kris once before back in prison. He'd then look at Kris surprisingly as if he didn't know she went off to do that.  He knew that she had read the note that day but for some reason he didn't expect her to actually go and visit.  It was very good that she did though, because now Enzo at least knows one other person at this table. Enzo then sat down and began to run down the menu speaking aloud about the items that he'd want. This made Armen chuckle a bit because now he knows that Enzo is uncomfortable with what seems like nearly everything except for free food. the waiter closest to the table wrote down what Enzo ordered and went off to place the order with the kitchen. Armen would then place his metallic right hand on the table gently towards Kris to catch her attention. Once she'd look at him , he'd remind her, " ey u shuld orda sumthin before En's food comes out, chyea?" Enzo would then catch his attention with a question about wither this was an important meeting or not. 

Before Armen could answer September came walking in as confident as ever. As she walked through the curtains the bell rang as well and the staff along with Armen would greet her upon entering."WELCOME!" "Yo!" Armen raised his left hang greeting September with his index and middle pressed together.  He'd then use that left hand to gesture her to slide in and sit near Enzo. She'd then mention Kris' weapon and how bold it was that she bought it to the table. That caught Armen's attention as his guard was down and didn't expect her to be carrying a weapon with any abilities. At the mention of it, he'd lean forward and back, while looking at Kris up and down to locate said weapon. It didn't take long for Armen to locate such a big weapon on Kris' person. This made him a bit weary as to how he hadn't noticed it sooner; he must be losing his touch. A worried look came across his face as he lets out another chuckle and shakes his head looking away from Kris but already making note of Stonesingers abilities. 

Though all these gestures were happening they were all pretty subtle, not to draw attention from September's talking. When she mentioned her promotion Armen's eyes widened  thinking to himself that he just welcomed her to the Bachiatari yesterday. Surely time must've flown passed him since it'd be impossible for that to happen in less than 24hrs.  Guess he needed this time off more than his students did. " Well Ms. Taki we funna celebrate! orda wateva u like." Hed then take the opportunity to make a corny joke. " U can call meh G.I cuz u can have wateva u liiiiiike, yea u can have wateva u liiiiikke yeaaaa!" He'd then laugh at his own joke not knowing if his students even listen to old rhythm music. He'd then look to September, then Kris, then Enzo for laughter. 

It didn't take long for September to catch Enzo's attention when she referred to herself as the powerhouse of the faction.  It seems like the two have not met yet and were now getting acquainted. At least the meet is now serving its initial purpose. Enzo's curiosity though may have caught September a bit off guard when he'd ask her about her specialties. The table got quiet a bit on Enzo's question possibly making him feel like he did something wrong by asking the question. In reality Armen was just scouting the area with his eyes and waiting for his opportunity to tell another great joke.  September was probably going to answer too but Kris took the opportunity to speak up. Maybe she was the more responsible one of the four, with her more official approach to taking charge of the conversation. Armen looked towards her impressed and grateful that she picked up some of his slack while he was gone for the month. It seems like she's still picking up his slack in some ways, but today he didn't want her to work, he wanted her to have some fun. 

The waitress would come back to take their orders. " Are you all ready to order?"  Armen looked around the table allowing them to order first. Enzo had already ordered so once Kris and September had ordered it'd be Armen's turn.  Armen could clear his throat and order the exact same thing as Enzo , item for item as if he came up with the order on his own. The only thing different was the glass of chocolate milk he'd order as a beverage. Once the waiter left with their orders, Armen would lean in to the table as if to get all their attention for them to come in for a secret. He'd then address Enzo's question about if the meeting was important or not. " Ya'll kno wat i wus doin da month i wus gone rit? Ya'll kno..." He'd lean in more to have them come closer into somewhat of a huddle. " Afta takin down da Fih Tails many rumas have been goin 'round here. Tis been unda r noses dis whole time. Tis been here all dis time n i hadnt even notice. From ASN and now here in r Bachiatari;  one thang dat connects erethang together is da one thang dat remains constant. .... I luv ta eat!" He'd then lean away from the huddle silently with a serious glare in his eyes. Giving them a moment to take it all in.

"Read up on my what now? I don't think I've been doing anything too exciting, but I'd like to think that I would have at least gotten stronger. " The praise was nice to hear, but Enzo as honest with himself. There was still a bit more that he wanted to reach with his Jutsu. For some reason, he didn't think he was there yet, or at least ready yet. In the future, Enzo would only hope that he would be the person they would call on when things got rough. However, what did catch his attention was the name of a new weapon, which made Enzo physically cringe. "What's a stone singer? Is it some kind of cursed weapon?" Imagine if it was a giant stone that could talk or something? That would be the day that pigs fly, and maybe some species of them can!

Laughing at the joke immediately as soon as he and Eno made eye contact, Enzo figured that it would be smart and respectful to keep the boss happy. In some way, he kept them together and gathered them like this. In addition to taking care of the bill, it would be smart to show some gratitude towards the man. "Did you used to be a singer before being a ninja? I read up on your file actually Armen, you have a brother on tour. Did you both used to be in the same band or was it his own thing?" Of course, Enzo mentioned Decimus (OOC: I recall some mention of the music thing, but just in case it wasn't a joke).

"Yeah it's funny though, I was born in June though. I don't know why," September was actually in fact born in the month that bore her name, but it was a joke she always made whenever she was asked that question. She always just loved the false innocence she gave when joking about the mere prospect of being named for the month that she was conceived in, not born in. She then slipped in to the seat by Enzo as Master Armen pointed for her. "But I mean I don't mind talking about work stuff. I'm still sort of new, Master Hope brought me in not too long as you left after all," She turned towards Armen to show that he was the one who 'left' that he spoke of. When the waitress came back she wasted so very little time, smirking again, "Well seeing as we're being treated, I want a steak and strawberry and vanilla mix milkshake," She could feel Hippolyta's non-existant eyes rolling, but she knew she needed some time to actually act her age once in a while.

"Any way, I'm with the Purgatory Division, working under Master Hope. I'm not however a fully pledged Medical Nin just yet though. So I have been focusing on being the better support. And as such, I'm currently more classified as a taijutsu combatant. Master Armen has even seen my physical capability. Hence I say that I'm the muscle."

Arlo's eyes opened very slowly. The noises around him were somewhat faded from the blur his mind was offering. Courtesy of the couple of drinks he had been having. It was something he had grown accustomed to; drinking. Killing. It was all the just a means to a complex end and something Arlo never cared to think about, he was more so the type to live in the moment.

Lifting his head form the fold of his arms which was his pillow for a moment would allow the smell of barbeque to assail Arlo's nostrils for a moment. If only a second he would attempt to wet his mouth only to find a stale dryness causing him to lift his hand to a waiter as she passed holding a hot choclate. She would pass by him and Arlo would turn in his seat at the sounds of the bell and someone being greeted not only by the store owners but the person being handed the hot choclate as well.

Arlo would fix his gaze on the individuals flocking to the table all while grabbing the waitress as she passed; "can I get some water and food any meat rare" he would let her go after a solid grip and she would groan obviously in slight pain.

Arlo would turn back around in his seat and grab a glass of water as it was placed in front of him and begin thinking for a moment. He had recently joined the earth division police force and he already was regretting the entire ordeal. He figured joining them would give him more free reign but he was at the lowest rank possible and had no say only fodder for the moment. He would finish his glass and place it back on the table before a woman would walk into the joint causing the bell to ring. Ozo would take a moment to look around in his human beast clone form. And for a moment he would be fixated on the large weapon on the womens back before moving toward Arlo and looking him over before throwing him a jacket and sitting next to him.

"You do know that those are some high ranking members of the group right and if they see you like this it won't be good. We were suppose to be at the Kuwaka's Grand Opening already."

Arlo would look at Ozo as he talked placing on his Earth division police force jacket and looking forward toward the kitchen for a moment before speaking.

"It can wait. I am not a lapdog and nor or you my alpha Ozo remeber your place."

The waitress would bring Arlo his meal and he would begin eating like a rabid animal.

Kris shuffled and lifted her long bladed weapon out to better show to the assembled gathering, particularly for Enzo as he was the one to ask. "This... is Stonesinger. It's a Living Weapon, I believe that's the correct terminology for it?" She looked then over to September, being the only one there that she knew for certain was knowledgable on Living Weapons as she was bound to one. She was just glad that Stonesinger was not permanently afixed to her. "Which speaking of, I would actually love to perhaps have a little sparring time with you at some time if you don't mind Enzo? As both apprentices to Armenezra, it might be nice, and I have never really trained with weapons before and you have some experience with this type by now?" She was trying to avoid the hard subject, but it was just as hard to avoid it with her request.
