| Well that Bishamon had been dealt with and the body put away, that was good. If she killed another in this area, she was certain that her bounty and infamy would rise and others would come after her, more powerful people, all lambs ripe for the slaughter. Mage grinned and laughed to herself for a moment before sitting down on the ground, watching around her for anyone that might come along that she could finally end. She had a doppelganger still active, sitting exactly like her except upside down and mirrored under the earth, invisible unless one possessed X-Ray capable chakra sight. That doppel was waiting for her command and also as a defensive measure, they were incredibly versatile after all. "I hope someone comes soon, all this waiting is killer for someone as amazing as me. Don't they know who I am? Tch... They will." She huffed softly and rotated her staff around a few times, her soul orbs floating around her, forming small patterns before splitting away and going back to orbiting her body, not that anyone would really be able to see them. - Spoiler:

Description: Soulless are capable of manifesting copies of themselves which have the same tiers as the original however each Doppelganger has part of the overall amount of chakra the Soulless possesses. As a result when destroyed if the chakra is not all used up a chunk of their chakra is lost in the process. Despite that Doppelganger's are quite useful due to being a key part of Advanced Soul Tech due to their unique relationship with Soul Orbs. Rank of Soulless - Number of Doppelganger's D - 1

Description: Prime are much more versed in chakra than their Soulless predecessors and such have forsaken their "physical" bodies losing the ability to be harmed by Taijutsu, as well as losing the ability to learn it, however they strangely retain the ability to use Taijutsu that they have already learned pre-awakening in order to affect things which are semi-intangible such as Entity, Cryptic, Dead-Mode using weapons and even other Prime. This technique is known to be superior to Ambient Soul: Chakra Assimilation despite sharing all of it's uses; this is due the effect a Prime gains when struck by a same elemental technique. The next chakra using technique of the same element that they were struck by gains an additional boost to damage gained from the Prime's own immunity. This allows Prime to further prey on those who have the same nature release transformation. Description: Prime since becoming intangible have transcended the need for physical bodies, however they realize that Life-force itself is something to be preserved. As a result Prime have infused their very life-force into the chakra comprising their body, this results in when they are injured they "bleed" chakra as that is all they are comprised of. Likewise depending on their blood reserves while they were alive a certain portion of their chakra reserves is the same color as their blood originally was and can be used for Kinjutsu techniques which would usually require a blood price. Due to the Prime's body composition being pure chakra they do not have vital organs other than their Soul Orb which is something that can be destroyed to temporarily cause them to lose access to their element but is regenerated in a new topic as long as Void Release is not utilized. If that is the case it requires a medical ninjutsu technique catering to repairing damage to one's chakra system from Void Release equal rank or higher than the Void Tech technique used. Description: All Prime have enhanced reactive capabilities which is linked with the ability to sense chakra, however those who once possessed the feared Soulless dojutsu prior to awakening will find that they are now able to learn a second path which was previously something they were incapable of utilizing. It is of course restricted to being a path available to the specific Dojutsu they do possess whether it is the Kurichagan or the Shizengan. All Prime who possess reaction tiers are capable of utilizing them in conjunction with their Dojutsu making them feared opponents.

Description: Soulless have an acute sensing nature and can immediately discern the chakra nature of others around them. The reason for this is due to their high sensitivity to chakra making them valued trackers as they can sense individual chakra signatures as all Soulless are natural sensor types. | A young boy floated along Mage's path, apparently intangible as well. Though he was an Entity, the more common group of intangibles. He seemed to be floating along aimlessly, but stopped a few feet away from Mage's position and looked directly at where she was sitting. He was capable of sensing her thoughts after all, so he moved over slowly "Um? Hewwo? Is someone thewe? I can sense youw thoughts..." He channeled a bit of Psionic energy to his fists and prepared to attack if he perceived a threat. - Spoiler:

Name: Psionic Release: Mind Dowser Classification: Energy Tech Rank: C-rank Class: Supplementary/Passive Range: AoE (Range)
Description: This is a simple Psionic Release technique that was created in order to pick up on the brain waves of anyone within a certain proximity of the user. It acts as a passive sensory, the price only needing to be paid once in a topic at the cost of being easily thwarted by concealment techniques. The user is capable of sensing the minds of those within a certain range of themselves unless they are cloaked by a D-Rank or above Brain Wave Concealment technique. The range of this sensory is based on the user's skill. Rank - Radius D - 40ft C - 80ft
Name: Sense Booster - Mental Classification: Nen Tech Rank: D-rank (Variable Nen Price) Class: Supplementary Range: Self
Description: Sylas is a Mind Branch Jiko, not only that but he is also an Esper. As both of those things, he is more intune with his mental abilities, including his sensory. He invested in boosting his own senses through his Esper Arts. By paying a constant Nen Price every two Turns, he is capable of boosting his Mental-based Sensory so that there are few things that are capable of concealing themselves from him. This technique requires a C-rank of Nen to boost the concealment requirements of his sensory by 1-Rank, or a B-Rank to boost it by 2-Ranks.
Name: Telekinetic Energy Classification: Energy Tech (Entity Only) Rank: D-rank Class: Passive Range: Self
Description: The Entity within the Mind Branch are a bit more in touch with their mind than others and this allows them to express their Psionic Release in ways unknown to others. In particular their Energy Tech is affected causing it's color to only be visible to those with mental based sensory equivalent to the technique being used, with the Entity being capable of learning or/& utilizing their Psionic Release techniques as Energy Tech. This empowers their Energy Tech into dealing elemental hybrid based damage, allowing for it to overpower standard Entities and be even more difficult to detect in combat.
Name: Enhanced Mind Classification: Genjutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Passive Range: Self
Description: Req. Psionic Release. Due to their acquisition of Psionic release the Jiko clan members skill with mental based techniques is enhanced allowing them to break free of Fabrication techniques similar to Genjutsu and gives them an immunity to the locking effects of Haki. In addition unlike normal Psionic release user's their Psionic release techniques are unable to be seen or detected by the naked eye, heat sensing techniques, space distortions as well as smell, sound or taste. It can however be detected by touch as well as chakra sensing techniques (if using Psionic Release with chakra) and mental based sensing techniques (regardless of the energy source being used with Psionic Release) equivalent to the rank of the technique used.
Name: Cursed Mark of the Esper Classification: Juinjutsu (Pandora Only) Rank: S-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Short/Self
Description: The user creates a marking the size of their outstretched palm, first making a Trapezoid before writing three kanji within it, in the order from top to bottom “System Destroy,” & “System Replace”, "Taint Nen." his cursed seal when applied will cause the host's chakra system to be completely destroyed, but then be replaced with a corrupted version of Nen Nodes known as PSI, where said PSI is capable of being regained the same as chakra. Due to the replacement of the chakra system, this is considered one of the most complex types of cursed marks.
Name: Esper Supplement – Psychometer Score Classification: Juinjutsu (Esper Only) Rank: D-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Short/Self
Description: The user creates a tiny seal that takes the appearance of a circle. Within the circle the kanji for “Psycho” will appear, completing the creation of the Cursed Mark of the Esper supplement. When applied to the host, this seal will make a roll to determine their Base Psychometer Score (Success Chance) which determines their level of power and whether or not they are a Peak Level Esper. An Esper's Psychometer Score is the total rating in terms of potential psychic power which ranges from 0 which indicates no psychic powers whatsoever to 13 which is the highest recorded psychic strength an Esper is capable of possessing. The first value represents the average (Initial Roll), while the other three values are representative of the three main branches of PSI if said Esper is capable of them (Thus can be different than the average as long as they all average out to said number). Depending on one's type specific Psychometer Score they are restricted from making techniques utilizing PSI past a certain rank (1 = D, 2 = C, 3 = Above C-rank Combination Techniques, 4 = B, 5 = Above B-rank Combination Techniques, 6 = A, 7 = Above A-rank Combination Techniques, 8 = S, 9 = Above S-rank Combination Techniques, 10 = SS, 11 = Above SS-rank Combination Techniques, 12 = SSS, 13 = Above SSS-rank Combination Techniques. All Ultima techniques must be Z-rank) Affinity for All Types = No Additional Modifier Affinity for 1 Type = 2 Additional Sub-Divisions within Type of Choice, instead of 1 (+3 to BPS for Peak Level Esper's only) Affinity for 2 Types = 1 Additional Sub-Divisions within both Types of Choice (+2 to BPS for Peak Level Esper's only) Affinity for 3 Types = No Additional Sub-Divisions within 3 Types (+1 to BPS for Peak Level Esper's only) Sylas' Score = 5 Sylas' Esp Types = Sense, ???, ??? Overall Psychometer Score - No of Esp Types Available 1 - 1 Minimum 5 - 2 Minimum 9 - 3 Minimum 13 - 4 Minimum Note: An Esper does have some control over what they are attuned to as in exchange for potential capability in an Esp type they can gain proficiency in 2 Esp Sub-Divisions in one of their other Esp Types. This exchange can be done in reverse thus allowing those who are not proficient in all 3 types to potentially gain such or allowing others to specialize in mastering a specific type. However regardless only Peak Espers are capable of utilizing Ultima though it is a choice as they can instead choose to disregard it to gain a better mastery of the Primary 3 Esp Types.
Name: Esp Classification: Nen Tech (Esper Only) Rank: B-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Self
Description: This type of jutsu was created only to be used by hosts of the Cursed Mark of the Esper. This Esp is what occurs when the physical body of a living being connects with Nen which as been corrupted due to being unnaturally triggered rather than manifesting by one who naturally possesses Psionic Release courtesy of the Cursed Mark of the Esper adorning their body. Esp is broken down into 3 Primary Types with a Hidden 4th Type which is only available to Peak Level Espers (If one gets a 10 in their BPS roll, they make a secondary roll, use day or night. If Male they need to roll a 1 to qualify as a Peak Level Esper, if Female they need to roll a 2 to qualify as a Peak Level Esper). The types are: Rise - In summation, Rise is the ability to utilize PSI in order to bolster ones physical form and abilities which sets it apart from the other two and rounds out an Esper's skill set. Rise is split into three sub-divisions each focusing on a part of it's specific abilities: *Sense = Allows for the increase of one of the five senses or all of the five senses of the user to higher levels, advanced users are able to utilize sense in order to bolster non-conventional senses making it a rather versatile type of Rise regardless of the user's combat style. When utilized in conjunction with Buff it can be used to heighten an individuals reflexes whereas when utilized alongside Healing it can be used to mitigate the damage sustained from sensory depriving techniques and lower how quickly one regains a lost sense.

| It wasn't exactly like Mage was trying to hide. She looked up at him for a moment, noting the way he walked and the fact his entire body shone with chakra. He was an entity it would seem. She gave a loud sigh and floated to her feet, charging her fire orb with a large amount of chakra and cracking her neck. If he could read her thoughts then she wasn't even going to say anything, her thoughts spoke enough about how she wanted him dead to complete her bounty quota for today. Her thoughts spoke simply of how much she was going to hurt him. Now as much as he could read thoughts, he wouldn't be able to know exactly what they meant or where precisely those thoughts originated. The Doppelganger floated within the ground directly under Sylas and she tapped the ground, whispering "Ars Imperium: Shackle." to herself, sure he'd hear the name but would he even know what the hell that meant? Either way, chains would immediately burst from the ground, made of chakra to wrap around him and try and hold him in place. At the same time, Mage swung her staff around. "Ars Ventio: Aerora." She growled, a burst of wind appearing directly behind Sylas, out of his line of sight, aiming to shred him with the gale. - Doppel:
Name: Ars Anima (Signature) Classification: Soul Tech Rank: D-Rank Class: Passive Range: Self
Description: Mage's unique belief in herself and the 'magic' that she wields causes some odd changes in how it is molded and focused. She believes that to truly utilise a spell she needs to shout the name of it to focus the power and launch it with maximum strength. Due to this when she does shout the name of her technique the effects are increased by a number of tier levels, other than damage, dependent on Mage's rank. However when she is unable to call the name of her technique they cost more chakra to use due to the failed focusing, the amount of additional chakra is dependent on her rank as well. This also has a unique cosmetic effect of causing her eyes to change colour depending on the element she is currently using.

Name: Ars Imperium: Shackle Classification: Soul Tech Rank: C-Rank Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Contact(Activation), AoE(5 foot radius, Triggered)
Description: Simply by touching the ground, the user invests a part of their ambient chakra within it as a trap. This trap can only be detected by C-Rank or higher chakra sensory, with X-Ray vision if somehow placed under ground. When an opponent steps over the trap or at the user's whim, it triggers, causing chains of chakra to leap up at C-Rank speeds to attempt to wrap around the targets that triggered it. Due to the sudden nature, if not detected, it requires C-Rank reaction tiers to effectively get out of the way. Once trapped, the chakra based nature of the chains means that normal strength cannot break the chains, it either requires a D-Rank chakra expulsion technique in addition to C-Rank strength, a C-Rank full body chakra flow technique with D-Rank strength or a C-Rank chakra expulsion technique to break the chains. In addition to this, if Shackle is imbued with an element, the chakra flow or expulsion techniques need to be strong against the element imbued or the tier requirements go up by one rank.

Name: Ars Ventio: Aerora Classification: Soul Tech Rank: B-Rank Class: Offensive Range: Mid
Description: Gathering chakra within their soul orb, the user infuses it with their wind nature and then expels it in a burst of wind that can be directed at max mid ranges away from them. This wind can be in any direction the user wishes, and moves at B-Rank speeds, and if an opponent is struck they will be knocked twenty feet in that direction unless they possess B-Rank strength to root themselves in place, if they do they take an additional B-Rank of internal damage. If they fail to resist they are moved at B-Rank speeds, if slammed into the ground from standing they take B-Rank physical damage and if launched upwards they take damage dependent on how far they fell before hitting the ground. Lastly this wind can be used to redirect projectiles moving with B-Rank speeds or slower and deals B-Rank crushing damage to projectiles thrown with strength. For an additional price of an A-Rank of chakra, this can also slow A-Rank speed based projectiles by one tier level and for an S-Rank of chakra it can slow A-Rank speed based projectiles by two tier levels or A-Rank strength based projectiles by one tier level.

| Sylas was perceptive, but he wasn't exactly fast. That was his entire reason for being perceptive, after all, so he wouldn't need to be fast. But, that seemed to be a big mistake on his part as he wasn't able to react to when the shackles came up to wrap around his body. He was therefore helpless against the wind blade that slammed into him, dealing damage to his "body" and killing him rather quickly. Entity weren't as sturdy as other races, after all. Their specialty was Genjutsu and mind games for Kami's sake. | |
