Description: Having required the services of two civilians, Cersei is now looking to make the first steps to complete Project Alpha. Cersei and her entourage now find themselves within the Land of Shadows, a land filled with rare species, hunting fauna.

“ Well we’re here.” Cersei said having arrived in the Land of Shadows. Instead of heading back to the village she decided that it would be better to strike while the iron was hot. She had acquired information that there were a few fauna causing a rukus within the lands so she had decided that it was time that her partners provided their worth and for her to prove hers as well. “ It’s best we stay hidden until we see something popup considering these beasts are pretty tough. ” She said as she hid behind a boulder while having the odd look every now and again. The two women with her seemed rather pumped up about their little mission together, which was probably due to the fact that they were now able to freely roam the lands and do what they do best. Now it was just a matter of time till something popped up and when it did they would be ready. | |

| As the group waited they would hear growling coming from behind them. The growls were intensifying as the medium sized creature approached. As it came closer it would crouch low and begin to bark at the group of humans that he was about to make into lunch. Its tactic was basic, scare off his targets so they can scatter, and he would pick them off one by one with his speed and might. It would begin to step forward towards them, growling and barking until it gets the reaction he's looking for. | |

| Well they were off to a great start. Cersei thought to herself sarcastically before turning around to greet their guest. It was rather amazing that she had gone through all that sensory training with Baek, yet something still managed to catch her off guard. Anyways, now wasn’t the time to dwell on that, it was time to get the ball rolling. The young woman who was with her would step forward and prepared herself in an attempt to try and tame the beast. Seeing that she was novice the failure rate would be extremely high due to the type of monster they were facing but hopefully her probability techniques would change all that. If not, then she would have to divert the attention from the obviously weaker two to herself and she was hoping that this wouldn’t be the case since she wasn’t much of a fighter to begin with. “ There is no need to be upset little guy, we’re allies we aren’t looking to hurt you!” Cera said in a rather soothing voice, hoping to calm the beast down and bring them to their side. Cersei had positioned herself a bit in front of Cera in case the monster decided to attack and Tami was the furthest from the three, however, she ensured that she was in Cersei’s line of sight. - Spoiler:

| The Midagoran begins to move forward as the first lady attempts and fails. Its first mind was to simply strike the lady down but after hearing the soothing voice of another, its attention was diverted. It would seemingly calm down right before pouncing to the side of Cersei at A rank speed. It would growl at her, and after a few moments it would throw its paw towards Cersei attempting to claw right through her at B rank speed. | |

| “ Tsk, of course.” Cersei spat angrily after witnessing their failure. This was obviously going to be a lot harder than she had initially thought, and with her lack of combat skills it probably would be best to leave and actually come up with some sort of plan back at the village. Then again if she had somehow managed to even capture one animal she could count this mission as a success, sort of anyways. Snapping back to reality, Cersei would notice that the animal was making its way towards her, which was good and bad. Good because that means that the others were safe, bad because well, she hated fighting but she did say she would offer protection as such this was her duty. Bracing herself, Cersei would raise her right hand to block the attack of the beast and since it lacked anything behind it, it was like a pebble hitting her iron skin. With her left hand, she would deliver an upward punch with at A rank speeds backed with A rank strength, aiming not only to break the paw the beast attacked with, but to also knock him back a few feet away. “ Cera, let’s go again!” Cersei commanded as she released her transformation technique and dawned her succubus form. “We’re not trying to hurt you big guy, just calm down.” Cera pleaded with the animal. - Cersei:

| The Midagoran never really saw them as a threat but it was hungry and rather loves to chase for its food. This way it was more challenging, but when he swiped his paw, the woman exhibit such durability by not even flinching at the paw as it connected. The lady would counter with a punch towards the paw, which would be a mistake. Being that its paw was soo close to its mouth, the Midagoran simply reacted off of killer intent and instinct. Using its A rank reaction tier's and A rank speed the creature was easily able to slightly dodge the fist and use its sharp teeth to clamp down on her arm. The creature was unable to pierce through the hard skin of this lady but the its teeth would illuminate an orange glow. He would use his B rank strength to hold on, but scortch release to attempt to melt through her skin. While he uses his strength to yank her around. - Spoiler:

Description: Midagoran is a mighty creature, not to be underestimated but at times it does encounter more than it can chew. Midagoran can use his scorch release nature to super head the external bones on his body, such as fangs and claws to melt through defenses A rank and below. Those who make contact with bones utilizing this technique take A-rank scorch release damage.

| Well this was rather unfortunate. Not only did her initial punch missed her target, the beast managed to bite down on her hand in the process, well attempted to anyways. Thanks to Carmen’s blessing, such a thing could never catch her off guard as the moment her attack had missed she had entered her ethereal state so beast’s attempt would simply go through her as if she wasn’t there. Growing tired and annoyed of all of this, Cersei would turn on her heels the moment the beast had slipped through her and aimed to cripple the animal by stepping into the hound's hind legs at S rank speeds with SS rank strength looking to cripple it so she could just take it back by force. Cera had tried to tame the animal once more but it was obvious that this wasn’t going to happen any time soon. - Cersei:
Demonic Path – Demon of Lust boosts strength by one rank
Ethereal state boosts her tiers by one rank

Description: The Demons of Lust, a new species of demon created to fill a void in this world, that void being one of love. People for some reason, now make war not love, it was heart breaking, and so in an effort to bring love back into this world, from the deepest levels of Hell they were released and set upon this world. This specific demonic path, targets the “Alter Appearance” and “Increase Physical” aspects of the Cursed Mark of the Demon, specifying exactly what the host turns into. When the CM of the Demon is placed onto the host, their change in appearance is quite noticeable as they gain a pair of horns on their head, whether pointing back or front is based on the host, their finger nails become pointed like claws, they grow a pointed tail, and wings, now allowing them to fly. In terms of actual physical strength, for these demons, their endurance and strength are increased by 1-rank. The remaining aspects of the CM of the Demon remain the same. When the transformation process is completed the new demon is given one of two names, based on their gender, Incubus, for male, and Succubus, for female, in which case when applying this seal to the CM of Demon, the kanji for either Incubus or Succubus will appear over the CM before it is placed on the host. Those who chose to take this demonic route have a holy mission given to them by Pandora and as such are only able to learn Curses not Magic.

| Midagoran's A-rank speed and A rank reaction tiers was barely enough, but sufficient for him creature to notice the feet coming up after its bite had failed. Growing tired with this opponent, it would rush over towards another prey hoping this one would be much easier following through again with scorching grip hoping to rip the novice's head off. | |

| Cersei couldn’t help but feel annoyed at this entire situation. While the beast managed to dodge her kick, she was in no way allowing it to get away from her and attack Cera. Cersei would spread her wings and flapped them with SS rank strength to propel herself forward at SS rank speeds to intercept the mutt, tackle it to the ground and pin it down with her superior strength. “You’re going to stay still you filthy piece of fur either you come with us willing, or Imma snap your damn neck and have them carve you up into little pieces.” She snarled as gripped the beast by its mouth and squeezed down on it as lightly as possible. - Spoiler:

| The beast thought he had it, the other girl was soo close to death. But once again the woman from before would find a way to pin him down. He understood the aggression but the words were hard for him to comprehend. Midagoran struggled to leave the woman's grip but then burst into scorching heat as it thrashed around trying to escape. The creature would also attempt to use its hind legs to claw out of the small womans grip - Spoiler:

| Thanks to her ethereal states only nega and natural based techniques could harm her as such the Midagoran’s attempt to burn her was unsuccessful and also a waste of chakra. “Looks like you chose death, a pity.” Cersei muttered under her breathe before raising her fist to smash the beast’s face in. Before she did however, she would look up to Cera and decided to give her one more chance of taming the animal before turning his face into mush. “ We’re not trying to hurt you, believe me if we had any intention of that we would’ve already done that. Just come along with us, you’ll be safe we promise.” Cera said giving it one last ditched attempt. - Cersei:

This edition allows her to add or subtract five counts on/off the initial number rolled. For this effect to come into play, a chance of success roll must be done.

| Either facing death, or the hesitation in their attacks. Whatever it was, the Midagoran began to calm down. Eventually it would stop thrashing around and and begin to listen to the people around it. Midagoran no longer wishes to fight. | |

| “Finally….” Cersei muttered before releasing the beast from her grip. With the beast finally calm, they could move on. But should they move on? After all that hassle was it really worth it to continue this nonsense? It might be a tad bit easier now they had a Midogaron so maybe it wouldn’t hurt if they at least tried to tame one more beast, maybe it’ll go better this time. Hopefully anyways. “Let’s head back for now.” Cersei decided as they weren’t fully prepared for this. Maybe they would attempt this once more in the near future. But for now they were going to fall back.
