| Concealment Level 1 - Time taken to conceal yourself is dependent on speed tiers (10 PT at D-Rank, 2 PT at S-Rank), double that for the enhanced hiding, this will go down with higher ranks of Concealment.
Painful Burst Step - Pain is not as powerful as damage for Kinjutsu effects. So it'd be a 2 tier level increase in speed when utilised as well as 2 fatigue, so it'd bump say D-Rank speed to D-Rank++

Ghost Bump Level 2: Drop the speed down to Tier++
Concealment Level 2: Remove Chakra and Infrared Sensory concealment, as there is absolutely nothing supporting why one would be concealed from them.
No Friction Level 2: There is no such thing as C-Rank++ Wind Displacement Sensory. Have it be B-Rank Wind Sensory when remaining absolutely still, with any movement whatsoever dropping the concealment down to C-Rank.
