He loves drinking, cursing, dangerous games that often involve blades or losing fingers and more importantly, sailing across the open sea. This describes him in a nutshell, but there are a couple of things lurking under the surface of his swashbuckling exterior. The Perfectionist - He is a bit of a perfectionist, and by bit one would mean extremely obsessive. He rarely shows this side of himself overtly unless he is under an immense amount of stress. The Chef - He holds an ineffable love for cooking and all things related to it. It has molded his profession and even a bit of his fighting style, inspiring his swordmanship skills to a sizeable degree. The Alcoholic - Blaise, in his short years upon the planet, has developed just a bit of an alcohol problem. When he gets drunk, he becomes very flirtatious and adventurous, pushing all of the boundaries he and others have set for him to new heights. There was even one time where he....We'll leave that story for another time, yes? The Worst Enemy - Blaise would have to say that his own worst enemy is truly himself. He tends to blow things out of proportion in his head and think a situation worse than it actually is. To put it simply: he over thinks things. A lot. The Kitten - Blaise's Uzugan has granted him with a second personality, this personality choosing to be called Kandi. Blaise dislikes Kandi immensely, even though she is just a facet of his personality. Kandi's personality is much akin to a kitten's. She is playful and energetic, willing to run around and simply enjoy herself at any time whether it is appropriate or not. She is also highly flirtatious with no sense of boundaries, making for an awful combination. The Rose - Due to his fragile mental state and the pressure the Uzugan places on his mind, Blaise gained a third personality named Rosa. Rosa is one that Blaise doesn't mind. He is quiet and shy, preferring to stay quite rather than speak his opinions. Rosa loves "girlie" things and anything pink or frilly. History: Blaise's past is something that he isn't very fond of talking about. He was born a descendant of Devin U. Arashi, and as such he was a member of the Taifuu Branch of the clan. He was groomed from birth for "Royalty". He needed to be perfect, he needed to be a prime example of the clan's strength and power. But when it came time for him to train the ultimate power of his clan, Storm Release, he found that he couldn't properly harness his chakra. While this was fine with those who were teaching him as well as most of the rest of his clan-mates, Blaise began thinking that he was a disgrace to his clan. All this power placed at his fingertips and he couldn't even harness it properly. He spiraled into a depression and turned to some...rather questionable coping habits for his age. Mostly alcohol, which was too easy to come buy around a bunch of drunken pirates. He soon found that it wasn't an extremely good coping mechanism, but it got the job done. When his parent found out they were...less than happy. They talked it over (well he cried and they half screamed), and once they had all calmed down a bit they came to an agreement. Blaise would be able to go out into the world as a Pirate, though he would be expected to return home and visit from time to time. He snatched up the opportunity to be free from the crippling feeling that he was disappointing everyone who looked at him and decided to set off for the high sea. Description: To be a Pirate, well one has to know how to hold their breath, it's one of the most important skills to have other than being able to swim. Actually it's more important after all if one doesn't know how to swim then if they can't hold their breath then they'd assuredly drown. However unlike those dastardly Shinobi Pirates rarely if ever possess Endurance Tiers, which sucks because it would be so much easier to do so if one did. Instead however Pirates have learned to spent a stamina price to allow them to hold their breath for a certain amount of time dependent on their rank and the sea at which they are currently underwater in. This works in tandem however if any of the Pirates do manage to have Endurance Tiers, as unlikely as that is to happen it does occasionally...happen sometimes. Description: Pirates are practically born to be at sea, it's evident in everything they do a Pirate doesn't get seasick at least skilled Pirates don't, thus they have an innate immunity to sea sickness based equivalent to their skill level. But more importantly Pirates have a unique relationship with Land, you see at Sea Pirates are notorious for possessing Tier's exceeding most Shinobi (+1 Tier Level) while on Islands they possess Tiers on par with Shinobi (Base Tier Level), however on Continents they aren't as skilled kind of awkward actually possessing Tiers that just below normal (-1 Tier Level). Description: Alcohol and Pirates go back, way back... It is for this reason that their Drunk Limit doesn't affect a Pirate like it would anyone else as while they are clearly able to succumb to the effects of Alcoholic Substances like anyone else, depending on how inebriated they are they are capable of suddenly becoming sober at the cost of stamina. This is a universal skill among pirates as while they enjoy getting drunk, they also know how to hold their liquor and if need be snap right out of the merry times to be ready for a fight. How efficiently a Pirate can purge their system of Alcohol depends on their skill, with the most skilled pirates capable of being Shitfaced one moment and 100% sober the next. Some even like to take advantage of this and end up being drunk all of the time so much that even their crew members don't recall a time that they are ever sober. Description: The Arashi clan shares genetic material with the same beings which Nova were created from the Chakra Beasts. Due to this and constant intermingling with their Nova "cousins" an Arashi typically has large chakra reserves equating that of Soulless however depending on how far back the last Nova relative was this can drop to Inkan levels (5+ generations of non-nova ancestry). Along with this the Arashi Clan has a unique trait, a partial genjutsu immunity which is known to fluctuate as the Arashi grows in skill level (rank). Those of the "Royal" Taifū, "Elite" Tatsumaki branches as well as those clan members at the pinacle of their growth (Elite ranks & S-rank) are able to control the fluctuations more easily. Upon entering a topic the Arashi Clan member places in spoiler tags which rank the genjutsu immunity is active for and it lasts for the end of the topic. Description: The Arashi have a close relation with weather, this is mainly due to their Kekkei Genkai revolving around storms. As a result an Arashi is able to read the subtle changes in the environment and use that to make educated guesses, on the weather. This is not true prediction as the Arashi Clan member may be wrong and upon making their last post in a topic they have the option of making a Weather Roll to "predict" the weather of the next topic upon travelling through Areas or Lands. Due to occasionally being wrong in the Arashi Clan members post in the new topic assuming they are the first to post they can do an optional dice roll to see the weather for the topic or they can choose to stick with their "prediction" which results in the weather for that topic being what they guessed it would be. If they reroll and it is something different then their guess was wrong, if they reroll and it was the same then their guess was still correct and they worried for nothing. Kinjutsu- Spoiler:
Name: Nimbus: Cloud Generation Classification: Kinjutsu Rank: D Class: Passive Range: Self, Varies
Description: The Arashi are capable of producing pearly white Materia known as Nimbus which resemble clouds which manifest when the user is focused or emotional. Often called Nimbus clouds, they are integral to the use of Storm Release as an Arashi Clan member will shape Nimbus and may or may not saturate them with chakra to give rise to Storm Release techniques. Nimbus clouds are controlled telekinetically having a deep connection with an Arashi's mental state and each Arashi is able to produce and control more Nimbus clouds as they grow more skilled (rank). Similarily they all have a max threshold of Nimbus that they can control on the field at once without strain, under normal circumstances without resulting in self harm this can not be exceeded. When Nimbus are used up in Storm Release techniques however it eases the mind allowing more Nimbus to be produced when "space" is made available. Description: A Nimbus is Storm Release in physical form, however it is capable of having it's density shifted at the user's will. When increasing a Nimbus's density it becomes thicker and solid not allowing things to pass through it and being more difficult to see through, when decreasing a Nimbus's density it becomes very faint almost completely transparent while allowing things to pass through it with ease. The Nimbus itself ties into an Arashi clan members stamina as all Nimbus can sustain damage from a D-rank technique before dispersing however by expending stamina while they are produced they can be saturated improving their durability at the cost of rapidly tiring out the user. This price affects all of the Nimbus produced at the specific time it is used, and can be used without limit and can be stacked in the same post though overuse often leads to users being fatigued very quickly. The most skilled Arashi are capable of producing Nimbus clouds which are S-rank in durability through this method making it a versatile skill for any Arashi to possess. Despite this, all Nimbus are worth the same amount when being used in Storm Release techniques this passive typically finds more use for those Arashi who lack the ability to use the advanced variants and are stuck with the basic variant. Name: Pride of the Arashi: Infernal Conversion Classification: Kinjutsu Rank: C-Rank Class: Passive Range: Self
Description: The point of his clan's abilities are Blaise's pride and joy. The fact that he can't use a good portion of them hurts him deeply. He is a pirate and therefore he cannot utilize chakra, this makes it so that some of his clan's techniques are locked for him. He has found a way to rectify that. For his clan's techniques that require chakra, he is able to pay with his own life's blood at double the cost. This technique can only work with techniques requiring ambient chakra, as he is still unable to simulate nature transformations. This can only be used on Arashi based jutsu that requires chakra, any other techniques are not viable for use with this jutsu. This also turns the Ninjutsu into Kinjutsu, as well as turning it's damage into Spiritual rather than Chakra.
Name: Uzugan's Gift: Price Transferal Classification: Kinjutsu Rank: A-Rank Class: Passive Range: Self
Description: Not being able to access even the smallest bit of chakra can be a challenge, especially when you have a dojutsu like the Uzugan. Fortunately, the price to turn on the Uzugan and keep it active draws from his physical energy rather than his nonexistent chakra. The downside however, exists in the Uzugan's ability to assimilate other dojutsu. While it is able to seamlessly harness the powers of other dojutsu, it retains their price, this can be very troublesome especially when the price is one's chakra. With this technique, he is able to convert the chakra cost of any dojutsu he may acquire into Stamina, at four times the base price, or Blood, at two times the base price. Dojutsu- Spoiler:

Description: The Uzugan (Maelstrom Eye) was originally created through a mutation due to it's originator Devin U. Arashi's mixed heritage, her child would inherit the powerful dojutsu with it having mutated yet again stabilizing into it's true form rather than it's original mutated one. The Uzugan stems from four composite Dojutsu, and in it's initial form contained certain abilities from all of them, now however some of it's original abilities have been lost and others remolded to be unique to the Uzugan in question. This dojutsu has four abilities all of which are available upon manifesting and it has no evolved forms, instead upon becoming active it causes the user's eyes pupils to turn a shade of purple with numerous patterns within them centering around a sun-like pattern in the center which serves as the focus of the user's vision. The Uzugan's abilities each revolve around a specific band on the active dojutsu each work together to provide the user with amplified perception and vision however the user of the dojutsu is capable of reducing the power to their dojutsu in order to lower the drain it has on them. In order to activate it requires -5 Fatigue and each post (total) the user has it active it drains a varying amount of fatigue from their fatigue limit depending on the Power Ratio (Caps at -4 each post (total) at 100%). *Outer Rim - The outer rim is capable of detecting flow or more specifically the displaced substances caused by a targets moment through a set fluid. This grants the user Displacement Sensory which dependent on the fluid can either give rise to Wind Displacement Sensory or Water Displacement Sensory whether the target is in air or underwater. The power of this vision depends on the user's age as it becomes more powerful the older the user is starting at being able to track D-rank speeds through displacement when the user is born. Every 5 years after that it increases it's power by 1-rank capping out at the age of 30 by being able to detect displaced speeds of Echoing Flash. Dojutsu Power Ratio = 25% Cost = -1 Additional Fatigue *Middle Rim - The middle rim is capable of analyzing techniques which utilize chakra that the user is able to see used in battle allowing them to accurately detect the elemental affinity(s) if any, rank and cost required to use it, it does not however analyze the effects of the technique nor allow the user to replicate it. It simply acts to determine the strength of techniques used in battle in order to assist the user with determining the threat of an attack. Dojutsu Power Ratio = 25% = -1 Additional Fatigue *Inner Rim - The Uzugan grants the user Storm Release, in particular Heat Clouds however it's user's are unable to learn the original Cloud Types available to the Arashi Clan namely Blaze, Thunder, Ice & Dust. When the Uzugan is active Heat Nimbus are constantly produced by the user depending on their skill level and can be manipulated at will to utilize Storm Release techniques involving Heat Nimbus without the use of hand seals. The number of Heat Nimbus produced is 1 each post (total) with each rank up increasing it's total by 1 (cap of 5). The maximum amount of Heat Nimbus that can be on the field at one time also caps out at various levels depending on the users skill level starting at 10 at D-rank capping at 50 at S-rank, similar to the Nimbus produced by the Arashi Clan these clouds serve as Materia for the use of Storm Release techniques. Dojutsu Power Ratio = 25% = -1 Additional Fatigue *Sun Pupil - The sun Pupil causes the user to develop a secondary conciousness known as The Personality who is capable of maintaining the functions of the Uzugan and their Storm Release techniques. This conciousness serves as a secondary mental defense as when active this dojutsu now becomes capable of breaking out of genjutsu equal to their skill level, the personality becomes more powerful the higher the overall power ratio to the dojutsu is as it manages each one independently of the user. Dojutsu Power Ratio = 25% = -1 Additional Fatigue Dojutsu Power Ratio - Personality Effect25% - None (Activation) 50% - Chakra Flow is able to be detected when displaced outside of a target's body (Aka chakra used externally not internally). 75% - The Speed of Heat Cloud manipulation is equal to the displacement tracking speed of the user. 100% - Analyzing extends to cover not only just chakra using techniques but techniques which use chakra in addition to other prices. Name: Fractured Persona (Exclusive) Classification: Taijutsu Rank: D-Rank Class: Passive Range: Self Description: The Sun Pupil of the Uzugan creates a second personality within the Arashi's mind as a defense against Genjutsu and mind tricks. However, due to Blaise's mind already being rather fragile, the creation of a second personality has lead to the fracturing of his own. Due to this, his mind has created several other personas. These act as extra defense mechanisms against genjutsu, but not as the Uzugan does. When one personality is caught within a genjutsu, another is able to take over in order to fight as if nothing has gone awry. The number of personalities that Blaise is based upon his skill level. The downside to possessing multiple personalities is that his mind becomes much more susceptible to mental damage. As such, the more personalities besides his own and the one that is granted by the Uzugan, the more damage he receives from mental based techniques. Every once in a while the strain of said battle takes it's toll upon Blaise, requiring him to do a roll (Day/Stays in Control or Night/Loses control) to decide whether he retains control as the dominant personality. If he fails to retain control, another roll must be done to decide which personality gains control (Success Chance w/ any number not occupied by a personality allowing Blaise to reroll to regain control). The duration in between Blaise's weakening as well as the duration the personality that gains the upper hand is in control is dependent upon Blaise's rank. Blaise is also able to forcefully switch in between his personalities, though at the cost of receiving mental damage equal one rank below his own. There is also a cool down after forcefully switching, dependent on his skill level. A forced switch also doubles the length of time the personality that was switched in is in control. Description: This is a special fighting style that was developed to allow an Pseudo or True all taijutsu user to have an edge against the competition, however upon the death of the originator the individual he left it eventually was killed by an individual who ended up founding the Privateers. This is done by intense training and mastery of the users body in order to preform athletic feats which are seemingly impossible to preform. Rokushiki is heavily invested in the users tiers similar to most Taijutsu techniques with higher tiers in strength, speed, endurance, reaction, defense and barrier resulting in stronger Rokushiki techniques. There are 6 gateway techniques within Rokushiki however depending on the skill level of the user (or retraining in the case of T. A. T.) the user is only able to learn additional techniques in some of them past the initial one. *Gateway Techniques = Rankyaku, Soru, Geppo Rank - Gateway Technique - Max Rank of Technique Trainable Officer - 1st - Any Warrant Officer - 2nd - SSS Ensign - 3rd - SS Sub-Lieutenant - 4th - S Lieutenant- 5th - A Commander - 6th (Always gives 1 Extra) - B Captain - Unlocked Rokuogan - Each other than 1st & 2nd are now trainable up to 1-rank Higher Division Admiral & Above - Unlocks San Dai Rin - Each other than 1st, 2nd or 3rd are now trainable up to 2-ranks Higher while 3rd is still trainable up to 1-rank higher. *Note: The ranks listed means the minimum rank that things can be obtained, just because one isn't an Elite doesn't mean they won't gain access to all of their Rokushiki Gateways however.

Name: Rankyaku Classification: Taijutsu Rank: C-rank Class: Offensive Range: Short-Mid
Description: One of the Six gateway techniques of the Rokushiki fighting style. The Rankyaku is a powerful projectile technique, in which the users start by kicking at very high speeds and strength, sending out a sharp compressed air blade that can slice objects and greatly damage a human body. However, it has been shown that almost any length of appendage (such as a tail or neck) at high velocities are also capable of this move. This technique utilizes the user's speed tier to calculate the acceleration of the wind blade while using the user's strength tier to determine how many can be released at once. Each wind blade deals C-rank physical slicing damage, however depending on the user's strength they can release instead of just one, multiple. Upon being released they always fly in a curve typically hitting the opponent on the sides rather than the front even if aimed straight if kicking out horizontally while at the top of the head or the bottom of the feet if kicking out vertically travelling to the target similar to a boomerang. The air blades can travel up to 30ft before dissipating each being equivalent to the length of the user's legs (1/2 Height if Male, 2/3rd Height if Female). All Rankyaku have a fixed stamina price regardless of the rank of technique they are used with, the more skilled the user is the more proficient they are in regards to mitigating the stamina price. Name: Rankyaku: Skip Classification: Taijutsu Rank: D-rank Class: Offensive Range: Short (Each Skip)
Description: Req. Rankyaku to be 1st Gateway Chosen. An alternate method of preforming Rankyaku which involves moving the foot up and down while throwing out a kick instead of simply keeping it straight. The resulting Rankyaku is weaker only dealing D-rank physical slicing damage but skips along a surface on route to an opponent allowing it to actually ricochet off of solid objects in the vicinity the amount of times it can skip is dependent on the user's skill level however it can travel 5ft with each skip. This technique is capable of being used in place of the conventional Rankyaku use dealing 1-rank lower damage but granting the air blades released the able to ricochet off of solid objects over a distance also dependent on the user's skill level. Description: A technique which involves the user kicking out while twisting their leg the result being a launching of Rankyaku which is shaped similar to shuriken being disc like instead of a crescent and thus travelling farther than before moving up to 60ft before losing it's velocity and dissipating. The drawback being that it is not only smaller (Half the size of a normal Rankyaku) but also requires more leg strength to use thus less can be thrown out at once compared to the conventional use of Rankyaku. However due to the increase in distance it offsets that disadvantage while in combat to give the Rankyaku user a solid ranged option. Just like before this technique deals C-rank physical slicing damage upon impacting a target. Strength Tier - No. of Rankyaku D & Below = 1 C - 2 B - 3 A - 4 S - 5
Name: Rankyaku: Sen Classification: Taijutsu Rank: B-rank Class: Offensive Range: Short-Mid
Description: This technique involves using Rankyaku in a stomping motion the result being the air being blasted towards the target in a straight line rather than in a curve which is typical to the normal version. This allows it to hit more accurately without deviations in comparison to other variants of Rankyaku It is stronger than the original version dealing B-rank physical slicing damage while travelling up to 45 ft before dissipating and like more variants requires more strength in order to use it effectively. In order to preform it the user must flip either preforming a falling axe-kick after a front flip with both legs or a back flip while kicking out with both legs spinning resulting in the release of the air blade which is capable of dealing A-rank slicing damage. It travels up to 30ft before dissipating and is 3x the size of a normal Rankyaku. Because it utilizes two legs it is unable to benefit from being able to double the amount of projectiles launched out if using Rankyaku when dropping down from above. Description: Req. Rankyaku to be 1st Gateway Chosen. An alternate method of preforming Rankyaku in it's two leg form in which the user preforms a scissor kick relasing two air blades which can cover up to 20ft before dissipating. Upon impact they detonate, causing multiple cuts on either side of the opponent to increase bleed damage. The cuts at first appear small and then "blossom" into larger ones, perhaps explaining the name, however deal A-rank physical damage while victim sustain bleed damage depending on the strength utilized to launch them which causes them to lose that amount of blood each post (total). Description: This technique involves the user launching themselves towards the opponent while placing their legs together in a spinning motion resulting in a unique Rankyaku which is the same size as the user's body being launched at a target. The drill like Rankyaku does S-rank piercing physical damage and can travel up to 15ft before dispersing but is iconic due to being able to drill through incoming S-rank & below chakra based offensive techniques. It is very stressful to preform however and requires a lot of strength to use effectively, and when multiple are utilized they are released one after another instead of simultaneously. Description: A highly advanced version of Rankyaku which entails the user flipping onto their hands while spreading their legs in a split. The user gathers speed by using their hand to rapidly shift their position to rotate while using one's legs to gain extra momentum and spin faster, and then performs Rankyaku with both legs to create a circle shaped Rankyaku which radiates outward expanding up to 120ft circular radius around them (240ft diamter). Anything touched by the expanding ring is dealt SS-rank physical slicing damage and it is powerful enough to devastate buildings or other structures. While this technique is stressful to preform it only becomes more dangerous when used by truly strong users resulting in additional rings being released whether for more coverage or repeated damage. Description: One of the Six gateway techniques of the Rokushiki fighting style. The Soru allows the users to move at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds and with greater power. It was revealed that the principle of this move was to kick off the ground at least ten times in the blink of an eye. This technique allows the user to move un-tracked by others unless they possess reaction tiers equal to this technique however when used in conjunction with natural speed they can potentially be tracked but the victim might not be fast enough to react to what they see.

Description: One of the Six gateway techniques of the Rokushiki fighting style. The Shigan is a close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at a very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound. In which it pierces through defenses equal to the user's strength leaving a small entry wound the size of the finger while the exit wound is twice as large as the entry one. It is a very useful technique that can connect rapidly and accurately, which works well with the Rokushiki users' impressive speed and agile techniques. However it's never been used to counter or deflect another powerful attack in any fights, which is probably because the user could easily break his finger instead of just blocking it with Tekkai. The Shigan's shape is derived from the shape of the finger, hence the hit of Shigan will have more of an impact on physical defenses if it is sharper than the round bullet and resembles more modern bullets which is usually gained by using it in conjunction with nails or gauntlets. Description: The most basic application of Shigan which entails the use of the finger to poke a target, this can be done with just pure speed or backed by strength. Depending on the speed utilized the exit wound will bleed a set amount, however when done with strength this technique gains defense piercing dependent on the strength used. Regardless this technique will pierce an opponents body but how effectively it does that is what separates the uses. Because of how Shigan is preformed the victim will bleed from the exit wound more so than the entry wound, however the blood will still flow out from both sides it is just more obvious from the exit wound due to it being larger. Description: Req. Initiation into "The Brotherhood" or Arashi (Must choose Spy Spec as 1st) have a 1/10 chance of being able to start with this style (Dice Roll 10). "Nothing is Free, Everything is permitted", this is the maxim of the 1st out of the two types of Spy's. It only has 2 restrictions, both of which cause recoil when this fighting styles techniques are used on said restrictions; Spiritual Recoil if killing Innocents & Hybrid Recoil if killing members of "The Brotherhood". However the true purpose of this fighting style is to allow for bypassing damage when dealing with targets for assassination, this can come in two forms. When dealing with those with specific contracts handed out by "The Brotherhood" the Spy is capable of dealing bypassing damage on par with Phase Release to those who haven't reinforced their body through means other than defense tiers (If reinforced through Tantra, if the user possesses either Conqueror's Tantra or a stronger Tantra: Hardening it will still bypass), when dealing with enemies in the field the Spy is capable of dealing normal bypassing damage to target internal organs and other vital points which when utilized with strength (doubled stamina price) can deal reduced damage to even the hardiest of Pirates who haven't reinforced their body through other means. Techniques in this fighting style are unable to be trained normally however those who complete the contracts handed out by "The Brotherhood" will be rewarded with additional techniques.
Name: Relative Sensory Classification: Kinjutsu (Spy Only) Rank: D-rank Class: Passive Range: Self
Description: Pirates can be Assassin's too you know some of them even have a Creed, just they don't have to use chakra to cheat to do it. No Spy's are blessed with a dormant sensory which had been brought to the surface after they lost their ability to utilize chakra. This is known as Relative Sensory though among Spy's it is also known as "The Gift". Those who possess the gift are able to instinctively sense how people and objects relate to them, which manifests as a colored glow, much like an "aura" that they are able to detect even without visually confirming it as the color is merely an indicator which registers within their brain. Red indicates enemies or spilled blood, blue indicates allies, grey indicates neutral individuals, white indicates sources of information or hiding spots, black indicates corpses and harmful locations typically indicating traps, and gold indicates targets or objects of interest. The techniques revolving around Relative Sensory all involve Life-Force (Blood Prices) in order to expand upon the ability however the most skilled spies have been known to greatly expand upon this type of sensory to great extremes capable of rivaling even those known as skilled sensory Shinobi.

Description: Whilst Relative Sensory can be a rather useful gift, though it is limited to one's sight. Thus this technique was made in order to expand the user's Relative Sensory beyond their sight by focusing it. This projects it into a 40ft (20ft radius) field around the user, enabling their Sensory to imprint an image of everything around them in their mind. Along with reaching farther, this technique is also able to transmit a moving image of the user's surroundings into their mind. As such, the image comes into their mind instantly and allows them to view things in real time. The price of this technique is a C-Rank of blood, and it also possesses a reactivation price in order to keep it active. The number of posts the user is able to hold this technique for before having to pay the reactivation price is dependent upon their rank. From weapons to outfits, even their hair color, the user can make the perfect disguise in a nick of time. When not obscured from sight, the user is able to change at rather high speeds in order to make it seem as if they simply vanished. Description: This is the Basic fighting style for creating alternate Zoan forms for the Cat Cat Fruit: Model – Cheetah. Each form focuses on two things, the first which entails shifting around the Tier Caps of the individual who has eaten this Devil Fruit, and the second being the special abilities of each of these new forms granted by this fighting style. These forms are known as “African”, and as Blaise gets more skilled he will be able to improve on each of the forms both in regards to his Tiers and their various form differences which are expansions on the body types of a cheetah. In order to unlock each form he requires either a 500 Word Count to unlock it permanently or the use of 1 R-Candy in order to activate it, however regardless of how it is used any of the forms of this fighting style result in a 2x loss of stamina as a result of tier use while transformed. Exceeding that radius results in the clouds dispersing as the Arashi Clan member is unable to exert the control necessary to keep it in being. As the Arashi Clan member becomes more skilled however the radius that they can control Nimbus clouds expands. Description: Perhaps the reason the Maelstrite Alloy was created in the first place by Kaine Arashi after a combat accident made him forcibly retire and become a Blacksmith. Controlling Nimbus is taxing on an Arashi Clan members brain however when those Nimbus clouds are stored away and not focused on it frees up "space" for more to be produced however the main drawback occurs if an Arashi attempts to manipulate a Nimbus within a Maelstrite comprised weapon when they've reached their max threshold. This causes them to instantly sustain mental damage as well as a set number of Nimbus outside of a Arashi Weapon to instantly disperse as their focus is lost. The mental damage dealt is completely dependent on the number of Nimbus within said weapon while the number of Nimbus dispersed depends on the user's skill level. The user is capable of altering the shape of the Nimbus into a weapon, whether a melee weapon such as a sword, a projectile such as a shuriken or a ranged weapon such as a bow with additional clouds being used as ammo. All the weapons made keep the durability of the cloud that they were made from and they are extremely light due to being made form the Nimbus. Despite that they are able to be used in place of the weapon that they were shaped to be dealing Storm Release Physical Damage when used in combat. Stretching or Shrinking a cloud has no effect on it's durability or other functions beyond making it a bigger or smaller target despite that many Arashi Clan members learn how to do this out of sheer boredom. Description: Shizukana Shi, also known as Quiet Death is the Arashi Clan signature fighting style. For generations the Arashi clan has worked tirelessly to create a method of dispatching opponents that it would become their trademark. Such an opportunity was granted when Rayne Arashi created Molting Step. The premise was simple a sudden coiling of the muscles before moving caused opponents who were not focusing intently on him to be unable to track his movement. It's drawback however was that it was easily able to be detected by those with Muscle Tension or time-slowing dojutsu as well as the distance it could cover with one movement. Shizukana Shi was the systematic refinement of fighting opponents using Molting Step revolving around assasination without the opponent not only noticing what killed them but those around the target not hearing the death in question.

Description: Molting Step revolves around the user first hyperventilating in order to increase the heart rate thus allowing their blood to flow quicker through their body. The user then follows up by coiling the muscles in their legs before kicking off the ground and crossing a set distance at high speeds before taking another step. This distance is constant regardless of the speed used, with higher speed having the distance they are capable of travelling in a single post (total) being directly added onto this technique. During this movement opponents without D-rank Reaction Tiers, 1-rank Higher Speed, Muscle Tension or a Time-Slowing Dojutsu are unable to track their movement. This technique sets the precedent for all Categories (advanced variations) that come after it. As the user becomes more skilled at the use of Molting Step they can increase their distance however those Arashi Clan members who were unfortunate enough to be born with damaged chakra coils are capable of mastering it further by reducing the number of steps taken over said distance. Description: This is the art of moving silently, which Arashi have learned to do by virtue of watching others and encountering the users of the Silent Killing Technique. This involves the user adopting a crouching stance while moving landing with their heel first followed by a smooth rolling of the foot before pushing off the toe. This is done primarily to reduce the impact noise of their feet on a surface with opponents with normal hearing being unable to track their movement while likewise masking the impact vibrations of their feet from D-rank Vibration Sensory techniques.
Name: Molting Step: Category 1 Classification: Kinjutsu Rank: C-rank (3 D-rank Blood Price Each Step taken) Class: Supplementary Range: Short
Description: This is an improved version of Molting Step increasing the speed that the user moves while simultaneously causing those who aren't focusing on the user (C-rank Reaction Tiers) to be unable to detect their movement (Req. Raised Hearing to hear steps). The main improvement however is by combining it with Shizukana Shi: Silent Movement allowing the user to use them simultaneously resulting in a silent movement technique which is primarily used by the Arashi in place of a speed tier. When using this technique slower than usual (Molting Step) for the same price, double the distance can be covered for the same number of Steps.

Description: Another variant to the way of preforming Molting Step which was created to give members of the Arashi Clan more flexibility in combat. This technique grants an Arashi the ability to cancel their movement covering half the normal distance for a 1-rank reduced blood price (Min of 1 D-rank for Molting Step) per step & serves as the gateway for higher mastery of the Molting Step. If the Arashi already has learned Ninja Step Minimizing and is either a P.A.T user or a T.A.T user then when using Molting Step they will use either the Mid (P.A.T) or Long (T.A.T) distance modifier to determine the distance they can travel for the same amount of steps as a normal Arashi.
Name: Storm Release: Hiding within the Clouds Technique Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: C-rank (1 Nimbus + 1 D-rank of Chakra) Class: Supplementary Range: Long, Combo with Hidden Mist Technique (AOE)
Description: This is one of the few Storm Release techniques which doesn't make use of the variants. The Nimbus seems to rupture causing the air to become cloudy obscuring vision and causing those with chakra sensory techniques C-rank or below to detect the user's chakra signature spread over a 40 ft radius around the cloud. This technique requires a D-rank Wind Dispersal technique in order to clear it up and restore vision. When used however within the Hidden Mist Technique this technique is powered up by the former now spreading over an 80 ft radius around the cloud in question now requiring a C-rank Wind Dispersal technique to clear the area of it.
Name: Shizukana Shi: Step Thirding Classification: Taijutsu Rank: C-rank Class: Supplementary Range: Self
Description: Another variant to the way of preforming Molting Step which was created to give members of the Arashi Clan more flexibility in combat. This technique grants an Arashi the ability to cancel their movement covering a third of the normal distance for a 2-rank reduced blood price (Min of 2 D-rank for Category 1) per step & serves as the gateway for higher mastery of the Molting Step. If the Arashi already has learned Monk Step Minimizing and is either a P.A.T user or a T.A.T user then when using Molting Step they will use either the Mid (P.A.T) or Long (T.A.T) distance modifier to determine the distance they can travel for the same amount of steps as a normal Arashi.

Description: The Arashi version of Silent Killing based on the principle of Shizukana Shi and a mastery of Molting Step. The Arashi do not have an enhanced sense of hearing, however they have become more than competent at stealth. They have learned how to track others by their footsteps as well as those using Silent Killing as long as they make more steps than the Arashi in question. When used however under the cover of an area concealment technique such as the Hidden Mist or Hiding in the Clouds technique the Arashi become much more difficult to detect while victims are only that much easier to find. Opponents who either have reaction tiers relying on senses other than Sight or Hearing equal to the speed the Arashi is moving are able to detect their physical attacks. Those who don't however require 1-rank higher speed to detect an Arashi's physical attacks while those who lack reaction at all either must have a B-rank sensory technique (excluding sound, sight or chakra) or 2-rank higher speed for them to be able to dodge the Arashi Clan members physical attacks.

Description: A simple yet lethal technique when employed correctly which involves an Arashi Clan member utilizing the Molting Step in order to disable at worst, or at best kill someone. There are three ways of doing such; the first being grabbing an opponent by the cloth on their neck or back and preforming Molting Step or any of it's variations, the second being intercepting a target moving at a slower speed than the user within the distance of two of the Arashi clan members steps and finally the third which involves palming a targets face at the immediate end of the distance between two of the Arashi Clan members steps. In the first case "grabbing a target" if they do not possess the speed tier the Molting Step is occurring at or Defense Tiers equal to that speed their neck is snapped due to the rapid increase in velocity. In the second case "intercepting a target" if they do not possess the speed tier the Molting Step is occurring at or their speed is not being backed by strength equal to said speed their neck is snapped due to the sudden change in velocity in a direction the victim was not originally going in. In the third case "impacting a target" if the target does not possess defense tiers equal to the speed the Molting Step occurs their neck is snapped, if they do not possess strength to root their body in place however their body is sent flying from the impact. Name: Kumo-Ryu Classification: Fighting Style Rank: D Class: Offensive/Supplementary Range: Self, Varies
Description: Kumo-Ryu is the signature kenjutsu of Arashi Clan swordsmen and involves the utilization of speed with momentum to generate enough force to displace the user's body while combating opponents. It was first utilized by Haru Arashi after she looted the body of a particularily strong swordsman, after studying it she decided to create a fighting style which could be combined with the Molting Step to great effect. Kumo-Ryu can be used with 5 different weapons certain techniques being exclusive to certain weapons these are; Chokuto, Tanto, Arashi Blade, Arashi Club & the Arashi Tomahawk. This displacement results in forced movement allowing them to alter their movement mid motion as well as accelerate, ascend, decelerate and turn at speeds that they do not usually possess. This momentum is generated through constant motion each post (total) by means of running or Molting Steps before suddenly halting the rapid change from active to passive being the strength of this kenjutsu style. Each of these techniques consume what is called, "Momentum Tokens", which is essentially the built up momentum from the constant movement in order to utilize the kata comprising this kenjutsu style. By spending additional momentum tokens than the required amount the techniques are empowered, boosting the speed they are preformed or damage dealt turning basic swings into deadly strikes. Description: The users uses their weapon to reflect a beam of light into an opponents eyes temporarily blinding them in order to leave them open for the follow up slash. This technique can be utilized in conjunction with any of the other Kumo-Ryu line of techniques in one smooth movement, the blind effect requiring reaction tiers equal to the user's current movement speed when they are using this technique for a target to close their eyes in time to avoid it, on normal opponents this technique blinds them for 2 posts (total) however on Dojutsu users due to their enhanced perception the blindness affects them for double the length of time. Those who are blind or manage to avoid getting the glint in their eyes are immune to the blindness added effect. This technique due to requiring light can only be preformed in an area which is lighted or has some source of light to reflect.
Name: Kumo-Ryu: Step Beheading Classification: Kenjutsu Rank: B (4 Momentum Tokens Req.) Class: Offensive Range: Short [Tanto/Blade/Tomahawk]
Description: The user utilizes the Molting Step technique before capitalizing on the additional momentum the high speed movement technique generates to unleash a high speed slash on a target before slowing back down to normal levels of speed. This technique is unable to be seen with normal vision requiring a muscle tension or a time-slowing dojutsu in order to see the incoming slash. Opponents who can see the slash can dodge it if they possess Crashing Ground speed. Opponents without a means of tracking the incoming slash can only dodge this technique to receive a glancing blow if they have 1-rank higher speed than the user or can completely avoid it if they have 2-ranks higher speed.
