Description: Using their ability to manipulate Iron Sand the user shapes the iron sand grains into small square shaped shuriken each capable of dealing C-rank physical damage when launched at opponents but durable enough to sustain damage from a C-rank physical or chakra based technique without breaking (with equivalent damage to reflect other damage types). Each shuriken naturally travels over a distance of 15 feet (when not thrown) at C-rank speed however the speed they can be fired can be modified to move faster due to the Iron Sand Control line. Upon a target being struck it results in the victim being attached an electromagnetic charge resulting in additionally thrown metallic objects being attracted to their body at Bullet Release Speeds. This effect can be negated if the victim possesses C-rank chakra tiers, B-rank endurance tiers or a counter electromagnetism technique (D if Flux based, D if Pulse/Gravity based, C if Magnet/Raiden based or B if Lightning based). Additional Shuriken can be created at will for additional chakra prices allowing the user to constantly produce and fire numerous shuriken over multiple posts (total) with the drawback of just draining their chakra reserves.

Description: Utilizing their ability to not only produce but likewise manipulate Iron Sand the user lifts a vast quantity of iron sand grains to cover a 40ft radius around themselves. Due to the vast amount of iron sand grains visibility is cut off while due to their constant movement Time-Slowing Dojutsu are unable to utilize their advanced perception abilities to record movement. It is unable to fool Dojutsu with X-ray capabilites like the Zenraigan however it is able to mask the scent of the user completely due to the vast amount of iron in the air. Depending on how much Iron Sand is put into this technique it becomes more difficult to disperse and can cover a larger area of effect however it has the drawback of making all of the iron sand used in it's creation unable to be further manipulated by the user to utilize other iron sand techniques. The density of the sandstorm and the degree that it can negate Time-Slowing Dojutsu's advanced perception is dependent on the user's Circuit Fist - Iron Sand Control due to the user constantly moving the grains of iron sand while this technique is active. Description: Req the user to possess an area concealment technique. This technique is Kisuke's pride and joy the culmination of his efforts in mastering the Silent Killing Technique and is made for use with his Hidden Mist technique as well as techniques based on the same principles of generating a conductive area concealment medium (such as liquids or metal). Due to the human body utilizing neural impulses to decode the received sensory information from their 5 senses the user has figured out how to use their lightning affinity to link their senses to the area concealment technique they have utilized. This is due to it being comprised of the user's chakra which has been externally released into the area, the beauty of this technique lies in it's practicality as it does not consume a chakra price unless the concealment technique is destroyed by an Area Clearing technique capable of dispersing it. However that is also it's drawback as if the user does not possess enough chakra to pay the chakra price they can be killed from chakra depletion upon it's price being called in question. Despite that it is a powerful sensory medium as it allows the user while this technique is active to be able to track up to S-rank speeds with each of their 5 senses. If the user possesses additional sensory mediums while this technique is active their sensing capabilities are increased as well regardless the sensing is restricted to the area the area concealment technique covers.

The first is to Lighten; decreasing the weight an object possesses by imbuing a temporary gravitational field on a target. Those who have been made lightweight experience a boost in speed, however are now more easily knocked back and deal less physical damage with the same amount of force exerted due to their lowered weight. Rarely, oddly enough being connected to sexual orientation, are these markings on the opposite side but under usual circumstances the Lightweight birthmark is associated with the Left hand in males and the Right hand in females. Description: Denkou Style chakra flow technique utilized by first channeling the Lightning Release chakra into the user's skin. Once done the user moves, leaving behind a mirage made up of pure electricity in their place, causing them to seemingly disappear allowing for them to escape an attack or launch an attack unnoticed unless the target possesses C Rank Reaction + Time Slowing Dojutsu or higher. If the Denkou has unlocked a Raidengan or its other versions then the target requires a higher Reaction + Speed tier chain in order to notice Takahiro's movement and spot them. If struck the mirage explodes dealing Lightning Damage over a ten foot radius at bullet release speeds, requiring Reaction tier + a Time Slowing Dojutsu to react to the explosion.

Description: Req. Thunder Phantom. Takahiro begins by utilizing chakra flow with his lightning release chakra all throughout his body, though unless one possesses C Rank or above technique used to sense chakra or electricity they will not notice this build up. Takahiro will then charge in a direction and emit this lightning through his body creating a projection of himself. The emitting of lightning release chakra into the form of the Thunder Phantom is so bright that it will blind those utilizing C Rank or below chakra or lightning vision for 2 turns. The Thunder Phantom continues charging in the direction Takahiro was when it was emitted at the same speeds he was moving until it reaches twenty feet from the point it was emitted in which it comes to a stop. If it comes into contact with anything within its path it will explode (see Thunder Phantom jutsu). Meanwhile the user of the technique is hidden in its path, usually moving on ahead using Thunder Phantoms hidden prowess (see Thunder Phantom jutsu) by moving quicker than the speed he sent it. If the Thunder Phantom does not come into contact with anything after it reaches its end point, then 2 turns after it will explode. This technique can be hidden unless the opponent meets the requirements for seeing the build up. Thunder Phantom will be posted with this technique, however the chakra cost would be for this technique only.

Description: Takahiro's Lightning Clone are pretty basic clones in and of themselves. They are made up of electricity but one may not notice this at first unless they possess C Rank chakra or lightning sensory. These clones contain Takahiro's speed only out of his tiers. However, they do not possess the Raidengan as they are mere lightning clones. Though the Raidengan does play an effect into the Lightning Clone jutsu itself. First off, the Lightning Clones do not stun or explode, unlike some other Lightning Clone variants. These Lightning Clones deliver powerful shocks on contact, capable of transferring them through lightning or chakra conductive material C Rank or Above without destroying the conducting agent. The speeds at which the lightning is conducted and the power of its shock relies upon the Raidenga stage the wielder currently possesses.

Description: This is a basic audio based Genjutsu developed by Takahiro Denkou which utilizes the sound of Lightning Release techniques to place enemies under the illusion that the Lightning Release gives off a loud boom making them unable to hear. Normally one would think it is a simple technique and would wear off after a short time. However, they become deaf until they are able to break this technique unless they possess D Rank barrier tiers in which case they are immune to this technique.

Description: This style of combat focuses on simple physical attacks such as hip checks, shoulder thrusts, knee strikes, and elbow strikes augmented with sudden stops after rapid acceleration. Perhaps the more deadly of R'tari's two primary Strong Fist techniques due to it being revolved around brute force and maiming rather than redirection and repeated damage.

Description: Req. Active Raidengan. The Shinken Gai Kata is an internal Taijutsu fighting style and was created by Obito Denkou, the Fifth Yamikage and is probably what resulted in his rapid promotion through the ranks. It is a dangerous style based on viewing the electrical signals given off by a all living things and studying anatomy in order to learn where nerve clusters are within a target's body. Using the Raidengan as an aide the user refines their manipulation of Lightning Release to such a degree that the ambient chakra within their body's natural state is Lightning Release rather than ambient. This has the added side effect of permanently barring the use of Wind or Earth Release preventing those who learn this technique from having either of those two affinities. This technique is something learned only at a young age as upon getting to old one's chakra system resists the change and thus this technique is incapable of being learned. Likewise those with a high (Lightning Primary & Lightning Secondary chakra affinities) as well as those with a very high (Lightning Primary, Lightning Secondary & Lightning Tertiary chakra affinities) are able to achive the most lethal results using this fighting style. The fighting style in question is preformed by taps, pokes or brushing against opponents using one's fingertips resulting in intense pain, numbness and permanent nerve damage requiring Medical ninjutsu focusing on nerve damage to restore a victims nervous system to optimal functioning.

Description: Req. Active Raidengan. The basic state of the 1st level of Shinken Gai involves the activation of the Raidengan each level results in a higher purity of the Lightning affinity chakra flowing within the user's chakra coils resulting in contact with the user's fingertips causing intense physical pain in a victim albeit dealing no actual damage. This can be chained with additional taijutsu to not only deal damage but likewise erode a victims sanity due to the repeated pain coursing through their body. The intense pain can however be used to snap people out of genjutsu and dependent on the skill level of the user the amount of physical pain dished out with each contact varies. Victims with Barrier+Strength Tier chains 1-rank below the taijutsu this technique is utilized with can push past the pain to halve the sanity loss while those with equal rank can negate the sanity loss completely.

Ameyuri's version of silent killing is considered the most dangerous depending on the situation, as she conceals her movement and breathing within the sounds of the crackling lightning she feeds into her blades. Description: This technique is geared towards allowing the user to move their arms at high-speeds equivalent to Crashing Ground, allowing them to not only match Samurai moving at said speed but also give them an edge in combat. This is due to their hand seals being capable of being preformed faster preventing them from being interrupted by Iaido techniques not preformed at Samurai Level Speed as long as the speed the opponent uses them at is B-rank or lower. This technique benefits when used alongside Circuit Fist - Iron Sand Control: Crashing Ground as both rely on the use of the upper body as a result they work in tandem to allow the user's Iron Sand Techniques to move fast enough to either require a Time-Slowing Dojutsu + B-rank Samurai Level Speed or A-rank Speed to dodge.

Description: The user manipulates their Iron Sand after infusing it with chakra in order to produce this useful defensive technique. The user is capable, for a paltry chakra price as long as sufficient iron sand is available, of creating a dense wall of iron sand which is capable of blocking up to a C-rank chakra based technique before dissolving back into iron sand. In terms of it's abilities at defending from physical attacks it is far more resilient as it can block C-rank techniques even with defense piercing while projectiles simply sink into the wall and are absorbed before being ground down to produce more iron sand if they are comprised of metal. Depending on the user's skill level the size of the Iron Sand Wall they produce varies in size however it is a flexible technique which can be formed up to 40ft away from the user. It's initial forming speed is bullet release however those with an improved mastery of the Circuit Fist can shape the iron sand at speeds equivalent to their level of Circuit Fist - Iron Sand Control.

This is the most basic technique in the Combative Yo-Yoing fighting style, yet even though it is simple it is perhaps the backbone for the smooth integration of ninjutsu use along with utilizing Yo-Yo's. A Picture trick is any yoyo trick where you make a picture out of the string. Within Combative Yo-Yoing however these tricks can be utilized to substitute for hand seals when Colt utilizes the Manipulated String technique. Colt follows a specific method while doing this, any Picture Tricks using the Yo-Yo in his Dominant Hand (Right) is for Lightning Release, any Picture Tricks using the Yo-Yo in his Non-Dominant Hand (Left) is for Wind Release. Any Picture Tricks using the Yo-Yo's in both hands is for Gravity Release while ambient based ninjutsu techniques can be preformed by any of the above. This allows Colt via In-Battle Training to affix specific techniques to his preformed Picture Tricks while likewise relying on his skill level to not only preform more complex tricks but likewise affix techniques to them. This is because the more complex the trick, the higher rank technique can be preformed due to the picture trick subbing for hand seals. Description: Colt first preforms a front mount and then sticks either of his hand hand about halfway down (or utilizes the Manipulated String technique to grab the string) of his opposite Yo-Yo before taking his non-dominant hand to grab the string in a different location just a couple of inches above the the Yo-Yo. Finally he takes either the hand which is still holding the string and places it right underneath the Yo-Yo while spreading his fingers forward (if he used the Manipulated String Technique to grab it then he can use it to manipulate the Yo-Yo string accordingly). This creates a "cradle" for the Yo-Yo and upon rocking it, this 1A Trick is complete.

Description: Unresponsive Tricks, which are in the complexity category 1A along with String Tricks, make up the backbone of the Combative Yo-Yoing fighting style. In this type of Trick, the Yo-yo is altered so that when you give an Unresponsive Yo-Yo slack it does not come back up, which allows one to preform a series of tricks which are not possible with a conventional Yo-Yo. Due to this type of tricks being more complex than String Tricks it is possible to preform almost all string tricks with an Unresponsive Yo-Yo whereas some are even easier to preform due to this type of Yo-Yo's effect. This trick relies heavily on "Binds", which are the tricks used to allow an unresponsive yo-yo to wind back up as if it were a conventional one. When utilizing the Manipulated String technique however one can allow for an unresponsive Yo-Yo to preform just like a conventional one, removing the necessity of learning "Binds" but if the user lacks chakra then using "Binds" is the only way to wind the unresponsive Yo-Yo back up. Unresponsive Tricks are more for traditional shurikenjutsu though because they can lead into String Tricks they are typically used to prevent others from interrupting the user's Picture Tricks as a sort of counter Iaido & techniques like that type of technique. When utilized with String Tricks utilizing the Manipulated String technique this further extends the distance by which Colt's Picture Tricks are incapable of being interrupted by Iaido and other Iaido variant interruption techniques.

Name: Shadow Clone Technique

Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows, though even then it may not be enough as each clone has the tiers of the user and thus things which the original would brush off the clones can do the same. The clones can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original including any gear on the originals person, likewise due to ones clones mirroring the original it is very difficult to tell the difference. Even with X-ray Vision, or Chakra Sensory as only X-ray Vision + A-rank or Above Chakra sensory can accurately distinguish a clone from the original due to how closely they are copied. Upon dispersing a set amount of information is given the original, as this techniques real purpose is not combat but rather reconnaissance.

Description: An advanced Chakra flow technique involving coursing lightning release chakra into a weapon in order to imbue it with Lightning Release defense piercing of variable levels depending on how much chakra is spent. Superior to the usual process of maintaining contact with said weapon this technique was created in order to have said material retain it's charge over a set time period. The duration in question is primarily based on the quality of the material with things which are electricity resistant holding the charge for half the usual time period, if they are not destroyed by the influx of lightning release chakra, things which are electricity conductive holding the charge for double the usual time period, while things which are both electricity conductive as well being made from chakra conductive materials holding the charge for triple the usual time period. The time period in question is dependent on both Colt's rank and the amount of chakra put into it and remains over a certain amount of time (posts total) before the effect disperses. This technique once the charge duration runs out can be used over and over and due to being a chakra flow technique requires no hand seals.

It is a cooperation ninjutsu where three users (Colt & 2 Clones), after tossing yo-yo at their target and forming the necessary hand seals, can create numerous incorporeal replicas of the yo-yo — turning a small amount of yo-yo to a large amount in an instant with which to bombard the enemy. Unlike the Yo-yo Shadow Clone Technique, however, this technique makes no use of the Shadow Clone Technique. As a result it makes use of the basic clone technique & the transformation technique to create a potent deception as often victims can not tell which senbon are real and which aren't. This technique makes it even more difficult to distinguish between the two when used along with the Yo-yo Shadow Clone Technique as in addition to the actual yo-yo being multiplied so are the illusory ones.

Description: This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand after making hand seals to guide in both activation and the flow of chakra. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces. Description: Raigeki means Lightning Strike, which is quite the average name for a Lightning Release, technique, but this technique is not average itself. Though it does seem like it at first, its true potential is hidden till after the initial strike. Denkou utilize chakra flow to summon down a bolt of lightning to their hand in an instant, though this lightning is comprised of chakra, and then they point it in a target direction. This sends out a single bolt of lightning at Vacuum Release speeds toward a target in a straight line for 40 feet. Upon initial strike this technique will then split off from the target, branching into 4 more at vacuum release speeds aimed at targeting 4 more targets at moving out at a max of 20 feet. The initial strike deals A Rank damage while each branching strike deals B Rank damage. The initial strike will shock the target and paralyze them for a certain duration while each additional strike of lightning will electrocute the target, shocking them and temporarily paralyzing them for a shorter time. This technique can be further refined by Lightning Affinity for additional branches, though at reduced damage and range while the paralysis affect is slightly shorter or nonexistant. All Lightning Strikes move at Vacuum Release speed, even branching strikes. Chakra Tiers and Endurance Tiers can negate the paralysis effect of the technique.
