Six Seconds to Midnight [Mission with (mostof) Team 6]

Late night missions were always a good idea! Good for the mind, the muscles, allowed on to get some proper sleep that night. The cold air was always good and the moon shining down was magnificent. Too bad Summer wasn't allowed to bring genin on night missions, they were a little dangerous she guessed. So here she was, eight in the morning sharp, standing outside of the mission office. She wasn't going on a mission with her own team, unfortunately they could no longer be team 10, they were Team Summer but that didn't matter, they'd always be 10 deep down! The chunin stood there and stretched a few times, her weapons jangling against her hips. She knew she was here to lead a pair of Genin on a mission, she was going to take them on a B-Rank mission and keep them safe during it. One was Himiko Zakiyoshi, the other was Armenezra... And Summer would never deign to say his surname as she thought it sounded dumb. She wouldn't say it to him but she'd be thinking it.

"Wonder when those little shrubs are going to get here so we can get this show on the road." The vibrant pink-haired girl murmured to herself. She was dressed in her flak jacket, so no one could mistake her rank despite her age, a pink shirt underneath and a pair of black short-shorts that hugged her developing curves tightly. Six swords were strapped to her waist, three on either side and she had a few things stashed away in the various pockets of her jacket. She wasn't impatient, she was just eager to get on with this mission she had a good feeling about it, a damn good feeling and hopefully her little genin buddies would feel the same! Well... Not so little, from what she had read of them they were older than she was... Hopefully they wouldn't be too bothered about being led by an eleven year old.

Armen woke up this morning starving as usual. He would brush his teeth and look for something to eat. To his luck he found some bread and sugar packets. He would turn on the facet and pour some water in a cup. After pouring water into the cup he would open up the sugar packet and make himself some good old fashion sugar water to eat with his bread. He'd dip the bread into the water and eat while deep in thought about what he will be doing this morning.  It seems that soon after passing the test and becoming crystals student and a member of squad 6, the government had wasted no time in putting him to work. Working under papers and contracts, running out and completing missions for more than just extra money and keeping customers happy brough mixed feelings to Armen. He was happy that now he'd probably play a more important role to the development of his village but he was bummed out at the a fact that now it's not optional. He must go on the missions assigned because not its work and not just a means of surviving the morning hunger pains.  After finishing his loaf of bread he would drink the rest of the sweetened water which wasn't enough to stop the growling in his stomach. So to solve the problem , Armen would fill up his glass with water and repeat this until finally he wasn't soo hungry because he was bloated with water. Once finished he then headed out and towards meeting spot that they've chosen.

Armen arrived outside the mission office in his normal get up and head band on his forehead. Once there he would notice a young lady. He walked towards the young lady wondering if she's part of the group that's leaving. "Ey lil gurl, u funna  come through? U ain't too small or sumtin?" He would ask her sincerely, standing in front of her not knowing that she was the jounin assigned to him. "So lik dat jacket yos? Lemme hold dat wen you dun wit it."

Himiko strolled along to the meeting spot set out, happy to be out at the early hours, but less so that she had to cut her duties in her Temple short. She also however knew that this would have to be something she'd have to get used to. Snacking on some rolls she found the spot and rather quickly noticed her team mate Armen before the other person. She came close enough to hear what he was saying to her, moving a little quicker and catch up, standing besides him and throwing an arm around his shoulder. "Armen... Armen, Armen, didn't we talk about this harrassing? Did we forget your mission-ing with the girl capable of using fire even whilst submerged in water?" She playfully threatened him before stepping away. She turned her gaze towards the other girl there, "... no lie, you really are young. I hope we learn something from you then," She smiled as she bowed her head a little,

A soft pink eye scanned upwards as she felt someone hit her Vexos range. Looking up, she gave the male a once over with her visible eye, the other one was covered by her forehead protector, preventing it from being seen. Perhaps she didn't have an eye there at all? Nevertheless she immediately cringed at the boy's words and shook her head. "You must be Armenezra. You are now Ezra. I am going to be your team leader for this mission today." She then paused as a second person hit her range, fourteen foot away, smaller than the male. She turned to the girl, whom she stood two inches taller than and flashed her a bright smile. "I am indeed young. My name is Summer Osuna, also known as "Death Touch" Osuna. I am eleven years of age and I came first in the Chunin Exams that were held recently, hence my promotion." She gave them both bright smiles and then bowed to them. "While we are moving through the registry to head to the correct desk to pick up a B-Rank mission, I would like you both to tell me about yourselves."

With that she turned with a soft clank of swords and started to move into the building, waving the two genin to follow her. She was about to start humming softly to herself but she remembered that she had told the other two to speak to her. So she listened intently, a smile on her features and nodding to what they said before they reached the desk. Stepping up she smiled at the person behind the counter and gave them a nod. "Hello, Chunin Osuna of Team Summer reporting for a B-Rank mission please. I will be taking Genin Armenezra and Genin Himiko with me on this mission." She told the person before waiting to see what they had.

Armen would stare at the lil girl who would nickname him right in the spot. When she said that she was to be there team leader for the mission today, Armen dropped his head in disappointment. "Dey leavin mah life in da hands of a kid", he would think to himself. It wasn't long after the kid made her statement that himiko would show up. As sweet as her name is, Armen would find it very misleading since she would great Armen with threats and reminders of her unique ability to breathe fire while submerged under water. A crazy ability which suggests that her fire based techniques are formed from a completely different composition in chakra than normal fire release users. She would come in completely different from how Armen did. She was very respectful to the little girl and even did a bow. The young girl would introduce herself as , Summer Osuna also known as Death touch Osuna. Armen would note the nickname wondering what she had to accomplish at such a young age for people to call her by that title. "She mus be Gud wit dem tickles. Dat mus be it, den tickles", Armen's imagination would get the best of him.  She would ask about them and as she heads towards the mission office , he would begin to analyze her look. He would notice the covered eye but brush it off assuming that it must be part of the fashion these days.  Since she was going to be the leader he would go ahead and answer her question. “mah name  Armenezra Doublestakums. I lik ta eat gud food, train, and bad bishes. Mah dun have many dislikes but: I dun lik hoes, da white shinobi, da guvenment, ,werk, bad food, dawg shit, gurls dat are talleh den me, homewerk, demons, ghosts, public resrooms, white poems, poems dat dun talk about da struggles, peeps dat dun kno about da struggle, afros dat aren’t picked out, dull weapons, the white shinobi’s jelly, mosquitoes, wen girls dun wear pants in public, fat people, puzzles even do im gud at em, bish ass niggas, punk ass niggas, snitch ass niggas, sneak ass niggas, whiny ass niggas, drunk ass niggas, dodge ass niggas, dumb ass niggas, cry ova a bish ass niggas, give a nigga a small piece ass niggas, broke ass niggas, don’t hustle ass niggas, dirty ass niggas, no hygiene ass niggas, color blind ass niggas, kicking peoples animals ass niggas, sendin pigeons late nite to ya gurls house ass niggas, dick piercing ass niggas, dodo nose havin ass niggas, and just ass niggas. You know da ones wit da big asses? Shit unnatural, and i hate wen da white shinobi says nigga. Mah hobbies are training and reading. Mah goal in life is to get real strong and find ma fathe, so he can pay sum child support, I gotta get dis moneh". He would wait patiently for himiko to go with her formalities. He would then interrupt real quick before she speaks, "but dad himiko she Gud she ain't want much she lukin fo Her fatha too."

Himiko gave a rather blank look at what their chunin leader told them of herself, "Wow, well congratulations I guess on getting the rank so young. I'm looking forwards to seeing what you can do then." She added with a smile. She would go on to give a small sigh at her usual team mate as he just seemed to ramble on his introduction, "You ever thought about condensing all that? Cause that's a lot of people you hate." She continued just to tease her partner, even just the one group session and she was that little more used to him. "Anyway, yes. I'm Himiko Zakiyoshi, I-" She was cut off by Armen's comment there, turning and giving him a clueless look. "Erm... thanks for the endorsement I guess? A-Anyway... Zakiyoshi clan priestess in training and am the descendant of Kimiko Zakiyoshi the Mizukage from way back." It was a proud fact, she practically couldn't not tell people that when she met them. "I like the quiet, especially in my local temple, and nature, and of course like everyone else in my clan we love the water like a second home." She'd more than rehearsed that by this point.

"Please refrain from using such foul language while here, or you will be asked to leave" Came from a rather timid looking woman from behind the desk, her desk scattered with paperwork that he was currently in the middle of organizing as the group entered the mission center. She would look at the youngsters that were being lead by The Summer Osuna, looks like she was going to be given a run for her money with these kids. "As luck has it I was just handed a B rank mission that would be perfect for this team. A local contractor has to be escorted to a small village in the land of Graves, the Canyons to be more exact. His job there is to help reinforce the defences of the village after a small yet violent Dobutsu raid ran through it. The woman said as she scanned the papers in front of her until she had found the mission she was just talking about. "He is currently residing on the south island, and must be delivered to a village within the canyons nearing the boarders of Malice and Paradox. Although not too close for any real danger as there is still a pseudo militia within the village. However if thats not your cup of tea, there is a small group of Congala causing mayhem within Graves as well"

"Ah, thank you, Ma'am. That would be absolutely perfect. We will escort him and make sure that he is safe. You can count on us." She gave a firm nod and took the scroll for the mission before turning to the two genin with her and smiling at them. "Right then, you heard the woman, we move off to the South Island and then head towards Graves after picking up the target. While we are on the way perhaps you would both like to tell me about how you perform in combat?" She walked past them and then stopped and looked over her shoulder at Ezra. "Also, please keep your bad language to a minimum and try and give concise details, there are missions that are very time sensitive and conveying information as quickly as possible is a necessary attribute to have." She told him sweetly before waving them on and out of the door. They started to move swiftly towards the South Island... Hopefully this mission would go well and wouldn't end up getting ranked up due to ludicrousness.
