Kirin would walk inside the bar and look around for the target a samurai female with a staff she should be noticeable Kirin would walk in slowly making sure too not be too obvious in how she was scanning the area, Kyo was outside or at least he should be he didn't have a reason too listen too Kirin. If everything went right they would take the target from two sides.

Kyo waited in front of the bar with his hands in his pockets. His eyes stayed locked on the building in front of himself. Kirin had already went on inside, and him waiting outside would be more strategic. The wing flew by him, causing his cloak, and clothes to whip back and forth. He didn't know if the target was in or not, but he still had to make sure, just in case. If the girl thought it would be smart to run out the front exit she would be wrong because Kyo was standing right there. He was leaning against the wall now, hoping this would be a slight challenge.

Irine was sitting near the center, trying to keep her nose out of others business as there were some scary strong people in the room. She sipped on her soup recognizing some faces from the missing nin bingo book. Some of these guys were heavy hitters with A and B rank bounties. She would sigh and rest her head against the warm glass, staring out at the dry night air. She looked to be about fifteen years of age, a black shirt and some shinobi jeans on with her auburn hair pulled up. Her staff sat on the table just a foot from her, in quick reach in case she needed it.

Kirin would spot the target and would waste no time moving over and offering a smile and looking her up and down in her usual girly manner. "Hey, my name is Kirin. You seem like the only normal person in this whole place." Kirin would say with a giggle before looking around at the numerous people in the area hopefully none of them were looking to score some C rank bounties but if they were she still had Kyo outside and their plan would work seeing as how the target was right before her eye's.

She would call the bartender over and would order a tea with no sugar, every place has tea. Following kirin would simply look over at Irine.

Kyo would continue to stand there in the night, letting the air hit him. He was bored, next time he was going to have Kirin wait on the outside, it was no fun just waiting. Kyo looked around, not seeing anything unusual so he just stood there with his hands in his pockets. Hopefully Kirin did something soon, Kyo was starting to get bored. The teen would start humming a song that he learned a while ago at the academy in his old village.

Irine would look at the arrival then yawn. "Go away," she would say before picking up her staff and scooting out of her seat. This chick was odd. Missing ninja didnt talk to others usually unless they already knew each other, wanted something from them or were after their bounties. In any case she would walk over to an empty table and watch the girl carefully, her hand gripping her staff. All she wanted was some peace after he long walk through the land of madness. She was honestly getting tired of being alert all the time. Maybe she would consider joining a major nation for protection.

This was her moment everything would slow down in Kirin's mind and she would dart her hand forward the moment Irine moved and considering she moved so casually and didn't utilize a speed tier Kirin would blur grabbing the girls staff before she could then darting out off the bar as she pushed out off her chair. Considering how irine moved she could not hope too stop Kirin from grabbing her staff but if she somehow stopped Kirin she would have to be very skilled in a bind.

If kirin made it outside Kirin would look at Kyo and give a nod before spinning the staff and placing it in her shirt wrapped around her waist and dropping three explosive tags near the door what she would do following that was look at Kyo and pull out four kunai two in each hand and would nod at Kyo the nod would hopefully tell him to attack when he was ready and make it a good one. Once Irine followed Kirin for her weapon she would be meet by the three explosive tags then in the cover of the explosion she would be hit by four kunai with two aimed at her chest and the other two aimed at her legs both moving at B rank speeds backed by D rank strength.

Kyo would be humming until he saw Kirin jumping out the door with a staff. Kyo smirked because he was excited to get started. He would jump back a few meters when he saw explosive tags being sent at the entry way. At the same time he jumped back his hands would be moving rapidly creating hand signs until a copy of himself appeared on top of the building standing over the entry way, but out of sight from the target. "Water Clone Jutsu!". Kyo was excited to get some action finally. He'd watch as kunai were sent flying after the explosive tags. He then had an idea. If he could just trap the girl, Kirin could finish her off, or the target could even suffocate. After the explosion, Kyo would immediately dash forwards at C rank speeds, and his clone would dive at the opponent from above, once the clone made contact or hit the floor, water would envelope the target at C rank speeds, being covered in a sphere of water which was inescapable. Hopefully this strategy worked, he felt pretty confident that he and Kirin would win though.

"Hey!" Yelled Irine as Kirin took off with her staff. She would make an angry huff before making a quick set of hand seals. Just before she got to the door she would take in a deep breath and yell, "FREEZE!" Suddenly Ice would be forming around Kirin's feet, causing her to stop in her tracks and would swiftly begin growing up her body threatening to envelope her. Even Kyo would have this affect happening to him just outside the building. Some of the people looked panicked for a moment while others just shrugged and went back to eating. A few either made hand seals or broke their finger before snapping it back in place.

Kirin would smile before swinging the staff she had just gotten at A rank speeds to strike Irine in the face she made a mistake now she would die painfully. Kirin would launch herself forward, Irine would find her body feeling all the pain Kirn sustained if she could not reverse the genjustu then with the opening the genjustu was giving Kirin would move at A rank speeds in order to grab her by her neck lifting her into the air with C rank strength her mouth on her palm would start to suck blood directly from the target before Kirin would smash her hand into her face three times again at A rank speeds and throw her out the door toward Kyo, Now Irine would feel her skin starting too start to peel off as she was launched out the door the genjustu would be much stronger due too the genjustu Kirin used before.

Following that Kirin would start walking out off the bar holding her new staff which would be covered in blood due to the blood she had sucked from irine being too much for her own supply to hold she simply threw it back up out another one off her mouths. Once she made it too the door Kirin would smile and look around before spinning her staff.

Kyo would see the target being thrown out as soon as he decided he was going to go in the bar and help out Kirin because the girl wasn't out of the bar that quickly. Kyo would quickly form hand signs before his body was enveloped in water and his body being pushed off the ground. He flew in the air as a stream of water followed as he went at B rank speeds towards Irine. After his body and the water covering him smashed into her, he'd land on the ground, and would pull a kunai out of the box strapped to his leg, just in case there was a counter attack.

Ooc: so your post is messed up. Because you failed to break out of thw gen and was already running from me to the door... and sound travels pretty fast... and thw staff isnt super long.. your caught in the gen meaning none of your moves worked.

As the gen stuck and she tried hitting Irine, the attack would miss as Irine was nowhere near the swing since Kirin had ran from her initially. Irine would make another set of hand seals before letting out a whistle. To any who heard the high pitched whistle the world would seem to be turning upside down and begin spinning. Then finally Irine made a third set of hand seals before letting out a clap. The lights would seem to go off and all sound would disappear. Those affected by these genjutsu would be unable to see and hear. Once completed Irine would observe her target before walking toward her to pull the staff from her hands.

Kirin would look as the ice began encasing her, she would take a moment to think. This girl was getting one over on her so she would make a example of her. If Kyo rushed in she would yell stop. And would close her eye's as she began praying to jashin prepping the planned sacrifice to jahsin, once she was done she would break the ice with B rank strength before letting out a scream and charging forward the scream would stop her from hearing the whistle. She would move at C rank speeds before pulling out two kunai and launching them at Irine both at her chest with C rank strength. Following that Kirin would slide on the ground aiming to hit irine's feet and knock her down. If that worked she would jump up before flipping over the downed irine and delivering a hit with the staff aimed at her neck, the hit would activate a genjustu which would cause Irine too feel all of Kirin's pain and then Kirin would chain that genjustu with her Divination justu which would cause Irine to see her skin starting to get peeled off.

Kyo would hear Kirin scream stop once he neared the door, making him not hear the clap nor the whistle of Irine. Kyo wouldn't listen though, he wasn't caught in the Genjutsu so he sprang into action, the teen would form a few hand signs before A large orb filled up the space between his hands and with his arms thrusting forward, Water Release! Wet Cannonball!", the cannonball sized orb would fly at Irine at B rank speeds, and would cause B rank damage with an additional C rank damage from the explosion it caused. Kyo would almost forget about the explosion before warning Kirin, "Kirin! Get away!" Hopefully she heard in time.

Kirin would be hit by the explosion and would be pissed she would look over the dead target then move out holder her right side, once she passed Kyo she would backhand him with D rank strength and keep walking she did not have her usual giggly facade the explosion did not do much damage thanks too her defense but the pain from the chakra was still lingering.

Kyo would look at the dead body before seeing Kirin come near him. When he'd slap him he'd hold his ckeek after his head turned, "I'm sorry, I tried warning you." He'd follow her with his hands in his pockets, feeling bad for what he did.
